Great shop. Been using all 3 of their locations for years. Always my first choice.

What a fantastic staff. He went in to great detail to help us figure out what we needed and where if not there to get it. We were there for a fair amount of time and he never made us feel like we were bothering him with our questions.

Always a good experience whenever I go here. People are very helpful. Willing to help you with any product information and any problems you may be having. Pretty good selection of of not only juices but hardware too.

Best vape shop in the area!Called and went to several shops to try and find a specific pod, which nobody knew what they were talking about. Within 30 seconds of stepping in here, they knew exactly what I was looking for, had it in stock and was ringing me up. No hassle, no shady cell phone store in the back. These guys are experts and the only true vape shop in the area.

Great staff, and very knowledgeable. Their prices are a little high on their Mods that you can actually get of the companys site for cheaper, but that is if your willing to wait for it to be shipped. They have a huge selection of oils as well.

10 out of 10 every time over and over. The guys here never fail to make my visits enjoyable and successful. They know their stuff, they always make great recommendations and never pushy. I’ve been going here for the better part of 7 years and it’s been a good time every time. I can’t thank them enough and if you’re new, looking to get in to vaping or you’re experienced looking for the newest or something different they’ve got it all. They’ve set a high standard for what I expect when going to a vape shop that few in my experience can come close to, but they meet it every time. Seriously check them out when you get the chance and the store is really open and clean to accommodate for social distancing and covid protocols.

Came here for the first time ever roughly around two weeks ago. Wanted to give vaping another try. So the guy (dont know his name) recommended me to get a certain device. Sorry, as I dont feel comfortable mentioning brand names. But, the best $60.00 Ive spent in a while!!! Still using it and now down to only 5-7 smokes a day!!!Its helped so much and I couldnt be any happier. Thanks again for the knowledge, honesty, and hospitality.

This place is awesome. The staff were super helpful and the selection and prices were great. I was stopping by to pick up juice while I was in town on a 3200 mile cross-country motorcycle trip from Arizona to Massachusetts and I found exactly what I needed to complete my trip without having to stress about my vape needs. Will definitely go here again when Im in town visiting my friends.

Hands down, Best vape shop in town. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of vape accessories and juice alike. I really like that they let you sample the flavors (with a clean sterile tip you open yourself of course) so you know if you like a flavor before you buy it.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this place is not “perfect”. First of all, service is great and employees are friendly and helpful. New and seasoned vapors will be treated the same. If you’re new to vaping, ask questions and they will help you out and point you in the right direction. I have came in a few times and they have been out of the e-juice I get which was disappointing. But 90% of the time they have it in stock. They always have my coils, I’ve never had an issue with that. Prices are reasonable and similar to other brick and mortar vape shops in the area. Overall, this is a great place to get all your vaping needs met. But one thing a will say, the parking situation is garbage. Horrible parking lot. But that’s the only “bad” thing I have to say about this place.

My favorite vape shop in town. Has what I want almost every time. Only one time I can remember that they didnt have what I wanted, but they had it for me the very next day. And a great bunch of guys who are always willing to help out with any question from beginners to pros. They know it all.

Great customer a service. I go in quite a bit so they all know my name and always greet me with a friendly face. They are always happy to help you with your vaping needs. Very competitive prices. Ive looked around many different places and they have always fair prices for everything in the store. They have the biggest selection of juices Ive ever seen. They constantly restock so they will always have the newest and best mods and attys. They can take care of all you vaping needs.

Staff seem to be a bit picky with who they approach, half the time i dont get a greeting at all and i have to force my way into an ongoing conversation.Otherwise a very great layout, nice large selection of juices, tanks, everything you need to vape, and once you do have their attention they are very informative.

Im not from the area but i really enjoyed this shop. They asked for ID as soon as I walked in, which i thought was awesome. The staff seemed really knowledgeable about the products and everything going on with the vape industry. The staff was really cool and they wasnt pushy as a lot of shops can be. They were really helpful and i would recommend this shop to anyone. They also had a pretty good selection with a little bit of every aspect of vaping from pods to rda/rtas.

This place for real cool. They be real laid back on there and you can tell they keep track of their regulars Ive only been to two vape shops. This one my favorite By far. Check them out. This go always be my number one go to spot. Just wish they sold more brands other than that. Awesome place!

EDIT: 3/24/2019 - They replaced the coil in the tank with a new one and it hasnt leaked so far. One thing I will say is that the staff is friendly.Original: Was sold a defective kit and Im having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. The tank that was part of the kit leaked all over the place ruining a pair of pants. Their best offer was 10% off a replacement tank for the one that came in a kit that was a week old and had leaked since day one. Will not be returning.

