Just left the sunset store. The guy working acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience for customers to be there let alone ask a question. Some training on customer service would be helpful for this individual.

The Sunset location is the best! Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming and happy to answer any questions you may have. Love these guys!

Ive been coming to this location since the day they opened. I absolutely appreciate the many staff members along the way. Especially Linda and Tom Tom. They take their time with me help with any all all my concerns and make me feel important. Thats the way customer service should always be. Respectful both ways. I love this place.

Outrageous Ive been coming here since 2011 very loyal a big advocate for these guys and Im not asking for free money but I bought a $30 bottle of juice today I it exploded all over me in the car hen I was trying to fill my tank! I clipped the tip to make sure that I wasnt squeezing too hard clearly a manufacturer defect, I walked back in the store I get told sorry man that sucks and some napkins and sent on my way with a quarter of a bottle left the rest all over my car and me I dont know what happened to the customer service here it used to be awesome. Its definitely gone downhill since Rob left

As always the young man that works here in the afternoon/evening, Thomas I believe? He was super helpful! I took in a friend whose quitting smoking and this young man went out of his way to make sure he got all he needed as well as a hopeful speech! Good service

Over priced, very small inventory, they i.d. you and everyone with you even if your not buying anything and the last time I went there the customer service dude was awful in so many ways! I go to one in Syracuse thats further but worth it

Products so bad its dangerous.Ive shopped here for a long time. I will not be returning again though. The quality of the products and the employees who sell them has gone down significantly.The coils I bought recently were so bad I wonder if they have some amateur in the back trying to make them. I ended up hurting my throat fairly bad despite using a low wattage compared to the range for it. The coil Id used before the one they sold had no problems at all. I tried 2 coils in a row that were both the worst Id ever had.Id like to point out an observation Ive made as well. Overall the score for this shop is pretty high, but if you sort by newest youll see a much higher rate of 1 stars than the overall score would suggest. This tells me that Im not the only one who shopped here for a long time but isnt coming back anymore now.

I’ve shopped at this location and vapor mania for about a year. Never had issues in the past until today. Purchased my normal disposable Hyde mod with no problem. Take it home took my first hit and it was absolutely burnt, and every attempt after was the same result. Took it back to the store no longer than 15 minutes after the purchase. The guy told me the best he could do is give me 10% off. He had the worst attitude when expressing this. His excuse is the owner of the store enforces this rule which is cool, I can get that. My tip for you Mr. Owner is as an entrepreneur myself when you sell defective equipment you don’t spit in the customers face and offer a 10% off. This is not how you treat customers who shop at your store weekly. Take responsibility for selling a defective mod.Myself, my wife, and my family will no longer shop at this companies stores. I express to others the same.

Customer service was awesome. I have a hard time picking out juice, because of the huge variety of flavors and names, but the employees helped me narrow it down. Also, the price was amazing. I got 240 ml of juice for $40 dollars! Overall, it is a pretty cool shop.

Extremely impressed with the service. I needed a variable watt mod and I knew nothing about which one to get. The employee really talked to me about what my needs/goals are with my MOD and found the perfect one for me. He even gave me a whole lesson on how to use it and take care of my MOD. I didnt feel pressured or anything during the entire situation. This will definitely be my new place since they took such good care of me.

Great customer service! Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fantastic and great quality products! My only wish is that I wish there was one closer to my home. I have to drive 5 miles each way to get to the closest store. In all honesty though the drive is worth it!

Everyone in the Roy location is always very attentive. I love the juices and the prices on them. Everyone here has been very helpful in answering my questions about this whole mythical electronic cigarette world, very knowledgeable.Ive always felt valued coming in here, so I always come here. Ive never had any qualms with not being attended to. Chill atmosphere. I dig it :)

My favorite vape place. Ive been shopping here since they opened. The selection is spectacular and the employees are super friendly and helpful. They do have fabulous discounts. Many different kinds. 15 if you buy two of the same flavors. 10 off id you mix and match two flavors. 5pm-6pm is happy hour at 10% off AND ladies night on Wednesday. I believe 10% all day long for the ladies! I just love these guys.

Great experience! Received excellent customer assistance from the young man with the hat and the red shirt ( sorry, didnt get his name). Anyway I got just what I was looking for and no pressure to get anything else. He did the initial setup on my new device and told me everything I needed to know. Awesome job!

Typically, I exclusively shop here but the past couple of months the quality, supply, and customer service has gone down. Employees upset with management and venting right before quitting and the turnover is very high reducing hours of operation and etc. As a customer Im really not sure I should know that much trouble with a company and will probably be looking for a new store that carries flavors and products I want at prices I expect. This is a new development so Im hoping its just a temporary issue that will settle soon.

This a super fun environment! The workers are always nice and funny. Know what they are doing and talking about. Always willing to help you with whatever. Typically I prefer this vapor mania definitely my go to. Good prices on top of that and love happy hour!!

What a huge variety they have. The loyalty program is fantastic. House juice blends are phenomenal and the staff are absolutely the friendliest out there!!!

