⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Kashmir is my favorite spot in Chicago’s Fulton Market District! This place is a perfect blend of NYC nightlife from the 80s, with live music, DJs, and theatrical performances every night. The vibe is chic and stylish, with stunning interiors and an incredible art collection.The cocktails are imaginative and delicious, thanks to the brilliant bar program led by Brian Sturgulewski. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Its a great place for a full night out, especially with its location near sister restaurants Coquette, Bambola, and Expat.If youre looking for an unforgettable night out in Chicago, Kashmir is the place to be!

Amazing place to go out and get drinks, some of the best cocktails in chicago. You can tell a lot of thought was given to everything from the fabrics to the artwork. Bottle service isn’t unreasonably expensive and staff are amazing.

I recently had a fantastic time at Kashmir Night Club, breaking my night club hiatus. The ambiance was delightful, and although the crowd predominantly consisted of enthusiastic students from the University. The owners choice in creating this atmosphere is admirable. The place was buzzing with positive energy and a great sense of community. The dedicated bartenders made sure we were well taken care of, even during peak hours. The only minor issue was that the DJ leaned towards techno beats instead of the latest hits, but aside from that, I found it to be a perfect place to unwind and have a memorable time. Highly recommended if youre looking for an enjoyable hangout spot!

The doorman were outstanding in among the nicest Ive experienced in Chicago. The DJ was fun and played great music. The atmosphere is OK, pretty typical for a nightclub but the mens bathroom is tiny and there was a line. The bartenders were abysmal. One of the bartenders was taking shots right out of the bottle. He was slow and often seemed confused. I can only assume he was drunk because he took multiple shots out of bottles. Whoever is in charge of the doorman, great job, but the bartenders are terrible. I would not go back.

Pretty weird experience. Went for burlesque and a show, and was informed there is no show tonight. GM started doing shots with everyone, and then once it got busy - was no where to be seen with no server to be seen.Finally had to go to the back room to find him to pay - while others were sitting for over 30 minutes with a menu but no drink.So maybe this is a good place when they decide to have shows and servers?

Lex definitely made our night and was a great vibe. Also if you want a great Tiger Tiger drink, ask her to be the one to make it. It was life changing.The place is definitely cute and the staff is friendly and awesome. I will definitely come back for my next Chicago trip

We had the best time walking into Kashmir this Saturday night. Our ladies group was graciously greeted by the manager named Chris, who treated us like queens!!! We spent hours having the best night talking and dancing, and the cocktails were superb!

Jasmine was the best. She’s so positive and demure. Love her! Kashmir also has the best atmosphere in the west loop!! My fav place to go

Visited Kashmir for the first time with a group of 15 of us (made a reservation in advance via email) and had the best time for my birthday. The atmosphere is different than anywhere else I’ve been in Chicago and the aesthetic is super cool / fun inside. Strong drinks & Chris was super accommodating.

We hosted a party here for 40 people. Chris was wonderful in getting it set up and organized. The bar tenders were amazing! Really great decor, music was awesome and the drinks are on point!! Definitely a younger crowd as the night goes on but was perfect for us earlier in the night!!!

Wonderful! I loved the bartender who served us since she was super friendly. Plus, shes repping black female bartenders everywhere by her excellent service 🙌🏾 The atmosphere was amazing and not crowded. Music was BOMB, and the drinks were soooo good 😋

I recently visited Kashmir and was blown away by its stunning interior design, artwork, and overall vibe. It truly offers a one-of-a-kind experience that you wont find anywhere else in Chicago. However, I had an unfortunate experience with who seemed to be floor management that I feel I need to address.On two separate occasions, both myself and a friend whos been in the industry for a combined 20 years, encountered instances where the staff were a bit too rough when passing women of color. As a woman of color myself, I found this behavior inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. I was pushed without any apology or even a simple excuse me. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.On a brighter note, I have to give credit to the bartenders at Kashmir. The drinks they serve are absolutely phenomenal, and the bartenders themselves were awesome. I had the pleasure of being served by Lex, who not only knew her stuff but also had a friendly and helpful attitude. She guided me through the drink options and made some fantastic recommendations.Despite the unfortunate incident with two of the staff members, I still think Kashmir has a lot going for it. The interior design and artwork create an incredible atmosphere, and the bartenders, like Lex, contribute to a positive experience with their expertise and friendly service.I really hope that Kashmir addresses the forementioned issue, as it definitely takes away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Its important that all patrons feel respected and comfortable while enjoying the unique beauty and excellent drinks that Kashmir has to offer.

