Had the pleasure of getting a quick CBD massage here on my business trip and it was amazing. I wish I had more time to have a longer session. The therapist was very skilled and kind. This is a black owned business I would highly recommend!

I am definitely coming back here! My masseuse was amazing! She listen to all my concerns and try to focus on what I asked. She massages thoroughly with power! You can ask her for gentle massage if you want! Place was clean and simple but comfortable. The price is so reasonable and affordable compared to other massage shops!

This is my favorite place for massages in Chicago. I love the safety, security, and cleanliness of this spa. The space is calming and clean. I love that they have you take shoes off and provide you with sandals. Everytime I’ve been here the masseuses are kind, and they listen to what you want!! I can’t tell you how many massages I’ve had where the masseuse just does whatever they want without taking into account what you need/asked for. Loree and Hilde are absolutely magical. I have recommended this place to friends and I will continue to book here and tell everyone about it.

Were visiting from out of town and booked a couples massage with my partner. One of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had, booking was easy, the place was very clean and welcoming, and the massages were excellent! (We had Hilde and Tanz) Looking forward to coming back next time we’re in the area!

I spent 60 minutes with Tangela. She was really kind. She asked me questions to know more about how Im using my body and check my mobility before starting the massage. She knew how to adapt to my specific needs. I feel so much better now, even if I didnt know that I needed it!Calm and quiet atmosphere. The place is really clean.I highly recommend you book an appointment at LillieAnns. You will feel the difference!

Just had a massage with Hilde and it was fantastic. Perfect amount of pressure (medium hard), lots of elbow and forearm pressure over the long muscle groups. Perfect mix of lengthening and working on tight areas. Hildy rocks!!Also experienced Sarah a few months ago - all great things to share for her too. She was really interested in my body history and any specific places I wanted to work on, suggested specific therapies for specific areas. Great pressure and joint manipulation. Very relaxing!

Massage therapist was great- knew where to poke and prod! Would recommend to change music to something more serene. Otherwise will visit again

UNRELIABLE. NEVER SHOWED UP TWICE.As someone eagerly looking forward to a massage session to alleviate my sore back, I had high expectations based on the reputation of LillieAnns. Regrettably, my experience was marked by significant inconvenience and disappointment.Firstly, I scheduled my session for today and even took half of the day off work to make the appointment. However, upon my arrival at 11 AM, I found the parlor to be unexpectedly closed. This was particularly disconcerting as there was no prior communication from LillieAnns regarding any changes to their operating hours or my scheduled appointment.Furthermore, I attempted to contact the parlor both before and after arriving at the scheduled time, but my calls went unanswered. There was also no follow-up communication from the business, leaving me in a state of confusion and frustration.Its important to mention that this is not the first time Ive encountered this issue with LillieAnns. On a previous occasion, a similar situation occurred where the lack of communication led to inconvenience.

I had a full body plus reflexology after running a half marathon with Saundra and it was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend enough!!

Ive been going here for massages since 2018 and have had nothing but great massages every time. Ive seen Roslyn several times and shes a star at attuning to where my body needs particular attention on any given day. She asks questions to understand mobility and functional movement I engage in (due to work, etc) and customizes her massages to address those needs. I always feel much more relaxed and far less tense when I leave than I do when I arrive. I have chronic pain/tension in my neck/shoulders, so I appreciate that Roslyn provides recommendations about ongoing treatment so that I can be more proactive rather than reactive in effort to reduce pain long-term.

Ehh, definitely something I am not use to far as payment. If I pay online charge it and go about your day. Also this massage was a 6/10 for me. I have had wayyyy better for about the same amount if not cheaper. It helped relieved some tension but ehh and normally I can tell I had a massage but everything was dry. I would not even recommend to my dead grandmother at this point.

I was very disappointed. I was given a gift certificate for this place. First and foremost everything is automated, so no contact with a human. I show up to my appointment with the doors locked and closed sign up. I waited almost 20 min in case they were running late. No one showed up. I really hope they dont charge me the $25 no show fee...Just an update..... I was reached out by LillieAnns about my frustration and they we able to reschedule me and Sarah did a really great job of making sure that I felt welcome and did a great job on my massage giving me some extended time and working her magic

I really love Lillie and her spa. She and Keyona really go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are taken care of and also feel valued. My last prenatal massage was with Valerie and was the best hour and a half ever. I look forward to my next appointment next week.

Ms. Tanz has the hands of a healer! I received a full body massage with a focus on my lower back. Her pressure was spot on and she precisely worked out my pains through various points throughout my body. I cant wait to book with her again and try out her other services. I walked away floating from the experience, not only physically in better shape, but mentally as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time at lillieAnns this past weekend, and oh my goodness! I get messages regularly, and this was one of my absolute favorites of all time. I have been dealing with terrible back pain and when I walked out of my 75 minute appointment with Keyona, I walked home pain-free for the first time in months. She is charming and lovely to talk to and put me at ease instantly, and she is amazing at what she does... it was such a wonderful experience. Highly HIGHLY recommend!

What can I say - I’m continuously impressed by lillieAnn’s. I’ve now been going for about 8 months and have had massages by three different therapists who have all been wonderful. The space is welcoming, clean and peaceful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend!

LillieAnnes is a very calm, serene, and quiet spa with street parking available. Very professional, zen-like, and clean. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person with questions you may have concerning services they provide. Rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I was treated respectfully and welcomed warmly. I enjoyed every minute of my massage! A quiet gem tucked away in the west loop 😌

Had my first massage at LillieAnns yesterday and Im still day dreaming about the experience. The spa is impeccably clean and perfectly quiet and serene. I was in need of some work on my back and shoulders as my job really does its own job on these parts of my body. My massage therapist, Valerie asked what on my body needed the most work then worked some serious magic. This was the best massage Ive ever received and I will no doubt be back at LillieAnns for more.

