I come on a regular basis for Dip/Sns/Powder manicures. I’m always happy with how they turn out.They never chip or break even when I have 3 weeks between visits. Yori is the best!

Man. Very disappointing. I go in on Friday, SNS. My thumb nail chips on Sunday. I called to make sure I can go in to get it repaired. They said I can come in on Monday no problem. The lady that “repaired” my chip spoke very, very little English, even the front desk couldn’t understand what she was trying to ask me, she was rude when we tried to figure out what color matches my other nails. Said next time I need to pay attention. Then gives me the wrong color, never asked what do you think, does it match… then says, when she’s done, you can leave. My nail is still wet as I type this in the parking lot. The picture doesn’t do it justice. I have a pink thumb. So just be careful who you get. My nails never chip and I change my color every time I go. I spent over $100 last Friday…. Very disappointing.

Anna is out of this world! she takes her time and pays attention to detail! I have never had a nail tech go above and beyond like she does. can’t say enough good things - highly recommend

Literally just left from there. Obviously they do not understand that no means no. I went to relax and have me feet done. I do not like my nails cut with the clippers and requested to be filed however he continued to tell me it’s easier. I again inform him in uncomfortable with that and prefer to have them filed. He goes back and forth again and I think he is going to do what I ask however he starts up again. So I tell him no thank you and leave out. I am not about to pay near $100 to not enjoy myself, not be listened to, and not be understood that no means no. I was very polite about the entire thing as well. I’m only one customer and this is my review. Enjoy yourselves. I headed on over to ambiance 🙄 Red Bank is my favorite just didn’t feel like driving so this is unfortunately due to his bad customer service partnered with my laziness.

I am in so much pain. I asked for my acrylic nails to be taken off. The nail tech took the sharp end of a nail tip and kept digging it into my nail. Not finding where the acrylic and my natural nail was. He kept digging and ripped my natural nails off. After the third one he saw I was crying and showing discomfort and he tried a different approach which was completely harmless and seemed like what he should’ve done in the first place. I was sitting in there with tears running down my face. I was still charged for this service and walked out with blood gushing out of my fingertips.

I’ve been going to Top Nails for years. Every technician I’ve had has been wonderful. Sandy is my regular now, and I highly recommend her and all her colleagues. I’ve been getting dip powder on my fingers and gel on my toes for a long time, and it’s worth the extra expense for its longevity.

Was very disappointed with the overall experience I encountered on my first time at Top Nails. My sister in law comes here often and spoke highly of the place so was happy to get a pedicure with her over the weekend. She was getting a gel pedicure for herself so when she booked us both, they assumed I was getting one as well. When I sat in the chair and they tried to confirm gel I said no, regular, and the tech was confused and seemed annoyed.When I say she dug into my big toes I mean it. She did not ask if I wanted them cut or filed, she just went right in. There were a few times it hurt as she dug too. Most techs try to keep mine straight across but she went deep into the sides. The next day my toe was infected (red, swollen, and pus filled).The pedicure outside of that was fine. Nothing special but otherwise good looking. The tech however was also on her phone for most of the appointment, texting someone back and forth with various emojis. Odd that she also had gloves on, why wear them to touch feet if you are going to touch your phone anyway?I would consider returning but would ask for a different tech next time.

I really wanted to do something for myself to relax; which is rare. Terrible experience. I asked for the same color for mani and pedi but somehow it’s two different shades of purple. The guy kept digging his sharp nails into me for most of the service and despite telling him that it was uncomfortable; especially when he filed, he continued. I specifically asked him to not file down the sides but he ignored me and kept telling me to not look at my nails and watch tv and that I was too sensitive.Update: the very next day they started chipping and the polish on both big toes are smudged.

Kim is wonderful! She makes me and my feet look and feel amazing. She got me wedding ready! My fiancé had a mani and he enjoyed it - plus he’s now wedding ready too!

Took mom, daughter and myself. They got us in without an appointment. Kevin was great … very personable!! The ladies who did my mom and daughter were great too. Everyone was happy with their nails !! I am 3 months post-op knee replacement and Kevin was very gentle.

