This store sold me a faulty product.They did not honor their return policy and their employees are rude.

I come here for the selection of incense it was just pretty large. As for all other offerings, they have the paraphernalia you need for all kinds of smoking needs. Frankly for me Im not interested in that kind of stuff, But I cannot deny that for anyone who is They wont be disappointed walking in through here.

I bought a vape pen over a week ago, and a few days later it began malfunctioning. A day ago it started leaking incessantly. Yesterday, the cap broke when I was putting it back on and I had enough trying to get it to work properly. I took it back, and the gentleman behind the counter told me he couldnt take it back for return due to the manufacturer, but he gave me a deal on a better vape and replaced the juice that Id lost. He was very respectful, and also imparted some handy tips and information. Stellar service. Highly recommend!

My experiences with Elev8 has always been positive. My mother has always had the best customer service and given great product knowledge to be comfortable when purchasing items. Even a time when the product needed adjustment they always make the time to finish the experience of buying from Elev8 Smoke shop. A big ups to the owner.

I wish the Asian lady was a little more helpful and friendly. I know it’s Norwood and a lot of Asians don’t like black ppl but I can def tell she don’t like helping me fr but other than that I love the store itself

My boyfriend and I were first time vape users when we went in the Elev8. Mary was freaking awesome!! She taught us about the different vapes to choose from, juice, and accessories. She took the time to make sure we were satisfied. If you are a new vape user, Mary is the one to go to. Great selection, great prices, great people.

I LOVE this store. Everyone that works there is very friendly and super knowledgeable about their products. When I have come in wanting something new that I dont know much about, they are great about recommending things and making sure I have everything I need. The store itself is very clean and organized. I feel like the girl with the dark brown hair has a good attitude and a good heart.my name is mika and work at Wendys in Norwood come there everyday .she keeps the same good energy and attitude. I want her to stay and keep working .she is not a disrespectful person at all.

What a very nice , well lit, and especially welcoming to its customers establishment. On my first visit 12 24 2021 i was there for well over an hour. Owners are very nice and are most handsome! Best regards

These guys are the best in the area for sure. Place is always clean and organized. The people who own it are great folks to deal with. I won’t go anywhere else for vape needs.

Really helpful employees! My device wasn’t working and the owner actually went out his way and sent it back to smok and I got my new one , had to wait maybe 3 days to get it back . But over all I’m pleased I was going to the shop across the street but this place definitely have way more selections available !
