Anyone looking for all things vape related, this is your shop. My partner and I have a couple different pod system vapes and it has been a nightmare hopping from shop to shop trying to find replacement pods. Every other shop is always out, doesn’t know when they’re getting more, and on top of that they’re unhelpful and condescending. As someone who has severe social anxiety, being talked down to like that is crushing and makes it so hard for me to put myself out there in the future, and makes me afraid to ask for help. I’ve been in here twice now and it has been AMAZING! The guys are so helpful and sweet and I don’t feel anxious about asking questions. They have such a large variety of vapes, more than I’ve ever seen in any other shop. Huge selection of juice, and they’ll always guide you in the right direction. They even let me do a tiny taste test so I wouldn’t end up buying a juice I hated (which I have done many times). So relieved to have finally found MY shop. Never open on time…. Go out of my way then have to sit and wait. Been waiting 20 minutes. Wasted a work break . Thanks Idk if the times are wrong online or what. And the few times I arrived right at 10am. Other people were waiting also. The reason why it’s 2 stars not 1 is because the workers are always helpful and very nice.

The good reviews are well-earned. I walked in having only had experience with disposables. I wanted a “real” reusable device but I didn’t know the first thing about them. The red-headed guy is a legend. I told him what kind of vaping experience I was looking for, and he picked out a device that was exactly right for me. He went above and beyond in his service.

I love this store! They are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They actually listen to their customers and help you find the product that is best for you. A great place with a great selection. I try to make it there a few times a week just to talk to the people. They have an excellent array of Delta 8 THC which I hadnt heard of before going there, and is nice for switching things up. Highly reccomend checking them out if youre looking for quality pieces with nice thick glass. Their prices are beyond fair and they offer a rewards program if you plan on visiting regularly. Even if you just need to get out the house check them out, and there will be a friendly face to greet you!

I randomly went here after work and don’t regret it. The workers know what they’re talking about and are so helpful! I’d rather drive out of my way to go to Smoke Depot then go to another shop because the customer service and knowledge of the products are great. I even like how they take your old disposables to throw them away properly for you. Overall just a great experience!

This is the only shop i will ever go to again! The customer service is impeccable, i went in with little idea on what i was really looking for and needed, but the nice lady(Alli) made the experience so easy! She showed me all their American glass, and I ended up leaving with a very cute bong! I’ve also never bought CBD before but she recommended some to me & it works wonders! She also showed me some of her favorite juices, even let me try the one she had, I ended up purchasing some very tasty juice as well! The environment is very friendly and welcoming, and because of this wonderful experience I am now loyal to this location alone! Thank you Smoke Depot!

Well appointed smoke shop. Huge selection of very unique glass pieces and smoking accessories. Extensive glass bong options. So many choices! Zkittlez and Cookies rolling trays, unique dab mats, kitschy ashtrays, snazzy Carta and PuffCo attachments. And the prices were fantastic. Especially for Chicago. VERY CLEAN. The fella working there was super helpful with suggesting just the right items. Sign up for their awesome rewards program, too.

I have at least 4 different smoke shops in between my apartment and I. I specifically go here because of their selection and customer service! They are always so nice and very helpful! Also, they offer discounts and coupons quite a bit!

I am from the Southeast side of Chicago. I only shop at Smoke Depot for all my gear. They always have what I need and want and if there happens to be a problem with the product they have no problem helping you out I went there today to buy grinder the little magnet piece fell off the guy very gladly to switched it out for me so super awesome.

The Wicker Park Smoke Depot is exactly what a neighborhood shop should be. They always remember who you are, even with a mask on, and treat you like you’re their favorite customer every single time. The points and perks are great, but it’s the knowledge and service that sets them apart from everyone else in the neighborhood. They understand what earning your business means, and they’ve gone above and beyond to earn mine.

This place is the only place you should be going to for. Your smoking needs. The shops got everything from glass to vapes, and so much more! Open till 10pm even on most holidays! Can’t beat the prices either. Only problem you’ll have is the same a little kid walking into a candy shop would have. You just don’t know when to stop!

Shaz is the man here. I highly recommend going to him for all of your hookah, vape, and CBD suggestions. I drive all the way from Crystal Lake to give my business to him. Legitimately the best smoke shop in Chicagoland. They have everything from CBD flower/gummies/extract 2 vaporizers batteries and pretty much any accessory that you could ever ask for. Their guy Zack that works there is also super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a repeat spot to hit up.