I go here for all my mods and juice because I can only get the flavors I prefer here and usually prices are not so great for mods and accessories since they dont have to compete with online merchants but their house juice I think is priced in the reasonable range. The store is clean and some employees go the extra mile but a few are lazy and outright will lie to you. Overall its where I choose since they have a wide selection of stuff and I just avoid the few problematic employees.

Until today 😡I have shopped at this location since they OPENED and they had always been Great!Looks like different people now as it’s been a little while since I’ve stopped in.Today I purchased a couple sale items additional to my other things, that said no returns (hey no problem) so I opened the puffs to make sure they worked before I walked out.One was fine and the other did not work at all. I let them know it didn’t work and I’d like a different one. They said no returns , I said I’m not returning it I opened it right now and it doesn’t work. It’s dead. They said they would not give me another. My bad luck! This is bull!

Vapor Mania is a great vapor shop when it comes to juices and nice people behind the counter. HOWEVER DO NOT purchase a mod from them. All sales are final even if you purchased a new mod took it home and it does not work. I took the mod back and they knew nothing about the mod they sold me and would not exchange it. 2 hours within purchase! They refered me to the makers website for assistance. I posted my message and they said use power mode and closed the chat. To deal with a company that sells their clients mods with no support from the makers of said mod is a disgrace. Am not going back. I take something back same day i can exchange it or refund me my money. This company is a waste on this and i hope someone gets fired.

Best location out of all the Vapor Mania’s I’ve been to. All staff are very helpful and friendly. Fairly competitive prices on juice and best prices on coils. Also they have the best rewards system out of any vape shop and it works no matter what location you go to. High recommend. Worth it to drive from Ogden To sunset and avoid the Riverdale store.

These guys are great, love them. They are always super nice and very knowledgable if you have any mod/juice questions. They always do their best to help you find what you need. This is my go to shop for all my vaping needs.

Went in to talk to them about an atomizer that burnt out in 2 days. He stated several people had come in TODAY saying theyd had the same problem. He was very nice. But said hed give me a discount versus replace the bad atomizer. Again HE was very nice. However, this is bad business to not replace the bad atomizer. Especially if it seems to be a common problem that has been reported that day.

If you dont know that much about e-cigs dont come here. They arent good at answering questions they feel like you should know everything already and even if they do they lie.I asked them if this kit came with batteries which is rare for kits and they said yes. All they said was that I couldnt plug it in for more than a week. Turns out no batteries and I had to spend an extra 50$ to get batteries and a suitable charger which-I get it- thats how they make their money. But dont lie to me or not tell me upfront. Educate me so I can make an informed decision.First accociate told us he could work out a refund or exchange--or something! We came back the same day (within two hours) but the manager wouldnt work with me at all. Was quite rude actually and said there was no way to prove the employee told me there was batteries.

I really want to like this place 100%...its the closest vape shop to my home, so its the easiest to get to on my way to or from work, and the flavors they sell are awesome. However, I feel like some of the guys working here arent super skilled in customer service. Some are really chill, but most seem to be a bit elitist in attitude...ask a question and they make you feel kind of stupid for asking.I also was needlessly embarrassed by an employee in front of other customers and other employees (he mistook my copper mods natural patina for mold and assumed I was vaping from a dirty moldy mod) and although he apologized afterword and I sincerely appreciated that, it didnt change the fact that he had already loudly announced my mod was moldy and proceeded to pass it around to the other employees in front of other customers while making faces and groaning...all while Im trying to explain that it was patina and not mold, and that I had lost the damn thing and hadnt been using it at all since finding it. I feel like as someone who sells copper and brass products, he should have realized that immediately, and even so, should never make a customer feel publicly humiliated like that. This particular incident happened a while ago, but recently I decided to go back and try them out again and was again disappointed by the condescending attitude I received. Maybe if some of the employees learn a bit more about discretion and proper customer service, Ill visit again.

Ive been coming to this location for 5+ years. They staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. You get a coil for $.25 with the purchase of a 60 mil house juice! I love it!

We love this place!!!! I drive form Willard at least once every week. I love how all the staff remember both my husband and i. They have always been straight forward and to the point with us about everything ranging from whitch juices they would recommend to the which coils or what brand or type of mods to get for the best vaping experience. Thanx guys! Keep up the great work and if you ever decide to open a store closer to us I would love to work there.

These people are ignorant! Tried saying it was illegal to bring my infant in with me to buy a bottle of ejuice. Its not illegal to even bring an infant into the liquor store with you. What are you supposed to do leave a child in the car?! Definitely wont be returning.

As a beginner vaporer, I went to a competitor first and was disappointed in their service. Then I found Vapor Mania and have been extremely impressed with both their service and products. Every time I stop by they have been courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good prices. Problem with this place is that there is 1 employee and it gets busy. Awkward experience as you cant ask questions without making a line of people wait. If you know exactly what you want, not a bad place. If youre looking for recommendations or have questions, go somewhere else. Fast food style customer service.

