Great location and I always feel relaxed coming here. The staff is very kind and treats every customer equally with respect from what I’ve seen. People comment on how nice my skin looks after my facials here.I took one star off because two years ago I called ahead to say I was blocked in my parking spot by a snow truck and might be late and they basically said oh well. I made some calls and everything was sorted out. Haven’t had any bad experiences since.

Had a great experience at this location. The woman(Jamie) at the front desk was super friendly and went above and beyond helped me sort out a credit transfer issue. I also saw her greet two guests coming out by name and check them out - all while she was on hold getting support for me!My masseuse, Tim, was very good as well. Even though this location is not the nearest one to me, I will for sure be back

I have to take a minute to RAVE about this place. I was there one day prior to an international trip, and I was in insurmountable back pain. My muscles were tied and knotted; it was the last type of pain you want to feel one day before your vacation. I wanted any masseuse, so I picked Jessica M. randomly. And let me tell you this: she is INCREDIBLE. Yes, her bedside manners were impeccable, but theres so much more to say about this girl! To give you an idea, right now, I am at the airport waiting to board my flight, and my back is completely FINE! She is THAT good! I never leave Google reviews (I am too lazy). But I had to write about her. Yesterday clearly was my lucky day.

Went for a birthday gift, and my first time getting a facial. It was amazing and so relaxing. Victoria did my facial, and she was super sweet.

Just got finished two different services, and both, along with the reception and management here, are top notch; I’ve found my new ME home.

Aaliyah was my massage therapist. When I say she is the best, she is the best. I’ve never in my life had a massage that good. She worked out every knot I had in my shoulders. Definitely will book her from now on!

Ive had a massage envy subscription for over a year now. Ive tried locations in Jenkintown, Ardmore, and this one in Cherry Hill has been the best. Everyone there has always had incredible customer service, flexible, and the massage therapists are phenomenal, especially April. I run the risk of getting her booked up with this review, but she is really an artist. Everyone Ive had here has taken time to understand my needs and then exceeded my expectations.

Andrea is amazing! She’s a wonderful massage therapist, and you can tell she loves what she does and knows what she’s doing.The Cherry Hill Massage Envy is the best! I’m SUPER picky! It’s spotless and safe! I do the monthly membership and it’s perfect. I usually end up going a few times a month.Thank for providing a place I look forward to visiting!

Went for an evening massage with Savy. Nice clean facilities, pleasant staff and feel relaxed after the massage.

My son got his first massage a few days ago and he LOVED it! I just got mine Friday and our therapist was amazing. He listened to my areas of concern and really took his time.We had our appointment canceled as well last week because our therapist couldn’t make it but the front desk was very apologetic and even gave both my son and I an enhancement with no charge.Love this place and the people who work here!!

1st time visit, everything was perfect. Victoria at the front desk was courteous & very helpful. I received a customized facial from Diana L. It was 1 hour of pure bliss & relaxation. I highly recommend.

I just got a massage here today and loved it. They were very nice. The place was clean and relaxing. I loved their questionnaire that allows me to be really specific with what I want from the service and they actually follow it!Nikki was my massage therapist and she was amazing. She listened to my requests and the massage felt great! I also loved that she let me enjoy the peaceful and relaxing massage without trying to make conversation. I hate to be rude to therapists when they chat during a massage, but it was not even an issue here and for that I was very thankful.A great massage, easy to book, and great price. Definitely will be going back to Nikki!

I love love love Laura at this location. Shes the best masseuse in the entire world, no joke. Ive had maybe 100 massages over the course of 15 years and Ive never in my life had a massage as therapeutic, through, and relaxing as hers. I have chronic neck issues and am constantly pulling my back. Since Ive been seeing her (twice now) I leave like a whole new person. Ive told her this, but she truly has a healing gift from God, and Im not even a person who says those kinds of things. She has a true gift, shes thoughtful in her work and Im so glad I found her because shes the only one that has helped my muscle issues. If she ever left, I mean Id drive an hour to go where she is. Thats how great she is.

