Deluxe Nail Salon and Spa

I dont get manicures regularly. At all. My previous manicure prior to going here was probably at least 10 years ago. But, I am fairly certain it isnt supposed to be painful or cause bloody, scabby spots on the skin beneath the nail area. (See photo). Also, having nails filed should not include filing of the finger skin. Ouch. It wasnt only me. My 12 year old daughter got a manicure by a different technician right next to me. As we were leaving, we both commented on how that hurt. The place was packed so it looks like business is good. I dont quite understand that and the great reviews. I am not a picky person and I dont like giving negative reviews. However this time I thought I should share this. If you would like a gentle (or just not painful) manicure, perhaps look elsewhere.Also, the chemical smell of the facility is Strong. This makes sense, I suppose, with how many manicures and pedicures are happening here all at once.And, finally, I paid about $140 for my daughter and myself. This seemed a bit much. Overall just disappointing. 😕

First off, I had a great experience the first time I came in. Which is why I drove over an hour to come back. The second experience was not good at all, the guy who did my pedicure did not do the massage, which is in the upgraded pedicure that I paid for. The lady doing my manicure must have been new, because she cut my skin on every finger instead of my cuticles. The pictures im attaching is literally 2 days after my appt. Im not upset with the polish, just very overpriced for the service.

When I was waiting for my tech to do my nails I was excited because he did such a great job on the lady’s nails next to me and everyone’s looked fairly nice, neat and clean. However when I left I was out $80 dollars and was very disappointed.I booked an appointment for a full set of short acrylic nails. It was pretty decent price and a service I usually get with other salons back at home in Indianapolis, but unlike those salons, this one did not provide any kind of cuticle care. They didn’t touch my cuticles at all (clip or push them back). I sat down and they went straight into gluing the nail base on my nail tips. When I asked about it my tech told me he just does what’s written and that cuticle care was a separate service I had to book for (I was not made aware of this when asking questions about it on the phone days prior). So we carried on he asked me to give him a simpler design then the one I wanted which I had already been asking about days before my appointment. I gave him a simpler design with no problem. He asked me what shape I wanted, I said square. The shape looked great at first when I thought he was done, but then he started to file more and by the time I realized he he was rounded the corners round the corners half my first hand was rounded. He then asked if I wanted him to leave the rest and I said no bc I wanted the nail shape consistent throughout.He was moving so quick and I wasn’t trying to be critical, but I did end up asking him to define the square more and add matte the the top bc the pink base looked un uniform and had very visible marks underneath.I then asked about filing the sides of my nails on my right hand because they were all all bigger than the left but he said “the top coat was already on so he could not.I already didn’t feel comfortable in the salon environment, and now I know just know to not come here next time because I did not feel welcomed and they didn’t do the best to make me feel as such. I felt rushed and like my nail were half done unlike others I saw.

I got graduation dip nails done for the first time and the tech was quick, gentle, and kind to someone who has never done it before. I also prefer to have my nails short, and she was super helpful at keeping them a comfortable length for me while keeping them pretty. The nails are gorgeous and Im definitely planning on going back!

I typically LOVE coming here as I have for a couple years now. However, lately every time I come in the pricing changes and is different from what’s online. I got a standard gel acrylic fill which online says is $46 and also a 7% discount for cash. I paid $56 (which is the price online for a full set so make that make sense) and I didn’t receive the discount for paying with cash. I don’t like confrontation so I didn’t want to say anything bc I loved the nail techs work and speediness. I just wish I knew what price to expect when coming in to get a fill. My nails are medium length and were already in a coffin shape so I should not of been charged for shaping, so I can see $51 dollars maybe. I don’t think I’ll be returning as regularly because I feel like I’m being gipped.

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for about a year now. I have nothing to say but an overall beyond satisfied customer. The facility has a lovely welcoming team who greets you and assists with friendly personalities. I then have worked with a variety of nail techs at this facility and everyone is wonderful. I have found a woman at the facility who is perfect and beyond exceeds my expectations every time. If you haven’t already booked an appointment, book one now!!!

