Owner has an attitude, getting upset and having a little tantrum because I chose a different product, I didnt want to pay 20 plus tax and whatever else this place likes to tag onto the bill for a gram of moomrock... Possibly selling marijuana without a license to do so... And sells it to you in a ziplock baggy with no indication of it being delta 8 or THCa... So if you get pulled over 🤷🏻‍♂️Overall experience:Rude hateful owner.Additional hidden fees.Possibly illegal activity.Poorly IDs customers for a tobacco shop...This is my experience from 5 visits to smoke n save... Each visit the experience was increasingly worse than the last time.

Never sure if they will have tabacco and tubes in stock.They dont answer their phone so you can call before you waste 30-45 minutes and waste the gas to go all the way there .They say call first,well thats only good ,IF YOU ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

This is my FAVORITE SMOKE SHOP!!!! They are real people and I always get a personalized invitation and they make you feel like family! These are my kind of people! Always have what I need or want in stock! And if they don’t happen to have something they don’t hesitate to order it within 24 hours! The convenience of the drive thru is just another awesome perk to this awesome place. Mike and wife treat you like you are the reason the work so hard! I’m glad they’ve made it thru the Virus 🦠crap and are still going strong. The newer face behind the window is so polite and sweet to me and my kiddo. Just drove 30 miles to give this place my business and they werent even open. Double checked hours on the website that were recently updated before I left. Extremely disappointed!

Service was of standard. Products were a bit over priced especially with the amount of competition in the area. Refund policy is a joke. Only thing I did like about this place was the drive-thru. My personal experience with the product I purchased might bias this review, however, this isnt the first bad experience Ive had with this place. Id consider someone else before going here.

The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable— stopping in there feels like I’m visiting family when I come to town! They have a drive thru too. You can’t beat that convenience! This is my number one stop when I’m in Cincinnati for all my tobacco/beer/wine/lotto ticket needs!

Great location by the highway 125 and 10 mile. This is a great place. Staff is friendly and they have better prices on a big selection. This is a great place to hangout and see all of the selection, and they also have an industrial rolling machine.

The owner is a great guy always welcomes me by name and generally acts like he cares about his customers if you want something he doesnt have if he can get it for you he will go out of his way to ensure he gets it in for you. Here had the best tasting and cheapest tobacco if you get his bulk tobacco which I highly recommend

Mr. Mike let me sit behind the counter which was a great boost to my self esteem babes. The custom endorsement poster featuring Mr. Fabulous Floyd creates an atmosphere second to none babes.