I love the communication and the professionalism of the staff. They are always pleasant and quick to make sure all of my questions are answered and I am satisfied with my experience. Alice and the other beautiful ladies make sure my appointments are set and are willing to place them on the calendar for me so I can just accept the appts on my calendar. This means so much to me! It saves me so much time. Again, I am sorry I cannot remember the other ladies names but they all are superb!!!My Massage Therapist, Donald is amazing, thorough, professional, personable, funny and simply get the job done! He is so strategic in making sure I enjoy not only what I come in for but that I receive the beyond what I could ever imagine experience! To me, he is the GOAT of Massages! This man is the BEST EVER and I am so appreciative of his gift! They have helped me on the journey of relieving stress, restoring life and implementing better choices for wellness! Nicole gave me a perfect and very relaxing massage that was much needed! She was very professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone. The massage was tailored to my preferences And she made sure to check in a couple of times to make sure that everything was great.

Jessica, the massage therapist was amazing. The front desk was terrible. They changed the timing of a couples massage the day before the appointment (I made the appt a month prior) and set the times of the appointment at two different times. The receptionist, without any explanation of why there is a change, said “that’s the best she could do.” Given that this appointment was set so far in advance, there shouldn’t have been an issue. Also, when I called and spoke to the receptionist, she thought it would be a good idea to yell at me and told me that I should be thankful that they are accommodating me because it’s Mother’s Day. Safe to say that I won’t be retuning.

Avoid the Cherry Hill location. I cant begin to express how dissatisfied I am with management and staff after multiple cancelled appointments. They cancel my appointments same day or within a day of the appointment, and this has been ongoing since April. I make my appointments weeks in advance and look forward to my sessions as I deal with chronic pain. This location is inconsistent, unprofessional, and callous with customers. I have cancelled my membership. Dont waste your money with the Cherry Hill location.

From the front reception desk to the owner, this Massage Envy is the best one I’ve gone to. Andrea is an amazing massage therapist (and good with facials, too!) She understands what’s going on with my achy body and helps me feel much better by the time I leave. Also, I feel totally COVID-safe here. Highly recommend the Cherry Hill Massage Envy.

Thank you to Massage Envy and more specifically to the my therapist Cachina. First time ever visiting this location and I had really great experience. Cachina is very kind, easy to talk to, and delivered a well rounded massage. I would give her an overall 9/10 (there’s always room for improvement). Definitely recommend Cachina and this massage envy location.

Great massage Nikki was excellent. She did her job very well my back is better than it was before. Highly recommend this everyone is very friendly and professional. My only recommendation is that they provide water after they massage.

Absolutely love this location. I was in the middle of cancelling my subscription because I was extremely unhappy with my home location in Levittown.The staff at Cherry Hill helped me to get in a bunch of appointments quickly to use up all of my accrued credits that built up over lockdown. They were very kind and I felt genuinely cared for; they seemed to actually care about helping me save money and not waste any of my accrued credits.Andrea and Aundie are also both absolutely wonderful massage therapists. I’ve seen them both multiple times now. I have chronic back pain, and my previous location (and many others I tried) were not very accommodating + tended to be extremely heavy handed no matter how many times I asked them to be gentler. But with these wonderful ladies I felt completely heard the first time I let them know, and didn’t need to remind them about the pain even once during the multiple services I received. They both very clearly care a lot about their clients and making them feel comfortable.I will definitely be renewing my subscription with Cherry Hill as my home location! ❤️

My therapist is Alex. Hes been treating me since January. He is nice. He is professional. He is really good at what he does. His hands are medicinal. My neck is feeling much better because of him. We discuss pressure and points of interest before each massage. Thank you Alex. Youre the real VIP.

Andrea is fantastic! She listens to my needs and addresses the issues I’m having. She doesn’t talk through the massage, except to ask if the pressure she’s applying is okay for me, which I really appreciate ! I recommend her 100%!

Great massage at a great price. I usually see Nikki and she is very good. She always takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and everything is just right before we get started and the massage leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I have Been going to massage envy for a few years for facials and massages. They are by far the nicest and most professional people I have encountered in a long time. My payments did not go through for 2 months in a row (unknowingly to me at the time) and when I called to schedule an appt, they told me they were going to wave the last 2 months of payments. I am blown away, it was the nicest gesture a company has shown to me in a long time. Thank you so much and I look forward to my facial!

I had an amazing session with Alexander yesterday. He was very attentive to my concerns and professional from start to finish. The Staff was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating to my scheduling needs for future appointments. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to future sessions and my continuum of self care.