*BRING CASH, OR USE ATM THERE* My friend recommended Deluxe Nail for pedicures and they are the only place I want to go now. The service was excellent, they did a really great job. They were busy but I didnt feel rushed at all.

This is the best nail salon in Cincinnati! I always go here when I get my nails done and they always do a great job. The space is luxurious and high end feeling, and theyre really good at what they do. I recommend going here to all my friends and am always happy with their services.

Emma did great on my gel polish change! I did not like the nails I previously got done in another salon and they got me in five minutes. Emma was quick, detailed, and super friendly.

I’ve been going to Deluxe for a while now. Their customer service is excellent and all of their nail techs are great! I recently saw Zoey for a polish change and she was very kind, gentle and took her time making sure I was satisfied with my nails. Deluxe is like no other. I always look forward to my nail appointment!

Me and my daughter will never go back. The only reason we were even coming to this place is because we were following and our nail tech (Tracey) and her husband. We booked appointments weeks in advance to get to our appointments to not have an appointment. But we have all the emails and confirmations for the appointments. People set their appointments accordingly to their schedules. Management is horrible!!! They just want money, not a good business reputation. It’s a Nail sweat shop! None of the Technicians are happy there and our tech has definitely changed since she’s been with This place.

I have been coming to Deluxe for over 15 years. They run a class act business. Their technicians are super talented and super friendly. I highly recommend you try it out!

Ive gone to this salon twice now and both experiences were wonderful. I saw Andy for a set of acrylic nails and I wanted colorful flowers for my Florida vacation. He went above and beyond! I got a fill-in two weeks later and Cindy was great as well. She asked me every step of the way if I liked how the nails were looking. Both designs turned out just how I wanted. I highly recommend this salon :-)

BEWARE! I have been uncharged my last 2 visits, always clarify your fee for the service you are getting. I made a appt for a SNS fill in and there are 2 different fee’s, one for a polish change and the other a SNS manicure. I was not asked what service I wanted and was automatically given the manicure which was $10 more. It was my first time getting my nails done there so I was not aware or asked about the 2 different choices for the service I wanted.And don’t ever count on any compensation or good customer service because Nick a manager only makes excuses. For a very busy and successful salon you would expect a more professional attitude and keeping clients happy and wanting to come back.

This is the only nail salon I want to go to! I have been coming to Deluxe Nails in Madeira for a few years now on and off and they always do a very nice job. Everyone who works here is very friendly and the salon is bright and clean. Only once have I had a problem with the manicure done, and it was a small mistake that was corrected immediately. Their policy for tips is to only accept cash or Venmo, so come prepared! They also have an ATM with $20 limit that you can use for your tip. If you can remember to bring cash, they will give you 7% off of your services.

Its about time I post a review! I have been coming to this salon for a few years now and have loved it. The front desk is very nice. Nic always greets me and I have become a regular that they recognize my voice on the phone when I call for an appointment. The salon is always very clean and has many color options.My nail tech Brandon has become dear friend of mine. He is the best of the best. We have done so many fun, unique, and pretty nails. He is your guy for anything design. I have thrown him some curveball design requests and he has nailed them every time. You will not be disappointed. He takes care of me when I accidentally chip a nail or something gets messed up. He has such a kind soul and is so talented. I attached a few of my favorites we have done. I cannot wait for him to do my wedding nails. I trust him with anything! If you want chrome, 3D, cat eye, tie dye, aura nails, hes got you! This was my second visit to Delux nails. I did not have a good experience. I mention the issue to the manager, and he just said yea, I will talk to your technician.Possibly alert the customers that some of the technicians are all different and some leave out the posted included services ( using hand cream and a hand massage) for a regular manicure.

Deluxe is my go to nail salon. The atmosphere is updated and modern with plenty of room for large parties and walk-ins very rarely have a wait more than 5 mins. Always excellent service and skill level. My nails look great and last until I take off the polish.