The prices were outrageous for what I received. Went in on Saturday for a dip manicure and a pedicure, and I saw chipping on my dip nails as early as yesterday (one day of wear). I had a negative experience with the technician who finished my fingernails but the one who did my pedicure was a lot better.For $96 before tip I was expecting a lot more. I don’t plan on returning to Top Nails, especially this location.

Top Nails was very accommodating to my two daughters and me, even with varying arrival times. Thank you for a great experience.

I went today to get nails done. Had appt but there was a schedule screw up. They offered someone else which was fine by me. He did a fantastic job even though I was not scheduled with him. This is my second time here and both times have been great. Definitely recommend top nails Anderson. My mom whos been going longer loves it too.!

I wouldn’t recommend going there for acrylic nails. I got mine done not even a week ago. One popped off three days after getting them done. I went in for repair. Now another one has popped off today, while one is lifting and about to pop off. I’m debating whether I even want to go back in to have them fixed, probably a waste of time and money.

I feel that Top Nails doesn’t have the great quality they used to have. In my last few experiences I have felt rushed through my manicures like an assembly line. I’m not getting the experiences that I’m paying for. There are so many more places to go, and want to keep the loyalty for Top Nails since they have been there since the Beechmont Mall was there.

This was such a waste of time and money. I went for a peticure. The gentleman rushed through the process not even giving me time to soak my feet. It was stressful, fast, and left my feet in no better condition. I left with wet pant legs, rough souls, and $42 less money. Would never go back!

Heidi was extremely detailed and got my full set of acrylics done perfectly in less than an hour. I’ll definitely be back to see her!

One of the worst SNS experiences Ive had. I tried Top Nails because its on my way home from work, but Ill never go back. I had SNS done on Thursday and had 3 cracked nails on Saturday. The dip powder is spotty poorly applied. The pictures are of my nails 2 days after having them done.

No. The inconsistencies dot acrylic is crazy. Pay $70 for a shellac fill for your nails to be all different shapes and sizes.

Decent place but I wasn’t thrilled with our service.I booked an appt. for 3 people via phone. The receptionist was polite and saw yo us immediately. We were not offered anything to drink, as you would be in other salons. The technicians seemed rushed and did a subpar job.Yes, we only got basic pedicures (not an express one or anything) but I at least expect the pedicure to take longer than it did for my nails to dry.I live in Seattle and was in town visiting family and honestly…this is a $20 pedicure, if that. If that. I get more from my neighborhood salon back in Seattle for $35.My nail polish at the end wasn’t even straight, my nails were clipped but not rounded/shaped so I still have sharp corners on them. The callouses weren’t really dealt with and my feet don’t look like they had anything done besides slapping on some polish. My mom’s feet were exactly the same!I did NOT appreciate having to hand my credit card over to the technician to walk away with and pay. Why could I not just pay at the front desk before leaving? I couldn’t even give a tip because there was nowhere for me to sign and put one in!! Not that I’d have left one anyway.I gave 3 stars because they were able to fit 3 people in at the same time at short notice and the salon is nicer. But we won’t be coming back. Not worth it.

Didnt do a design like I wanted so ended up work boring blue but its was overall an alright service.

My 10 year old daughter and I had an appointment for manicures, it was supposed to be a fun experience…nonetheless it wasn’t. Manicurists were not friendly or helpful. Charges were extremely off for services we received.I remember when Alice and Richard were in a different position in their business, pre and post beechmont mall….everything was very different and quality services were always guaranteed, now it’s like they’re just shuffling you through to collect $$$Won’t be back

Lisinda did my dip manicure and my eyebrows today, she did a fantastic job! She was friendly but focused at the same time. The prices are always high with dip, but it’s totally worth it. Lisinda was great and I can’t wait to do more work with her! Thanks girl!

I have never been so disappointed. Before my daughter and I sat down I specifically asked a price on pedicure and a full set of nails. I was quoted $35 each and $58 for her nails. I was charged $191.88. I asked what the $35 included and they told me the pedicure and the nail polish they charged me 40 extra dollars for nail polish and a $10 unknown service for her nails and would not explain to me what it was for. After going back-and-forth, they offered to take the $40 extra charge off as long as we removed the nail polish and put on a different polish. I have never heard of doing this. They literally wanted to remove the polish and put on a different polish instead of just honoring the price they quoted. Buyer beware!!!!! Make sure you ask for every little charge that they are going to charge you if not, you’ll get hit with a $200 charge for no reason.!!

