My friend and I had an emergency... our bowl broke. 😅 Im glad we live near this place. It was our first time visiting the shop. It was pretty late and near closing time, but you couldnt tell that by how friendly and enthusiastic the staff were when we walked in. Im new to using bowls, and they happily/painstakingly answered ALL my newbie questions! 😁👌 Thank you! Also, I had my service animal with me, and they gifted my little guy a Blunt Chew Toy! He LOVES it! I didnt give them 5 stars only because I havent tried any of their other products. YET! We will surely return!

The greasy, fat , heroin addict who opens in the morning is HILARIOUS! He would sell Kratom and a bong to a 2 year old! Don’t go there to spend money , just watch him nod off, drool and try to compose a sentence in the English language , you’re sure to have a great time and plenty of laughs!

This is the original location ( theyre second one is Albany Park smoke shop on Kedzie next to brown line ) it is a lot smaller then the other location but also very nice clean and always stocked. Both stores are open late and have some of the best customer service in town. Jimmy the new guy is very funny and always very helpful. Definitely will be back to both locations !

Just moved to the area this is a great little spot to go for all your smoking needs the prices are great they have a little bit of everything staff was nice I would recommend to come here👍

Randomly closed, which is super annoying since most day you can’t park in front. Usually there is a sign that they will be back in 10 min. Not today. The only reason I keep coming back is I haven’t found another place nearby.

The owner was incredibly nice to my friend and I and Bosco helped us tremendously decide our order. they both had great knowledge in their products and my friend and I left feeling satisfied with our purchase. the pieces look fantastic and they had a great selection of products which I would come back to buy. This is the perfect place to get great glass pieces! When you walk in you are greeted right away. There service is outstanding! Very reasonable prices for quality pieces. They have 3 cases of glassware, shelves with all kinds of great items & if you cant find something ask Louie he will get it for you.

The people who work here are super friendly and helpful. They asked me questions about what I was looking for and helped guide me through my options, taking my feedback and presenting relevant options. They gave me a discount (I dont know why - but I appreciate it) and gave me some screens and pipe cleaners for free. Very nice place!! (oh also they gave a couple that came in asking to buy some face masks to go into the McDonalds across the street, they offered to pay but the owner? insisted they take them for free.

Natasha was sooo nice! I bought 2 vapes and some coils from her and her familys shop! The shop has good prices and an excellent selection! You wont regret coming here. :)

5 stars deserved - for a solid staff , who always remembers me as a customer. I’m satisfied by the Kratom and CBD selection offered by Lucky’s, particularly the Kratom . I appreciate this shop having my back when it comes to these products I use for pain relief. The late hours also are nice . Special thanks to Bosko.

This is the place I get my dab pads and glass pipes here. Also my incenses too. I’ve come in here a couple times and the guys who work here are cool , I have come to a lot of shops And what a lot of shop employees don’t realize is that I’m just trying to SHOP. There’s a couple of guys who work here and let me do what I came to do . I like to Thoroughly test and get comfortable with the glass pieces . I would like to buy and make sure I’m comfortable with my glassware. I don’t feel pressured to buy which is a A+. I used to buy my glass at Rickys that shut down after many years. Not to surprised about that probably because he would drive me and other customers crazy to buy something . Thanks Lucky for bringing the peace back to shopping ✌️

Awesome place with great price, but what makes this place special out of all other one I use to shop with are the people that work there. Never seen more professional customer service in smoke shop that this guys. Definitely best place in Chicago to buy tobacco products and other accessories for it!

Dude chuck was great! He knew everything about kratom strands and helped me out. He helped me out so much, I def recommend this store and him. The strains have a great selection and they explain clearly which certain strain does. And the powder in the jars are supper strong! Just like OPMS capsules. They’re a steal get some yourself bros!

Walked in there with intentions of getting a cheap piece for a cheap price but instead walked out with a really good material for an amazing price. Owner even threw in a couple goodies as a birthday gift. Love the customer service there and their prices beat anybody in the neighborhood. 100% reccomend this place especially for those late night tokers. They close at 2am!

A great business!! Definitely on the higher end of customer service. My husband and I bought a leaf buddy vape that woked great for about 6 months. Suddenly stopped working. We contemplated bringing it back,thinking that based on most of our experiences in similar shops,they really dont care if the product they sold you malfunctioned. We decided to just try and went back to Lucky Smoke Shop. The girl in the shop was super nice and very professional. Though they no longer sell the model we bought, the girl replaced it with a very comparable product. I Highly recommend this place.

I work in the service industry and there not many smoke shops open late, but thankfully, Luckys is. The shop is clean, has a lot of variety, and is easy to spot driving down Milwaukee Ave. On top of it all, the guys who run the place are down to earth and generous. Ill definitely be coming back.

I come here on a regular basis this smoke shop is my spot. The vendors are always very welcoming and knowledgeable about all the products. There are always new things in the store from awesome CBD and tobacco products to a diverse range of glass and Epens. 5 stars every time, you need a spot this is it.

Went to this location on Milwaukee. Bosko was there to help me. Such a nice guy. Went to get some batteries and couldn’t turn a good deal that was in front of me. Definitely going back and prolly will check out their other location as well.

I come and buy my OCBs here weekly and I’m never disappointed with the merchandise and service here. I’m a regular here and the minute I walk in they know what I need and they even remember my name. Home sweet home if you ask meAlso I had a immediate response (within 10 minutes ) with the community when I had questions about the merch there, so I’m going to take the regulars advice , thanks guys , that’s definitely a 5 star

Unfortunately they are not open until 2am. I came at 1:30am and they were closed. I was highly disappointed after working a 14 hr shift; I stop by almost every week despite the detour I take after already being exhausted.I plan to (reluctantly) continue patronizing lucky smoke shop, as they have a wide variety and friendly staff.Hopefully this reaches MGMT before someone else comes across closed doors due to false advertisement.Regards