Brandon always does an amazing job! And he cares for my nails as they are very thin; When we do a new set I already know that my nails are still in great shape even after wearing the acrylics for months. There are also many other great nail techs there, but Brandon just happens to be my favorite. 💕

Ok so I have gone here a lot it is extremely hit or miss sometimes they ruin your nails and other times they look beautiful. I went and asked for a transparent nude color and they are definitely orangey I picked a color from their selection to. I have given them lots of chances to be better but this is my final straw. Only giving three stars because sometimes it is good. I asked for the shade 53 and it turned out like this. Definitely orange.

This isn’t my normal nail salon I go to but the nail tech that typically does my nails was out of town, so I had to try somewhere else and this is the salon I came across. The salon was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I would definitely come back.

Incredibly disappointed in the service I received. After nearly 3 days of this manicure, every single nail had cracks in the polish. I have never had this happen before with a dip manicure. I will not come back. And after only one week I’m already desperate to get my nails redone.

A friend recommended this nail salon to me, so I came here on 4/1/21. I made an appointment for a acrylic full-set. Upon arrival, I waited for 25 minutes before I was told to come back. I then got my nails done, and everything seemed fine. I didnt love my nails (and had asked many times for them to be shorter without the nail tech listening). I was at my nail appointment for 2.5 hours, and was charged $92. I have never paid over $60 for a full set, but I paid it and tipped my nail tech 20%.After 3 days one of the nails ripped very far down. I have been wearing a band-aid on it everyday to keep it from ripping off. It bleeds on and off. A few days later, another nail began ripping very far down as well. I am not rough with my nails. I have worn long acrylics for YEARS. Never in my life have they chipped, broken, ripped off, etc. I am outraged and in immense pain. I will never go back to this salon. While it is ritzy and glamorous, their services are overpriced and this is the absolute worst nail experience I have ever had.

Not impressed. Two nails broke. First broke within the first three days. Went and got it repaired only for the second one to break on the Saturday after. All of them have cracks in them within 2 weeks. They wanted me to come back again and I do not want to drive 30 min there and back out of my way just to go back. Ended up just filing them down and living with it. Will not be going back.

This used to be my go to salon since I live up the street, after today I will not be going back . I waited 25 minutes to be waited on for a pedicure while others who got there after me were waited on before me.

Loved the personable service, loved the excellent atmosphere, loved the great nail work that was done. I was quoted a 10% price difference for paying with cash. The gel pedicure lasted beautifully for weeks.Visit Two- second day after gel nail pedicure, 5 of my nails came right off. Was not given a refund, was only offered to come back in and have my nails touched up. Inconvenience! I experienced a terrible, rushed pedicure. Who you get makes a huge difference here. If you dont get excellent service they just ask you to come in and give them another chance. Mediocre, spotty excellence at best. You can get that anywhere. Had a spa evening for 18 people..15 got pedis and they had enough spots for us all to do at one time. I had a great experience getting a pedicure here. Beautiful space (surprisingly large inside!), very clean, and my nails look great (thanks My Duyen/Whitney!). Prices seem good/standard too, though admittedly I don’t get my nails done often. There is a cash discount and also the techs only accept cash or VenMo tips, so hit the ATM (or use theirs) before you come in.

My daughter took me here to get a mani pedi today, my first time here and I think I’ve found my new favorite nail salon! Everyone was so friendly and Selena did such a great job with my pedi and my gelx nails! She was so friendly and worked hard to make sure my nails looked perfect! My daughter and I decided we will come here every time she comes home to visit from now on!

After a few horrible experiences at other local nail salons, I decided to give Deluxe a try. I went in today for a shellac mani/pedi with Lana and I was very happy with the whole experience. She was very detailed and took her time and didnt rush like other places do....

HANG did my manicure. First, she tested out my color to make sure it was what I wanted. She took her time and was very precise. She was very sweet and my nails looked absolutely amazing. Probably top two experiences at Deluxe. THANK YOU PHOEBE, YOU ROCK!

By far my favorite nail salon in the Cincinnati area. A friend of mine recommended them and they are absolutely worth the drive over from NKY! I can always get an appointment, they always honor the appointment (which is NOT my experience with some other salons in the area) and every tech has done a great job. Everything is very clean, the techs are friendly and professional, and the whole operation is extremely efficient. Ive gotten acrylics, gels, dip, and pedicures and Ive been happy with everything here. One of the techs also did a beautiful job with the ombre set I got for my wedding. Love this shop.

