This salon was highly recommended to me but I had a horrible experience with the quality and the customer service to resolve the issue. I went in for a balayage retouch before a trip and when she was done it did not look any different. The stylist said that she could try to fix it on another date but I was going away and she did not even have time to blow dry my hair. I was still charged over $200 for the service even though it was not done properly and the stylist admitted it was not up to par. When I called to speak with manager and was told there was nothing they could do but try again another day. Obviously I dont want to go back because I dont trust that it will be done properly. I shouldnt be charged such a large amount of money for service that was not delivered properly, especially when the stylist is confirming that it needs to be fixed. It is unacceptable.

Maddie is very talented. She consistently delivers quality work. Today I had my hair shortened to a pixie cut. She cut about 6 inches of hair patiently which I know is time consuming and challenging. This is the first time that she cut my hair really short. There were challenges but she was able to give me the haircut that I want. I never had a bad haircut from Maddie. Shes wonderful.

This was my first visit to Bella Salon and Spa. I had a facial with Amy and a Blowout with Kacee. Amy was fantastic and explained everything she was doing. She gave me a fantastic facial and head massage. My skin was glowing when I was done. Kacee gave me a great blowout and gave me exactly what I asked for. Guys, I am posting this so that no body get cheated like I was cheated today in this Salon, Please think 1000 times before going this salon, be careful everyone, they will cheat you like anything like they did today with me, before starting they said my bill would be 328$ to color my hair, but at the end they charged me 478$ instead, 150$ overcharged without asking my permission, this is the way they cheat people and I am warning you guys so that you are aware and dont ever go there.This place is really bad and will cheat you like anything.They dont deserve any star, it should be zero star.

Madalyn gave my 10 year old daughter a beautiful haircut! She also took the time to educate her a little bit on how to take care of her hair, and made sure that she was happy with the cut before she left the chair. She loves it!

Amazing as always! My booking was supposed to include time for a haircut but was scheduled wrong...Jenn made it work and I love my cut. She also introduced me to some great new products. She knows the products and lets the results speak for themselves. Before Jenn I would rarely buy product from a salon but Jenn knows her product and audience...I have never been happier with a stylist!

I had the best first-time experience at Bella Salon & Spa with Morgan. When I arrived her very capable assistant washed my hair and got me in a chair and prepped me for Morgan. The entire staff offers fabulous service from the moment you walk through the doors at the Salon. I Just adore Morgan and Alyssa. Morgan has a wonderful eye for color and style. I am in heaven with Alyssa’s head massaging! I always feel so refresh after my appointment with Morgan and Alyssa!

Alyssa and Morgan are efficient and detail oriented in their work. Morgan did a great job with correcting my balayage color to my desired result and giving Alyssa direction for my hair. This was my first visit with Lizzie and it was great. She listened to my concerns, gave feedback and offered advice on styling. Although she seemed to have a few clients overlapping which could annoy people, I didnt feel that she was rushing through at all and handled it very well. Ive been looking for a stylist for a long time and always feel like I just leave with a basic trim even though I ask for more or something different. Lizzie did just this and I am hoping my search is over.

1st visit to this salon, staff was nice and friendly. Renee & Madison were my stylist and assistant. I showed a few colors and cuts I had in mind, it looks nice, not one of my omg I love it results, nothing the stylist did, but I will go back. Loved the hair products and shampoo/wash. The atmosphere is nice, comfortable envirnment, I also enjoyed talking with the other ladies getting their hair done. Looking forward to trying some of the other services :)

Jenn gave me the coolest hair i’ve had possibly ever! i came in with dyed black hair and asked for flaming red highlights throughout, and when i tell you my hair looks identical to the picture i showed her, it’s the exact same!! she’s always been such an amazing and confident hair stylist over the years i’ve seen her, whether it’s been on blonde hair, black, or anything in between. i recommend you book an appointment with her if you’re thinking about it :)

First time visit. Clean and well organized salon. Top notch from start to finish. Chris was amazing with shampoo, and Morgan did a fantastic job on my long layered cut. Highly recommend Bella and specfically Morgan for any guys (or gals) with long hair.

This is my second time at Bella Salon and I am won over. The service is amazing and the quality of products used is lovely leaving hair soft, silky and brand new.While Ive only had male stylists both times, Ive been happy with Derek and Norm. They really seemed to care about what I want and even are great at giving options especially with my indecisions.On this visit I had 4-5 inches cut off. It really was a last minute decision but Im happy I did it. I also had color dont but primarily just to cover roots. Love love the results.Derek is hilarious and great to chat with while getting hair cut. The salon also provides both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks during the visit which is also a plus! My hair process took 3 hours and it was really relaxing!I recommend this local business with high flying colors. Oh! They offer perks for new customers with coupons and vouchers for next visits. On my second visit I received a hair treatment worth $45.

Taylor is the best at lashes! I always feel so good about myself after I get a fresh refill; I love it! She’s also so nice and helpful with everything, she tells you which products to use and stay away from and is overall very knowledgeable about her craft. I definitely recommend getting your lashes done by her (but not if it takes my refill spot 🤣 Jk!); she’s turned me into someone who never wants to NOT have lashes because they look so good!! Everyone else in the salon is very friendly, too!

3 appointments and 3 reschedules due to personal emergencies. I’m sympathetic, but was disappointed in the attitude of the schedulers. Never felt like they were concerned about my needs. The stylists were all hard working and personable, just not happy with the “desk” people. Tried one more time to make an appt for a hair cut, as I couldn’t get one during the last cancellation event (right before a wedding, an appt scheduled 5 weeks prior; I settled for the waxing and color I needed in the limited time available ). Called yesterday, left message. No call back. Called again today. No call back. Got an appt at another salon. I tried. You let me down. My previous salon from before Covid and before I moved would have made me feel valued and gotten me all the services I had scheduled.
