I don’t know what happened to my old friend, Solomon, the owner, who I haven’t seen in over a year personally- hoping he is okay.. however, for his brother to yell at his customers coming in the store telling them it’s closed at 8:00 p.m and then lock the door and corner me to interrogate me and accuse me of hurting his brother (?!) & then put his hands on me and threaten me because he’s ‘-Assyrian ‘ ?! Horrific and traumatizing. Also, because they keep guns in their waste bands. I am a good person who has cared about my friend Solomon, and I did NOT deserve that. This store should not be run by anyone besides Solomon and I hope he’s okay and gets his store back running the way it was before. I pray for his brothers heart and peace of mind. This was beyond wrong.

Ive been buying vape for over a year. The old guy was really good. But the new guy is different. I lost $25 on an Elfbar that is not working. He said he cant do anything.

Horrifyingly terrible service! It was my first time trying to buy a vape and i wanted to buy vape juice and a cartridge and i picked a vape juice and asked him what kind of cartridges would work for this and he said, im just an employee, if you dont know what brand you want then i cant help you. As if customer service employees are not supposed to help the customer. Then i asked well what kind of brands do you have? And he said we dont have any !!! He was annoyed the moment i walked in. Dont go here, all the other reviews are fake...

Best shop on the north side of the Chi and I’ve experienced to say the least! A most stop for all Vap and Smoke needs.

As a local to the area and a smoke enthusiast(not cigarettes), avoid this place and check out other smoke shops in the area.Items are overpriced and the guy working asked me to leave a good review instead of answering my questions right off the bat.I looked at the reviews on here and they all seem similar, either fake or thirsty owner asked for them.

Absolutely amazing! Had the replacement pods for my old Smok vape that I haven’t been able to find anywhere except online, and even let me do an exchange quick an easy when I realized I snagged the wrong coil type! Have always gotten my juice from here but super happy to see they have all the necessary replacement parts and amazing customer service to top it off :)

Ivy smoke shop is my go to for any tobaccco product or glassware. Charlemagne is the owner who I see most days I pop in. Really considerate of his customers and he provides deals if u like a product.

Solomon was the one who took care of me today, and I appreciate it so much. My phone died while waiting for a ride and he let me charge my phone. I insisted I buy something and he kept refusing. He chatted with me for a half hour while my phone charged and made me feel comfortable. His shop was clean, had so many e-cig tops, and glass pipes in his shops, and so much other stuff that I’m inexperience to give you information. But he has a great deal of weed knowledge that if you needed help outside his store, he can easily refer you where to go business wise. A nice and rare human being to find in chicago. Family ran business. Support locals!

The building is nicely lit, the staff is phenomenal, and the selection can be a little intimidating. I went later at night around closing time, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I highly recommend this place and will be a returning customer!

Best vape shop in the city!

This review applies to one person and vape products only. We stopped by on a Friday at 2pm. The guy inside was on his phone, which was on speaker all the time. He was absolutely not knowledgable of vape products and did not understand which coil goes with which tank etc. (vape 101 - super basics).I can get over the lack of knowledge, maybe you are new, maybe you are learning. But rudely being on your phone on another conversation and supposedly listening to me at the same time? That is flat out disrespectful.Needless to say, I did not buy anything and I will not be going back and I do not recommend this place.

My first experience coming into the store was awesome every question that I asked they answered the customer service was great they really took care of me tremendously. They offered me coffee pizza and Gatorade I definitely recommend people to come in even theyre not officially open all the way they still have alot of stuff to choose from.

I do NOT recommend this trash establishment. They force you to pay in cash or Venmo and refuse to give you a recipet. I paid for my product and then they claimed they never received the Venmo money. Very shady. Reporting to BBB.

Best vape shop in town

First, let me start by saying that as I read all of these reviews I can only say that they are not exaggerating about the customer service. When I came in there pay late in the evening on a Sunday I had the pleasure of interacting with Tony. He was friendly, helpful, humble and charming. Everything you could ask for from a customer satisfaction point of view.I’ve been a vape smoker for quite a while now, and am very particular in what and how I smoke: most places I went to had expired juices, and one place still had a juice that had 6mg Nico still in it from the manufacturer. Which is illegal in the city of Chicago.But not at IVY! Juices are fresh and taste amazing. The hard to find coils (that I went to 5 smoke shops in a 4 mile radius and no one had them or even knew what device they go to) were right there in the case. They have everything you could need for the beginner to expert vape smoke enthusiast.And if you smoke hookah they also have one of the largest selections of products!***but here’s a bonus for hookah smokers ***You can come by and they will prepare you a hookah to go!!!!Wraps, blunts, cbd, Kratom, lighters, glass bowls, glass bongs, silicone water bubblers! And if they don’t have it just let them know what you need and they’ll get it got you within a few days.So what are you waiting for?!?! Just go there, NOW!!!!!!! Tell Tony Linda sent you!
