This place is so great, all of the staff members are so friendly. The manager Josie is awesome! She treats her employees so well, I have heard some of them talk so highly about her. She always has great suggestions when she helps me, and is really knowledgeable about the products. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

This place is trash! I would definitely not go there and go somewhere else. Service wasnt good, and their policy is trash. I went into the store and told the girl behind the counter what I was looking for and she gave me the wrong item. She wasnt really familiar with the product, so I dont really blame her. Im mostly frustrated that the shop doesnt allow you to return/exchange items even though I literally step outside and walk right back within 3 minutes... item wasnt used and still in the box... wasted money and the item wasnt cheap...Edit- I made the right choice. Your employee gave me the WRONG ITEM. As I mentioned the first time. Obviously, this store and employees are nowhere near the best or even good..... Employees should know the difference in items they are selling if your policy is that strict. Customers should receive items they request & employees should sell the CORRECT ITEM or exchange the WRONG ITEM sold 3 minutes prior for the correct one. Again, THIS PLACE IS TRASH. Look at all their horrible reviews & the inconsiderate responses. Too many good smoke shops around to waste time & money at this trashhole.

Feeling ripped off. I purchase an exact replacement for a vape kit that I had broken. I thought the retail price on it sounded High but since I had coils left, I purchased it. After getting it home I made the mistake of Googling it on the manufacturer website. The suggested retail for it now is under $50. I paid 119 with a 10% open box discount. Please understand that the employees are fantastic at the store! But whoever it is that manages it and or acts as purchasers are inept best. They have never carried the coils even though they sold the Vape and I have had to purchase them directly from the manufacturer. I should have known better but I wanted it that day and I paid the price for it. I will not be going back again. If you purchase any equipment there, be certain that you make sure that they sell the coils or accessories you need other than the e-liquid before you buy it. Also pull out your phone and Google the product to be certain that the pricing is fair. I have attached picture of the product as well as a screenshot of the product for sale online. Also double check that the product you are purchasing is not discontinued.

WORST SMOKE SHOP!! Their products are faulty and they don’t do refunds, so if they don’t have the exact product to exchange you are LOSING MONEY!! DONT SHOP HERE!! There are so many better vape shops around!! Also called and asked for a certain brand and flavor, they said they didn’t have it, but they literally DID have it…. like your employees clearly don’t know their inventory or they just don’t feel like working. DONT SHOP HERE

Steer clear of this place. They do not stand by their products. They discount expired products. I pointed this out at one of their other stores, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they put them back in the case after I left. The employee called the owner to discuss the situation and they didn’t see surprised or want to help.

The customer service here is some of the best I’ve seen at any smoke shop. Both Ted and Jared Were able to provide me an amazing tour of the glass art work in the shop. Along with giving me great advice on an electric Dab rig.

Truly a pleasurable experience each and every time, I walk into the store to make a purchase!

I will NEVER shop here again or any other Marley stores. I purchased this product on Monday 3-28. Today, on 3-30, I took the product out of the package. It is faulty & does not work, there is no vape at all coming from the product. I called the shop to ask if I was potentially doing something wrong, they said no. I then explained that I had just purchased it 2 days ago & asked if I could just exchange it. They stated they have a final/as is policy. I explained that nobody informed me of this policy & employees should inform customers to take products out of the package & test it before leaving the premises. I asked the employee to please call the manager & explain the situation: the product is faulty & nobody informed me of the final/as is policy so I was not aware that I need to open/test the product before leaving the premises.The Manager did not care & there is going to be no exchange or refund. All for $17 this shop has lost not just myself as a customer, but several others as well.

Been a loyal customer for years. They always have just what I’m looking for at great prices and the store is beautifully maintained. Diamante helped me find everything I needed and then some. She was very accommodating and bubbly and provided me with a very pleasant shopping experience.

I am went there then this should $1-7 for that wood elephant burner this my opinion. But this wood is $14? Really? I never go there shopping again.

I bought disposable vapes. Not only did the clerk rush me out the door with minimal engagement, but she also did not test the vapes with me prior to walking out the door. It was only when I returned home that I realized the vape pens were menthol. When I attempted to exchange the unopened and tamper proof packaged vapes, I was told there were no exchanges and returns. They have lost a regular customer.