This was my first time at this location. It was very disappointing. The nail tech appeared to be sick and was coughing quite a bit which was concerning.She used nail polish that was extremely clumpy and wasn’t going on smoothly. When I asked her about it, she did not correct it or offer a solution; she just told me that was what that type of polish looks like and that’s why she doesn’t like it.At the end, she put me under the dryer, but she never bothered to turn it on. Luckily I was able to locate the switch.I also had a gift certificate that apparently expired last month which they refused to honor. The gift certificate was only a year old. I’ve never heard of gift certificates expiring at all much less after only one year. Overall was a terrible experience. I will never go back.

The service in the place is horrible. All they care about is their money and not the customers satisfaction. They don’t train their employees and has a lot of rookie artists who don’t know how to properly do nails and let it retain. I did french tip and the lady could not even draw on the white tips. She had to call the manager to do it for her.They still ended up looking rough and ugly. Meanwhile i paid about $75 to get them done. 3 days later after getting my french tip acrylics, 2 nails popped off. I couldn’t go in to get them redone because I was in Columbus. I called and they told me to come in.. only for them to tell me it will be $65 to get repaired. Meanwhile I paid $75, why would I want to paid $75 for them to repair a job they didn’t do right?? All they care about is their money. I will NOT be doing my nails here again and I advice others not to. They overcharge and do not care about customer satisfaction.

I went to Top Nails a lot growing up and I was always very happy with my mani/pedis. This past trip was my first mani/pedi in over 4 years, and it was a disappointment. My pedicure by Sandy was excellent (5/5 stars for her), but my manicure (which was done by Ken) was rushed and left me with a bleeding cuticle which he didn’t acknowledge. He also seemed disappointed with my tip amount (which again, seemed silly because my nail was bleeding as I was leaving). And when I got to my car after leaving the salon, I noticed on my receipt that there was a $7 “unknown service” charge that he, once again, didn’t acknowledge. Very disappointed in my experience today. Will be taking my future business elsewhere.

I had an appointment, was brought back on time. Pedicure was first, Jeff is who provided the service. He did not speak at all. No greeting, just to the point. Not very friendly. Second was a sns manicure. Still no communication even after trying to make convo. I had my nails done on a Thursday evening. It has now been 3 whole days and my nails are cracking!!!! And chipping!!! I have had many sns manicures and this is disappointing. Literally, starting cracking on the second day. My sns usually last 2-3 weeks! Disappointing! Pedicure looks great, but it is with regular nail polish.

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had!!! Uneven, lumpy. Went in for a fill in the tech didn’t didn’t even give me one I’m not one to complain but this was just that bad . Even the polish job was at best lackadaisical.

My daughter and I all got regular pedicures. It took less the 15 minutes for the pedicures, they were so rushed. All 3 of our polish was either chipped or peeling within 3 days, definitely worth the over 100 dollars I paid.

20 yearsPulled up at 10:30 to wait for door to open-either get mani pedi then or come back-appt for 2I arrive 2:15 -promptly told I can only have 1 service, which I get, I was late (I did call to tell them I was running late)I hear receptionist take two appointments over the phone;she offered them to choose their time: both at 3:30 directly after my pedicure. She comes to get me at 2:45pm and I ask about mani.She doesn’t know…blows me offPicked a colorI ask again; she looks at my hands and keeps saying “jelly” 1/2 nods to me with 1/2 commitment. (Tricking me into staying until I know if mani is happening).She leads me to foot drying place; I ask again. She says “no time” even though walk ins are checking in and taken right back.It was more trouble to lose this client than take in the walk-ins. She says “you can book for another hour out and come back? Or tomorrow.” At this point, I pull out my atm stack (went to atm prior to accommodate this store)… she hesitates and I tell her I’m not coming back, here, ever.I have been frequenting this salon for more than 20 years; in several different stores each time you moved. I send people in Hyde Park to go there. I’m a big tipper and I go out of my way to give cash for whole transactions. Lying to a customer is never a good choice. Putting effort into making it work, is always a good choice. I will recommend against TopNails to anyone who will listen.

