My Dazzle Dry mani is STILL going strong on Day 12! I am always impressed with the quality of my experience here and still visit this location every time I travel to Chicago even though I moved out of town. HIGHLY recommend Kinzie Shine Spa!

I had a wonderful experience here! Went in for a pedicure and my feet look and feel flawless! Plus they do a wax treatment on your heels which made them feel so soft. Highly recommend going!

Kendra is my go-to nail tech! She does an amazing job (I do dip manicures and regular pedicures) and the entire staff is so accommodating. I also like how this spa sends text reminders for appointments.Photos added of the red chrome, for the Holidays 😍

At last!! I moved to the West Loop in May and have struggled to find a good nail salon...until now!I’ve tried 4 other nail salons in the west loop area (2 of which were recommended to me by other residents in my building) and 1 in the suburbs; I have been very disappointed with 3 of the 4 downtown ones I previously tried; I liked the fourth one I tried before today, but it was just too far from me to be practical. It was quiet and clean at Kinzie Lacquer Spa, and the nail technician Bella did a great job on my nails, and she was very careful about making sure the polish went on evenly (no bubbles!!). She was very careful about removing my existing gel polish and she was able to avoid damaging my nails while in the process of removing my old gel polish.I would do a pedicure next time I go back. Bella also did a good job shaping my nails. I will definitely go back! I feel like I finally found my “neighborhood salon.”

Highly recommend Oltii. She gave good attention to detail during my manicure and took her time perfecting them. I’m from out of town but would definitely stop in again if I’m in the area!

I’ve been getting dip manicures here consistently for the last few months and have had a great experience. Ask for Tsa Tsa! She is the BEST, always leaves me with perfect nails.

Place was nice and clean. Service was good but the final result was terrible. Was trying to find a new salon for dip manicures-the manicure looked bad (color had a weird gradient in it) and it chipped in 2 days. I’ve been getting dip manicures for years and never have issues with them chipping. Overpriced, will not be going back.

This was my favorite/ go-to Spa in the Fulton River District, but over the 5 years that Ive been going there service and quality has gone down.Ive been cut a few times and they eliminated the lovely parafin wax heel treatment that I loved so much.If I cant get an appointment elsewhere Ill still go to this spa, but it is no longer my go-to.

I love this place. I never book with anyone specific and the service is always awesome. I love that they have paraffin wax treatments as standard. Great place!

I came here about 10 months ago with a Groupon and Im in love with Michelle for the massage!! Shes super strong, has a great routine, getting the scalp, lymph nodes, feet, along with everything else. I feel stress and pressure wash away with her massages. Ill keep coming back!!

I tried Kinzie since my 2 favorite spa-style nail places in the West Loop were closed due to COVID (Cowshed & Ezza). I had a pedicure at Kinzie and it was great, VERY clean and sanitary, not rushed, good attention to detail, very thorough. Lots of good COVID precautions in place: all staff we wearing masks and you had to wash your hands immediately when you arrived, they were wiping all surfaces with disinfectant, etc. Highly recommend Kinzie, I will definitely return.

I made an appointment for 5pm on a Sunday. At around 4:10pm, I received a call from the location letting me know they were running behind and could I come in at 5:30. I then received a text that said to come in at 5:15pm. I was a bit confused at the mixed message but arrived at the salon at 5:17. When I checked in I told them I had an appointment at either 5:15 or 5:30. The gentleman looked at me and said I was late and was supposed to be here at 5. I showed him both the text message and voicemail transcript, but he didn’t seem to care and told me someone else had scheduled an appointment right after me. They could no longer take my appointment because someone else had scheduled something after me. Based on this I won’t ever return or recommend this place to anyone. There are others in the neighborhood that do a great job and deserve the business.

Ask for Tim! I had the most amazing foot massage and he had amazing attention to detail. Always love a visit here with other nail techs, too. It’s quiet and relaxing and they care about the quality of service.

Im a fan! Went and had a pedicure, dip manicure, and a massage. Dori did an amazing job on my nails taking off an acrylic overlay that was on my natural nail from another salon without causing any damage to my nail. They do a parrafin mask on your heels with the pedicure that is pretty amazing. Then I had a 2 hour deep tissue massage with Svitlana. Her attention to my trouble spots was fantastic. I highly recommend buying the Groupon for massage sessions, it is way worth it!!!

The staff here is very sweet and do a great job. I get no-chip mani and pedi a couple times a month and they always accommodate my schedule (they squeezed me last minute during a really busy night before an upcoming wedding) and do a wonderful job as I can tell they really care. They also have a lot of color options (espescially if you get the no-chip). It is a fairly new salon and is very clean and pretty. They seem to be getting busier and busier as Im sure others have started to spread a good word about them :)

I treated my partner to a Microderm Abrasion Facial for his birthday! Then I felt awful because he came out of it with severe red & purple lines criss-crossing across his forehead. He was reasonably alarmed, but we were told it would fade in 24-48hrs. Unfortunately, we had to cancel birthday plans and stay cooped up at home in order to away from the sun all birthday weekend. Needless to say he was very depressed and embarrassed having to go into work the following Monday with his face messed up.We are now going on 11days post op and the marks are still present. Thankfully, they are fading and they now finally look like old acne scars (on a face which previously had none).3 days after the facial, we went into the shop. Not only did we want our money back, but we wanted to show what occurred to ensure this could be prevented for others coming in. The staff did not seem to care. I offered to discuss what went wrong further and they said they would call. I have not heard from them.I agree with my partner that the face is a precious focal point and must be carefully and meticulously worked with. We advise everyone to learn from our mistake and stay far away from this place.Side Note: After scheduling the appointment, we were told there was no need to purchase the groupon as they would automatically give us the groupon price. Now that we had a horrible experience, we cannot provide a negative review on groupon...mmm a bit suspicious...(this groupon deal currently has very good reviews).

Overall Mani and Pedis are decent but they are HORRIBLE at scheduling, dont use the online booking, always call - last couple times I used it they didnt even realize it and was delayed or had to walk out I was so behind my scheduled time.

Coupons that are printed on back of jewels receipt should be more clear. Mani/pedi $29.99 before 4pm mon-wed cash only. Okay I get it. I Get there at 3:30.. the manager does my nails and kept stopping to answer the phone and check other customers out. Now its 5 Im done. With mani/pain and now its $40.00. I gave her my coupon and she says it had to be before 3pm.. I didnt want to argue so $40 it is..(So much for a tip) And not really sure why they ask for a phone # each time you come its not like they give you a discount. Ive been there at least 40 times since they opened. Honestly Id rather walk to a diff nail shop and get better service. Because Lacquer Seems kind of money hungry. Also, I called back to inform her how disappointed I was and she argues with me and says shes just following the rules.. Ill prolly report them to BBB.

Facial with Olga was fantastic! She gave great treatment recommendations based on my skin analysis and was very gentle. Very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

I got a regular pedi for $35 and it was a very nice experience. They do a few extras including hot stones and scrubs. Very clean place and nice customer service.

One of the worst gel manicures Ive gotten in a while and not cheap. Have been here before and theyve done well but this last time was truly bad and will not be going back here.

I highly recommend this salon. I always have a relaxing experience here. The space is light and airy and the pedicure is great.

I’ve never had a manicure where I was cut 5/10 fingers. I was going to ignore it and move on with my life but I feel like I have paper cuts on my nail beds.

Terrible place! It took 4 hours to complete a pedicure and a dip manicure. After two weeks almost all of my dip manicure has chipped off and three nails have broke.

Great price and clean place. I would go in with the expectation to have a simple nail spa experience for a decent price.
