Came in for some 10/14MM slurper sets, was helped immediately and was given a little run down on the high/quality nails etc. The workers here are cool and chill people, and you can tell they know about glass, especially headier ones. Definitely a smoke shop you can stop by for anything, especially for a more in depth experience!

I love this place! Been my go-to for a veeryyy long time. They have great quality items and always make sure their loyal, repeating customers feel appreciated. Customer service is great if youre visiting the first or forty-first time, not once have they lacked an answer on personal recommendations or whats popular. I broke a bowl to my water pipe and was desperate to get a new one as its my favorite piece. I didnt see what I was looking for out on display and the clerk was nice enough to dig through so much inventory! I felt so bad that he went through all the trouble, I needed something pretty specific. It ended up being a perfect fit and it was nice this place conveniently had what I needed as it was the third smoke shop I stopped at.They also have a great selection for glass, quality name brands and local artists. Some unique stuff here that would be perfect gifts for a fellow smoker. I love the displays and arrangement, very aesthetically pleasing and clean inside which beats out other places. Ive stopped in here for years, its one of the best.

Went in looking for the puffco peak pro in flourish green and they had all the puffco products you could imagine.I walked not only buying what I was looking for but Jesus helped me notice a couple different items that I definitely couldnt leave without buying. Overall very nice assortment of various puffco and carta items. Gotta come back soon for the headpieces

This place is awesome. I just started using the Juul last summer and unfamiliar of what to buy and where. Not happy with the couple of places I checked out. Then I found Kazzaz very close to my home. The store is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a big smile. This is my go to place for Juul pods. I will not go anywhere else. Its great to find a neighborhood store that is so great. I am happy to support this establishment. Management should be very proud of their staff and their store. Kudos!Update: it is now 2024 and I still go to Kazzaz but for Posh now. They havent changed! Still wonderful!

Lets start off with the greeting, the guys at the shop were really welcoming and asked if I had any questions. For my first time being there, they were able to assist me in getting what I wanted without knowing what I did want. Their variety of products really helps choose and decide what to purchase. Honestly, is the best Smoke Shop ever! The location is very far away from my house but I still dont mind driving all the way. I literally stopped going to the one by my house, just because I discovered the shop by accident and I felt so great when I first walked in...The staff was just over the top friendly and helpful, the atmosphere of the shop it self was very relaxing, the ceiling, the soothing Aroma inside without forgetting the music of Frank Sinatra playing, I was in AWE by it. The variety of the products available at a very considerable price and one more time, the service I have received from the gentleman working there just pushed me to go back and become a loyal customer to them. I pass 3-4 smoke shops on my way to this location because of how awesome they are. Cant find cheaper prices and better service anywhere. Employees are really knowledgeable and extremely patient. Sam spent 20min helping me find the exact flavor I was describing and let me sample as many as I needed until I was satisfied without pressuring or rushing me at all. Most convenient part is most nights they are open till midnight apposed to 9pm like the majority of shops in my area. Id recommend it to anyone especially people who are just starting to get into vaping and have any questions about where to begin.

Its a bit far from me but hands down my favorite smoke shop not only for the inventory they carry but also the service and their playlist everytime I come in. They have just about anything a smoker needs, plus parking , great pricing, and excellent customer service (Jesus is the young mans name I believe) will be returning weekly. HUGE selection, great prices & awesome staff! Once I found this place all other smoke shops were out of the picture. They carry high quality products that are well worth every penny. Not going to find poorly crafted glass pieces here. Most of the glass is from local artist and are one of a kind! Can’t really find that around here, yet alone anywhere else in the city. By far one of my favorite shops. They have such a huge variety of cigarillos and pieces at amazing prices! Everything and anything you could need for smoking. All the workers there are friendly and love to talk to their customers. What’s also awesome about this place is all the glass is American made. No one drop guaranteed to shatter pieces made in China. They ar durable pieces. I dropped my bowl so many times and not even a chip. Highly recommend Kazzaz to smokers!

This is my favorite smoke shop for all things I could ever want in regards to anything tobacco. They have a huge selection of glass pipes and hookahs and a massive selection of vape mods, tanks, and juices. The best part is that most of their products have been tried by the people working there every day so if you want an honest opinion on anything they can give it to you straight. They only sell items that they have tried and like and consider good quality products. The prices are unbeatable. $20.00 for a 120mL of juice is a steal in my opinion. As soon as you walk in you feel at home and are greeted by the extremely patient and caring staff who will do anything they need to so long as you are a happy customer. They have been the most understanding and patient out of any shop I have bought from thus far and have never led me down the wrong path. I love this shop and cannot say enough good about it. I will be a customer there as long as they are a business.