Under new ownership. Owners live out of state. Extremely impersonal. Will never go back to this location ever again.LOVE LOVE LOVE. I will forever recommend to everyone, always. The owner of this location is amazing, friendly, involved & truly cares. The massage therapists & estheticians are always above expectation! And, if you are ever not happy, they will make it right!

I would recommend Cherry Hill massage envy to anyone you’ll have an everlasting experience. I also recommend Andrea as a massage therapist she is one of the top therapist that I have ever had. When you enter the Cherry Hill massage envy you get a warm professional welcome from the front staff at the desk so once again try Cherry Hill massage envy you won’t be disappointed. Trust the guy that has been going there for the past seven years weekly.

I love getting massages from my favorite masseuse, Nic! She’s very accommodating to my requests and always a pleasure to chat with. She also remembers my issues from the last time I saw her and she builds on that during the treatments. She’s in high demand which isn’t surprising given her expertise. I highly recommend booking with her.

I just want to start off by saying this has nothing to do with the massage therapist; I see Donald there and he is amazing and I would recommend him to everyone! This one star is about the new owner. I had a massage today and at the end, the girl at the front desk had to give me the news that I’m no longer allowed to schedule there because they are no longer accepting clients who signed up at other branches… so therefore I’m not allowed to schedule there moving forward. I asked if there was any way I could switch over to there and they’re unable to do that I would have to cancel my other membership and resign up, however I’m still on my other contract.. Not only did this news completely ruin my massage, I’m very upset I won’t be able to see Donald again and support him. The new owner is trash and this was communicated poorly, I shouldn’t have found out about this after my massage. Massage envy should really figure their stuff out. I’d be careful before choosing to sign up at a massage envy theyre all run differently.

Stephanie always listens to my needs and gives the best massages based on that information. I recommend her to everyone.I also just recently started using the Massage Envy app to book my massages. It is very convenient when booking a massage last minute.

Always greeted with a pleasant welcome. Andrea, who always does my massages and facials, is the best. She pays attention to any issues I might have and addresses them. She is knowledgeable and her experience as a masseuse and edthetician shows in her work.

Andrea is great! However, when I was checking out, I was told I could not make anymore appointments at this location. One major reason I joined Massage Envy was because I could go to any massage envy facility. Sounds like a breach of contract.

This location gave me a discount on my first massage; They pushed me to sign up for the membership- made me uncomfortable . I did only because they tried to raised the price on services upon me leaving. Because of Covid I could not come for 6 months. I called in October and told them I could not come in and I could no longer afford $69.31 The manager told me, No problem we wont charge you and we will end your membership. The next month I was charged for two months. I called the store in January and then the manager says Oh, you have to put your cancelation request in writing. So I write an email on January 19th and on the 21st, another $69.31 is charged. I asked for all six months to be refunded and said, I had COVID, I do not want to leave my house as the doctor recommended. Do you really want me in your store?, and she said Yes, as long as you wear a mask.The massage was nice but the staff CLEARLY is un-trained and the manager is more interested in money. It would have seemed she was totally unwilling to accommodate me in this unbelievable situation. I have been robbed of more than $346.55. Bad business practices and complete unwillingness to refund due to COVID. Massage Envy, YOU HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY. Beware of who you do business with, Massage Envy DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR WALLET OR YOUR SAFETY!

I transferred from a Chicago site. There, I received great prenatal massages. This site has different rules. Warning, if your over 35 and pregnant, they won’t give you a massage. Yet, they new my age and I was pregnant and didn’t bother to tell me this until I was in the room. If that’s their policy, and they have my age and pregnancy on file, then don’t waste people’s time.

Massage Envy Cherry Hill is fantastic. The staff is polite, friendly, and professional. Nic is an amazing therapist and really listens to her client. She always gives feedback and suggestions. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her clients.

The Cherry Hill location was very clean and the staff are super professional. My session was with Stephanie for my massage and Victoria for my facial. Both ladies did an awesome job! I will be going back to see both ladies again.

I had an appointment with Donald from Massage Envy in Cherry Hill NJ and it was amazing! I was so tensed up with knots in my back and he rejuvenated me completely! I feel so relaxed now! I definitely recommend him and the location to everyone! Im completely satisfied!

