Sandy provided an excellent massage which was very relaxing. She listens to your needs provides excellent care. The team at serenity was also very helpful with scheduling.

I had a great massage. He did great with the heated stones, stretches, and deep pressure. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get a great massage for a decent price. The only thing I can complain about was the fact that I could hear some street traffic.

90 minute hot stone massage felt like it was 2 hours. First time stretching was incorporated. It was heaven.

First time in and had my appointment with Julie. I had been having some pain from being rear ended and she was wonderful. Checked in on me regarding pressure, temperature, and comfort multiple time which I greatly appreciated. I finally found a massage therapist I can trust. Would definitely recommend.

I went in for a therapeutic massage, Lately I have been on a lookout for a place to switch over to, My criteria was a good massage, a business that accepts HSA card and most importantly where they do not chat with the client. All the criterias met and it was beyond what I expected. The facility is clean, I was not charged any extra for a aromatherapy and the massage quality itself was 10/10. Extremely impressed with the professionalism, which is seriously lacking in a lot of places I have been. Definitely they have a loyal customer if they maintain these standards.Update: Since I wrote the last review, I have been seeing Julie about 2 times every month. Heres what each service contains1>Full hour massage, no 15 minutes cut off like the big chains.2>She does these specials and today I just got a peppermint scalp massage. No extra cost.3>Each session she includes numerous hot towels, Eye pillow, warm neck rest which just adds on that pampering to the otherwise stellar massage.Overall I go in for a therapeutic massage, But when I leave I feel it was just such a wonderful balance of a therapeutic massage + that spa feeling. I dont know how she does this but it is just so very rejuvenating. I very much recommend Serenity Massage and Body works.

Julie is the owner and she gives one of the best, if not the very best, massages that I have ever had. It is totally worth it to get a massage from Julie. The prices are reasonable and you receive everything you are supposed to get including aroma therapy and hot towels. She also runs specials which gives you a better deal.

Julie, who is the owner, truly cares about her clients and their needs. She is amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough. She is very professional and I always look forward to getting massages from her.

I scheduled an appointment for my birthday and the day before the appointment I received a voicemail asking to reschule because both therapists were sick. I called back and rescheduled. I was told well see you then. Id assume with that statement that, that means I have an appointment. So showed up for my appointment and was told that she never heard back from me to confirm my appointment, that they needed a credit card on file to schedule It? Thats funny, didnt ask for one the first time I had an appointment, and if that was the case why wasnt I asked for my credit card when I SCHEDULED the appointment, it was the same lady who spoke to me on the phone. And then she has the audacity to ask if I was to schedule another appointment. Absolutely ridiculous, and I will not be back!

I love this place, not only did my masseuse know what she was doing she was really really friendly. Nice settings, everything was clean, and calm settings, very relaxing. Would definitely tell my friends and family to go here.

As an anniversary surprise, my man booked me a massage. Katie did a wonderful job. I left feeling amazing and stayed that way for a couple days.
