I give major props to the management that allowed me to use a gift certificate that expired the end of 2022 today!It took two emails but they agreed to it which was nice.I booked an 80 massage online and had Jenna as my masseuse. It was a relaxation massage but definitely turned into a deep tissue which at the time wasn’t great but in reality, was needed. Jenna was amazing as she worked her hands and elbows all over my back and worked my calves as well as requested.The cost was $180 but with the GC just paid a little out of pocket along with a tip based on the value of the massage.My only gripe was I was never offered a beverage when I came in which was about 10 minutes before my massage. I was craving some tea but had to ask for it at the end of my massage. Also, there is a waiting/relaxation area downstairs which would’ve been nice to hang before my massage.Plenty of ParkChicago available all around the salon.If you go here, book Jenna!

Had a facial with Jessica on Thursday and WOW! My skin has done a complete 180 in just the last two days. I’ve been suffering with very bad cystic acne for the last two years & it’s something I’m incredibly self conscious about and struggle daily to cover. Yesterday was the first time in the last two years that I didn’t spend worrying about how my skin looked, I have no more active breakouts & my skin was so smooth I honestly couldn’t believe it. Not only that but the areas of my face that typically get oily by the end of the day didn’t look a bit shiny at all.As for the facial itself, Jessica was incredibly informative & talked me through every step before she did it. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable & was clearly very knowledgeable. After the facial she recommended products & helped me come up with a long term plan for my skincare.Long story short, it was worth every penny (and to be honest their facials are very reasonably priced). If I lived in the area I would be in monthly, thank you so, so much Jessica!

I loved my entire experience at Cleise spa, from the warm welcome to the free virgin piña colada at the end! I had a 45 minute infrared sauna session, 80 min deep tissue massage with Jenna and facial with Jessica. Absolutely top 5 best massage and facial Ive ever had. My face was glowing and the pressure was perfect for what my body needed. Im so impressed and will 100% be back for a full body scrub asap! Every single employee was so warm and kind, too. Absolutely recommend for a high levek of service.

I decided to pamper myself! I booked a last minute body scrub at Cleise! The staff was amazing from the time I signed in! Cindy was phenomenal! Great conversation and she updated me throughout the process! Thank you! I will definitely be back!

100% recommend the staff makes you feel like a princess since you get in and it has very cozy vibes and they do offer an amazing wax service.

My experience with the Bioslimming wrap was ok. The spa was very nice but they were playing quite loud music with lyrics that made the experience not very relaxing. I also didnt really see any results from the wrap.

I was lucky enough to get The Signature Facial by Cleise herself! What a wonderful treat! Apart from being very knowledgeable about skin care, she is such a warm and friendly person. I enjoyed the background music very much: relaxing and uplifting Brazilian music. My skin felt and looked so good after the facial. I have sensitive skin and have had a couple of bad allergic experiences with too strong products used on my face and reacting badly to it. However, Cleise was highly recommended to me, and my skin responded very positively to her treatment. I will definitely be going back!

Just visiting from out of town and so glad I decided on Cleise for my birthday massage and facial. Both were phenomenal, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lee did my facial and she was really spectacular. Her wealth of knowledge and helpful tips made the experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately i had a horrible service today. I came in to get a chocolate scrub for the first time. Jenna was rushing during the whole entire process i couldn’t enjoy it because she kept talking. I was put under a shower with lukewarm water when I ask for hot water. I was not informed about the condition of my skin. I was never informed about the products that was being applied on my skin. I will never step foot in this spa ever again. I am so disappointed because for the price I paid I could’ve got a better services than that. I would just avoid coming to this place.

Jessica was amazing! Such an amazing experience! Probably the first time waxing didn’t hurt! And we all know waxing can hurt! she recommended the right products and It’s only been one wax and this is the first time I’m looking forward to go back! Thank you Jessica!!!!

I’ve been going to Mercedes for my routine wax services for a few months now. She’s really great, & friendly. The facility is very clean & has a nice aesthetic. You will not be disappointed!