Came it at like 10:00 exactly on the second and the girl closing the registers still let me purchase something real quick before she shut em down, god bless ya. Good customer service and friendly staff, would recommend🤙🏼

Went to a different store than I usually do because my vape burnt out while I was far away went to the closest place...BIG MISTAKE....3 of 6 vapes that I tried didnt work ..hands covered in juice because of this and until I got angry and threatened a bad review Was I even offered a credit to buy a different one.... product ..zero starsCustomer service negative starsWill never be back or recommendEdit to the reply no I did not leave happy at all ....I did yes buy a lost Marys only because I still had several hours left of work to do and needed a vape but I sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes rating the review so everyone would know that you sell defective product

I regular this facility to get delta for my wife. I do not partake in her endeavors though lol. Its a pretty in and out place. Staff helps you pretty quick ive only ever waited maybe 10 minutes while a staff member was helping someone. Entrance is behind the side facing the road.

I broke my pipe today spring cleaning 🥴🤣 Stopped in and bought a replacement all good..... After talking with Mary, who was so great and helpful 💕 she offered me these sample products from @piecemakergear to try.... OMG... So freaking cool and awesome 😎😎🤙🤙.... Both are the perfect size, gives an AMAZING, smooth dose, for my medicine....and the best this is... I cant break them 🤣❤️.... assuming easy to clean being silicone.... Definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

STORE POLICIES ARE HORRIFIC! While I agree with the other reviews that the female worker there is sweet as can be, the products are SUBstandard and returns. refunds, exchanges are NOT allowed. So far Im out close to $100. pipes break too easily, recently bought a vape, did not work right outta box, and few weeks ago bought 2 lighters, 1 zippo, 1 butane BOTH dont work. I will NOT be returning.

Big place, huge variety, competitive prices but I felt like I didnt belong there. The young man behind the counter displayed a completely different attitude once the young customer before me left. I understand the generational gap but a smile is free. Not sure I would go back, plenty of fish... Having said that, the place was organized and clean. I had to pull information out of the employee, but the information was good. By the way, the entrance is in the rear. You cant miss the place!

Went by the shop in Clearwater to pick up a new glass vessel and Dan was a big help! He was very patient and determined to make sure that I had all of the glass parts that I needed, that they fit correctly, and that they were properly packaged for me to carry home without breaking. Dan had a great attitude and was very patient with me while I made my decisions. Price was also good for what I wanted and the store was clean, bright and well displayed. Thank you Dan for a great experience and I will definitely be back soon for more supplies!

Asked for a rechargeable mint vape. When I opened it in my car I saw that it was not rechargeable, didnt hit it or anything but he wouldnt let me switch it out or return it because it would mess up his inventory. Maybe get to know your inventory better my guy. Not coming back, rip off

Workers have always been able to answer every question about products and recommended good ones when the ones I want are out of stock. They also have some wonderful smelling incense for cheap.

Horrible customer service came in on 12/9/22 asked for delta 8 gummies. Worker refused to help me. Asked for pricing compared to potency and worker didn’t want to do his job. Said that he would have to go through each one and see with a attitude. Don’t hire kids who don’t want to work it’s very bad for business.

By FAR the best smoke shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to several “Marleys” shops & EVERYONE has given top notch service from super friendly, informative, & professional staff…additionally they almost always have the best prices. There truly is no better place to go!

This is one of the better shops around. Blaze was my sales person. Very friendly and helpful. Marleys has a lot of nice stuff in everyones price range. We are very happy we found this place and well be back for sure.

I few years ago when I was 18 I went to here purchase juice, but I ended up getting harassed by an employee. At that time when you were 18 you were allowed to purchase tobacco. The employee treated me like a child that wasnt supposed to be in a smoke shop. I ended up leaving embarrassed and upset. It was my worst experience ever with a smoke shop. I went back a few months ago and everything went fine. It seems like an OK shop.I also would like to point out that many smoke shops offer exchanges. Saying your the only one is simply a not true.

The place was pretty cool staff knowledgeable and friendly comparable prices to the area and large selection of products one of my favorites around here

I couldnt imagine going to a better place to grab any of the things I need for my smoking habits they literally have everything and then some and what they dont have if you have any information on it theyll make sure they get informed about it and it just might be in the store the next time you come I definitely give it two thumbs up and a round of applause thank you Marleys

Honest people! Tried it because owner of magic dragon turned into a real jerk. HAPPY with the products! Genuine and packaged unlike magic dragon, I honestly dont think they know what they have. Product is very fresh and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Same cost too!

Went in to buy a kiln RA yesterday the guy working gives me the original kiln and imagining he knew what he was doing I didnt double check until I got home and the original kiln I was sold is faulty. So the product I was sold was wrong and didnt work. Where I work if we give you the wrong product we ensure you get the product you bought. The girl I spoke to on the phone was sweet but sorry I have 0 desire of buying the same product again even with a discount I dont want to lose more money to a company that operates like that. 10/10 wouldnt recommend shopping here.

