Massage Heights

My wife got us a couples massage here and the experience for me was great. I told the therapist my problem areas were my back and neck and she focused on those well. My therapist was Jenn. She was great. Perfect pressure that I needed to relax so I was very happy with my experience. Thanks Jenn. It is corporate so at they end they try to sell the packages which I understand. Jenn was great Though and I recommend her for sure. Glad I went here for some relaxation.

I used to really enjoy going here. We had been members for several years. We recently notified them we would be cancelling our membership. All the sudden it was nearly impossible to get an appointment. I scheduled a couples massage more than a week in advance and was called less than two hours before and told they needed to cancel it. Expected way better customer service after being members for so long. Go there for a massage, but dont sign up. It isnt worth it.

I joined three months ago.After reading the reviews here, I am upset about joining for a year. I hope if I need to cancel, I will be able to hassle free. What if someone loses their job and livelihood?That aside, my massages have been great with aromatherapy and the hot stones are the best! My facial was just meh- lacklustre. I have had much better. Looking forward to my next massage. The front desk personnel are very friendly.Suggestion, for each massage, a bottle of water should be mandatory instead of a dixie cup upon request. Bottled water is inexpensive really! :-)

Everyone here is amazing from the front desk staff to the massage therapists!! (In no order, Tony, Christine, James, Dom - all fabulous) I bought the year package and look forward to going back every month! (Sometimes I buy an extra session in between. Theyre that good!!)

I have a membership and my husband booked me a 2pm appointment this morning for a 60 minute massage. I received a phone call that went to my voicemail asking if I could come in at 1:45 instead and if that worked for me to call them. When I got the VM a few hours later I called and they didnt even have me on the schedule. Gave some excuse that the appointment didnt make it to their system?????? So no massage for me today. I signed up for the membership to help with my migraines which is why I needed to get in today. Why bother having a membership or an online account if you cant use it. All I was offered was a massage on another day.....thats not going to help me today!! Very unprofessional, unorganized and poor customer service. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I had our first couples massage. We scheduled the massage because we both were having some back pain. I had Shavon. Before going in, I had neck pain and upper back. I didnt realize that she must have really worked that area. When she finished, I had no pain and more range of motion. I feel so good! We are both planning on doing this once a month.

The manager was really nice and Dom was so great . If you need deep pressure and want to feel like someone is turning your body into dough, hes the guy. This is a chain , so of course they were trying to sell their programs, but she didnt seem too pushy, just part of that corporate life .

I agree with golf 8501. They took money from my account without saying anything. I cant believe it.I told them I need to cancel my massages, and they told me they can freeze my account so I can come back anytime. I checked my credit card charges yesterday and I found they took money from my account the past 3 months without notifying me. They just suddenly decided to start taking money from me after my account was frozen for two months.I called them and they told me when I freeze my account it is automatically unfrozen 3 months later without saying anything. How is that is possible?!? Why didnt anyone tell me that up front? And apparently they need help counting to three, because they started taking money two months after the request to freeze my account.No one at Massage Heights cares about my situation. They told me they can give back only two months of charges and freeze my account again, keeping a month of charges in case I want to come back (not happening).What is different between a thief and these practices?Due to their unwillingness to help, I have to close my bank account and open a new one as well as submit a fraud report. I truly used to love this place, but this has become a nightmare. All I want is my stolen money back.

Kayla is the best...its hard to find a quality masseuse. Shes hard to schedule with but well worth it. She gets 5 stars. Other than her, since the management change, were not happy and wont be renewing. Some rooms are cold and vents blowing right on you. Were return customers too.

Received a Groupon as a gift for a massage here. Very nice place. Very nice staff. Would love to go back. There is pressure to join a membership, but other than that it was great.

I ACTUALLY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY STAR, BUT, I COULD NOT WRITE REVIEW WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE STARI received gift of massage from my sister. So, I called Massage Envy to make appt. for deep tissue massage. Made the appt., then receptionist asked me for my credit card number to keep on file. I do not have my card on file anywhere. I asked her why, as it was ALREADY PAID FOR and I did not understand why she needed it. She then said she could take my card number out of computer when I showed up for appt. She was missing the point, once you enter credit card in computer, it is out there and hackers can get info. As we all know, delete really does not delete..... So, I explained this to her and again indicated I was not giving my credit card number out, especially when the massage WAS ALREADY PAID FOR....She then told me she could not make me an appt. I said, Fine and hung up. Soooo, now I have to tell my sister, I could not use her well intended gift, and she will need to get her money back....Sorry Massage Envy. I am not making myself prone to identity theft for aMASSAGE THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR...

If you are looking for one of the best deep-tissue massages ever, Matt or Shawn is your answer....Massage Heights is a fabulous place, warm and relaxing.....the staff is wonderful, personable and attentive. Its the kind of place you feel good about going in and even better coming out.

Never been here! I dont know why it was suggested that I give a review?I dont even know where its located.Is it a massage therapist, or a (censored)?Im not even sure what they do here.But, Im going to get 21 points for this review because of the length. I dont even know what to do with all these points either!

I have been receiving massages from Massage Therapy for the past 3 months, they do a excellent job and the Massage Therapist that I used is Megan and she is the BEST, she get all the knots out of your body and she is very nice.

Went for a couples massage with my boyfriend for his first time... now were hooked! We both like different types of pressure and eah therapists was perfect for our needs.

The $49 intro rate is worth it. The $107 for a 1 hour massage which is really only 45 minutes not worth it at all. Will never go back.

I would LOVE to know who handles your billing, because its impossible to get you to stop taking money from my account!!!! Thieves!!!! How many times do I need to go to your office?