We got there early but…some of the worst drinks we’ve ever had. Had a few sips and we couldn’t even finish them. I am shocked, normally I can down a bad drink and order my go-to, but everyone’s (6 of us) couldn’t. Staff was nice but surprised no one asked us what the issue is when we left so abruptly with all full drinks (and still paid a good tip for the server).

Kashmir has some cool bohemian-like aesthetics. Just wish they played more hip hop tracks, otherwise music is danceable! Great variety of seasonal cocktails along with wine and more. I always have a great time here when I get a chance to go. Big shout out to the GM Chris Boutros and the bottle girls for helping me with a table and making sure my friend had a memorable birthday!

Had the best experience at Kashmir!! Chris was so welcoming and made sure we had a great time! The show was fabulous and the drinks were amazing! The atmosphere is unmatched from the music to the decor. Definitely recommend for a night out with friends! 10/10!

This club has terrible management and will steal from you.My friends and I paid over $1,500 for a table an bottles of alcohol on NYE. Halfway through the night the staff took our tables booze and systematically removed everyone in our party from the club without warning. They waited until we were alone or in small groups to kick us out to free up our table for other people to purchase more bottles.The bouncers picked up and threw around the girls in our party, did not protect them from creepy dudes while we were in the club, and did nothing to protect our area at all.They will not let you wait for a cab in the entryway either. When they kicked me out I had to wait outside in the snow without a winter coat for an hr and a half while the entryway was completely open and warm.If youre reading this and assume we were a rowdy group or deserved to get kicked out for some reason I am not mentioning, we were well behaved. We were sitting and talking, dancing, and drinking without hurting or harassing anyone. We were not given any warnings individually or as a group.This place robbed us of a good time that we paid for and they will rob you. Do not go here.

My recent visit to Kashmir in Chicagos West Loop was nothing short of a disappointment. In all honesty, it stands out as one of the most dismal bar experiences Ive had in the city. The service, or rather the lack thereof, was the primary culprit behind my dissatisfaction. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the staff were disorganized and indifferent.Firstly, the wait staff seemed more preoccupied with other tasks than attending to patrons. Despite being given our first round of drinks promptly, we were left waiting for what felt like an eternity before anyone bothered to take our next round of drink orders. I had to go up to the bar for someone to take our second round of drinks. Even then, our server was conspicuously absent for most of the evening, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated.To add insult to injury, when the bill arrived, it included charges for drinks we never even ordered. Its baffling how such a basic aspect of service—accurately recording and fulfilling customer orders—could be so botched. The blatant overcharging only served to underscore the incompetence and lack of integrity within the establishment.Given my dismal experience, I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to Kashmir to steer clear and take their hard-earned money elsewhere. Fortunately, the West Loop boasts a plethora of superior options where patrons can enjoy exceptional service and quality libations.If you find yourself in the area craving a night out, I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Money Gun, Blind Barber, or Kumiko. These establishments consistently deliver both ambiance and service, providing a memorable and enjoyable drinking experience that is sorely lacking at Kashmir.Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and opt for one of these fantastic alternatives instead. Your taste buds—and your wallet—will thank you.

Went to celebrate a bday and stayed for the atmosphere and music. The ambience is second to none

The staff here is incredibly hostile. They kicked our table out 2hrs early on new years eve (despite us paying for the entire night) and then proceeded to take our $400 bottles away from us. They originally claimed this was because they overserved us, but they then went on to offer us shots to make up for it?? They also didnt hesitate to get physical even if you were just going to ask a question or needed help. Im usually not the type of person to leave reviews on places, but this place genuinely deserves it. Im just trying to warn anyone who sees this.

Avoid this place at all costs !!!! The bouncer super super híper mega rude !!! He yelled and insulted me for no reason ! Just because I was trying to finish my drink before the entrance we were visiting from Miami and trying out new places coming to this place made us regret trying out the Chicago nightlife ! Don’t come here there’s plenty more good other options !