I bought a catridge from there and it was defective. I brought it back less than an hour later because it tasted like wires and even though Nick and the other employees tried to help. Their manager Linsey (who wasn’t in the store BTW) didn’t even want to speak to me on the phone. She told me there’s nothing she can do even though the product was clearly defective. Told me to come in on Monday!!!! As if I just spent $50 for nothing!!!!!! No exchanges, no returns? Nothing. Do not buy from them!!!!! They do not care if you’re a loyal customer!!! They will still sell you defective products and do nothing about it!

This is a nice store with very friendly and helpful employees. They have a good variety of glass and other smokewares. They also have Kratom, kava, and other things like that. The store is neat and clean as well.Edit. I ran from work to get here when they open and still sitting here waiting for an employee to open at 10 after.

Great variety of Vape juice, disposables and other vape related items. But what stood out was the great customer service. He took his time with each customer and really made sure to help each one.

Shout out to Tyler who was able to answer all my questions with a genuine smile. He was so kind and patient with me despite having a lot to ask. This guy and the large selection is the reason my fiancee and I will be coming back.

Marleys has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for happy & healthy medicating. There are quite a few Marleys locations, but this one is my favorite. The staff is always kind & courteous. They also have great prices & a lot of locally made glass pieces. I could spend hours shopping here!

A lot of times stores say they want their customers to be satisfied, when in reality they couldn’t care less. Thankfully Marley’s actually DOES care about that their customers get what they want, and are willing to go above and beyond what is required to make that happen. If you’re looking for the best head shop around, this is it!

If I could rate this NO star, I would have. Firstly Ive been buying products there for a few years now. My glass broke on my sleeker D16 and I called Marleys from work and was told that they have one in the back that comes with a coil and its 12.99. I drive all the way there after work and the dude behind the counter had no idea what to look for and he actually knew nothing about vape products. I told him to call the manager and he wasnt allowed so I left. The next day I go back and another kid told me they could order the replacement glass. I called 2 times and they said it wasnt in yet. I ride there for this kid to tell me they were not able to order it. Now this is 2 times I left my number and no one told me NOT to come in because the glass is unavailable. I just called and asked the kid to call the blonde manager because Id like a discount on coils and she had the nerve to say NO. That is not good customer service and now I understand why the place is always empty. I told my daughter, sister, husband and friend what happened and they will no longer go there.I suggest the owner hire a manager that know the customer service side of a business. This place is the WORST. Since no call back, I shouldve asked for reimbursement on the gas that was used going there 2 to 3 times for nothing!!!!

These guys are awesome I went in a week ago to find a new cartridge battery and they were able to show me a few and let me try out a couple with my CBD cartridge. I mean don’t abuse that and try them all but it really helped me make my decision. Check them out!

The place is gets two thumbs up from me. They didnt have what I needed in stock, but the owner was real cool and ordered it for me plus he gave it to me at a decent price. This is definitely my new favorite place.

Great shop! Staff and owners are always really helpful finding me what I’m looking for. It’s better then other smoke shops they actually stand by their product and have the products you want. The stores very open and the staff help you but don’t make you feel pressured to buy anything, very relaxed and very easy to get what you need!

I recently bought a battery here after asking the employee in store which would be a good battery to purchase? I bought the recommended battery, took it home, charged it, and then it wouldnt work on my cartridge which btw works with pretty much every battery Ive ever used, even 10 to 15 dollar batteries. I try to sort it out the next day (item has all original undamaged packaging as well as a reciept) and theres an all sales final policy.. was told to email manager and have received no response...so I basically came here to waste 35 bucks. I went to a diff shop couple days later bc no one responded to my email and got a 20 battery for the same cartridge and what do you know....it worked just fine. Never goin here again. I could understand if it was damaged or something but not takin care of your customers when stuff like this happens is bad business. Brand new never been used battery. Smh

I am so mixed about this place. As a new vaper I had many questions about vape and CBD to help with my arthritis and to assist with quitting cigarettes. My questions were mostly answered. I was recommended a Smok Baby Prince. Within a few days the canister started leaking. I went back and was told sorry sales are final, here is a better recommendation that cost an additional $65. The employees are mostly young and while may be expert smokers, they are not expert at customer service.Edit response - I think your response is inappropriate. I was not commenting on the warranty. I was commenting on the fact that I was given a better recommendation after my initial purchase.
