I was honestly disappointed. I wanted the Tacos but found out they dont do grilled onions on the side and their taco sauce was not true Mexican. I was quite disappointed its called Mexican but not. I got the Texas fajita and they chicken and steak had a good flavor but was over cooked the shrimp was good. The kitchen originally forgot to give me my tortillas. The server was really good though she made it better. I guess I thought I was going to a real Mexican restaurant but found it lacking. I guess thats what happens when you live with the real thing. My mom said the salmon and shrimp was mediocre. We agreed the salmon lacked favor but the shrimp was good and my friend like the chicken quesadillas. It has a lot of potential but it can do it better. I would go again but Im bringing my own taco sauce and grilled onions so I can try the tacos. For the true Mexican flavor.
There were 3 of us who came during lunch for the first time there. It was empty but still took a minute for service the happy hour menu had the times on it so we were in that window for drinks and food but were told the drinks only and not the food because that is for Saturday how do you split the menu and dont have it posted on there with the times it was an upcharge for the same items on the regular menu. I had BBQ wings they tasted day old just tossed in sauce I didnt eat them after the first bite... another person had the veggie chimichanga it was okay but they put sour cream on the salad which she cant have the rice was dry and tasted old she didnt eat it****THEY TRIED TO KEEP THE CHANGE when we paid had to ask for it twice!!! It was $2.62 you dont make your own tip! Then he gave her $2 so she asked again and said its $2.62 the other person had the same issue too! The street corn was good but it was cold they said it was supposed to be cold but if its roasted like the menu says it should be warm or hot! Server name is Miguel...do better sir! Oh the chicken bowl was good
There was no air conditioning. It was very hot.Fun atmosphere. Pitcher of margarita, not so great. Had to order 2 double shots to put in it.
My husband and I just left there. It was our first time trying it and I can confidently say we will never return. My husband’s plate was brought out at least 10 minutes before mine. He had beef and it lacked any seasoning at all. I had chicken fajitas that were overcooked dry and also lacked seasoning. The rice was bland and my shredded looked plasticy as it had clearly been sitting out of refrigeration for quite some time. We asked for refills on salsa and drinks. The salsa never came. When the drinks came, we were ready for our bill and asked for immediately, and the waiter didn’t come back. We had already asked another waitress to please find our waiter so we could get our check and leave and this young lady saved the day by cashing us out. There were very few guests, but they decided to seat us all super close to each other between the loud music annd other guests, it was hard to hear each other without yelling. Very disappointed.
I enjoyed myself from the moment I walked in. Very nice atmosphere, nice big patio plenty of seating. The server was very attentive with us. We went on a Friday evening . It was karaoke night. We ordered a blackened chicken dinner and fajitas. Pitcher of mango margarita.. worth every penny. The flavor was in every bite. Great Latin food. I highly recommend this place and will be returning. This place is a hidden gem.
I am very excited about the start of this restaurant. Open for a month and the food and staff were truly great! The owner was so pleasant to talk to. Loved the entire experience and cannot wait to return. Tacos were very tasty. Margaritas did the trick! I kind of wish the chips and salsa were free but I would still pay for them anytime. Might be the place to be for a fun late night atmosphere as things are finally getting more normal.
We went here on a whim after realizing a new place had opened, and I gotta say I was very impressed by the food and the drinks. This place has the building blocks to be something really special.The margarita was a step up from your typical tex-mex joints, and the caipirinha was as good as any Ive had in Mexico or elsewhere. Also my daughter had the horchata and it was impressively spiced.The food was more Latin-inspired Mexican and isnt (at least in my opinion) trying to compete directly against your local Tex-Mex joint. The mofonguitos are gonna be a staple and Id recommend trying them for yourself. The Carnitas con Yuca was one of the best Latin dishes Ive had in town, the owner mentioned it was a staple from his hometown in Nicaragua. The tacos are done in the traditional style and well done, but they went too heavy on the sour cream for our taste.The service was good, and the owners seemed friendly and excited to share their enthusiasm in our brief encounter.All that said, I hope to be back soon.
Waited half an hour for server to come. Better off getting drinks at the bar yourself. By the time the food showed up, I was ready to go home. 20% gratuity automatically added to bill. For what?
OMG!! The food was amazing!! I had the Mofonguitos and the Churrasco. I am Puertorican and I have to say that the Mofonguitos were amazing! Maybe even better than some of the local Mofongo places near by. The rice was cooked well and tasted great! My fiend got the Carnitas Pardise and that was amazing as well!
The food was amazing. I got the paradise chicken. We ordered pitchers of margaritas and tried most of the flavors (strawberry, peach, guava, mango) and all of them were delicious. We happened to come on karaoke night and they were able to find pretty much any song you could think of. They have a patio outside but there were no seats available for my party size at the time we got there and the karaoke was inside.
My daughter I went for the first time I got the mofonguitos w/ shrimp and madura(plantains) w/cheese 🤤👍🏽My daughter had steak Mexican tortas which she said was🤤👍🏽 oh cant forget the queso dip with those light taste thin chips🤤🤤Our server was Jackie G she was polite and patient she answered the question my daughter asked about her meal prior to ordering it I liked that.We definitely plan on going again
The food here is EXCELLENT!!! The atmosphere & music was great. We experienced one of THEEE BEST strawberry mojitos we’ve had in our lives. Although they were short staffed this day, there was a server by the name of Bianca who was one of the best servers I’ve experienced in any restaurant setting. She definitely deserves a raise, & has friends for life from Pittsburgh. She made us want to return.
Miguel was so very personable, the food was very good, I dont drink so my Virgin Mojito was on point, I definitely will be going back.

