This was my first facial since high school and I was not disappointed! Kim was incredibly sweet and professional. I thought the place was very clean and everything was sterilized prior to use. My face is glowing! It has never felt better. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for other services.

Wow! Honestly I don’t even know where to start. I walked in nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but Kim immediately put me at ease. To say the facial was good is an understatement afterwards my face felt like it was levitating. Not to mention along with the facial she blessed me with a foot, arm and back massage. And just when I thought things couldn’t get even more relaxing she pulled out the sauna and it was an out of body experience. 10/10 I will be coming back.

Her studio is very intimate and has a relaxed vide. I absolutely loved the energy from the moment I walked in throughout my entire stay. My massage was phenomenal and the perfect pressure, as like a little heavier touch for a full body rub. I will definitely be back to try out her other services. The owner, Kim Rodgers, is awesome at her craft! My first Brazilian experience was excellent. Kim has a very caring, calming personality which made this go far better than expected. She respects clients time, inhibitions, & fears. She has great follow up and offers other spa & beauty services to both male & female clients. Kim will also take her talents on the road! Ill be back regularly.

I found Kim to be very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She cares and inquires on the needs of her clients. Their receptionist is very polite and all the staff is welcoming. I love the ambiance, it creates a calm and relaxed environment. I love seeing entrepreneurs at their best. I will return and would recommend.

Be kind to yourself and visit the most beautiful and relaxing spa. I feel peaceful as soon as I walk through the door with the subtle lighting, candles burning and fireplace. Kim is the best at Brazilian wax! Very clean and organized. Always on time for appointments with no waiting. Prices very reasonable and always have convenient appointment times. Overall a wonderful experience! I am a forever client.

Kim is amazing woman with such a beautiful spirit. My daughter and I came for a facial and we absolutely loved it. The ambiance resonated with my spirit, the meditation music and positive affrimations in the background was so relaxing. When you come here perpared to be pampered.

I’ve been to this place only once and I don’t plan on returning. The owner, Kim, was late to the appointment, and because she is the only person running things, this left me standing in the hallway of this office building in front of a locked door until she arrived. She seemed nonplussed and unapologetic about the whole thing. I then had to wait for her to prepare the room for my services and fill out a questionnaire which set my actual appointment time back even further. I’m not sure about you but I usually make multiple appointments in a day and generally expect them to run on time.The office itself was okay but not nearly as clean as what I would normally expect of an esthetician’s office. I think because she was trying to make up for my appointment running late she applied wax before it was completely ready and needed to go over a couple spots, which if properly warmed the first time she would only have needed to do once.All in all I don’t recommend this studio, it seems like a way for the owner to make a quick buck while doing a half job. For what you’re paying there are several better equipped salons in the area. Patrons beware.

This was my 1st time here and I really enjoyed my experience. I got a Brazilian wax. And it was not painful. Kim talked to me thru the process which lessen the pain. I will be returning for additional services.

Every time Ive gone to get my waxes she is so sweet and personable. Her spa is set up to be very relaxing from the calming music to the earthy colors. I would definitely recommend OneIIOne Studio Spa for all your waxing needs. My skin has already started to improve from it. Not as many dark spots or ingrowns... Effective and affordable!

I enjoyed Kims waxing services. She is very nice and makes you feel comfortable in her spa suite. I originally found a coupon on Groupon for a brazilian wax. Kim is spiritually gifted. You dont have tell me where your tight muscles are, she will be directed there. Wonderful atmosphere along with her quiet and loving personality.

These woman are attentitive, respectful and amazing at what they do. I never have any post wax issues and always feel comfortable during. They are always on my list of places to go when I come the Cleveland!

I was getting a Brazilian wax for a vacation so I turned to Groupon for the best deal. I found this one at a great price. This was my first wax and the lady was very nice and talked me through the pain. Afterwards though I had some hair still. I ended up having to shave the remaining hairs before my vacation. Like I said before, this was my first wax so Im not sure if this is normal but I feel like what is the point of paying to get a wax if you still have to shave?...