It had been quite some time since I last went clubbing, and overall, the experience was excellent.Staff Friendliness + Hospitality: 5/5Drinks: 5/5Decor and Atmosphere: 5/5Music: 3/5During my time there, I encountered no issues with the AC; the ambiance remained comfortable throughout the evening. As the night progressed, the place became increasingly crowded, resulting in some wait time to be served at the bar. Nevertheless, this is to be expected at any popular venue. Despite the busy atmosphere, the bartenders managed to handle the load admirably, and the quality of the drinks did not suffer. They were expertly prepared with the right proportions of alcohol and mixers, catering even to my preference for stronger cocktails.The music selection left me a bit disappointed. The DJ predominantly played minimal techno beats, which, while suitable for conversations and hanging around, were not really meant for dancing.Yet, what truly impressed me was the impeccable service. Long story short, I misplaced my freshly purchased bottle of Perrier, which was removed by the staff since it was a potential hazard for anyone on the stage. I informed one of the staff members, whose name is Alina, about the situation, and she assured me that she would replace the water. Some time after attending to her clients who had ordered private tables and bottle service, she surprised me by finding me in the midst of the dance floor with a fresh bottle of Perrier. This level of dedication and attention to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable.Additionally, I appreciated the vigilance of the security staff. When I jokingly attempted to cut the line for the mens restroom in front of my friends, a security personnel handled it graciously by making sure I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble. The staffs commitment to ensuring a pleasant and respectful environment for all guests was evident.To sum it up, my experience at this venue was highly enjoyable, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service provided by Alina and the attentive staff. While the music selection didnt fully align with my taste, the overall atmosphere, drinks, and decor were top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable night out and suggest requesting Alina as your host for an even more exceptional experience.

Racists are all I can. It was an incident that took place with another customer by the bathrooms. However, this person pushed my fiancés boxing coach and started a big mess. I tried to defuse the situation with my fiancé until older Bottle lady or whatever she would like to call herself got an attitude with me. Long story short they put us out for no reason for something we did not do. I don’t agree with my fiancé yelling at that older girl but he was upset because of what she did. I didn’t see any black people there other than myself, my fiancé, another bouncer, and another girl who worked there. I will say they need to speak to the older lady with Botox who started the issue without knowing the back story. I will never return to the establishment.

Horrible experience - feels like you’re standing in a sauna and they discriminate when choosing who to serve at the bar.I patiently waited at the bar to order our drinks and my friends and I were blatantly ignored. They served every single person around us twice and when I politely tried to get the bartender’s attention he walked away. I immediately knew I did not want to support this establishment and left within 30 minutes of stepping foot in this place.

One of my favorite lounges to bring new comers to. always the best vibes, such a cool atmosphere and the best hospitality.

A fight broke out and the security couldnt be bothered. It took them in excess of 5 minutes to get involved, at which point, they simply kicked out the instigator and insisted that the cops not be called. Even though the people involved were clearly bleeding.

Great place to chill and dance

I can’t see this place lasting. Boy do I have a story for you.First off, It’s a really douchey vibe. There’s a clone war line of polo cologne button up bros projecting desperations and insecurities even before you get in.We’re already here and there’s nothing else in the area to bar hop. So why not? It takes forever to get a drink, you’re hot and it’s crowded. It’s a weird space to be in, they’re in a residential building so it’s literally not a space made for night club.Then you walk out, ear ringing from the unnecessary loud music blasting in a tiny space to exchange uncomfortable glances with resident who are kept up from the sound. This isn’t it.

Not sure why a large restaurant/hospitality group would sign off on the name Kashmir for a nightclub. Subversive, Cavort...hedonism - not words Id typically associate with a beautiful but politically complex farming region where the majority of people are Muslim and therefore dont drink. Seems very culturally insensitive at best, particularly when the night club doesnt borrow/appropriate (thankfully) anything from that region.The music is audible from across the street and over the last couple of weeks it has frequented by instagram influencers for marketing events and city workers staggering over the junction from Bambola (the same Bonhomme group). The standard club music, the clientele and the table minimums means the club cannot possibly have the come one, come all atmosphere of the post-Loft era New York night clubs or the music-focused underground parties of 1980s London.

Such a great time, we went here over the weekend, after a wedding; cocktails were solid, vibe was fun, was just crowded enough, and service was great!

I went for drinks and music. The music was so bad and the DJ was so rude. I requested a song and he started cussing at me… i took a picture of him so you know who I’m talking about. Bad and rude.

If I could give no stars I would. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone considering how poorly the staff treated my group. This place should be shut down for how grossly they treat their customers. I would simply be ashamed to ever be connected to this restaurant in any way.
