I went today for my birthday and De’Anthony gave the best massage ever! Will book again! The front desk staff was also very pleasant

I love it here, I have been with this loc for over 3 yrs, the staff is very helpful they always try to fit me in for appointments when I call. I just had a facial for the first time and I loved it. I definitely will be using my massage therapist Andrea more often than in the past.

I always look forward to my visits here! Audra and Sheila are amazing massage therapists, and my facial with Nia was illuminating in so many ways! This place is above and beyond any other ME I have visited

The staff here are prompt, friendly, and courteous. I had a massage with Bart yesterday and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with less neck tension. He offers medium to firm pressure and will add stretching to your service if you’d find it helpful.

Alexis is my new fave! Upon finding out that my regular massage therapist was gone, I decided to give Alexis (who is new to the West Loop location) a try- I was not disappointed at all! Alexis listened to my needs and continued to check in with me throughout my massage. We had great conversation as well! I have definitely found my new regular massage therapist 😊

I have tried to cancel my membership for 4 weeks. I’ve called multiple times and left messages to speak with the manager (they are the only ones able to cancel). I have not heard back. There is no way to reach out to the corporate office or the owner for assistance. Essentially, you are held hostage in a subscription if you want to cancel. Not only is this fraudulent but reportable to the Federal Trade Commission. Beware to potential customers - signing up is easy but canceling is a nightmare.

I’ve been here twice. Once last year and once yesterday. I enjoyed both times. I really liked Jasmine (who’s on leave right now). She was very good and she has a warm personality. Kristen was my missus yesterday. She was also very good. She did an excellent job! She added the the right amount of pressure while messaging my shoulder that was dislocated. I think the staff is really nice and professional. I enjoy the atmosphere. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because they want you to get a monthly membership. Please excuse my ignorance to how the message business operates, i just do understand the monthly membership thing. However I enjoyed the service of Kristen and Jasmine so I’m considering becoming a member. 🤔

Had my first appointment with this location a couple weeks ago and got exactly what I was looking for. Thank you to the front desk person who helped me with booking — I know I changed up so many details on you but you remained patient. Front desk people can make or break whether or not I decide to visit or return to a place, so needed to call that person out for doing a nice job.Shout out to Justin! I will be back. I booked a 1hour stretch and it was perfect. Justin was very knowledgeable and the stretch was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

This location has great staff, but it is ALWAYS book to capacity. If you are okay with only getting massaged once a month by one if their most requested, then go ahead. Just DO NOT sign a contract. They do not make cancelling it anywhere as easy as when you sign up for it.

Elena and Melissa are amazing therapists, some of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place. Also Meqai and Dajah at the front desk are phenomenal and so pleasant!!!! Just put you in a good mood. Great place!!

Incredibly lazy staff with terrible sense of service. I went in for a 60 min facial at 5:30. Begun at 5:45 and got done at 6:22.. mediocre and highly irritating products that are haphazardly smeared on and off your face. Definitely go anywhere else for a facial.

Victoria is outstanding. I have been regularly receiving massages for years, and was always skeptical about chain massage companies. However, massage envy in the west loop struck gold finding and keeping Victoria (easily could start her own private gig and charge 2x more). Been going for a year now.Attention to detail, extensive experience, excellent technique and communication, and just a nice person. Highly recommend booking Victoria at least two weeks in advance as I’m not the only one who knows this secret apparently.

I have always had positive service experiences at this location, but as a member of over 10 years, the last few months have been extremely frustrating with managing my membership. I called repeatedly over a 6 week timeframe asking to extend my freeze plus which did not happen, so I was charged for a monthly fee when I was trying to avoid accumulating even more services during this time. If I didnt have so many services already purchased to use, I would cancel my membership entirely.

I’ve been getting a massage every month for the past five years and Daniel gave the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely recommend him and this location to my friends. Thank you Daniel!

Amazing customer service as a whole. Bernice does my facials and not only is she super sweet cool human but she’s fantastic at her job as well. I came in because of dry skin and breakouts and I’ve been going to see her every 4-6 weeks since. My skin has never looked so good. Been using the products she suggested and I’m in love!

Their service is great but management needs improvement. When I made my appointment for my microderm today they said I wont have to pay anything out of pocket since my credits from my subscription will cover it. After I had my session they called me harassing me to pay out of pocket (mind you, the session costs $130 and they assured me beforehand that it will be covered with my credits). I told them that I wouldnt have made the appointment if I had known that I would have had to pay out of pocket since I was just trying to use up my credits so they dont expire. The manager, I believe her name is Sarah, then started to yell at me over the phone, demanding I pay. Money isnt the issue but the fact that Ive been lied to and tricked into this session when I couldnt have cared less for it. Sarah was extremely unprofessional and made me feel threatened over the phone. @massageenvy please do better when youre hiring a manager, this is completely unacceptable.