Just had a great lunch at Paradise Ranch. Food was excellent with large portions for a reasonably priced lunch meal. Wait staff very good. Had a long chat with the owner - nice guy with great ideas and plans for this new venue. This is not your run of the mill Mexican place - more Central American style with a Spanish flavor. Full bar with many types of Tequila.Best of luck to Luis. Check it out, you wont regret it.
Waited over half an hour for the server. Took another half hour for drinks. By the time the food got to us, I was ready to leave. The food was good, and I took the most home.
Here during the first week of opening. Great service so far. The carnitas were great! Husband thought his food was okay he had the jalapeño chicken but oddly it wasn’t spicy. Don’t really expect to take any left overs home is the only down side for the prices. I’m also use to Mexican restaurants serving salsa upon seating and they also do not offer complimentary salsa. I would give it try again though. It’s very nice inside as well!
Little hidden gem in Valley View. I enjoy the atmosphere and they are always nice whenever I come. One of my favorite authentic Mexican restaurants.
The food was great, the pitcher of Margueritas we had were really good. We started outside on the patio which is nice and they had games outdoors in a large area. It was later in the evening and the chill was in the air, We came inside into a nice ambience of low lights and fireplace a really enjoyable and nice place to go. The prices are reasonable. Will go back again.

I have to write a review about this restaurant. My friends and I went here to celebrate a birthday it was 40 minutes before they were about to close. We were the only ones in there and the place was spotlessly clean. We received the most outstanding service as if we had arrived at 5 o’clock. We were not rushed and we’re even given the opportunity to order food to go because the kitchen would be closing. The food was hot and amazing. They continued to bring us chips and salsa while we waited on our food. The drink was the best margarita I’ve ever had hands down. They even shared the recipe with me so that I can make it myself (I know I can’t make it like this bar tender lol). We left about 10:15-10:20 because we wanted to be respectful of their time but they were in no rush for us to leave at all. I was blown away at the outstanding customer service this restaurant had. I will definitely be telling everyone to patronize and support this business. It was truly an amazing experience.
Chips are terrible. Multicolored unsalted mess. Burrito was good though. If the first thing you give is bad chips that’s just weird.
Tried this place for the first time and wow! It was delicious! I had the paradise chicken and my husband got the Durango burrito. Both amazing! The chicken was so flavorful and his burrito was filled to the brim, least to say we needed boxes. Def recommend this place!
There were 6 at our table, and we all agreed that the food was top-notch. It was very well presented and tasteful. The service was a little slow, and they neglected to ask if we needed anything else or come back in 5 minutes to make sure the food was good. The DJ started at 10 pm, and it was louder than we expected. There werent many people there for a Saturday night, so that was concerning. I suspect the lack of residential neighborhoods is the issue. Apparently, someone got sick in the ladies room, and it was a mess.They have security guards after 10, so they may have had trouble in the past.
Good food and service. Came when no one was really there. But its nice place to come and have a good time.
Edit: through a random chance encounter, we were given a recommendation to eat here, since we were on east side of town, and it was after lunch time. Upon arriving when it opened, we were greeted with a very friendly team who took great care of us at the bar. We ordered the food, which was absolutely delicious - this is the upper echelon of Latino food that we have experienced in this city. I ordered the burrito durango and it was enormous, I had to turn it into next days lunch since I was not able to complete the sizable portions. It was very worth it, and I encourage others to give it a try as well.