Situated in the heart of the Dunning neighborhood, Kazzaz Smoke Shop take the place of the former cigar store that was there for an unsung amount of years and definitely doesnt disappoint. Their variety of products is enough to entice any smoker of any age. From pieces to cigarillos and from Rigs to pipes they provide their customers with top notch knowledge and a great buying experience. The art that is in the store is second to none as well. They support local artists and do have some recognizable national names. If youre looking for a simple shop youve found it but once you walk in there a second time and a third and a sixth, you will definitely see that it is much more than that.

Let me start off by saying the employees at the shop are very friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question they are always willing to help me out. Went in there with my wife because her tank was leaking and we werent sure why, and one of the employees gave us everything bit of advice on what we could do and it worked. And thats just one example. They are great.

This is your basic smoke shop. They have the same thing that all the other smoke shops have. I do like that they have lighter leashes on deck. They are friendly and help you out if needed. They have good suggestions for products and I go here often.

Great service, great selections and the guys working inside are so sweet funny and helpful. As a lady I always get nervous going in these shops because the men can be on the Pervy side but NOT here they make you feel welcome, like family. Have gone in a few times for CBD products and their recommendations have always been perfect. Biggest reason I come back is because of the awesome staff.

I just recently went to Kazzaz and man was I blown away with their shop. SO many options. I went to go but an herbal vaporizer and they were so helpful and VERY knowledgeable. They actually use all their products and base their reviews off that. The place is clean, well kept, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Customer service is everything. I was sold a product that didnt work. Called Ace who said to come in and hed take care of it. I drove 30 minutes to make an exchange and he said,. Sorry, I cant help you. Maybe I could take to my boss but hell say the same thing.. There are plenty of smoke shops in Chicago that will treat you better than this. Give your money to people willing to get behind the quality of the products they sell.

I’ve been to a LOT of smoke shops in my life but this place is, by far, the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. Crazy glass selection for all price ranges. 50+ blunt variety selection. Crazy vape juice selection and super cheap too (60 ml for $15). If you decide to go, ask for Little Moe. Dude is really knowledgeable about everything you could possibly have a question about in a smoke shop.

Kazzaz Smoke Shop is honestly one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to, they have an immense selection, and their service is top notch. I came in and one of their employees named Biggs was an immediate help, I told him what I wanted, he directed me to where in the store it was, they ended up having sold the last one just a couple minutes before I arrived, and he took the liberty of ordering the exact item on my behalf, it was a great experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Kazzaz Smoke Shop is the ONLY smoke shop I will go to in Chicago, IL., or any smoke shop anywhere. I have been going to Kazzaz for several months, and I have always had the best experience. I searched around for other smoke shops in Chicago, and they were all either disgusting, ignorant, or had extremely high prices. Kazzaz has the best prices, the best customer service, and the best products out of every smoke shop I have visited. I have been helped by Moe multiple times, and he has always been exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and gave me a great experience. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I cannot begin to tell you how relieved I am that I found this shop. This shop is hands down the best in the area. I was helped by Biggs recently who was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the products he offers and gave me a lot of insight on the vape batteries and how everything works. The first time I ever went to this shop back in December I bought this adorable piglet glass piece for my friends birthday and she absolutely loved it, durable and affordable, they even wrapped it up for me in a small black gift bag w/ bubble wrap. I am happy with my purchases and I definitely will be returning.

The prices they have on the shelves and what they charge you aren’t the same, granted its only a small amount but its still trash business practice. The staff says the owner makes them do it. The owners brother was a real piece of work as well, when confronted about it he threw a hissy fit. Didn’t know they hire five year olds for staff. BEYOND SATISFIED WITH THE AMAZING SERVICE!!!I walked in with a story to tell regarding my step dad being diagnosed with Cancer, I don’t recall the first guy’s name who helped me week 1 but he was super sweet and kind, made time for my story, listened and gave me his best suggestions on what to start with.I went ahead and bought a CBD oil to test it out.The following week walked in again, the staff was different this time so I recapped my story with updated changes made meanwhile.Nick was called to help me as he had more knowledge on my topic and did an amazing job at explaining the products, providing options for me and even suggesting that I go to their sister store on Harlem & Touhy for stronger options they were out of temporarily. He made sure to call the other place while I was there, told them what to have me look at and how to help me. I couldn’t be more Thankful for his help and time and patience with me especially as I had quite a few questions! ALL were answered in depth! These guys are just AWESOME! They made my confused buns leave out of the shop with a LOT of knowledge & products I’m actually SUPER happy and satisfied with! Leaving a second review on the other location as my experience there was also beyond amazing and I really can’t get over their kindness &their patience with random costumers they never met before (you usually see this in other businesses with regulars but I am deff not a regular).

This place is great man. Super friendly and they have great prices. For example one shop in the area was charging 26 bucks for a disposable vape brand (Xtra) and I came here and they had it for the right price which was 14 or so I believe. Guys in there are great and will help you out trust me!