I used to enjoy coming here. The facility is spacious, clean, and the employees are nice.When it comes to pedicures the nail technicians are stuck in the 2000s. In today’s society a lot of the girlies are asking for acrylic on their toes and DEEP smile french tips. I’m upset at myself for not remembering the ONE technician that executed what i asked for. The problem here is that they apply acrylic to your feet then file your nail until it looks like cone or your nail is extremely crooked. I highly dislike that. Then the deep french never has a huge smile line (a deep “U” shape.) The nail technician comes up with an excuse as to why my nail can’t look like the picture I show. My heels still be rough upon dismissal.I actually love the environment here. It’s far from home which means 9/10 I won’t run into my neighbors. I keep giving Deluxe chance after chance and i keep getting let down.I am not the type to complain and knick pick at EVERYTHING. With that being said i hope you can find a nail technician that fits your needs. I personally am dissatisfied.

I have been a regular at Deluxe in Madeira for years. I go every three weeks and have never had a bad experience. Their staff is friendly and talented, their salon is beautiful, their services are timely, and I refer them to anyone looking for a manicure/pedicure. I used to be a walk-in regular but once I found Brandon and his remarkable talent with doing nail art, I started booking regular appointments. There’s nothing he can’t do no matter how crazy my idea! I’ve been to other nail salons around Cincy and no one compares to Deluxe.

Deluxe is absolutely, 100% amazing. The staff is very patient, hardworking and great attention to detail. My husband with a disability goes for pedicures. They are very gentle and keep making sure he is receiving the same relaxing experience as they provide to all clients. I’ve been to many places and Deluxe has been the best experience of them all.

We got pedicures. It was very quick. Less than a half hour. They used the pods so I thought it would be a great experience. But, they mix all the pods together. So, scrub, lotion and foot mask are all done at the same time. Not much of an experience. Felt like they were just rushing. Toes looked nice at the end tho!

Management at the salon is horrible. Customer service is very lacking. The manager acts like the customer should be honored they are going to do your nails. I had an appointment but was running a little late so I called to let them know. Then the manager cancels it but doesnt bother to tell me until I arrive. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Nothing special about this place.

I come here all the time. Today I walked in without an appointment and was seated within 10 minutes. Pedicure was great. I then got SNS with tips for my nails. I was not so pleased. I asked for a skinny square shape and to make sure they were not bulky. My nails ended up being very bulky and not attractive looking. I went home and filed them down and reshaped them. I am a very loyal customer but was not pleased today.

I absolutely love deluxe! I get my nails done regularly here and they are amazing. I had an SNS manicure with a gel design on top and they are perfect, exactly like the reference picture I showed. Tiffany did such an amazing job and was super nice, would 10/10 recommend booking with her!

Have been using Deluxe exclusively for about 2 years. Was great at first, but now It’s hit or miss. More misses lately: staff rushes through the services nails don’t look so great. Find a tech you love and be sure to book with them! Beautiful place and online booking are super convenient.

My favorite nail salon ever! They always do an amazing job, the staff is incredible and the salon itself is beautiful and well kept. No other nail salon has the color choices that this place does. I have been coming here since I was 16 and it’s the first place I go when I am home from college. Each tech is skilled and does a great job, I have never been disappointed & if you are the staff and management does everything in their power to remedy it! Love love love

What a lovely Salon. I walked in after breaking a fingernail and they took me right away. The technician was very helpful in finding the correct color to match my nails as I didnt know the name or number. She fixed the nail and took such care in making it pretty. I made my next appointment before I left. I was so very pleased.

I got my nails done here for my wedding and they did such a great job! Looked just like the reference photo I showed. The nails also lasted for WEEKS no chips or anything even after traveling internationally, lots of beach/pool, and cooking classes. I was genuinely sad to take them off since they looked so good. The facilities are also incredibly clean and the service was excellent and attentive

My sister has been going to Deluxe Nails Salon and Spa for quite a while. When I moved up from Florida she wanted me to experience this wonderful place and wow is all I can really say. I usually have the wonderful Linda do my nails and she does a fantastic job every time. The gel lasts so long. Back in Fl I would have to go back after about a week and a half to get a touch up but not here. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this location is.