The person who did my nails was very sweet. I got acrylics and a couple things that were iffy are; some are crooked, most not the same thing length and they didn’t even check if they were…kinda lazy paint job, they also drilled a bit down my cuticle and it’s been insanely sensitive, not big deal though. Front desk was talking trash about me and my friend though, which is immature, disappointed about that.

Heidi at Top Nails always does a great job! She is very gentle and careful on this diabetic’s feet and hands!

Been coming to Top Nails almost 20 years now. Wont go anywhere else. They are kind, attentive, not pushy, and amazing at what they do. I dont even have a specific person I go to, they all rock.

Came as a walk in and only had to wait a few minutes to be serviced. I got an acrylic full set and these are the best nails Ive ever had done. Chi was amazing and did a fantastic job. She seemed like a real professional since she was able to get mine done in a timely manner and also have them look great. Will definitely be returning.

I was able to make an appointment for gel removal and a deluxe manicure with short notice over the phone, and it started on time. Lacinda was very nice and answered all my questions about nail care, especially since I bite. The sugar scrub felt amazing! Location and stations are very clean and in a building that is easy to find. Make sure you bring cash to tip, I was a little surprised to find I couldn’t tip using my card. I don’t get my nails done a lot because of my line of work, but I’ll be returning here whenever I do!

I was denied service and kicked out because I have a service dog. An employee came up to me as I was picking out my polish and said her manager informed her that only guide dogs are allowed in the establishment and she would have to ask me to leave. I told her that it was against the law to deny someone with a service dog and she just kept saying her manager won’t allow it. I then asked for the managers name and number so that I could report them and they refused to give it to me, saying they can’t give out that kind of information. After arguing with them, my SERVICES DOG then alerted me to an on coming panic attack and I had to sit in my car until it passed and I was able to safely drive. I really hope after reading this you DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!! And be assured I will take legal action against them to fight for our rights and make sure no one else has to go through this!!!

Everyone is very nice! Clean and well kept up with. Pricing is about average but Im very satisfied with my last 2 visits

Ive come here twice and I liked the service. The ladies are nice and quick. I do wish though that we can tip on our card and not have to use cash. This place only takes cash tips so you have to make sure you have cash otherwise the nail technician doesnt get tipped.

I had SNS on my nails with tips and a deluxe Pedicure. John did an awesome job!! I left feeling very satisfied with hands and feet and will definitely book again. Thanks also to Vanessa at the front desk, she did a great job also.

Lots of services offered at this location. However, I asked for the manicure package that would include the massage and hot towel service. I got about a 20 second massage on each hand and no hot towel. Hubby had a great experience so maybe service is dependent on the individual technicians. Worth going back to find out.

Im usually happy with my service but I do not enjoy getting a pedicure when all the employees are talking to each other so much they get distracted. Aside from it being rude I did not get the service I deserved on my recent visit. I was there when state board was visiting them so they were exceptionally wound up that day and I did not feel comfortable or that it was about me. It wasnt, they were in their own world and seem to have no concept on what proper business etiquette is.

Revised. The last few times Ive come in it no longer feels like the care about their customers. I was told a 28 minute wait time but 50 minutes later I still hadnt been taken in. When I told them I couldnt wait any longer I was told someone was late and it couldnt have been helped. No apology for the inconvenience or waste of time. I wont come back.Typically a great experience, although it depends on which technician you receive. Never bad and sometimes exceptional.

These are the ugliest nails I have ever had I’m sorry but I’m very disappointed. I got acrylics and they had a great start until it came to the design and it is nothing like I asked for and nothing like the picture I showed my nail tech. They were very friendly though and nice

I gave 3 stars because out of the 3 of us that went to have our nails done Saturday only one is still pretty after just a few days. For the price of shellac to be applied I shouldnt be able to see through it considering its a dark color? My 9 year olds nails are flawless, she too has shellac. My oldest daughters acrylics are fading already. The acrylic is so thick it doesnt look natural by any means. The techs were super nice, the place was clean. I will give them one more attempt with my other daughter today and hope for the best.