First of all these are wonderful and highly trained therapists who absolutely are passionate about making their clients feel their best!Secondly I was so fortunate that Tangela...(spelling) was available within an hour of my call because my head and sinuses were in pain and she understands myofascial release which helped me immensely and I hadnt had any headaches again in over a week! She absolutely is gifted and knew how to release the tension in my scalp and neck which was the source of my intense head pain. I highly recommend her if you have tension headaches like me.I emphasized I have chronic sinus issues due to allergies and stated I just wanted my neck, upper shoulders, face, scalp and feet to be the focus since we only had an hour. I just wish more time had been spent on my feet but she suggested a theragun to me and Id never had a theragun treatment before so I agreed to it out of sheer curiosity.Honestly the theragun is kind of jarring and feels like strong percussive vibrations so I personally didnt enjoy that experience 😅 but if you do like the theragun she has had training. I didnt like that end part because I was trying to calm down my central nervous system 😬 but if you like it then they offer that option here.Pricing here is unbelievably affordable and the services you receive are professional. The massage treatment rooms are impeccably clean and if you live in the neighborhood this massage spa is worth exploring ❤

This place has been my sanctuary to get away from the outside world and enjoy total relaxation. Whether its for 60 minutes or 90 minutes, this will always be my number one choice for a massage. Great waiting lobby, excellent therapists, customer service is fluent and the overall setting in the rooms is heavenly. I have been going here for 2 years and will continue to go. Lillie is always present and is easy to talk to for any suggestions or concerns.

My mother treated several family members to a massage at this spa. We went the Sunday before Christmas about 1pm. This was perfect since parking,which is usually a problem, was not. The massage therapists were so kind,professional and knowledgeable​. The atmosphere is beautiful,calm and inviting. They did not over book or over lap appointments so the only people there were people with current appointments. We do not live near LillieAnns so it is a bit of a trek for me but I would come back on a Sunday when there is light traffic coming from the south Suburbs and open parking.

Lillieanns is the best massage therapy spa! The owner, Lillie, is an incredibly warm and gracious person and talented massage therapist and hires other excellent massage therapists. There is low employee turn-over here, so you know people are treated well and you can count on a great massage every time you visit.

I just spent 90 minutes with Abbie, and she was great. She asked pointed questions about how my body was feeling, listened and worked my responses into her massage treatment, and adjusted pressure to my needs perfectly.The facility was clean and calming. Definitely a little sanctuary in the West Loop. Also, having the option for Zelle/Venmo to tip was nice, as I dont usually carry cash anymore. I feel so much better, and will definitely be back to see Abbie again!EDIT April 2022: Just saw Abbie for a second time, and she is the real deal. I have been getting regular massages for the last 6 years, but Ive moved around a lot so I feel like Ive really honed into what I am looking for in a massage therapist. I want someone who is skilled enough to be intuitive about what my body needs. Abbie is amazing in this sense. She has enough experience to know what is working and what is not. She can sense when a particular movement is causing you pain, and adjusts automatically... and she even apologizes for it. She makes notes and keeps a record so you will not experience that again. She pays attention to your feedback and will adjust accordingly in future sessions. I was really impressed and I appreciate that LillieAnns recognizes talent and allows their therapists to do their thing. Just keep doing what youre doing, and Ill keep coming back!

I love lilleAnn’s! I’ve never been consistent with getting massages but I’ve started coming once a month. Lillie and Cailin have both been great therapists! I always feel so relaxed and whenever I have questions about how I can decrease my knee pain- they always leave me with so many exercises to try. Not to mention, I love supporting black owned business! As long as I’m in Chicago, I will be a loyal customer!

We where last year (2017) in chicago. And for the end of our vacation, my partner and me wanted a massage. Lillie anns was so easy to book and we get really fast a date for the next day. It was very professional with some questions about our health and illness. Very uncomplicated and easy and everyone was so nice and relaxed! We get the massage together in one room. The best massage ever! We will definetly come back - we’re thinking a lot back to this massage. :-)

I work right across the street and one day my back was really achy. I knew I needed a massage immediately and jumped on Google maps to find the closest massage place. Luckily I was able to book online and get an appointment right after work that very same day.I was greated by LillieAnn who is the nicest and friendliest person. She was finishing up with the previous client and as I was filling out my first-time paperwork she was going over helpful tips with him and assessing his movements/concerns. She really cares about her clients and often follows up via email or is available to be contacted with questions or concerns.The massage itself was wonderful. I instantly fell into deep bliss as she worked out my kinks and knots. My back pain slowly melted away and I felt great again.Afterwards, I used a SpaFinder gift certificate and had a little extra left over. Instead of letting it go to waste, she said she would apply it to my account for my next visit, which I thought was very nice of her to do. Ive even gotten additional discount codes emailed to me since my first appointment, which is great. The rates are already reasonable, but its nice to get a little money off too.I highly recommend lillieAnns. Great massage, serene atmosphere, and truly caring massage therapists. I cant wait to go back!

I called the day of to get a 45 minute massage and was glad I was able to coming in.I went in to focus on my lower back and legs because of my siactica was really bad. Let me say the next day I felt a whole lot better! I had been in so much pain earlier that day and when I had Valerie working on my lower, she really got in there to relax and loosen my tight muscle. I will definitely go back for a longer massage!