I love this place so much. i first went to a person and i loved her and she moved away which i was very sad about. i went back found another person and her name is sandra. i get very long stiletto. some people cant do full tip stiletto good but she does them amazing. they last like 4 weeks. usually mine only last 2 weeks. so she is really good ever time i always come out loving my nails.

If Joanna Gaines ever opened a salon this would be it. Its absolutely gorgeous inside and instantly relaxing. The staff is friendly and accommodating with any last minute appointments. They have a large selection of polish and powder dip colors. Prices are comparable to other similar salons. I also appreciated the amount of parking around back. I have been twice and had a good experience both times. I cant wait to go back.

I have been going with my daughters to Deluxe for a couple of years now. The owners are personable and very nice!! The salon is meticulous and quite beautiful. We all have our favorites, however I love the fact that every employees training is on point. I will be a customer for years to come.

I had Sophia, she was excellent! She perfectly executed the design asked for. The green I originally picked out was too light and she helped me choose another one that was similar to what I first had. Amazing service, went above and beyond I had ever experienced at a nail salon! Definitely recommended Soohia, full service experience and really loved her work!!

This nail salon is BEAUTIFUL! It is the best I have ever been to in Cincinnati. I have had a variety of services done here and have walked away happy every time. The owners are extremely polite and know majority of the salons clients by their name (which is incredible because there are 30+ employees that work there and the place is always busy). Cant say enough positive things!

Packed on a Sunday, but service was quick, friendly, and personal. I went for nails for my wedding with my sister, mom, and friend. They made sure to seat us all together and get us all at the same time. 3 of us got gel manis and 1 got acrylic and all of us had a pleasant experience.

My husband received an amazing pedicure from Kimberly. I received a ridiculously bad one from some guy…. And mine was like 25 minutes shorter than his.“Massage” was him rubbing my legs, barely my feet. There’s still dead skin on my heels and toes - he wanted to be done very quickly. Wish I could post pictures.

This is the nicest nail salon I have ever experienced. The owners Ken & Diana are professional but friendly. If there is a problem it is always taken care of in a very timely manner. The atmosphere is the salon is wonderful too.

Not as good as what I would have expected and I used to be a regular customer for several years and now I have no desire to return. The person who did my manicure/pedicure seemed to be very inexperienced and nervous. I had to ask him to remove the callous off my toe which he did not do. He DID NOT clean out the dead skin on the sides of the big toes in order to remove the ingrown nails which were asked for him to do. He cut my toe pretty hard which caused it to bleed. The corners of my big toe was left so sharp I had to cut the nails when I got home for my toe was hurting.The manicure was not much better. Nails were not filed like an experienced professional. The backside of my nails curl and was not filed as expected, and the second coat of paint did not line up to the first coat. The skin on the sides of the nail was not cut so I still have hangnails.This salon has really changed and the nail tech I had was not very good and lacked the necessary skills and experience. He was friendly but did not meet the expectations of the salon and I left very disappointed.

I was very happy with the service. I appreciate that they usually have HGTV on, as well. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is That the employees are not permitted to schedule a lunch for themselves and some work as long as 10 hour days. We can all agree that hard work is important but not at the expence of health.

The experience was good, but nails just so so. The nail technician was nice, but dont feel nails as good as when Ive been there in past. The polish on fingernails and toes not completely covered and cuticles not pushed back far enough.

Decor and design is casually elegant and sophisticated. Hostess was friendly and helpful. Estiticians were kind but professional which was appreciated since I was there with my family to visit them. The building is gorgeous. The nail polish had a dedicated area to the side of the entrance so you dont get run over by patrons entering the salon. We were all very impressed and couldnt stop talking about the high quality service, relaxing atmosphere and elegant, trendy decor. Thank you!!! :)

Updating my review.My first experience wasnt that great. My nails were uneven and the guy had a very negative attitude.I decided to go back this past Thursday and I had a great experience! Kim did my nails this time and they are very even and super cute!! Cant wait to go back next week!

