I received a great hair cut, highlights for the very first time in my life by Stephanie and have gone back twice already because of her great work and kind personality

The hair stylist Jessica made my toddler happy and even chatty the whole time! The place opened at 10am and we walked in and got a cut quickly. Great friendly service and very kid friendly for an adult place, we will be back. His cut was $18 which is average in my opinion, a little more than best cuts and a little less than children focused places. After a few visits Im hoping I can get a quick manicure while he gets a haircut 💇‍♀️ 😄

I was recommended to corys by a friend, I was told I wouldn’t be disappointed. I had Stephanie as my stylist! She is the best! She really listens to what you want. She is very informative and excellent at what she does. I will definitely be back.

I would not go to Sam if you have thick short hair. She does not know how to cut thick hair. She thinned the heck out of my hair and this is probably one of the worst hair cuts I have ever had. I thought I would try a local salon since my regular hair stylist has been out for some time. Needless to say, I will not be back! Please take to heart my comments as I don’t typically write reviews in general, but wanted to save someone else from experiencing the same. Also, the salon is pretty dirty, hair stuck in the feet of all the salon chairs. One thing positive I will say is that Sam is very personable and matched my color pretty well. Other than that, do yourself a favor and stay away!

Kayla did my eyebrow Microblading and she is absolutely amazing! Her techniques made me feel very comfortable. She definitely knows what she is doing. My process was pain free and kept me numb the entire time and listened to what I wanted. She talked me through her process while working. Also gave me her honest professional opinion to make my brows as perfect as they can be! If you need or want your brows microbladed i recommend Kayla a thousand percent! Love love love them!

I was visiting from PA for my cousins wedding and a few days before the event, my hair/makeup person cancelled on me. I was frantically searching for a place to get these two services and I was recommended Corys. It was a blessing to be able to be accommodated so quickly here. From the front desk to the artists, I was all smiles because of the professional and friendly service. Melissa did my makeup and she was so quick, effective, and sweet. She made me feel and look beautiful and I am so thankful. Cassie did my half up/half down hairstyle and she was great. She was so kind and able to tame my hair that usually has a mind of its own. I definitely recommend Corys and have found my go to place for all future events! Thanks ladies!

Kayla did my microblading and did a fantastic job. It did fade very quickly but I insisted on light color so thats on me. Im going back for my touch up today and very happy with how it looks. I could never get my brows to look nice on my own, and this was a huge help to me!

Went to Corys for bridal hair and makeup. Hair was not bad...7/10. My stylist was nice and I liked some of the other hairstyles that were done. They were also prompt and relatively inexpensive. I wasnt happy with the makeup I received. The other girls looked good and it seemed like they were happy, but my cosmetologist was maybe inexperienced with applying makeup to hooded eyelids. Hooded eyelids are a challenge and mine are somewhat asymmetrical so I get it, but even I know a few basic rules. It wasnt flattering and I ended up having to take off some of the lower eye makeup right when I got to the hotel. I paid for eyelashes which started coming off within the hour. I tried to trim them and what remained lasted about half the day. Being a bridesmaid means not crabbing about these things lest you ruin the brides day and throw off the itinerary so do a test run where you can be as critical as you want without ruining the fun for others.

Let me just say I’ve been going to Stephanie for two years now and she has never disappointed. I have left feeling amazing every single time. Being a mom of 4 kids definitely motivated doubt yourself, Stephanie is so funny and very down to earth I won’t work with anyone else. She’s just amazing and knows exactly how to do my hair I’ve let her choose on multiple occasions and she seems to go above and beyond every single time. You’re getting top notch service and worth every penny!

Im in love with my hair! Best haircut Ive had in a long time. My stylist framed my face and I didnt have to sacrifice the length of my hair in order to get a good cut and thats very important to me while trying to grow out my hair.

Our family has been going to Corys for some time. We truly enjoy their numeruos services and our stylist Stephanie. My older daughter requested a Deva cut for her bithday and I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. Her usually untamed hair is Beautiful and very manageable. I frequent this stylist for my unique color treatments and look forward to our appointments every time. I highly recommend the salon for their very reasonable prices and excellent customer service, not only from Stephanie, but from all of the Corys staff.

I want to start off by saying WOW I absolutely LOVE MY HAIR. I actually was a walk in and I just needed a haircut. I wasn’t planning on getting a haircut that day, but Sam happened to have a opening. Not only did we get along so well, but she gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. And I honestly mean that! Then we discussed color. I came in today for a root color, hilite, toner and style. She nailed the color. Like I’m obsessed. It’s absolutely beautiful. It looks better then the picture I showed her. I went to two stores after that and 3 women said I love your hair! Tbh that’s never happened any other time I’ve gotten my hair done anywhere else. I’m so thankful I got Sam as my stylist. It was meant to be! She’s very professional, kind and very talented at her Kraft. I can’t wait to go into work tomorrow and show off my new color! And she styled it awesome! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and exceeding my expectations and having me love my hair again ❤️

The Salon is pristine, they offer every service you could ever need... My stylist is Melissa and she is the BEST EVER!!! I have curly long hair and she kept my hair long like I requested. SOMEHOW she still made my hair feel heathy and kept my length!!!

