First time going to this location. Bought one banger and it broke. Went back to the store in less than 20 mins from the time I bought it and the sales person did not want to replace it. They did give me 50% off the second one I purchased, but I had to ask for the discount and the sales person seemed annoyed I even asked.High price and faulty glass that was up sold as good quality :(

$5 for a single glass 4ml jar lol. Never again. Charged me 30 for 6 jars. I pay 50 for 100.... Was in a pinch and needed them tho. Thats robebry really but you learn.

So me and my bf always come in to this store always since we moved to Illinois. To purchase our Fun Smoke time supplies. We literally went in today around 4pm and always pay the same price for what we get. RAKS AND EVERYONE ELSE ALWAYS IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND AWESOME.. BUT WHO EVER THE GENTLEMAN IS THAT WAS THERE TONIGHT AT 11:15PM BEHIND THE REGISTRAR wanted to charge us more. I mean I dont mind but dont he rude about it... and if anything be kind and return the favor. I love this place but pleaseDont make me feel dumb when I come in all the time and always pay what I pay. Where to start the friendly service and the vibe all great from the moment I entered they were welcoming had wide variety and selection was on point. Highly recommended checking them out I went in the evening on a Friday night and it was so lit 🔥

The things I buy here break easily. I don’t think the products are high quality or authentic. The guy who rang me up, up charged me. You know when things are done by accident and when things are done on purpose, well he did that on purpose and so I had to take a minute to write this review due to this sleazy behavior. The only reason I left a two star instead of one is because it really is my fault for coming here a second time, not theirs.

DONT STOP HERE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS… everytime I go they charge me a different price for something I brought before, AND THEY SELL ILLEGAL POSH VAPES, yup they have them them in the back or the car but everytime i go inside the store to buy one they play but role. This store needs to be shut down. And their products r over priced. DONT SHOP HERE. Chicago police needs to raid them asap

The service at the American Vapor Vape Show was top-notch! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly especially the guy faze.As for variety, they had a wide range of vape products to choose from. It was a great experience overall!

Came here because I wasn’t able to get to the original store I usually go to for my disposable vapes and since I was in the area I figured I’d go here for one. All the disposables are 0% nicotine which I wasn’t aware of coming here based off the website I assumed they all had it until the clerk told me that disposable nicotine vapes are illegal in the city. I only give them 3 stars because i couldn’t get what I came for but he was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. Wish I would’ve gotten his name

Called and asked if they had something in stock to which they said yes. Drove 30 min and upon arriving was told they had nothing in stock. They acknowledged they answered my call, but then tried to say they never talked to anyone on the phone. I asked to speak to whoever answers the phone and the guy said it “‘may or may not have been me”. Then I got laughed at on my way out. What a joke and a huge waste of time, felt extremely disrespected will never spend my money there again.

I had gone in on the second week of there grand opening and Mark was so nice and helpful. The shop is super nice and has a great vibe! 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone’s smoke needs. They have a huge variety of glassware and CBD products. Honestly this has become my new shop to go too!

Excited to have this place across the street from my job. Picked up a beautifully funky eyeball glass piece and a cbd/thc cartridge to keep things chill. Cool graffiti on the wall and a very friendly and helpful staff.

I dont leave less than 5 star reviews ever. Here is why this spot has my ire. Keep in mind I work as a bartender on Wells. (Will be sending everyone up to North)1) profit oriented > customer oriented. They sell tanks but not the cartridges for those tanks. I went to all locations available, all carried the same tank with no refill cartridges. Just so they can resell a new tank.2) incompetent staff. I asked several times for a non-mentholated flavour, and they sold me one, insisting it wasnt menthol. Straight mint. None of them can describe a single one of their weird Zizzle Zazzle, Uncles Funk, Single Life flavour profiles. I just want to know what it tastes like.3) terrible customer service. Upon returning the mentholated flavour they refused to replace it. In fact the only thing they could offer was a discount on another bottle of juice. When asked what discount would be offered, I was told no tax. Illegal, and honestly offensive.4) consistently finding be back in 15 minutes signs at high volume hours. Youve lost myself and others countless times, equating to quite a lot of loss for your owners.5) the stores refresh their juices once every 3 months. I have tried every flavour of every single one of their non mentholated juices because they still havent reupped on my favourite. This is ridiculous0 stars. Will be ordering online or through Larrys over on North.

I made a purchased and left my Celine sunglasses. I called and the young guy told me he had them and he had put them up. When I arrived the next day to pick them up some man who appeared to be on some heavy drugs and falling asleep standing up refused to call the owner or try to contact the the guy who had my glasses. They stole my glasses.
