Options Salon & Spa

I had a great experience at Options Salon yesterday. I was able to get a last minute appointment with Rochelle for a shampoo/cut/blow-dry. Rochelle did an exceptional job, helping me find a style that works with my lifestyle. I also appreciated that she was laid back, easy to talk to, and educated me about how I could donate to charity the 10 inches of hair she removed. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful as well.

Becca has been doing my hair for the last 7 years. She always knows what I want even when I can’t t explain it. She’s good about being honest and telling me how my visions will actually come out instead of what the picture will show. She also does my teenagers hair, who always wants something out of the norm and she nails it, every single time. She’s real with you, and talented and a mega coloring wizard.

If you want the best color in town, you MUST visit Celinda at Options. When I’m told I look like Beth from Yellowstone because of my new color, what gets better than that?!

Ive recently started using Options new skincare line, Lexli, and its been a game changer for my VERY dry skin. The cleanser smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and hydrated without that tight feeling I get from other cleansers. The Ultimate Face Cream is perfect for day or night, and even works great as a base under my makeup. I love that Lexli offers a quick and simple routine without compromising on quality. Highly recommend!

Celinda and Lynn here are the best! Celinda has been doing my hair and my family’s for years and it looks amazing every time! I always have compliments. Lynn does the best pedis and I have never had booked regular pedis until coming to Lynn!

Ive been coming to Options since before they moved to this location! Love the salon and my stylist, Celinda. She is so fun and easy to talk with, as well as giving THE BEST cuts and highlights. And, she fits me in on my schedule. Couldnt be happier! (Thanks, Celinda!)

I often times make last minute appointments, never knowing my schedule, and Samantha, Barb, and Jenny, who answer the phones at Options are always so accommodating and helpful! Thank you for always working with me and my crazy schedule. I have had micro blading on my eyebrows and holy cow Missy does a spectacular job! They look amazing! Celinda cut my hair today and it so fresh and light now. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire staff at Options. I am so grateful that this Salon exists to keep up on all the maintenance I need. If I forgot to mention anyone I apologize! Oh and Annie for a massage...she is magical.

Michelle Smart has been my cut and color specialist for years, and Im so grateful! Every time I leave the salon, I swear my hair turns out even better than the last. Michelle is not only a fantastic person, but she is really in tune with how my hair will take certain colors and thinks even to how it will grow out over time. Options Salon & Spa is SO clean and lovely. I really cant get over how bright and lively the place can be, even on a weeknight! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and quick to help.The setup of the salon is really functional for all the services they provide. I LOVE waiting for my highlights to process while sitting in their quiet spa space, listening to the peaceful spa music on a comfy couch. Overall, five stars!

I have gotten my nails done here for years and love all the ladies I have worked with. Lynn is phenomenal. I just got my first facial from Emma and I have never been more relaxed! Emma delivered a thorough service that was both educational and well-executed. This salon also has the cutest local products for sale as well. I recommend to everyone I know!

She is always gives me what I am looking for and if she thinks what I am asking for will not work my hair, she will let me know. She has never steered me wrong! She is always up on the latest techniques and education and willing to try new things. Michelle is not only an incredible stylist but an amazing person with such a genuine heart. She is sure to make anyone in her chair feel comfortable and relaxed, which is why I have referred so many of my friends and family to her!Jill is truly a one of kind treasure when it comes to nail services! She is educated and experienced and it shows in every service that she does! She always has a smile on her face and will make you feel great by helping you look better but also because she is an amazing person who always makes it so comfortable to talk to her. I started out going to Options because I got tired of waiting for my sister to do my hair. We both are cosmetologist, but getting your hair done in a salon is so relaxing. I go to Celinda, she is amazing. When I explain what I want, it comes out exactly how I want it. She listens and cares about how you feel about your look. Which is the same way I did hair and took care of clients. If you want pampering, good conversation, laughs and sincerity go to Celinda.

What a great experience! Michelle Smart was lovely and brilliant with my difficult hair. My hair is thick, wavy/curly, and unpredictable. I have been seeing Celinda at Options Salon & Spa for approximately 25 years, and I live almost an hour away from the location!! Celinda is AMAZING!! She highlights and colors my hair to perfection! I’ve been a customer of Jill’s at Options Salon for 20 or so years. To say it’s been a wonderful experience is an understatement. I have a standing appointment every other week for acrylic fills and I am never disappointed. Our relationship has developed over the years into an amazing friendship. I’m so glad I walked in the door so many years ago for the first time. What a great place with an excellent staff.

Michelle Smart took my hair from platinum blonde back to its natural color brown. She explained how the process would work and kept my hairs long term health as her top priority. I couldnt believe she was able to achieve the look I wanted in one visit. She even had time for a much needed haircut and taught me how to use a round brush! Options is a hidden gem. It looks like a small little salon from the outside, but the services provided are extensive! Jeanne has been doing my hair for 20+ years. I go to Options for a cut and color with Hollie. She does a great job of listening to what I want. When I said I don’t like the long coloring process, she recommended a 10 minute color that I have been extremely happy with. The folks at the front desk are helpful and friendly. A consistently great experience every time. Recommend.

Options in Fairview has the kindest and most helpful staff. I have been coming to Options since i was probably about 8 years old.. I’m almost 24 now!! So that means Celinda has been doing my hair for 16 years at this point.. It’s safe to say I am in love with the work she does!! I have come to her with failed at home attempts that she had corrected. I’ve also come to her with the crazy idea to go red after being a blonde my whole life. & of course she has done by regular highlights & cuts every couple months. She is AMAZING!!! I had my appointment with Darlene on Thursday.I had a full highlight and as always Darlene did an amazing job. I’m very happy with my hair. The last time I had highlights was in July, 2022. Most importantly, with my fine abundant heavy board straight hair, she’ll go the extra length to cut it to perfection. Have yet to have an experience with her that was not 5 Star.

My Daughter went here for Highlights and was burned from the chemicals and now has a bald spot. The owner refuses to accept blame although two physicians and another Professional Stylist have agreed it was the result of this treatment. If I could give them less than one star I would....How embarrassing for a young girl to have a bald spot when going to PROM!
