Wonderland Smoke Shop

Ive been coming to this smoke shop for years and they never disappoint! Everyone Ive met working there are so nice and so helpful, they always have exactly what Im looking for and for reasonable prices! Ive bought multiple glass pieces here and plan on purchasing more. They have a pretty good selection, its really easy to sit and check out everything they have. If youre in ludlow you gotta come check it out 🤘

Wonderland is fully amazing! I don’t even live in Clifton anymore but this is my store forever. Mo is always looking out for the best products and happy to share recommendations or feedback from other customers. He and Richie are not only extremely knowledgeable, they are also kind and good people. This is the kind of place that attracts tons of regulars, and for good reason!

The Staff here is just all around super friendly! Richie was awesome when I went the other day to purchase a vape. We ended up nerding out about Marvel for a few minutes before I left. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

Every time I come here they always put a smile on my face. They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I’m moving further away soon but Wonderland will still be my shop of choice, they’re very worth the drive!

I come here all the time because of the wide selection they offer! I wanna also shoutout Mo, he is always eager to show off the new products and is a great salesman! Seriously one of my fav smoke shops. I always make sure to visit when I’m in town. The staff is so friendly and they really make sure to curate your needs specifically to your smoking preferences and habits rather than pushing hot/trendy products onto you. I can tell the staff really cares about their customers as well as the products they choose to carry and endorse.

I absolutely love Wonderland! Alex and Mo are the best for customer service and they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need like other smoke shops. Definitely recommend checking out their Delta-8 & Delta-9 selection!

Today is the second time Ive visited this fine establishment. The first visit Alex helped me. He was very kind, sincere, empathetic to my needs. Alex did not try to over sell me he knew I was on a budget and worked wonders with me. Just an all around great person. Today I met Moe. Again wonderful experience. I let him know my needs, he was super kind easy to get along with. Its honestly a pleasure doing business as Wonderland. I have no reason to shop anywhere else.... Most places are so impersonal, not Wonderland. I highly recommend this establishment!

Moe was very professional and friendly and answered all the questions I had regarding an expensive product before I purchased. They are the only legit authorized retailer in the area for what I wanted and I felt secure with my purchase. I will take the extra drive here just for the customer service alone.

They have by far the best prices in the entire city. I cant remember the guys name at the front counter, but he was very informational on all of the products in the store. Wonderland is my favorite head shop! Thought the only one was in Asheville, so excited when this shop opened up! The selection and prices are the best in town! WOW! I went in recently to check out Wonderland Smoke Shop and was blown away by the incredible service and selection. They have a vast collection of water pipes, bowls, vaporizers for every price point. I was lucky enough to be helped by Alex who was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. He helped me find the perfect bowl piece and taught me how to clean it! Thank You, Alex!!! I used to go to the Cupboard exclusively, but not anymore. I was much more impressed by the friendly environment and hands-on service. Not to mention its worth visiting just for the mural in the store. Without a doubt, this is my new headshop. This smoke shop has everything youd ever need. Even when Im not quite sure what I want, they help me find things I never knew I needed. Moe is especially GREAT in customer service. He does everything possible to make sure his customers are satisfied and, on multiple occasions, I have seen him be exceptionally helpful with others. This is the best smoke shop I have visited during my last 2 years of stay in the United States. Today, I visited the store looking for CBD oil. The store has all sorts of genuine stuff and Mo is very professional and helpful. He even explained to me how to identify genuine stuff from a fake one. I am definitely coming back.

Wonderland has the best variety and with the best deals on prices it is my number one smoke store to purchase from. The one thing that sets them apart is their staff. Always able to help and gives me advice on what new flavors are in and what night appeal to me, given previous purchases. Moe in particular has been my go to guy since he has always put me, the customer, first.

This is the best smoke shop I’ve been too in my lifetime. Employees are very helpful and the store just has good vibes every time I walk in. They have the best selection of Vape Juice and mods, glass bongs, etc. with good pricing as well. I have been to a lot of smoke shops around the area but none of them top this one. The guys at this shop are fantastic! The juice selection is above par, as is the vape selection. Ive only been there 3 times so far (over about a months time), and the recognized me and made suggestions based on my previous questions and purchases. The prices that I have seen at the shop are comparable to online pricing. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this shop your business. In addition, they also have a frequent shoppers card program, which is always a nice perk! If I could do 6 stars for them, then I would.

Absolutely great place! Since I work across the street Moe helps me out a ton. When Ive forgotten to bring e-juice to work hes given me samples of juice to help me last the day, hes sold me a great mod, and helped me out with the cigar selection. As long as I live in Clifton this will be the only place I stop into!

My new favorite smoke shop! Great customer service and all the glass/vape accessories you need, as well as many cool and unique pieces that are unavailable at other local smoke shops, and the prices are fantastic. There is no reason not to go! Try the piece water for your water pipe to keep it clean through many uses, it works great.