Cant wait to go back for date night or ladies night, Tacos Tuesday or Fajitas Friday and sip on those tasty Watermelon Margaritas 😋
We set reservations over the phone with a live person for 2pm. When we arrived at approximately 1:40, no one was there. Finally a gentleman showed up. As we approached the door at 2pm, he told us they needed another 20 minutes before opening. This place says that they open at 2. One would think that staff would be there earlier for preparation. Not sure what happened this day 1/27/24, but we decided to leave.
Had to pay a cover charge just to eat there. The menu was limited from being able to order wings because we werent sitting at the bar. Chips and salsa wasnt provided like any standard Mexican restaurant. Not to mention there wasnt a big variety on the menu. Beautiful decor though. And even though our waitress was forgetful she was nice. Wont be back though.

My husband , son and I love skirt steak and we were so excited to try this place. Unfortunately, we ended up so disappointed. The skirt steak didn’t even taste like skirt steak. It had a weird texture and I really struggled to eat it . My son and husband put a lot of spicy sauce on the steak to be able to finish it . The rice tasted like instant rice and the friend plantain was sooo dried and old. It felt amazing to pay $80ish for a food that we couldn’t even enjoy 🙄 The place has potential but the food needs a lot of improvement. we will definitely not be going back!

I was introduced to this place last year of September atmosphere was great the servers and the staff is friendly. My family turned it into a gathering spot each month we have birthdays in the family and celebrate all the birthdays for each month so far we have had a total of 45 people to attend, Karaoke 🎤 is so fun as well. Every time our family comes now they even included line dancing music something we started,I recommended it to my Job I work at we all attended and it was 22 of us they are still talking about how much they had and it was a few months ago and they loved the food some of there favorite dishes consisted of all flavors of chicken of course, tacos, burritos and there was some type of volcano meal they have with steak, chicken and sausage with veggies beans and rice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This place is now our go to Mexican joint! The food was delicious! Those Mofonguitos are amazing. The menu is unique, certainly not your standard Mexican menu. The portions are abundant at a great price point. Super fast service out of the kitchen, granted it was a very slow Wednesday evening. Amazing Mojitos,, wife said it was the best shes had in her life. We cant wait to go back on a Friday or Saturday for some good Latin music and dancing. This is a lil gem in Valley View and worth a drive from where ever you live around town.
Friendly attentive server. The food was overpriced and very disappointing. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp. The steak was all gristle but the shrimp was excellent. The majority of the fried plantains that came with it were so old and hard that they werent edible but the one slice that was edible was good.I ordered the ceviche. Ceviche is one of my favorite dishes and it is hard to find in Cleveland so I was very exited to order it. Unfortunately it just wasnt very good. The onion slices were way too large and overpowering and there was way too much jalapeno. The fish and shrimp themselves were good and had the correct flavor but the dish itself was way too heavy on the onion and jalapeno. It was topped with avocado but the avocado was so unripe that it was watery and crunchy instead of creamy. I dont think well be returning.
Held a group function on a Saturday evening. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We will definitely go back for a regular dinner. They even have a sand volleyball court by their outside bar area.
The drinks were great! I had a pineapple margarita, and it was one of the best foavored margaritas Ive had. Enjoyed the tacos, but the chicken couldve used just a bit more seasoning. The pico de gallo was delicious! Very fresh and obviously made with high-quality ingredients. Our server was very attentive. Atmosphere is very nice!
Love this restaurant! Kareoke on Fridays is always a blast! Happy Hour menu needs revisions. Frozen Margaritas should be added. The only option should not just be Lime Margaritas on the rocks . Their frozen Margarita flavors are so good! The food is really good too! They have a beautiful back patio. And plenty of parking for you and your friends and family. Prices are a little decent.