I’ve always heard about how great this place was, and it’s right next to my house. i’ve tried going there 3 times before and the wait was over 2 hours to get in so I ended up going elsewhere. my friend and I were going there and called before hand to make an appointment so we didn’t have to wait. the lady on the phone said they close at 5, but are taking 2 more appointments at 5:15?? so we took them, and we got there and still had to wait 20 minutes before being called up even though we had appointments. the lady I had I think her name was maria, was very rude, didn’t talk to me the whole time, and acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. I was getting a fill in as my friend was getting a full set. I needed a nail fixture and she completely messed that up and then peeled the drying acrylic off of my nail (which was very tough and painful) and just put a new nail on me. my friend paid $50 for her FULL SET and I paid $47 for my fill in? the nail lady told me that she didn’t charge me for a nail fixture but she charged me $5 extra because my nails were long. mind you they were already that long, and I didn’t change the length or anything. I explained that to her & said that I might as well of gotten a full set. she started talking about me to the worker next to her then she went and got her manager so that he could explain why I paid so much. They were both very rude about the situation. it’s been 2 days and my shellac is literally chipping off of my nails and the sides. Maria also cut me and made my skin bleed TWICE on 2 different fingers. Every nail salon i’ve ever been to, uses a gel clear polish before they apply the actual color, and she did not do that. she applied the stuff they put on your nails before doing the acrylic instead of the other stuff, which I think she did that just to save time. I will NEVER spend my money, that MUCH money, on a poor quality nail job again.

Ive been coming to Top Nails for over 10 years. My favorite nail tech is Trish, shes been doing my nails for a little over a year and Im always pleased with how they turn out My mom has been going to Heidi for over 10 years and loves her.

I’ve been going to Top Nails since summer for gel manicures. Everyone I’ve been to is great. Highly recommend making an appointment cause they are busy. Clean and great location.

There are many great nail techs here, but Heidi is my favorite! Very meticulous with my manicure w/ SNS. Even fixed a nail once that I broke (no fault of Heidis) for no charge. Pedicures are great too!

Always do a good job at Top Nails

Ive been going to Top Nails for over a year consistently and seeing Jack. He is fast, efficient, and precise. l like the ambiance of the new location and love that I get to catch up on HGTV while getting my nails done.

Very friendly and efficient. As a walk in, I didnt wait more than 10 minutes before being shown to my pedi chair. I got a pedi with gel and a full set of acrylic finger nails with gel. I am very pleased with the results. I only rated 4 stars because I didnt get exactly what I wanted, an ombre finger nail painting. Also because the cost for each service wasnt really explained. Neither of which will detour me from returning. I will be returning. Also, I would recommend this establishment.

I went in to have acrylics removed a few weeks ago. I hesitated to write this but Ive had several people tell me that I needed to say something. When I got there the tech started soaking my nails. At one point she was struggling to remove the thumb acrylic on my left hand. The girl who works the register came over and said that someone wanted her to hurry up and finish. When it was all said and done she ripped off a chunk of my thumb nail. Ive had several techs at other salons say that the nails were not soaked long enough. I will not be returning. I never felt welcomed there.

So I recently treated myself (HAHA) to a full set and decided to try this place because it is so close to home. Big mistake!It started out with this guy grinding my cuticles off with his dremel. Which caused my pinkie to bleed and fingers to throb.I wanted the coffin shape, and instead got THE most awkward shaped nails. One side is straight and the other side goes in at an angle (sort of like the coffin should be...ON ONE SIDE).I asked for short nails. Then shorter (because they were left long LONG). But then gave up because this guy obviously doesnt care what I want.The nail tech said I shouldnt go with the color I picked, which really isnt his call. But then wouldnt let me pick a different color once I started second guessing it (before it was applied).He talked me into going with a gel polish (which I was honestly debating on because I love the quality). But after a week and a half it had chipped on two of my nails.On 3 of my nails, there was a side left not all the way polished to the edge.The quality on the nails deteriorated so quickly Im absolutely baffled.Once I went to pay, the cost was much more than I was expecting it to be. It still didnt make sense how we came to a nearly $60 cost when I recieved a 20% off promotion.I tipped $10 simply for the fact that Ive worked the service industry multiple times, but that guy was not good.I hope this review reaches the right person considering giving this a chance. Just dont!