What an amazing experience! My first time ever I treated myself to a facial a manicure and pedicure and a haircut and finish! I went in stressed out from life and came out feeling like a brand new person! Truly a wonderful experience! Excellent staff! I highly recommend Corys! Very relaxing and very clean and professional! I was nervous being my first time but they made me feel completely comfortable! I will be scheduling me time every 2 weeks! Thank you!

Possibly the worst experience Ive had in a salon and was overcharged. Called around and they charged 100 dollars more than what other places would charge for the same thing. I wont be going back and thats a shame because Ive been a loyal customer of theirs for 17 years. Not friendly, lack of communication. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go someplace else. I would not mind paying more for good service but this was definitely not it.

Been coming for the last 8 or 9 years, I always leave this salon happy and feeling great. The staff is so wonderful and they always make you feel at home. The stylists are very knowledgeable and the end result is exactly how I envision my hair. I leave Corys so relaxed with beautiful hair every time. I dont trust anywhere else with my hair!

Kayla was a pleasure to work with getting my eyebrows designed. Very patient, caring and meticulous in her work. The follow up was a totally pain free experience!! If you need help with your eyebrows, Kayla is your girl!!!! She knows what she’s doing and cares about the outcome.

I visited Corys a week ago for a deva cut with Stephanie. She did a wonderful job. This is the first time in years I’ve like my hair after a haircut! She really knows what she is doing when it come to curly hair. Highly recommend. Also salon was clean, and everyone seemed friendly. Will definitely be back.

Love this place everyone is so nice. I am super high strung about anyone touching my hair because Ive had a couple really bad experiences. I had a stylist I relied on for years that left the state and took me over 4 years to find somewhere I can trust again. Thank you Jess your the absolute best in every way. She listens to your needs and also is honest about what will really work. First time I ever treated myself to a full day. Got myself a facial and massage, mani/pedi, brows, cut and color. I was feeling the best I had felt in years! Please do yourself a favor and stop in you wont regret it.

I just LOVE what Melissa did with my hair. She listened to my concerns and did an amazing job.I look forward to getting my hair done in a week for the wedding .

Went to Cory’s Salon for a wedding party makeover. Such an amazing experience! From the ‘royal’ treatment with mimosas and pastries, to flawless make up and fancy hairdos, along with great conversations and laughs- loved every minute I spent there. I would definitely recommend this place for anything you’d need done or if you just need a little pampering... All the ladies there are great, but I love Moni! She’s really awesome!

Corys Hair Studio did an absolutely amazing job when we were their for my wedding. I had 8 girls with me and it was so spacious, everyone on staff was SO friendly, and, most importantly, the hair and make-up turned out GREAT (special shout out to Liz L for mine!). What I liked most is how relaxing it feels in there with the pretty decorations and fun music playing in the background. It was also a special treat to have a mimosa and breakfast, too! On top of all of this, they are reasonably priced. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Cory;s Hair Studio! I will continue to refer you to all of my girlfriends for your service. You simply are the best.

I had my wedding hair/makeup and bridesmaids hair/makeup done here. We had a wonderful time together. They served us mimosas. My mom and my soon to be mother-in-law were able to be accommodated for there hair and makeup as well. We all had so much fun! Will definitely recommend this salon to anyone for there wedding.

First time here today after receiving a gift card and I got a pedicure by Stephanie. The place was so cute and clean, and she was so funny and pleasant to talk with. Loved the pedicure will definitely be back for another and more of their services!

The salon is nice I went to get my haircut before my engagement photos. The girl that cut my hair was awesome she did a great job. I asked if I could get a manicure and they had an opening. The girl that did my nails was very nice and the manicure was going great. When I left I noticed in a different light that 3/10 nails were matted like she didn’t put enough top coat on. There was finger print mark on one nail. I was very upset as I had pictures the next day and it was all on my left hand. After less then a week they started peeling off and chipping from the bottom of the nail