Hidden gem for Latin flair. The food is fantastic large portions, quick friendly service. Came out for karaoke night but instead treated to the fabulous band which made my heart fill with joy. Coming back soon for the great food , music and all around atmosphere.
Went there for happy hour, server did not specify that the classic maragrita on the rocks was $14.00. Sat at the bar during happy hour. Total was $62.00. 3 drinks and 2 orders of empanadas. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this establishment. Drinks were subpar at best.

It was like they forgot about us. Secondly, we were sat down and NOBODY came to check on us for 20 minutes.I got a good chance to look over the menu and I cant say I am all that thrilled. Seems like the selection is not very enticing. I had a hard time picking something because I felt like I wouldnt like it. And when I did entertain things Id like to pick, the price was hard for me to stomach on some of the items.We wanted to order at least a drink or two (also expensive. Shots are crazy expensive), but because we had waited so long we actually decided to leave.Service was poor, music was a bit too loud, pricing/selection was a bit restrictive. There was no good middle ground pricing.We went elsewhere, were seated in 2 mins, food brought out in less than 10, and servers communicated with us - everything I would expect from a well run restaurant.I probably wont try to go back. Maybe in a year or 2.
Really good food. Burrito was huge, with steak, chicken, shrimp, and veggies. Great flavor. Steak tacos simply presentation, plenty of meat, cilantro, onion and tasty hot sauce. Margaritas were very good. Not great, better to be found in the valley, but enjoyable. But the service was terrible. Barely saw our server, sat long time before being acknowledged,had to hunt him down. Will go again, but if same experience will chase me away. I really hope thats not going to be the case.
Food was great. Felt a wierd vibe when we walked in. Kinda waited in awkward silence when were waiting to be sat, the server standing there just stared at us. Menus were sticky, Menu really lacked descriptions in some places. And they dont tell you they charge for fountain drink refills despite being somewhat high prices. 3 stars because the food was great.

The Carne Asada waa seasoned perfectly.We will be back to experience more of the menu.
What a disappointment. We made a reservation online for 6 people. When we got there (10 minutes early) we were asked to wait at the bar. Sounds great right? We ordered drinks and it took 25 minutes to get them all. By then, our party was seated (15 minutes past our reservation time) and I was still standing at the bar waiting for one more drink and to pay for the round. Grrr. Then, at the table we waited another 35 minutes for ANYONE to come talk to us. Three tables around us were seated after us and served before us. It was like the servers had superpowers to pass our table without looking. I even went to the hostess and asked for a server and it didn’t help. We finally got a server (unapologetic for the delay) the service was slow, the food was hit or miss: chips and salsa-chips were great but the portion of salsa was tiny; fish and fries-good; burrito durango- excellent; fajitas (vegetarian)-bland; steak and shrimp-tough, and the skirt steak wasn’t marinated; steak and shrimp-tough and dry. In my opinion this place was poorly managed. The hostess stood around with a busboy talking all night while our waters were empty, plates were stacking, etc. It has a cool vibe and an interesting menu, but not one person (bartender, hostess, waiter) acknowledged how long we waited for things. It was like they didn’t care at all. When places are short staffed, and the staff tells you, it buys a lot of patience. When you get blown off, and spend close to $200 ($50 on drinks and $120 on food), it pisses you off and makes you warn others with a review.

