I love everything about coming here ❤️❤️ also the owner has a custom Alice in Wonderland piece in the shop that I am obsessed with! The moon & Cheshire cat’s eyes glow! Obsessed 🌕💙

I asked for parts for a vape they didn’t carry. They took my phone number, ordered it, and gave me a call the next day. Selection could be bigger but just ask. Reasonable prices and good variety.

I stopped by the shop on a whim, and I am glad I did! Blaze Chicago is clean and not overwhelming, which I find many smoke shops can be. I also received some gummies to try, for free, and they are hitting on this weekend afternoon 😎

I always love coming into Blaze: the girls there have such good vibes and great customer service. It’s rare to find an all woman staffed smoke shop and I love It! The owner is also a woman of color so I love to support!

Good selection and friendly service. Have been going here for about a year. They have a new customer rewards program where you can earn points to receive discounts. Store sales can be sent to you via text so you’re updated. Very useful.

My wife and I went here for the first time yesterday. They have some of the best customer service weve ever received. The woman working was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend Blaze Chicago, theyve made us customers for life. Great selection and they worked with us on prices and even threw in a few items for free. Which allowed the wife and I to get the vape mods we both wanted. I also rarely post reviews but this place was hella bomb so I had to pass the knowledge on. Thanks again Blaze 5 stars all the way.

Today was my fourth time coming to the shop. Good variety and I like their products. Now, two things happened that I was quite uncomfortable, the first one I bought a cartridge for my vape and they gave me the wrong one (it’s ok, that happen) but when I returned the item the lady in the shop gave me $5 cash back, I told her that I paid with card and the credit back was $6.65. $1.65 of difference is not much and I don’t really care, but transparency.Today I went to grab some stuff and the person in the shop had quite awful mood. No greetings, every time I asked something their reply came with a groggy response etc. I asked for recommendations and all they said was “idk that product came today”, and that was it. Engaging with the client is quite important I guess?Im from the hood, I’m a person of color, you work in a place were predominately are POC. Be kind

Passing by and stopped in. Was helped out by Elyse and extremely happy with her help. She answered questions about different Vapes, juices, pods, CBD oil for my dog and other stuff. Its like a smokers paradise inside, stocking a well picked selection of items. Very clean and organized and open. Everything is displayed well and she took time in between other customers to explain and guide me with my purchase. All this while my dog got to go in with me and not sit in the car waiting. I ‘HIGHLY’ recommend checking the store out.

There isnt anywhere else in Chicago Id rather go for all my smoking needs. Plus its a woman owner so thats even more of an incentive for me to shop here. Elyse is very knowledge and would ask for her if I was you.

They really went far beyond what you’d expect, about as amazing service as you could ask. Really helpful and communicative, lovely people to deal with. Most shops just aren’t this great to deal with in general, seven stars out of 5

I left this place feeling humiliated. I went there to buy a couple of things, and the whole time I was kind and respectful to the lady behind the desk. I asked her a couple of questions, even asked for permission before I could touch a jar I was considering buying. After I paid for my stuff, I reached over with my hand to grab one of the items that I had purchased so I could put it in my pocket. The lady behind the desk suddenly tells me can you please not reach over?. I was a bit caught off guard, specially since I was nowhere near her and what I was picking up had already been paid for. Then she tells me this is my bubble. She actually said bubble. And then she wraps it up by saying Is this a typical thing for Spaniards to do?. I was so baffled and embarrassed that I could not wait to get out of there. Was she racist? Ive never experienced anything like this in my life so its hard for me to tell. Its a shame because they are my neighbors but now Im too embarrassed to go back.

Went in because i needed coils. Yes ,,, i did find them but we also received MAJOR attitude from the woman behind the counter! My boyfriend was looking at white olws and as he was looking. And she is like can you hurry up Ive got customers! Excuse me like WTF are we never going to go there again

Friendly women-owned tobacco, vape, glass, CBD head shop and now they carry Dark Matter cold brew coffee yum :) Still open during the Covid19 lockdown with contactless delivery and curbside pickups.

Great products at the best possible prices, sometimes cheaper than online shops. Really nice ownership and a perfect location. Definitely recommended!
