This really is a true vape shop, which are getting harder and harder to find these days. This was a lifesaver on my trip to the city.The two guys working there were absolute gents, and were so bright, friendly, and professional. They were very knowledgeable and they sorted me out with exactly what I was looking for. They also humored me with conversation and dropped some great accents and impressions for the duration. I was made to feel very welcomed, a very positive experience indeed.I recommend this place 100%, I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

They have a broad, consistently stocked and well curated selection of products, the prices are on point and the staff is honest, friendly, helpful and never pushy about anything. I stopped by on my lunch break to get a pen battery for my cartridge, and this thing works great! I like that you don’t need an adapter, it screws right it.I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but he was super helpful and very insightful about the pen. I’ll definitely be back!

I love this place and its employees. I have been a regular customer here for around three or four years now, and which time I have moved all around different parts of the city but will still intentionally drive past other Vape and smoke shops to come to this one in particular. The employees are always super friendly, very down to earth and have a good sense of humor, as well as very knowledgeable on all aspects of all of their products. There’s also very willing to go out of their way to help with any unique issues you may be experiencing. I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve fixed leaky tanks and have replaced old coils for me. I can genuinely say this is one of the very very few stores these days that I have the experience of employees trying to actually save me money by telling me about different products, deals, Promotions, etc while still maintaining superior quality in all aspects.… Long story short, great place! Great people! Great products! Go there!

Great place for my vaping needs. I just needed something to help me while inside. The manager/owner helped me pick out what works best for me. On top of that took his time to educate me. The staff is very friendly and patient.

Very easy to get to. The vape shop has very friendly staff and a variety of juice options.

They arent the cheapest place around but they also arent overly expensive, add in the fact that their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and its really a no brainier as to why I and others keep coming back here.Be sure to catch their happy hour juice specials on Tuesday between 4 and 8pm.Also: they let you sample the juice before committing to a bottle. This is wonderful for those looking to venture out from their tried and true juices to experience something new that they will love.

Hands down, best vape shop experience Ive had in my life. These guys truely went above and beyond helping me pick out what I needed, and were so friendly and informative. Theyre passionate about what they do, and their energy is contagious. 🙌🏻 As someone whos really picky about flavors, I get bummed out a lot buying new bottles cuz Ill get home and hate the majority of them. Being able to take my time and try out a huge variety of flavors in a chill environment before buying is a game changer. Left with at least 4 new flavors that I really enjoyed. This was huge for me, since I was visiting from a flavor ban state and needed to stock up while in town. The juice prices are very reasonable, considering the high quality. Plus I got a great discount for buying multiple bottles, which is a deal they always have going on. Honestly, I cant say enough about how awesome this place is, I highly recommend it. 💖

Staff are nice, but prices here are very high. Taxes have a bit to do with this, but this is THE most expensive vape shop I have ever been to. Most shops around the Chicagoland area offer discounts or will barter. V312 offers deals but the deals they offer are more expensive then most regular priced items at other places.The juice and equipment here is of good quality; however, it is either marked up, or never on sale. They also refuse to price match. I recommend shopping online when possible. Competing prices are generally 30% less than the cost of products sold at V312. Unfortunately, this is one of the few remaining stores that still carries good juice.

New to vaping and this place rocks. Been sucking on a cheap pen from Walgreens for two year, wish I had switched a lot sooner. I needed a sweeter blend to appease my wife who didnt like the smell of the savory e-juice I got at another shop. Picked up an Aspire tank and some delicious Lowrider from Busted Knuckle.Service was excellent. The prices were fantastic. No need to order online. Hands down its the go to place for me.

What a nice, welcoming experience I had today. I reluctantly admitted I was entirely new to this and was just trying to quit smoking and Jason behind the counter walked through everything in the most patient way possible. Couldnt be happier with the experience, will be back.

Nice clean store. Pretty pricey. All nic levels are 0 and they add the nic level you want. The guy that helped me tried to tell me that they do that because they try to obey city regulations for nicotine. I asked why they don’t have pre made nic selections and he told me if it was pre made it would cost the customers 90+$ for a 60ml bottle. I told him that’s just not true because I have bought plenty of pre made nic bottles and it’s never cost me any more than 30$ a bottle. I just don’t like being lied to that’s why I’m writing a review. He knows that’s not true he just wanted to make the sale and that’s not cool!

When I walked into Vape312 for the first time I didnt know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when two employees, Joe and Louie, really helped me with picking the right juice for me. I ended up with the Vape Chemist Mango, awesome juice. Also this store has such a diverse selection that you simply can not walk out unsatisfied. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone interested in vaping in Chicago.

Im new to vaping and brought in a broken pen. They broke down exactly what was wrong with it so I could understand. Basically I got ripped off online. I should have come here first! Prices are about what youd find online anyway. Love the oil tasting too. Everyone was so welcoming if me to this and Ill definitely be returning

The best vape store in lakeview. They have a large variety of flavors from sweet to savory to tobacco if thats your cup of tea. They are also always stocked with Juul pods and alternatives to the Juul itself. The staff is very friendly and know exactly what theyre talking about, they have a plethora of supplies from extra o rings to full sized mods as large as your hand.

Extremely helpful staff with a comfortable lounge and plenty of tasting options. Particularly like their menu board, which lists juices based on flavor type.