I have been to many massage places, and Massage Envy is the best. Andrea is great, the only thing I would recommend is for her to have more availability! :) she’s so hard to get in with bc she’a THAT good. Overall though I love Massge Envy, and they never ever pressure you with hidden fees like some other places - which is prob the biggest deal for me. They allow to freeze /unfreeze as much as you want and you never lose credits

Jessica is the absolute best massage therapist! She applies perfect pressure and is able to adjust accordingly to accommodate each area. She is also very knowledgeable and gives great advice on how to relieve your problem areas.

Donald is an exceptional massage therapist.Where the experience could improve would be to chose massage oil sense or creams even if this was offered at an additional cost. Also hot face towels at the beginning of the service. As well as a glass or cup of water at the end of service. I realize some of this has been changed since COVID but lets get back to a more norm with those little extras.

Jessica is an excellent therapist and takes the time to listen and take care of problem areas. She really helps stretch and work out the out paonful areas and also provides relaxation at the same time. I cant say enough good about her.

Horrible experience with the massage guy Alexander! i always do massage and i feel satisfice but this time i went home very upset. he did horrible job plus he felt to sleep doing my feet😡. i have like 4 or 5 area to concentrate and he just concentrate on my back when he do the scalp ughhh i feel to get up of that table. so not schedule with Alexander!!!!!about the staff and owner they really profesional very nice welcome and try do the best for the client.

This ME is clean, safe and the staff are professional, friendly and hard-working. Andrea is a fantastic masseuse with good deep tissue technique to help release tense muscles. If I could get a massage every week I would do it.

It was literally a 20 second rub.Pros & Experience: Got a certificate for Xmas- I took the first appointment, I was brought back on time and into the room. My Massage therapist was Shawn. The massage was lovely and I have to say... I like light pressure & he is the O N L Y massage therapist ive ever had to actually get the pressure down right. Overall It was relaxing and i enjoyed it

I have monthly massages with Donald. He is always professional and provides great service. The facility itself is clean and front desk service is great. Ive only had good experiences with this location from when the reopened during covid to present.

Waited just a few minutes but was informed of the delay which was not long. The therapist provided a relaxing experience for me and quality of the massage was a 10. Possibly one of the better massages I have had.

Donald is my go-to. I always have a great experience and feel super relaxed when I leave. I’m definitely a fan of Massage Envy and appreciate the value and convenience of a subscription service for self-care!

This is by far one of the best locations Massage Envy has. All of the staff are incredibly professional and skilled. They always listen to your needs. I’ve never had a bad massage here!

April was my masseuse and I would highly recommend her. She was nice, she listened to everything I said, and her skills were excellent. My small complaint is that the room was a little chilly.

The massage was as if I didnt fill out a questionnaire regarding my comfort with being touched. There was a fan in the room on high, which made it extremely cold and my massage ended early. I would never come back to massage envy, nor would I recommend anyone else to.

Most relaxing hour I’ve had in a long time. She worked mostly on my legs and back. The day after a massage with Aundie, I still feel relaxed…most other massages I’ve had…I’m usually sore the following day.

Wow, wonderful massage experience. This was my first deep tissue massage and it boarder on painful, but Oh my goodness, when it was over I was sore but grateful. The past few weeks, since my massage, have been ache and pain free. I cant wait to go back.

Love this place, Stephanie is fantastic! Shes good at talking if you want to talk but then just letting you relax into it if youre quiet. Perfect combination of therapeutic and relaxing massage.

I asked for a refund as I got chemical peel done here and I got milia all over my face. I spent so much money for dermatologist. They told me they will call me in next 2 days but I am still waiting! I would never recommend to get chemical peel done here. Never!! I also need a refund if someone is reading my review from Message envy

Very wonderful staff and professional masseuses. I have been getting massages here for several years now and have not been disappointed yet. My masseuse Beverly always does an excellent job.

Ask for Beverly! She is outstanding! Beverly was wearing a mask before we had to. She asks you what areas of concentration you want her to focus on, washes her hands before she touches you and have you wash yours when you enter.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Alex does a great job. Listens to my complaints and works through them for me. I feel very comfortable. Thank you all😊

No one ever answers the phone! I call during business hours and get the voicemail everytime! I am trying to cancel my membership because I have moved and I cant because NO ONE picks up the phone! Horrible customer service! No one can seem to book the apointments correctly! Will never go back.

DESTINY IS MY GIRL. When I find a therapist I stick to them. Originally a member from maryland but when I moved to philly and found destiny I went see anyone else!!