Miles ahead of the surrounding shops. I dont usually write reviews, but one local shop inspired me to write a nasty one after shopping there off and on for a few years, only to always feeling cheated. I left that shop today empty handed and upset, and went to Vapor Mania where I have shopped before, but it had been a year or two. I left with 60 ml of their premium house juice (John snowcone flavor) and a new coil for my mod. Total was $22 after tax. Amazing flavor, and a brand name coil has made my day! Id get nearly expired juice, and a Chinese coil for $35 at the shop in Layton that I used to go to. Not to mention Id have to deal with the owner at that particular shop. Hes an ass hole, and has an oil rig tycoon type appearance and attitude. Avoid him!! Hes pompous, and brags about how much money hes making to his customers.

At first I thought the employees here were full of it when they were telling me about how much nicotine can be sold in what size bottles, and that you cant order vape equipment online.Turns out they are actually right, FDA and Utah laws suck. Good for local stores because it will keep them in business, but really lame of the State.Luckily you still can order online as most websites just dont care. But these guys at Vapor Mania deserve respect for knowing the law apparently better than I did.Decent prices.

I love this place they are so helpful Ive gone in with my vape and had issues wasnt purchasing anything at the time and they will hook me up and help me get my things fixed and I need to so theyre awesome

Went in, waited patiently for 15 minutes, and when I was helped the guy was more concerned about the guy he helped who had just left the store. Asked him for a grape flavor and he made it seem like I was a moron for even asking that question. As a first time customer, I will never go here again. I was embarrassed from the moment I went in.

This is the best shop. I’v been coming here for years. They have the best flavors hands down and the employees are awesome. Would recommend coming here before anywhere else if your new to vaping because you will definitely find everything you need here always.

I dropped my mod and thought my tank was toast but Austin was able to fix my tank get it all put back together and took care of me most places would have taken advantage of that and tried to sell me a new tank but not Austin great job thank you! Worst place I have ever shopped, I have a terrible lung issue that I like not to discuss. I was kicked out of the store yesterday (because I can’t wear a mask). 8 years shopping here and they Will never get another dollar. I feel disrespected and humiliated. They are afraid of a phony pandemic, and should mind their own businesses about people’s health issues. I have spoken with a portion of the vape community who will no longer support vapor mania because of what they did to me yesterday. Thank god for the new Clinton vape shop. Vapormania you suck

Vapor Mania use to be a 5 star experience, until they hired the new help, use to go in weekly for my electronic cigarette needs, but I think I shall take my business elsewhere now. Horrible customer service from everyone except the guy with the big gauges, always helpful and always friendly. He deserves a raise, while the others need to figure out what it means to work customer service.

Im very new to vaping and wanted to find something with no nicotine to vape when Im at work or out with friends. The guys at Vapor Mania were super knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant to talk to. They walked me through all the flavors I had questions about and pointed me in the right direction on what replacement parts I needed for my Vape. I was able to get two replacement coils, and a new flavor for under 15 bucks. Plus theyre open on a Sunday which is awesome.

Im sorry for the rating but I too had an awful experience with coils and it happened literally 4 times in a row and I havent been back since. I spent over 100 dollars on kangers and kept getting the wrong coils with wrong ohm. I threw it all away and went mechanical because I was New to vaping and could not get the right advice or product. Hope things are doing better over there and probably drop in and see if things have changed.

Mediocre customer service and limited flavors of low nicotine (.3, .5) e-cigarette juice. Ive tried this place a few times upon friend recommendations and ended up disappointed due to the limited (gross) selection on their buy one 15ml, get one 15ml for $1.00 e-juice stock and their tired, robotic customer service. The other flavors besides those included in the aforementioned buy one 15ml, get one 15ml for $1.00 seem overpriced.

Weve been shopping at the vape shop for a few years now and they are the best! Their staff is knowledgeable of the on going trends in the vape community. They have a great selection of vendors and flavors for you to try. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have been going to sunset VM for over 5 years now. I have always been treated great. All of the staff know the products that are sold there as well as bales that dont come from VM. 5 STARS FOR SURE.S.LAWS

I vap on a vamo and was in the area I needed come cartos so I asked for the specifics that I need while they gave me punched cartos not predrilled well now I have to buy a new tank cause the guy failed to tell me or didnt know that it would damage my tank and make it leak which in both cases he shouldnt be working there. I will never go here again. Bad service over and over unless you plan on spending 300$ then they are your friend but just for that day.

The oils are some of the best how ever when it comes to getting coils from these guys not only do they say they have it and it always turns out to be the wrong ones but on the slight chance they may have the right ones for it they suck always taste burnt and they get the low voltage coils. Dont waist your money on coils here. Like I said oils are great coils suck ass...

One time we went in and they were nearly out of coil and charged us full price for the three feet they had left. It also kind of irritates me that it says they close at nine on Fridays online, when really, they close at eight...

Its weird, was shopping for a specific tank, this place was the 2nd out of 5 places to have it and was 20 bucks cheaper than the other guy.

Went there the other day walked into the store the employee ignored that I was there I waited patently for 25 mins and he still didnt even look of bother to tell me he well be right with my the service there sucked never again well I go here!!!!