Got my nails done and 3 days later while typing one popped off. Went to get it repaired and they tried to charge me. I shouldnt have to pay 45$ for a set of acrylics just to have them start falling off in THREE days, then be charged again for them to fix their mess up. They look sloppy and uneven. Shellac isnt even. Most certainly will not be going here again.

Came here with two of my friends and very pleased with services. Our SNS sets look beautiful and strong. All the technicians are very nice and professional. The best salon for us in the area!

I don’t usually write reviews and this is the first time I’ve actually written one. I will typically go to top nails for gel and pedicures. I go every six months or so for the last 5 years and it’s fine. I’ve been going to another salon for SNS powder because top nails didn’t have it back when I started getting it. This time I went to get SNS dip powder done on my nails. I’m not sure who the tech was but he didn’t put any base powder on my nails and only put three layers of color which is not what I’ve seen at other salons. Every other salon I’ve got to there’s a-based powder, two layers of color, and then a top layer. The containers for each layer are all very different and you can tell the difference because the base layer on top layer aren’t colored they’re just white. My nails looked great right after I got them done but that only lasted a week. One of my nails is already chipped in half and I had to file it down and now it doesn’t match the rest. On top of that my other pointer finger is cracked in half down the middle of the nail and I’m just waiting for that to fall off. I’ve been getting SNS done for over a year and a half and I’ve never had my nails crack and peel and look this awful after just a week of wear. Typically mine will last anywhere from 3 to 4 1/2 weeks. I don’t usually write reviews but I am livid that this $50 manicure lasted me less than six days. I want to go in and have them take off the polish-but I don’t even trust them to do that anymore.

My pedicure only took about 5 minutes, my cuticles dont look great and she didnt file my nails... she’s so lazy i dont think she love her Job! She’s not even friendly i’m trying to be nice to her but she didnt even talk. So sad

My favorite please to get my nails done. I feel like it always lasts a long time when I go to them as opposed to some other places where they chip quickly. Make sure to call ahead and be put on the list so you don’t have to wait too long.

After moving back to the Cincinnati area I needed a new nail tech. After going to several places I went to Top Nails and Angel did them. I’ve been going back to Angel now for almost 6 months and my nails never break or chip.

My appointment was at 4:45 and by the time they started my nails it’s was 5:15. Right when the nail tech was about to start my nails she switched tables and started doing someone else’s nails. She kept going back and forth between the two of us which took a lot longer. It was all very frustrating.

Tina did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very friendly too! Highly recommend

Always come as a walk in and I dont wait too long. The work is consistent just need to make sure that you communicate your expectations and desires. They also dont do that annoying small talk here either so youre in and out. Definitely recommend

Always love going here to get my nails done when I have the time. The staff all know me and I know them. Going to go get my wedding parties nails done next year in July!! Looking forward to it. Wont go anywhere else to have my nails done!!

They were crooked, not at the bottom of my nail, nothing like what I had asked for and the nail artist was insanely rough with my nails. I’ve had them for a week and because they were so far up on my nails it already looks like I could go back in for a fill in.

Ive been going to Top Nails since they were in the Beechmont mall. Their work is always great and their staff is friendly. I always know Ill get what I want and itll look great.

They are good but they are a little rude my friend asked for a drink and she never got one and her acrylics broke right after and they never fixed it

I come often and get great service but I went last week and paid the extra money for gel polish with my pedicure and it is already peeling off. Can I get them repainted ?

So bad. ruined my homecoming. asked for glitter ombré with a pink base and gave me a clear base and a straight glitter block. so awful.

My pedicure was nice and the polish is still looking great, however my manicure started chipping day two, I am very disappointed and of course did not have time to go get them re-done.

The guy who did my nails was very rough. Burned my skin several times with the file and with the hand piece. Tried to paint my nails with hairs in it and leave it that way. I would never go back
