I went in asking for a draw activated vape with a round tip for a cosplay fog machine. I was sold a vape with the assurances that it was draw activated, but no returns. I got home and found out it was push button activated. I was either deceived or the sellers were completely ignorant on their products. Cavaet emptor, I guess. Beware of this seller.

Sold me a faulty Eleaf Istick that won’t charge and they wouldn’t replace it. Won’t be back. Their prices are generally higher as well comparatively

Sign says open. Door is locked. Its noon on Saturday. Never coming back. Employee was returning to unlock the door carrying a bag of drinks. I hope that was worth losing a customer.

Garrison is soo awesome! He is very knowledge and professional. Garrison has a great customer service approach, and he is very patient. I was in the Cincinnati area for work, and I had run out of vape juice. I am so happy I Googled Vape Shop, and stumbled upon Studio Vapes Redbank. I hope that I am back in the Cincinnati area again. Not a great selection, but good prices and helpful staff

I went to Studio Vapes in Norwood to get my vapor fixed a coil/Tank that was Leaking Tremendously. This lady named Robin was very kind and helped me find what the issue was with my vapor and helped me find the perfect tank for me to purchase. Robin was very kind, friendly, and most importantly Very Helpful. I am so Glad that my tank is not Leaking anymore and I GOT The Proper help. Thanka Much Robin...😄👍

Lived in Arizona for a few years and vaped out there with all the big companies. Also my wife worked at one while in buisness school. I have NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER SEEN SUCH HIGH PRICES. 60 m at 30 bucks yeah right. They are over priced. Do some research please other stores out there with good quality juice half the price.

Just getting into vaping. Went in Monday afternoon with 0 knowledge came out with a degree in vaponomics. The cute girl that was working was pleasant, personable, patient with all my questions and informative yet not the least bit pushy. I was able to stay well within my budget, get a good set up and select from a wide spectrum of potencies and flavors. For $1 total, you can sample unlimited flavors. Convenient location in Surrey Square so tons of off street parking. Shop was clean and inviting. Will definitely be back.

First, I wasnt very impressed with their selection of juices like everyone else seems to be. Second, the guy working there was so soft spoken and mumbly when he answered my questions that I couldnt even understand him. There was no smile, no Hey hows it going? and no welcome. When I finally found a juice i wanted to sample (put 1 or 2 drops in my mod). He said, Whoa! You know sampling is $1 right? I, said, Really? he retorted, Yeah man.....this is America didnt you know? Nothing is free. and his tone was all wrong. I turned around immediately and will never go back. $1 for a drop of juice? Cmon man. Ive been vaping for 6 years and have used many stores and that is the first I have ever heard of anything like that. So long Studio.

The most overpriced smoke shop Ive ever seen in the entire US. The employee told me that there is an additional 50% tax on all products so if you buy something for $50 you pay $75 which is simply not true. Avoid

Salesperson came off as a little big-headed. Stopped in the get my friend a vape for the long trip home. Something small, simple, cheap. He made her feel like it was more difficult than what it actually is. Every time I told her what I thought (shes never vaped), he had something to say. Its just a simple vape, not something she has to stay committed to if she doesnt like it. Glad I was only here for work, Ill make sure I get all my vape supplies somewhere if I need them.

Knowledgeable guys, decent prices. $20 off if you spend $100. My only small problem is they couldnt do a package deal when i bought a new vape.

Cashier lied and told me they never sold horizon falcon coils but had a empty horizon falcon box in the glass case. I left my punch card on the table, I dont want it back. Ive came and bought those coils and juice there before but not again

Only $10 for a basic stick battery for carts, cheaper than the other places I called around here. Place looks nice.

I only went to this store because I was running out of coils. The 5 pk coils for Joytech ego aio are grossly overpriced. Thats why I order mines online