I try not to post bad reviews but this by far is the worst experience I have had in such a long time. After being locked in the house for past year I thought it would be nice to take my daughter and myself out for a hair day. Devacut and color. Welp. What we went over and expressed was NOT what we got BUT they surely charged us for the service. We showed Stephanie many photos expressing what we wanted a balayage ombre NOT highlights. For my hair she just grabs pieces of hair and started applying color without parting without foil it was the messiest job. While my hair was processing there was a chunk she didnt even apply dye to. My daughter had a ombre prior so needed to touch up and bring blonde up well she gave her highlights throughout her hair. Again NOT what we asked for. She didnt even color the ends of her hair she she just slapped dye on middle foil and only did the top half. As for devacut she gave my daughter 2 cut styles leaving it very gappie as well as my hair. With deva your suppose to do one curl at a time not chunks. I have done deva for 4yrs almost 5yrs now and know the process. When she colored my hair I wanted a blonde she gave me orange copper before I left I told her this is not the color I wanted. She said go home give couple days and see if I like it. She put a dime size deva cream in my hair left my hair soaking wet and charged me for deva style n cut. My daughter hair and mine was NO WHERE near styled. Everything in our face showed we was not happy. I dont mind paying for service but let it be what we asked for. Stephanie shouldnt be specialized as a devacut stylist at all. I dont care how many devacut you do in a day if you dont do it right your just damaging womens hair and should be ashamed. I asked for a different stylist or manager to fix our hair and they refused said Stephanie had to do it however we had bad feeling that she would over process our hair do more damage so I asked for a refund. A partial being we paid higher bill but didnt get done what I paid for. corys manager refused. She was very rude and didnt care. I mentioned I paid ALOT of money like over 400 for our hair and didnt get the service we paid for she said well u paid for the amount of product. WHAT!! Who responds to a customer like that. I wasnt rude I just wanted our hair fixed. But after dealing with them for a week I went locally and paid another 300 to fix it. It took the stylist 3hrs on my hair 2hrs on my daughters hair to fix what was done. Corys should be ashamed nickle and diming customer and not providing the right service. I wish I could post all the photos on this review absolutely horrible. .Sadly if you have curly hair, dark hair and want color, a ombre or balayagi you DONT want Stephanie to touch your hair. I understand that refunds arent given but when you charge a customer for service that isnt provided that $$ SHOULD be given back. A ombre is alot more then a highlight. Devacut with style is more then just a cut. I should be refunded partial.Good customer get treated wrong. Businesses like this WONT LAST long.Take care of your customer they will take care of you.mind you I paid higher bill I also tipped good when I shouldnt have done that.

I had a wonderful experience at Corys spa and I will definitely be returning. I received a haircut and a spa pedicure from Melissa, she was fabulous and attentive! She provided the perfect afternoon pampering!

Do not go here! The owner does not care about the customers experience. I had nine hair extensions put in, they fell out the next day. I requested to come back, buy new extensions and have them re-installed for free. Their response was that they would charge me $26.50 each (yes each) for the installation. I tried several times to contact the owner, but she refused to return my call--or didnt bother to return my call. I ended up buying tabs at Sallys, applying them to my used hair extensions and my Mom popped them in my hair within a few minutes. They stayed in. I hope Corys enjoyed my $78 contribution not to mention the 20% tip for the nine extensions they installed that fell out the next day.

You will not be disappointed if you try this salon. Jess in particular is awesome. She does my hair, nails, and masssges. She is both professional and likeable. She treats you like a friend. She knows her stuff and she is willing to give suggestions while listening to what you want as well.

I called Corys on Sunday (3/29/2015) to see if they accept walk-ins. I was told yes and they would be open till 4 pm unless they finish early. I found this odd but, my friend wanted to try this place and told me its new. Excited after I got off work, I rushed over in hopes of getting my hair shampooed,cut & a possible color. I arrived at 3 pm & I made it about 5 feet inside the store, spent maybe a total of one minute inside before leaving. What I do for work requires me to wear a hat &hairnet ( no I didnt have it on but, it makes your hair look blah), and non-slip shoes. I also had my old coach purse on me. When I entered there was 3 girls and 1 guy leaning on the receptionist counter and the receptionist herself. I said Hello and stated that I was looking to get a haircut. One girl leaning on the counter scrunched her nose towards me and said Were closing, I think she already counted down her drawer this whole time I am being stared at by the employees leaning on the counter. In a huff the receptionist turned around, looked at me and said I can do a haircut and thats it. I kindly said No and walked out. I was floored by their lack of customer service skills. I was prepared to drop $100+ getting a shampoo,cut & color. I always tip in cash and make the tip at least 20%. I wish this review could be more about my experience with the stylist, my haircut and the salon as a whole. To the girl with scrunchy nose response towards me, I hope you change your attitude. Not everyone who works gets to wake up, style your hair, put on make-up and dress cute. Importantly for me I have a job that can help afford me a nice salon. For being a new salon , I also hope you change the way you do business. This is NOT the only hair salon in Cuyahoga county. You just lost a potential 2 repeating customers. The only positive of this review is that the place smelled good.