Alex is the most HELPFUL and AMAZING smoke shop employee I have had experience with to this day. I used to go to Puff and Planet Caravan before I found Wonderland but I will never go back--he has the best attitude, work ethic and knowledge, and he helps me fix my tank/change my coil/find the best juices and pick out the best mods every week. His knowledge is uncapped & I know I can trust him to always help me and give me the best insight. Definitely hit up this vape shop 👍👍👍

Great people! Great value! Always get what I need and more. First time I went in was to buy batteries for my vape, which Im still fairly new to. Instead of selling me the batteries he explained how I was charging it wrong and recommended a battery charger. Not only does my vape work but and has stopped shorting out, I saved money thanks to great customer service!

Best service I’ve receive at any smoke shop, the gentleman that’s normally there when I go in is super knowledgeable about the products and always give me great recommendations and information on how to best use the product. The CBD oil he recommend for my grandmothers pain worked better than any other product we’ve tried, including narcotics. The prices of the products are about average but the service and quality is second to none. Now if they just started doing sales more often life would be perfect. BEST SOMKE SHOP IN CINCINNATI!!!!!!!

It really doesnt get better than this shop! Im willing to drive out of my way to shop at Wonderland for my vape products. The store is super clean and super organized. Large selection of products. Mo is as friendly and knowledgeable as they come. Its obvious he loves what he does and enjoys helping others. This is my go to shop! I usually am a online shopper but this place is great. Crazy selection, the most helpful guy is always working in there, and he’s super knowledgable. If they don’t have it, a lot of the time they can get it but this shop definitely sets itself apart by their stock alone and good pricing. If you’re looking for something new, this is the place to start.

I walked in not really expecting much; as had been my experience with smoke shops in the past. I told the guy working there that I was looking for a simple vape to help quit smoking. He was patient with all my questions and talked me through all the details, and I purchased the Smok X-Force.Things were going great until the vape starting tasting burnt two weeks later, even after replacing the coils. I went back and they discovered that the mod was the problem. Since I had only just bought it they worked out a deal with me to get a replacement and were very kind about the whole thing (he even threw in some spare parts and liquid for the hassle). What could have been a sour experience ended on a very good note. Strongly recommend this place to anyone.Also quick shoutout to Moe; he was the one helping me each time time I have been there. He was very informative and professional. Ill definitely be back!

The store is literally like a smokers wonderland, it’s great! All the workers are nice especially Moe he is the best always helps me find what I need and keeps everything at a reasonable price.

They said my vape was old and no longer sold my atomizer. The store looked compartmentalized but I didnt really take the time to see what they had. Ill have to go back another day.

I walked into Wonderland after walking out of the Cupboard and I was pleasantly surprised with a large selection of quality pieces for a reasonable price. Moe helped me pick out a piece and could not have been more courteous.

The shop is very eclectic and provides a lot of different smoking options. The guy who runs the store is very patient and knowledgeable about all of his products. I won’t shop any other vape store in the Cincinnati area.

Ive already left a review but wanted to leave another after another great experience. Went in for some ejuice and was looking for something specific. The staff member working was able to help me out and find exactly what I need (a candy ejuice that’s sweet, but not too sweet). Very friendly and super knowledgeable about the products they sell. I live right down the street and have many other reputable shops within close distance, but wouldn’t go anywhere else for ejuice or cbd selection. Highly recommend.

Got best prices on JUULs and has all the new vapes and large selections of juice. CBD, rillos, papers and nice designer glass for CHEAP if you need it but I mostly get JUULs and juice. Guy works there is super cool. Super happy weve got a shop on ludlow, I come here every few days. Couldnt recommend enough.

Wonderland smoke store has a man named moe there that is very helpful, gives you education about the ptoducts and is patient with your questions. I have went to a couple other shops one on winton road just to see how it was. While on winton i walked in where a dog met me at the door and jumped on me sniffing me. And they didnt have the product i was looking for. Thank god im not that scared of dogs. So of course i went back wonderland smoke shop, the place is clean, moe is professional, nice and patient and has the products all the time.

Look, I love the shops on Ludlow but Wonderland is my FAVORITE place to pop into. Because of Moes knowledge and charisma, I switched from the vape store across the street. He knows good products and is upfront about the products he has to meet your needs. I have bought everything from vapes to cigarettes to incense there. There are so many goodies at his store!!!Also, Wonderland has the best CBD products in town, which is where my money has been going since I figured that out. Moe should be at a shop in Colorado, but Im glad I got to meet him while hes still in the Nasty Nati.

It has the best quality cbd I’ve ever had, the smoke shop owner is very friendly, very good flavors, all the different kinds of vapes and vape flavor, and I wouldn’t go to another vape shop