The girl on the previous bad rating was let go due to that picture someone posted about her understanding. Yet, I get hired for bartender but the owner cannot tell me how much he will pay me and since i am asking he said to me he dont pay anything if its under the table 😵💫 but with check he pays $5 per hour. That is workers exploitation he is doing with this employees. I am bilingual and yet i dont have experience at bartender but i do have experince at customer service and server at another restaurant in the past. His nephew is the preferred worker he gives bigger tables and then make others clean them after he gets the big tip. I worked a 30 people party yesterday from 3pm cleaned tables placed matts, wine glasses and served dinner and after i worked the bar. Left the restaurant at 11:15pm and he payed me $100 after he charged this party nearly $2000 and told me they did not tipped which is odd this party was amazed and very much likely left a good tip that he probably kept. One employee told me the first day be careful because he does not like to pay i didnt believe it until our conversation today shows how unprofessional and heartless he is. I will never patronize a place that abuses of power and treat people like garbage. Be careful what you do in life because God does not like ugly. God bless and best of luck. Service was fine, they were a little strange about a table of 8 and having separate checks. No specials for cinco de mayo which seemed a little odd. Chicken tacos were literally just chicken, in a taco, with some cilantro and spicy sauce on the side. Chips and salsa were very small, especially for the price, no refills like at a lot of places. Overall just seemed overpriced for what you get. Not bad, but probably won’t be going again.
I liked this place, I ordered chicken fajitas and they were very good, particularly, the beans. Tortillas werent great, but the rest of the food was great.
My family and I went to eat dinner here and the waiter took our drink order. We needed a few more minutes once he brought our drinks to figure out what we wanted to eat. He did not come back for at least 10 minutes. My meal said I should have recieved a salad with it, no salad came. The food wasnt that good. The bill was about $70 for 3 meals. We hardly saw our waiter, then we waited another 15 minutes after we got done with eating to ask for the check. We left very unsatisfied.

Nice setting pretty quick service did not wait long on the food but it was pretty dead to. Good portion of food the pulled pork was a little dried and salty but not bad. I would definitely give it another try before making a decision on it.

Based on the reviews and recommendations of a dear friend , my family and I decided to try Paradise Ranch for the first time tonight . This wonderful establishment did not disappoint the food was delicious and reasonably priced ,the overall vibe is a nice one. Our server Ashley was amazing , she was professional, friendly and polite providing top notch service from beginning to end . We are already planning our return and will tell everyone we know about this place !! Check it out you won’t be disappointed!!!

Visiting Cleveland and found this place Hallelujah the only redeeming part of the trip Best ceviche I’ve had in a decade So good in fact my son in I went by there when we were leaving (waiting for them to open) and ordered 4 to go for our trip back to Indy.A burrito that was perfect and huge with steak shrimp and chicken then to top it off ? Some of the tastiest tacos on the planetIf you gotta go to Cleveland Make this a must try

We went for lunch on a Saturday. The food was outstanding! My friend and I shared 3 appetizers and it was more than enough. The steak mofunguitos are out of this world! The empanadas are great, and the queso fundido did not disappoint! Will definitely go back. I might go back just for the mofunguitos! OK, not might. I will.
I really enjoyed my 2 visits to this place! The food was really good and the portions were really nice. I tried the jalapeño and cucumber margarita and really enjoyed it! I will be returning!

This restaurant charged my card twice for the same order. I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Sad part is I left a very nice tip, also I never signed the receipt for the second charge as I paid for the tables entire order. I would like a refund for the inaccurate charge.

This place is under staffed, and I did not see management help at all, took 15 mins for our server to come to the table. The food was good and we all enjoyed it, would come back when only during their slow time.

Pretty run of the mill Mexican restaurant with I high price tag. Most local restaurants of the same quality is 5 dollars cheaper per item. Drinks and food included. Nothing was bad by any means just very average.

We finally just decided to leave after waiting for 40 minutes and not even getting our drinks. We would have been there all night if we had actually gotten to the point of ordering food (this was around 8pm on a Tuesday night).
I was there last evening. The service was excellent as was the food. Prices were very reasonable. I will recommend the establishment to everyone i talk to.

The Atmosphere is Amazing in the Summer especially the patio and the food is delicious and comes out very fast so be ready!
First time visit and never again. They had a limited menu and not handicapped accessible by no means. They have 2 steps to get to a table and have pub style tables as well.