This is the only place I go to for blunts. Largest variety of flavors I’ve ever seen and honestly best price in town. Stop going to the gas station for one or two packs at a time. Go to my guy there by the name of Little Moe and he’ll get you right. They have any “tobacco” related product you can think of and more. Sam and his buddy behind the counter are AWESOME it was my 3rd visit tonight for a torch because the one I had was poo, leaked the butane right out. I asked Sam for his recommendation for a torch and walked out with a big boy filled up by Sam himself.First time I walked in I bought a glass dabber with a cap (which my cousin shattered), for 10 bucks and the second time I bought a titanium carb cap with a metal dabber for reasonable price.Their selection of heady pieces is awesome, they have a whole wall in their store dedicated to American blown glass, local artists and pieces from as far as Texas and price ranges from under 100 to a few k.TL;DRTheyre knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable and really chill, 10/10 would recommend.

I was in about two weeks ago passing through from Wisconsin. One of the associates, Moe, was very helpful when it came to finding the correct juice for my vape. He pulled out different ones from the case to show me and opened them up for me as well. 10/10 would recommend and would go again. Huge thanks to Moe!!

Will not be returning to one of my favorite establishments, after years of of going here.In the last month alone I have spent $1k here and they cant even help me out on a piece of defective quartz. Purchased minty green roor double perc, new ashcatcher, new mini nail attachments, pearls and spinner cap. Spinner cap cracked within 2 weeks of use on indirect heat, i was told im outta luck. Ok. Loved supporting my brick and mortar store around the corner from my house, but I will never return. Its all cheaper online anyways.

I’ve been in lots of vape shops but never seen anything like that . That place have everything, from vape , saltnics, juice , devices , hookah etc. it’s a vapers dream . The staff is very professional and their knowledge is insane. Shawn the owner is the nicest guy ever. I bought couple juices , coils at amazing price and gave me extra juices and cool for free. I highly recommend this amazing place for everyone that smokes or Vapes . Definitely number 1 on my list !!!!

This place has everything. It has Vapes, glassware (all types for smoking), cbd products, tons of rolling papers and accessories, tons of smoking accessories, incense sticks, tobacco, etc. Its a well sized shop with a lot of things smartly organized into distinct sections and that makes it easier to pinpoint what you need. And if you have no idea one of the shop guys will always greet you and ask if you need any questions answered. And each of the guys Ive talked to has been super knowledgeable about what products they have. They really care about what they do and it shows when they help you. Also they have good taste in glass and spend extra time going to trade shows to pick out the best glass from different artists. This is my fav smoke shop I have ever been too. This is the best smoke shop in Chicago and I’ve been to a lot. They have the best selection and the best selection. The people that work there (Sam especially) know their product and offer great options and information. Their products are all high quality.

The employees are some of the most amazing people out there. I travel from rolling Meadows to come to this smoke shop. They are very knowledgeable about everything that they carry (one of the best varieties of products). Biggs always remembers and welcomes us with arms wide open! First visit and I was surprised that I actually found exactly what I had been looking for after weeks of searching. It is hard to find a tobacco flavor that actually suits my taste. Who ever reviewed this place with 1 star must be out of their mind. GREAT juice prices and selections see it for your self. One of the owners did a special order for me with the Zeus RTA for a low price. If they don’t have it, just ask. Don’t waste your time and money with other smoke shops.

Great smoke shop! Every time I come in I feel welcome. They have one of, if not THE greatest selections of Vaping fluid in all of Chicago. They also have a really cool selection of unique bongs, pipes, rolling papers, ect. Truely something Ive been looking for in this area for a long time and finally I have found it.

I do enjoy this smoke shop, but professionalism is lacking. Punctuality is very important. They have store hours but are almost, always late to open shop. It’s crazy! 15-30 mins late is average. So, if you’ve got somewhere to be at a certain time, do not try to go at opening. It’s horrible. I bet you they close right on time tho. Lol

When I walk in they greet me like they have known me for years and we are buddies. The customer service is the best in the city. Their selection is unbelievable. Sometimes it is hard to choose and they give me suggestions which has never been wrong. If you are a Vaper this is where you need to be. So I bought a Vape from this place in June and they reassured me and my girlfriend that we were going to be able to get replacement coils for the Crown 4 It is now August 16th and it’s 1:25 PM and they still do not have the coils that they promised me I do not recommend this store at all unless you want to be sent off for your replacement coils and have to drive all the way to Addison Illinois 10/10 do not recommend

Super clean spot and chill vibes. Biggs Helped us out. So basically was getting a starter pack for someone who was starting to smoke weed on the regular. He ran out of quarter size joint rollers, but offered his personal roller for free. Told us “sorry that it’s a bit used” like dude I appreciate the sincerity but I’ll never complain about some free stuff lol. Second time being here and I believe I just found my new glass shop.

We drive from Franklin Park to Kazazz, even though theres a smoke shop down the street from us. They have a large selection of Kratom, which is why we go. They are super cool guys who youd want to hang out with, prices are very low (especially compared to other shops in the nearby areas), and the shop is modern and clean. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