Having been to a few other shops, this store happens to be a new favorite of mine. I walked in just needing some juice, and was surprised by the welcome I received just getting in the store. The have an great selection of juices, a very nice selection of tanks boxes and drippers. I am not a master vaper by any means but the guys there were pretty darn helpful and made me feel welcome. I was able to relax get comfortable and take my time to buy what I wanted with out being pressured to buy and leave. Overall I really like this store, and will be coming back for all my vaping needs.

The staff is always super helpful when I go in. Have been going here for a couple of years and they are always my go to place. I am extremely picky about my mods and juice and they are always so patient and can always answer my questions.

The girl there was super helpful when I was getting a new set up and even helped me with choosing new juices. Will definitely be coming here a lot more often.

Bought a kit, battery and juice and got to use maybe 3 tanks worth (6mls) the first day and that was it. Brought it back for troubleshooting and the glass wont come off the tank (they told me to just break it off- I did not) and was told the coils that came with it were probably bad. Bought more coils and the issue of burning and flooding persisted. I followed the instructions the employees gave me and everything and wasted close to 20 mls of juice between the the four coils altogether. Out of coils and after spending almost $100, I was done. I went back to return the device and battery, hoping to at least get some of my money back, since the guy I bough it from said there was a 30 day warranty and I could return it as long as it wasnt busted up. Another employee told me that the boss was cracking down on returns and I could not return it because they only do manufacturer warranty. No offers to help me figure out what was wrong, nothing. So now Im out $100 with a device I cant use.The only good thing I can say about my experiences here is that the employee who told me I couldnt return it was at least nice, he seemed pretty bummed that I wasnt happy, but even then, I would have preferred some actual help on managing the device and figuring out what was wrong so I could keep it. The guy who sold it to me was there the next day when I brought it in because the glass wouldnt come off the tank and he didnt really seem like he cared at all. If had it for a day at that point and had 2 burnt coils and no one offerred to make sure it wasnt my own fault or anything, they seemed to just want me out of there.I sent an email yesterday after being told I couldnt return it (even though two days prior I was told I could) and have yet to get a reply. I will update this if and when that happens.The sad part is, I do like the device quite a bit. I want to keep it, but not to just keep buying coils and having them burn out. I saturated the two of the coils for HOURS and they still tastes burnt. The device is compatable with other Atlantis coils, but no one offered them to me, even at a discount. The customer service here seems to be a joke. I am new to this, and I was up front about that, and I feel that I was taken advantage of and actually lied to.Update- I just messaged the store on facebook

This place is awesome! Great selection of juice and hardware. They also give discounts when you contact local legislators and share your vaping stories.

So, I went up to store today around 7pm today. I had nothing but trouble with my Eleaf basic vape. I went up with my box and receipt. I asked if I could just get a different vape machine. The skinny guy was rude. He didnt even ask me if had my receipt or anything. He like all I can do is give you discount😳 I was like I have everything for device I got. It didnt charge anymore, the device always turned off on me, than stopped working on me. I do thank you for taking cost I put into device that sucked into new one. The associate didnt even explain how to use the device or how to use it! I didnt even have one like one I got. I figured it out. He gave me battery box and didnt even tell me what that was for. I figured that out too. He just wanted me out store!

Bought a Smok Fetch Pro yesterday and love it! The product is exactly what I was looking for. Not only a great product, but the service was spot on. Answered my questions and exceeded my expectations in all areas. Thanks guys, I will be a repeat customer. Vape on!

I just deleted my old review (which was bad) but I decided to give this vape shop another chance. I called up and talked to Steven he was very sweet and he reassured me that he’ll take care of you anything I need. I left with a really good vape and he also gave a some free vape juice for my bad experience. I recommend if you go to this vape shop ask for Steven.

Friendly bunch of knowledgeable guys who will help you with picking out the best flavors or vaping devices for your needs from their great selection. The company owner is an avid vape rights activist, and the shop is convenient for me.

This is a great store they let me test flavors without charging me and their prices on juices are very good. They are also very willing to help you with any issue and answer your questions about your Vape.

I am looking to get a decent kit the cowboy killers are def killing me.I live just 5 minutes away and know people that have been there and I have not heard anything bad about the place.Some folks will never be happy no matter what you do for them.I mean who really takes time to go on here and write a bad review I sure wouldnt.

Always great prices. I really hope they start selling CBD E juices soon. I love the natural and healthy relaxation that CBD offers. It also helps with seizures, pain, and inflammation with out the high that THC delivers. I am sick of buying CBD juice online. I would love if this great shop started selling CBD e juice.