I was here on 4.11 and received the dip sns polish from Anita but sadly already all the polish has came off of one nail and my hair easily gets stuck in the nails...i thought they were supposed to last longer than this

I visited this establishment about 3 weeks ago and had a great experience with Duke for an sns manicure . Today unfortunately my experience was not great. My pedicure was mediocre at best. I could and have done a better job myself. My sns manicure was better but my nail tech wasn’t very attentive.

I usually go for pedicures and always get great service. Friendly staff, they do a great job on my toes and have great massage chairs. :-)

I have been looking for a new nail salon for a while now and a good friend of mine recommend them. Unlike the other salons I have tried, Deluxe has a very welcoming and relaxing environment. The staff is very pleasant and my feet look and feel amazing!

Love this place the atmosphere is great looks like Joanna gains designed it! Good prices nice and spacious! Ask for Phanna she is wonderful but if you get Hannah ask for someone else she rushes and isn’t friendly at all. Overall highly recommend though.

Very nice experience. They were very personable and friendly. I have tried three other places since I started doing my nails regularly about a year ago. This is in my top two. SNS mani was higher in price but the expertise and precision was significantly superior. I look forward to going back!

I have been going to Deluxe for about 4-5 years for lashes and nails. I have never had any issues with the mani/ pedis. I was very satisfied with the lashes but the last couple of times had some issues that I did not feel were addressed very professionally. I was very disappointed with the customer service and felt that I was blacklisted from making another lash appt This last week. I requested a week ago for the manager to call me and I have not received a call. I believe since they have grown larger their customer service has declined. It’s is sad to me that they are willing to lose good customers.

My favorite place to get a mani/pedi in Cincinnati! I always leave with perfectly polished nails and excellent cuticle care. You can tell they take pride in their service and are very detailed. Their new salon is absolutely beautiful as well! They are always very busy, so make sure you call ahead and make an appointment!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. Unfortunately, my debit card was hacked in Colorado. The ATM is owned by the same company as the one in the salon. This is the only place I take cash out and use my personal pin. Beware and don’t use the ATM!!!

I have been coming here since 2010. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. They greet me by name at the door and are flexible for my crazy schedule. The owners are so pleasant and hard working and are very invested in their employees which is important to me. I would highly recommend coming here.

I go to school in Cincy and broke my nail but did not have time to go home right away decided to try here. They were very nice however it took 1-2hours to do dip powder and where I usually go takes about 45 min tops and they stay on for 4 weeks or longer. These nails started chipping and breaking at week 2 and ultimately messed my nails up more. Also payed a lot more than I usually do

I have had many services done at this location and thought highly of this place. However, yesterday I got my nails done and I felt like we were cattled through and the technicans were not very pleasant. In fact my nail polish is very uneven like it was old and I could have done a better job myself. I gave a 5 dollar tip but felt like after seeing the end results that was entirely too much. Before anyone comments about the tip you pay before they paint. I feel like unless you get shellac at this location its not worth visiting them. Maybe consider not rushing the employees also because before my nails were even painted another employee came over and said you need to go here next and handed a piece of paper to them. Extremely rude and doesnt make me feel like my appointment was important. I tried to post a picture of the horrible job that was done but couldnt figure out how to get the picture to post. The company should be embarssed of my nails. My mom joined me and hers were not much better

I don’t like to leave bad reviews- but for this place I just have to. I have religiously had my nails done for years. I decided to try this place and got a gel mani/ basic pedicure here in September. I had a small blister on my foot that I forgot about until my foot hit the water. I immediately pulled my foot out and said I didn’t want a pedicure anymore. My technician insisted it’d be fine. I felt so awkward so I let him continue. I ended up getting a staph infection and had to go to urgent care and take weeks of antibiotics. Also, I am still dealing with brittle and damaged toenails. I have never had this happen before. I also felt like I was at some sort of factory and it was not a relaxing experience at all. My gel nails ended up looking good.. but with everything else being said I would tell people to stay AWAY from this place.

