Everyone is incredible. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly. My husband Shawn and I are treated like royalty! They get the door for me because I walk with a walker. The prices and selection are great. We dont go to any other smoke shop. Keep up the good work!

You could look 40 years plus old and theyre still pressing you for a freaking ID! Come in there all the time to buy cartridges and then the day u forget my flipping ID. No we cant sell to you! Lost customer forever! Have a good day theres a million smoke shops in the city get a clue! Especially when its a regular

Went in for the first time. Was helped by Hannah. First off the store is very clean. They have a little of everything. Their inventory looked to cycle quite often, so a place youd want to check back in and look around. Hannah was very competent and helpful. She knew where all the glass was sourced, gave me some incite on different pieces and was an absolute joy to work with. Prices are very competitive and they run sales on major holidays. Will definitely return.

This place made me Happy! A best friend of mine wanted to take me there so, I popped in for the first time. I will def pop in again. 1 Stop Shop. I frequent smoke shops in OH & KY. Todays experience was my favorite in yrs. The moment I walked in, there was a friendly greeting and genuine smile from Jordan. I first noticed how super clean and well organized the shop was. I even complimented him on its overall appearance. Even my Mom would approve of the cleanliness! Anyway, Jordan took me to the area I needed 1st, answered my many ?s and then continued to accompany me to other areas of the shop that feature well organized, stocked, and beautifully lit showcases. I ended up leaving with several other items that I had not come into the shop for. I couldnt resist! Thank You Jordan & Planet Caravan 3. You definitely have a new regular customer who will now bring their friends in so they too can get Happy.

I was here yesterday 5/17/20 and even though times are rough right now, both employees working were nice and helpful! A girl named Julia or Julie was fast and has great recommendations. The prices were also great. I got two new sets of glass and a vape battery for a little over $100. She’s great, they’re great, and I will definitely come back. This is probably my third time coming in. Keep up the good work

I usually only get kratom and incense here. Theyve got a big variety of pipes and such though. The people here have always been really nice and talkative when i come. Theyre very laid back and will conversate with anyone. Im always greeted when i come in and i usually get in and out pretty quickly. The only thing i have a problem with isnt with the store. Its parking. I usually park at a meter but quite often theyre all taken up. Not sure if theres a close parking lot i can park in when i go there.

I was misgendered more times in one day than I ever have been my whole life when I went in here, one guy wouldnt quit then did it again when I corrected him on my pronouns. Plus the item he recommended turned out to be leaking when I opened it.I prefer puff, Dont go here if youre alt or trans.

I was first time shopper went with a friend and was very impressed with the selection of glass an how clean an classy it was. Definitely NOT a hole in the wall smoke shop an no overwhelming smell of incense. Decent prices, huge selection, super friendly staff! Checkem out for sure!!!!

Great place if you check out your lungs out early . But hey ! itll taste good for now. the smelly sticks in be over whelming .

They are open a bit later than other shops in the area. Which is nice.One staff member was very helpful and courteous.A different employee, most likely a manager or owner, spoke to me like I was an ignorant child. It was almost comical!! I can only assume he was having a rough night.There is no shortage of similar stores in the area. In fact, there are quite a few within a very short distance!!! Venture out and explore! Shop around!

Always have what I need for Raw rolling paper accessories when I need it asap and dont feel like ordering online. 😎

These guys are amazing. My girlfriend had to stop smoking weed, so we stopped into this shop an asked what would they recommend for us. They introduced us to the CBD weed. It smokes like the regular weed an all. It’s amazing. Thanks Guys we really appreciate your business. We will be back soon.

Literally every. single. employee I’ve encountered there are the SWEETEST people. And I’ve been multiple times! Whoever management is sure knows how to vet people. Plus prices are AMAZING.

Great place to go!! Went in after a terrible experience with shop next door and was treated like a respectable customer. Got probably $100 dollars worth for less then 75 bucks, definitely worth the go! The girl behind the counter was fantastic!
