I love this place! Hassy the guy that’s always there always showing love! They’re open late. They take care of you if you buy in bulk or pay cash and he has more flavors than anyone else in the area!

If you like cigars, this had been my go-to place in Chicago. I definitely recommend it! The owner was helpful with his recommendation.

I came here looking for a good, inexpensive vape after losing faith in another smoke shop near me. I stumbled upon Trove, and their variety is amazing. Hassy helped me find the perfect CBD vape. The employee who helped me out was such a kind and understanding soul and it was such a positive impact for me. The shop is very well maintained, no obtrusive odors, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful! I’ve been trying to smoke less these days, but definitely found a safe for when I need it! 🤗

Came in mostly to look at the products. Just moved to downtown Chicago. Didnt have much to spend. The gentlemen working still found something valuable that I can enjoy well within my price range. They have beautiful selection of tobacco smoking accessories and huge selection of other goods for smokers and non-smokers alike.

The store clerk was so nice and welcoming, we found everything we needed, for example cones, cbd cigarettes and incense but there’s more options to chose from. one of the best smoke shops experiences I have gotten in a longtime. There isn’t many smoke shops here downtown so this was a good find! 10/10 would come again!

Weird customer service towards people of darker skin tone. They tend to block the exit or awkwardly stand next to you while submitting payment. Not everyone is going to rob you! If you’re that scared then hire security and stop being cheap or it will continue to happen regardless. PS, you guys suck!

I come in here only for emergencies every now and then, every single time the lady there always tries upselling me for the most ridiculous discount. She really tried convincing me that $54 was a good deal for two posh XL; ma’am $30 for 2 is a good deal.One time the lady and another one pressured the hell out of me into buying a small bong for $70 (I understand, my loss regardless of their haggling). All the glass in the store was so expensive and they claimed to be giving me the greatest deals. They must think I’m stupid because I’m young; like y’all most definitely don’t even smoke!What are you all on about when you say these are the best prices in Chicago?? Do you ever leave River North or Gold Coast?? Stop wasting your money and leave the area for once, check out the shops they have in Bridgeport 😉

Over priced for literally no reason. Go to any other shop in the area and you’ll get a better deal. 10 bucks for a one hitter. A cheap one that you pay 3-5 for at any liquor store. 40+ for a rechargeable vape. Need I say more?

There is a ton of variety at this store, especially of the glass/quartz kind. Saty (sp?) helped my husband and me with choosing some new items and she came over and answered every question we had. Extremely disappointed went in there saying I was having difficulty with my yocan pens but of course that was the one I was encouraged to buy at an increased rate. I tried three different carts and bottoms all medicinal grade and they all said shorted. Called and came right back in. They used a very large CBD cart with after a lot struggle getting it in and out it was able to hit but I was unsatisfied with how difficult this product was to use and they refused a refund. Would not recommend buying without using products first.

Regardless of what you need, or how much you know about the products, Show treats everyone like an old friend. He always gets a smile on his face when he sees me and makes me want to stop by even if I don’t need anything. He treats his regular customers very well which is saying something because he was already great when we first met and I had tons of questions about e-rigs. Highly recommend Trove for all your smoke shop needs.

For all your vape needs I broke mine and was able to get a brand new mod from here. Owners were friendly I give it 5 stars. Highly recommend if you vape you wont be disappointed!!!

Not sure why others mentioned great prices here but I was charged almost $30 for the same tiny grav one hitter that sells online for $12. Maybe he saw that I could afford it but still - it’s the little things…won’t be coming back here thank you.

Trove Smoking Treasures is a complete rip-off. I was charged over $200 for a Hookah set thats worth a fraction of that. The quality is cheap, and the staff couldnt care less about customer concerns. Avoid this scam of a smoke shop at all costs. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

This business is located in the Hotel St. Benedict Flats Building. It was built in 1882 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. This is a beautiful historical building and a must see. Check it out!

A bit pricey compared to other smoke shops.

Came into Trove, having just moved to Chicago; I needed to repurchase several items and the owner was very helpful! Not only did he steer me well(offering me choices that would fit what I wanted & all on a spectrum within my price range) He helped me build a great starter kit and at the end he also knocked down the price on several items! Will definitely be back.

Highly recommend. My mans got me set up with a whole hookah with add-ons for a really good price. Highly recommend coming here as a regular, best prices in Chicago.

Substantially over priced with a pushy staff. I walked in trying to pick up butane. The woman would not allow to just make a quick purchase and continued trying to pressure me into buying one of their over priced glass pieces. I paid double what any other smoke shop would sell butane for for a terrible shopping experienced. Far better options to shop.

I went in to buy 2 packs of raw cones and this man tried to charge me $13They are $2.99 a piece lol, he then said he could charge me $4 a piece (instead of the initial 6) which still is a ripoff price. Obviously he assumed I was too ignorant to know what the actual prices of things are. Not a good first impression.