This is a fantastic place to get a manicure or pedicure or both. It is a beautiful salon that has a talented and friendly staff that work there. Every person I have known to come here has loved the experience and their finished products. I would highly suggest you come here if you need any of their services.

Ive been a handful of times and had varying levels of service from excellent, prompt and great job on my nails to slow (waited 30mins despite having made an appt) and rough job by the attendant (nipping with the scissors). Id say batting 50/50. The new location is bright and beautiful. They do have sufficient staff on-hand and are happy for walk-ins.

My first couple of visits to Deluxe Nails was wonderful. I recommended the place to everyone.. Recent visits have been awful. Recently, when I come for a pedicure I get it least experienced person in the place. Don’t give me wrong, they are nice and polite but not good.This is happened the last four times so I decided I will not be back.

I had such a horrible experience, I wish I could give this place zero stars. My nail technician was awful. She flat out asked me if I was pregnant or had a baby, both of which are a negative. I was so upset and went to the front desk to tell them and they did nothing. I spent over $100 on my toes and a dip powder in tears. Not even a week later, my pedicure has chipped and my dip powder manicure is discolored and cracking. It’s already chipped too. Horrible place. Never going back...especially if they don’t make the awful comment right.

Beautiful building and I was happy with my pedicure, however the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful and it was sort of an awkward and uncomfortable experience overall. It was my first time there and I went up to the front desk to ask if they come and grab me when they’re ready and to pay at the end because I didn’t know the protocol. Lack of guidance and communication so I walked around in circles a bit. She didnt say anything or help when I asked a few different questions (like how to work the chair or about proper dry heel care). I think I will stick with Woodhouse Spa. Worth the extra money, in my opinion, for the cheery staff and laidback setting.

Nice building/environment but RUDE employees and horrible customer service.Just moved to the area. I have been looking for a place to get my pedicures done. I dont expect a lot but a good foot scrub and a French pedicure. The first time I went (walk in) the place was not packed. The young woman behind the desk curtly informed me they prefer appointments...which is not a problem, but I didnt know and it was mid afternoon on a weekday. There were at least 4 employees sitting waiting for customers but whatever. The man who did my nails started giving me the most expensive pedicure without asking...after I told the grump at the desk that I just wanted the basic. Then proceded to cut my big toes so short one bled. Absolutely unacceptable. No apology. When I was checking out(with the owner) and found out he gave me the one with all of the bells and whistles....I explained what had asked for and showed him how my toe was bleeding. The owner called over the guy and asked him what happened...they proceeded to move from english to another language, said a few things, then told me that he said I had cut it too short myself!? Are you kidding me?! I begrudgingly paid and left. The second time I made an appointment the woman once again tried to keep selling me add ons...this got really old. Then I proceeded to get the worst french pedicure Ive ever had. So disappointing...I wanted to like this place. Next time I went right down the street to Camargo Nails. Best expierence with super nice people! Im not sure who the people who work here think they are but they couldnt be ruder. They are way mire concerned about churning numbers through then they are about customer service.

Im new to the area and was told this was the best salon in town.....they were not lying! The staff was friendly and efficient and my nails have never looked better!Its a great salon, you should check it out regardless of where you live. Its so worth the travel!!!!!!

I usually make appointments when I go to Deluxe Nails but they are amazing at squeezing in walk-ins if I decide I need my nails done last minute. They do an amazing job and I would recommend this salon to any of my friends!

Cindy did an awesome job! If you like your cuticles gone she is the one to go to! She did ombré Sns powder and they are beautiful!! She is detailed oriented.

Used to be my go-to, but as of lately the manicures have been sub-par to the point where I’ve had to go in multiple times for them to be fixed. Prices are the highest of anywhere in the area now, and service is the slowest. I don’t think it’s appropriate to advertise that walk-ins are welcome, yet the wait time is about 30-40 min for a walk-in. Disappointing.

Management team is poor. They dont know how to solve the issue to make clients happy, but just defense themselves.