Always a wonderful experience. Cleise takes excellent care of me and always makes me feel pampered, goes over and above with all my treatments. Her Carecona wax is a must try. She also does a fantastic job with my brows. Will start facial treatments with her in several weeks and will report back. The front desk staff are also very pleasant and professional.

It was our first time to get a body massage and we are glad that we chose Cleise. My husband and I got a deep tissue massage with aroma therapy. It was greatly calming, relaxing, and we just enjoyed the whole experience. Shout out to our awesome masseuse Maria & Jenna. We will surely recommend Clesie and come back for more.

Beautiful place and the service is fantastic. Mercedes is a gem. She serviced my step daughter with a facial and her skin took a turn for the better almost over night. She is very knowledgeable and recommended products that have made a noticeable difference and have added a natural glow to her face. Thank you Mercedes.

After a long hard week, a wonderful 5D anti-aging facial with Dana was all I needed to start the weekend off right!. She is always fabulous and makes sure her clients feel comfortable and relaxed during any facial or wax. If you have not been to Cleise, you are missing out. The service is impeccable!

After a lot of online researching, I decided to try Cleise for my first wax and such a great choice! Higher prices than some other places I researched but if you schedule your next appt before you leave there is a discount and if you buy a package you get $15 off each. But even with slightly higher pricing, service is totally worth it. I mean it is a precious area so you get what you pay for. Ask for Dana. Shes awesome.

Had a Brazilian body glow, Mercedes did a wonderful job making me relaxed through the process. This entire spa has excellent customer service and great deals for a downtown spa day! My skin felt like butter for days

Although I havent been in quite some time, I love each experience I have had there. Lisa is my go to and does such an amazing job. The environment is pleasant and inviting. I highly recommend them for spa treatments and services!

Horrible experience, for the price you can get a much better wax elsewhere. Also you should have a warning or discount when booking an inexperienced waxers. Enjoyed coming here for past services but will not be back.

I recently had a Bosa Nova facial with Darinka, and it was absolutely amazing. She has gentle hands, but yet gets down to nitty-gritty details of your pours and really cleans them out without inflammation. She is also very knowledgeable about all skin types and truly gets to know your skin and can recommend down to earth home care procedures. In addition, it was super relaxing and the Spa ambiance is just so tranquil and clean, I just love Cleise Spa and cant wait for another treatment.

Unfortunately a very poor experience. Had a chocolate scrub and the water shower was lukewarm. Sitting on a slab naked and exposed to the cold was not a pleasant experience. . My prior scrubs elsewhere have been amazing and this was a huge disappointment.Facial was ok at best. Clinician told me next to nothing about condition of my skin and, absolutely no suggestions as to future care of my skin. Also, during facial, I was not informed of what clinician was doing.All in all, the day was a waste. I Left feeling very disappointed. Prices were high , especially for the less than mediocre experience.

Got my first ever brazilian wax with Leigh. It was not painful at all! 10/10 recommend doing it with her!!

Worth the prices. Recently moved to KY and Im so sad because they dont have anything here that comes close to Cleises. Best waxing by far, you can tell they are skilled in what they do. Maria is the best!

Worth the price. This is truly the best Brazilian Ive ever gotten. They are quick and thorough. Ive been going to Jennifer and shes been wonderful. Ive been wanting to try their other services but cant bring myself to fork it over!

Really enjoyed the time I spent with my wife getting facials the therapist really took her time I thought did an excellent job it might not be over the top and Im Beyonce but at the end of the day the most important thing is the quality of the work which I thought was excellent

Erica is the best! She’s an amazing esthetician. If you need a gentle but meticulous wax, she’s your go to. You’ll be in and out quickly and painlessly as possible.

Quick, knowledgeable and helpful is how I would describe this spas staff. I have come here for waxes and have been tempted to try other services, maybe someday soon...I recommend this place for any wax newbies who want a quick, not-too-embarrassing experience (but lets face it, its always a wee bit embarassing anyhow- but these ladies wont make you feel anything less than ok).

I attempted to ask questions about the order that three services would be performed and never received a response - I going to try again as I really am in need of the sugar scrub and want to try the eye service. If I can get a response I’ll gladly update this review to reflect service and not customer service or lack there of alone.