I came here on Sunday, May 19th because I forgot the other place I go to was closed on Sundays. I read the reviews, some said bad pedicures, but I hoped for the best as I was going out the next evening. Walk in, receptionist was very nice. They didnt have anything available until 3pm, so we booked that and I bought a couple hair products...all was good.I get taken to the back, girl is nice (sorry I cant remember her name, pink ombre on the bottom ). I apparently get the paraffin for my hands, that was really nice! Made my hands super soft and smelled nice. Then to the pedicure...it was ok. My last one was a little over a month ago, so yes, I had calluses on the heels. She didnt scrape...sand...whatever you would like to call it...very well because when I got home my feet were still rough. Granted 80% of nasty stuff was gone, but they felt like my feet would feel a week after a normal pedicure. I looked at the bottom of my left heel and there were two cracks still there which I didnt even realize were there until after.Now, the question of why didnt I feel my feet before I left? I have never had a pedicure that left my feet rough. Ive had bad polish jobs, but never rough feet. So I didnt think it would be something I would have to check. At the end of the day, the salon was nice, friendly, and clean. While I was in a pinch on a Sunday afternoon, it got the job done for the most part and made my feet presentable. I would not go out of my way to come back and will remember to go to the other place during their normal hours, get a better quality pedicure for almost $10 less.I will thank them as apparently 1st time customers get 20% products, so I was able to buy the two items at a discount. So Im not completely bashing them, just not top notch quality for the experience and price.

First visit.. Very disappointed. I grew my hair out so I could have some nice layers put in and add a some bangs. The cut is terribly choppy, bangs are squared, do not blend in and crooked! I wanted to go back and have them fix it but was scared it would be worse. Plus I really want to keep the length. Not worth the 60 bucks I spent. I wish I could add a photo to the review...

I wish I had taken pictures of the nails that I received before homecoming. I asked for longer nails but the nail technician told me that I would break them off. She continuously made racist remarks about asian nail salons the entire time she did my nails. And last but certainly not least the cost was $85. We asked why it had cost so much and she told us that it was because of the shape she had made them. Again not something that I asked for. They also charged $3 PER jem that she had put on my nails. Please do not go here, take your money elsewhere.

I went in to have Baylage done on my hair. I’ve never had a bad experience there, however today the girl bleached and toned all my hair where it grew out and then did my roots my same dark color and called it a Baylage and then charged me for a Baylage $125.00 and a bleach and tone $125.00 then a trim totaling $291.00 plus the $30.00 tip I gave her before going to the register. I went in today July 13th after my experience on July 12th and discussed the matter with Wendy and she is going to redo my hair on July 26th per my request, that way I have time to deep condition it to get it a bit healthier again. Thank you so much Wendy!!!😀

Had a hairstylist named Jess who was wonderful. She massage my head when washing and trimmed my eyelashes it was great will go to her again and recommend her to anyone she is good.

My husband and I come here pretty regularly. Always pleased when we leave. Stephanie is who I see. She always keeps me looking good. Also Diane at the desk is always a pleasure. We love Corys.

I loved it! I scheduled for 7 girls for my sisters bachelorette day, and they accomodated us with flexibility. The girls who did our body wraps were friendly and professional. The girls who got massages were extremely happy with them. I thought the value that we got was excellent.

My experiences at Corys are always so pleasant! Moni and Jess are my favorites! My cousin and I come as often as we can and we always ask for them. They know exactly what theyre doing and we always leave satisfied. Clean place and great environment

I get my hair cut by Wendy. She is so creative and always does a great job. While I was waiting I couldnt help but notice all the dust on the product shelves... YUCK! You should have the receptionist dust that daily

Nickole did a wonderful nail service. Super friendly and personal. I throughly enjoyed my time. Staff is great and the salon super clean and professional.

Had a 3pm appointment for a hair cut. was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. Sat there for 25 minutes and was never told that the person was running behind. I am very disgusted in my experience and will never return again. My time is valuable and I feel they did not feel the same way. All I was told was that she will be out shortly while the receptionist sat on the phone with a personal call.

Called to see if they can install dreadlocks , they said they may have someone ( I asked how much it would be she said they would let me know after the consultation) made an appointment. We had to show the golirl a video on how to install them ( if your unsure that you can do this , dont ). Charged us $70.00 ( no consultation ) , 4 out of 10 came out . Called the next day they said they can put the ones that fell out back in ( free of charge) , of course it should be free , I told them that it wasnt even done right , she said she would talk to the owner and get back to me ( not a peep). Customer service at its best .

I only come here for the facials from my favorite estetitian Kathy. Otherwise I wouldnt come back ever, because I do not like the vibes I get from the rest of the employees. Place looks nice though.

If you want the best place for coloring your hair then I would highly suggest getting your hair done at Cory. Very warm and relaxing.

Bad diva cut! Went home rewashed hair and was totally uneven. One side was an inch and a half shorter!! Receptionist not very friendly! Stylist was friendly though!