I recently got a massage at Massage Envy and my massage therapist was Justin. Justin was AMAZING. He specializes in deep tissue massages. He is very friendly, knowledgable, and kind. I have gotten many massages over the years but I have to say that after my massage here by Justin, I ACTUALLY feel the difference after the fact. Highly recommend Justin!!

Facial was excellent and I have received multiple massages all of which are good to excellent. Desk is helpful and easily assists with schedulingI should warn people though that the price has increased by 10$/ month in Chicago even if you are a member at a different locations. This was not announced or let me know prior to this occurring. Small amount but good to take into account.

I love this place! The front desk staff are very professional and friendly. I’ve had Melissa, Jabari and Krystin so far and each therapist was amazing. Melissa is good if you’re getting your feet wet and don’t exactly want a deep tissue. However Jabari and Krystin are GREAT for deep tissue, stretching and pressure points. Though this location is a bit farther for me I don’t mind the travel being that I know I won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to trying a Chemical peel here next.

I paid for 6 massages...end up getting 2. Second one was horrible. I gave my money and couldnt receive the rest of my massages because they werent taking no more of my money out of my account every month. I called about my massages. Lady told me she would have a manager call me right back and I got a call 2weeks later out of the blue to set up more payments to come out of my account before I can get the massages I already paid for. I dont recommend massage envy, never will. I paid for services I never reveived. If I could rate u with no stars I would.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MASSAGE ENVY! Management is horrible and non-responsive. I had a subscription/membership at this location and tried to cancel it. I followed all the steps/processes that the location and the corporate office told me needed to be done in order to cancel my membership. I did not receive confirmation and they have since charged me for 5 months after I cancelled the account. I have called a total of 5 times over the last 5 weeks and can never get a manager on the phone or a call back from the manager/owner to resolve my issue. They owe me $350 and no one will call me back to resolve the issue. I keep being told that I am on the list for a manager/the owner to call me back but it has been 5 weeks and I have not received any calls or gotten any kind of resolution. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OF MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!

My experience was mediocre. I requested a deep tissue and it was not communicated with the therapist. Although relaxing, it was not the deep tissue I wanted. I also asked the therapist to work on a specific area and they completely skipped over it.

Convenient location close to downtown. Ive had wonderful massages and facials from many different therapists. Front desk staff is always pleasant and attentive.Downside to this particular Massage Envy: poor layout - next to loud retail stores and parking garage, so outside noise travels through walls. You wont experience this in every room, but in a number of them.Overall, great LMTs, estheticians, and front desk staff keep me coming back.

DONT DO IT! RUN, DONT WALK!Massage Envy will try to talk you into their pre-paid monthly subscription, and promise you and easy fast cancellation at any time. This is NOT true. Weve called twice & emailed twice and are still getting charged for it. Now we have to get the BBB, the states attorney general and our credit card company involved just to make it stop. Even worse, when you try to use their service, they are always overbooked and understaffed and cant fit you in anyway. DONT DO IT!

Easy to find, friendly staff and not overly pushy at the end when they want you to become a member; I felt pampered with tea and my treatment. My masseuse, Bart was literally so attentive and awesome, I will definitely ask for him on my return!

I have seen a huge improvement in the customer service and the overall experience. I love the fact that they have parking and everyone creates such as great atmosphere. A massage by Jazmin will definitely rock your world.

I went here today for a massage and facial. I love this place. Everyone is nice and inviting. Awesome and patient when it comes to answering any and all questions you may have. Great at knowing the products they use and sell.

They don’t respond, and lie and say they aren’t there when in actuality they are! Sucky management! STAY AWAY!

Staff is wonderful, site is clean, and easy check-in. Definitely a relaxing environment.

It’s a drive to get there and parking is almost always full, but the service is great and hospitality much appreciated! They even make you a tea while you wait! Have been here about 3 times and each time it was great.

First time going here and I came out feeling relaxed and flexible. Its a legitimate massage business which I love. Definitely becoming a member.

Do not go to this location this is the worst managed place. Go to the river north or Wells. Today is the fifth time my appointment magically disappeared again. Horrible customer service

Bart at the West Loop location is a skilled therapist who took the time to offer helpful suggestions on managing my chronic pain.

Always a great place to destress... but the parking set up is absolutely horrible... all of the estheticians and massage therapists are great and really personable.

Massage envy is a great! They work with you and accommodate schedules very well.

I have been going monthly for strech and deep tissue massages. Constantly good.

You have some great masseuses and some ok, but once you find the ones you like, its worth it.

I enjoyed it so much, I signed up for a membership.
