I got off work Sunday late and not many places were opened but IM DAZED. It was my first time walking in there and I was astonished by the hospitality I received from Kamal there. He answered all my questions and didn’t try to hurry me out since they were about to close. He threw me some extra deals and took the time to make sure everything I got was to my personal liking. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very upbeat atmosphere. The store owner made sure I was properly taken care of. Elijah, a staff member who works here is always good at recommending solid vape flavors. From what I observed he has a very professional work ethic. Very friendly staff very knowledgeable, and they always make sure your needs/wants are met.

I love I.M. Dazed. Its all positive vibes there. Elijah and Patrick are ALWAYS kind and helpful. I wont go anywhere else. Good job guys!

Seriously one of my fav smoke shops. I always make sure to visit when I’m in town. The staff is so friendly and they really make sure to curate your needs specifically to your smoking preferences and habits rather than pushing hot/trendy products onto you. I can tell the staff really cares about their customers as well as the products they choose to carry and endorse. One of the staff, Elijah is consistently good about recommending solid vape flavors.

Been going to this place for years staff has always treated me like family they keep up with selection if there’s anything they dont have you can ask and theyll order it every other shop ive been to has been sketchy not this place!!!!

Nice location but this place is overpriced on kratom. Another smoke shop that just opened near here is 10 dollars less on the same item and doesn’t make you buy 2 to get a discount.

This place is very close to where I live and therefor very convenient. It’s great. I don’t own a car so it’s awesome that I don’t have to order online an then wait for delivery. They have great stuff, large selection, good prices. It’s very clean in there and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I’m very grateful that this place opened up near me. I’ll definitely be going back here frequently.Quick updateIve been going here a few times a . month for the last year. This is the nicest bunch of people working here. I love this place. Very cool local shop. I have visited a couple times, every single time, they seem to have more new products.The people have always been super friendly and helpful. I told the guy (missed his name sorry) what I was looking for, and a price range. He showed me a few things and found exactly what worked for me.The prices were also not bad at all. I highly recommend checking them out. I really enjoy the last purchase I made.

This place is the best! There hadnt been a shop like this remotely close to my area prior to this one opening a few years back. Since then theyve only continued growing & improving both the variety & quality of items sold. Whether I go in knowing exactly what I need or just have a vague idea & need some guidance, the employees are alllllways kind, helpful & knowledgeable! Hope this shop sticks around 🌞

Wife and I recently switched from cigarettes to vaping. A friend of hers recommended this place. We went in and the guy working was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We both left with our new vapes. My only gripes were that I thought the prices were a bit high. I found everything for less online. Though the convenance of needing something and getting it immediately is nice. The place was very busy and had a near constant flow of people coming in. There was only 1 employee working so he had to constantly stop helping us to ring another customer out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone on the east side looking to get into vaping.

Just got home from im dazed and have to say it was the worst experience Ive had at a smoke shop. They didnt have what I wanted (which is understandable) but when I was talking to the cashier he only responded with single word responses like yeah and didnt say anything else. They also charged me 4$ because I was using a card and not cash. Plus the priced are insane I got a vape and cones and it was 30$

Staff is always polite and super chill. Store is also always very clean and put together. They take pride in what they do and it shows.

Cool place with a good selection of certain things. Kratom powder is over priced but a wide range of relatively inexpensive extracts, CBD products, cigars, etc. My only real gripe is that the last time I entered this smoke shop, they did not sell cigarettes.

I.M Dazed had me absolutely Amazed as soon as I entered the store. Why? Here are a few reasons. The super friendly staff, knowledge of the products, great prices, huge selection, and the cleanliness of the store.

I have one in the store three different times and every time for the same product they’ve told me three different prices the prices get higher every time the one guy told me they sell Evolve Plus coils for $5 individually The second time I went they were 7.99. 3rd time I went now they’re $9.99. I can’t stand a store that doesn’t have set price tags and they just make up their own prices as they go

Im a novice at vaping and didnt want to take a risk buying online so I decided to stop into a few different local shops. Im Dazed is by far the best out of the seven I visited on the East Side of Cincinnati. It was the only store I was greeted, asked if this was my first time stopping in and was warmly welcomed. The service here is impeccable. The man who waited on me was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and not intimidating at all. He answered every question I had, gave me several options of the product I was looking for without trying to upsell me anything I dont need. He used a tester product to show me how to use my new vape properly. He did not disappoint. The vape he recommended was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back and will (highly) recommend to others.

I had a disposable vape cake pen, and I accidentally caused a short in the battery, so one of the guys took great care of my situation, and gave me a ten mm thread cart, and I just got home, warmed up my vape pen just purrrfect and my ten mm thread let me take a sweet pull. Thanks IM.Dazed, youre awesome. Btw, my ten mm thread was on the house!!

Went in on Monday, they were the only place open. They have great prices, very nice employees, clean shop & cheap prices. Ill definitely be doing business there from now on!

Super nice people, of course who isnt nice when they get money. Perhaps they profile people a little too much. I caught them staring and following someone in the store and the person ended up making a large purchase. Times are changing, not everyone who looks like a crook is a crook and vice versa. Also, most people who work there know NOTHING about vaping and you can tell they were hired because of the family or connection. They need to get people in who know vaping or make their family study the product or they will have a lot of angry customers when stuff works out badly. Anywho, they have all of my vaping and smoking needs so they get 5 stars for convenience.
