Midnight Smoke Shop

Don’t go here!! They pick and choose when you have to show your ID!! I go here all the time and for whatever reason this time I was asked for an ID. I was refused hookah coals but I have gone here multiple times and never had to show an Id!! Being consistent is important for customer service! Even one of the employees said that if i had went to him he wouldn’t have carded me! What kind of backwards law abiding practices are going on here?

And the person saying elf bars are fake elf bars are just not that great they are different every where I go thats why i stop using them. Cashier told me to test before I leave the store, if didn’t work I could return it or exchange it. When I bought it the “ice” which is supposed to give a menthol feeling, it didn’t work. He told me it was nothing he can do about the “taste”. Only if it didn’t turn on, this wasn’t my first time buying this specific vape so I know the differences, the vape was broken and didn’t pull how a new one usually does. I left the vape in the store so now I’m out a vape and $23 dollars. I got robbed !

I love the fact that this is just down the street from me I can be there in 5 minutes and I can find any kind of vape in any flavor that I might want plus an old friend works there Matt youre best

Im not sure what people know about Midnight Smoke Shop. So Ill give a bit of my experience. The place is a diamond in the rough. The employees have all been very helpful and friendly. The have great product and most importantly they are human. They see and hear you. So if youre looking for a place that will make feel at home, seen and apart of existence regardless... This is the place for you. Again great product and even greater people. So remember to be the same when you visit. Be a great product of life and part of existence. Regardless.

I bought a phone charger block a couple weeks ago. It had a price sticker on it that said “$3.99” but when I took it to the register I was charged $7, and when I pointed out the price sticker I was told “Oh that’s a mistake it’s actually $7” at that point I still needed it so I was basically robbed into buying it. Then I get it home & realize there were faint brown/light tan marks near the holes obviously from prior use. So I plugged it in & it didn’t work. I tried 3 different brand new cords with it & it still didn’t work. So I saved the receipt & planned on returning it the next time I was going to be near the store so I could get my money back. I was going to be passing by today so I figured I’d call first to find out if I could get a refund with the item, the receipt, & the same card I used to purchase this overpriced, broken piece of trash & was told that since they sell smoking products they can’t refund, only exchange. It said nothing about any return/refund policy on the receipt. So I told the woman that answered the phone that it’s not a smoking product, or anything that goes in/near anyones mouth, that it’s a phone charger block. She told me to bring the item & receipt & she would see if she could exchange it for the same item. I don’t want the item anymore though, why would I exchange it for another possibly broken block? At this point I got a block from somewhere else that works and have no use for a replacement from this store. I was sold a damaged/non functioning, incorrectly priced item & then informed that I cannot get my $7 back. It’s SEVEN bucks. It’s not like I was trying to get some big huge cash refund. I NEED that $7 right now, badly. I’ll never shop here again & I advise anyone reading this review not to give this place one cent of your money because you’ll be basically robbed & bullied. It’s a charger block, nothing smoke/smoking related whatsoever. I could see if I didn’t have my receipt, or I was insisting on cash. But I wasn’t. I have the same card I used to buy it & everything. Absolutely unprofessional & unfair customer service. More like disservice. You’ve been warned 🚩🚩🚩

The people here are really attentive, helpful, and the service is fast. The prices are somewhat absurd since the same items can be purchased at similar stores in the area anywhere from 15-40% less is some instances. I didnt feel that ripped off when I went there last time because the employee only scanned half of my items, Im not sure if the savings was intentional on his part or not but either way I definitely appreciated it!

Employees are high, can barley open there eyes. Employees know nothing of what products they have in the store. Why would you hire a bunch people who dont know the items they have. Called multiple times tell me they have something n come up n wont have it. Stupid expensive glass pieces want $30 for cheapest bowl. Just horrible customer service all the way around.

Super terrible store and experience with the employees.They had very limited inventory and a precursor that they did not mention until after you are finished purchasing the item, that even though they often sell faulty equipment there is no returns. Even though an employee told me there was returns within 24 hours, but she lied to me to sell a $20 device.So I was sold a faulty device lied to then told by the manager that I just had to bend over and take it because theres nothing he can do.So if you shop here just keep your fingers crossed you get a working device, and read all the fine print

Brand new beautiful store with big glass windows and everything displayed on glass shelves! Large assortment of fun stuff, gifts, vape and smoking accessories with a variety of price points. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Great west side location that is in a safe and secure plaza that is close to the freeway and has plenty of parking.

The store was COVID-19 safe as most of the merchandise was behind glass and the employees practiced social distancing. They were also very knowledgeable and patient. I felt totally comfortable with the whole process.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST SMOKE SHOP IN NORTHEAST OHIO.-Ive been coming here for about 3 years now due to the customer service and selection they offer. Abe the manager does an outstanding job getting a wide variety of different products in the door and stays updated on new stuff coming out. As a small business owner i know youre only good as ur employees..... Matt is a professional through and through and does a phenomenal job wit the staffing. I always get treated like gold when i walk into the smokeshop. Most head shops are much better than here. Typically Chinese mass produced glass shop overcharging in low income neighborhoods. No actual Glassblower artwork just clear cheap glass and glass stems😂 there’s a much better head shop a half mile down the road over the bridge where you won’t be treated as if you don’t know what you’re talking about

These guys are awesome, polite, and prompt when I come in for all my vape needs. They are very informative and helpful. They always get me together when I come in, and have knowledge when it comes to the vape scene. I only come here when I need juice or coils, because I know Ill get the best bang for my buck.

This is hands down the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. I go here regularly even though I have now moved to Sandusky I make sure to stop here everytime I go to Cleveland. The place is also open till midnight which is extra amazing and convenient.

After stopping in to buy a cbd cart and realizing that it was $10 more than the exact same brand I purchased at PoV W130th so I mentioned that fact and the reply from the female employee was Oh but we are better than them. NOT!!! Also realized that PoV is not the best either!!Will take my business to Smoke Oasis!! Why because theyre a better shop with better prices!!! And service!!

Came in for the 2nd time today and everyone was really welcoming as the 1st! I was back to purchase a b-day gift and I was happier than ever with it being available. The issue in pricing was resolved quickly, I will be back for all my smoke needs

I recently purchased a 32 Hookah for $80 at the smoke shop that was supposed to come with a rod but did not. After I drove 30 minutes to my house I realized that my rod was missing. I called and they assured me that I can come back to get the rod it mustve been misplaced. They could not locate the rod that came with the original hookah so someone used a pipe cutter to cut a longer rod to fit my hookah. After smoking from my hookah for about two weeks when cleaning the rod/pipe that was cut was now rusting all throughout the rod that I had been smoking for two weeks. I am extremely disappointed because I do not live close and the only thing I was offered was to get another hookah for 25%off when that should not have happened to begin with. Ive never smoked a hookah with rusting pipes and it gave me a terrible headache. I would not recommend going here terrible customer service.

Low battery precluded me taking pictures, but this new shop has what many need in order to medicate with CBD, with many decorative delivery methods and helpful staff. It was busy there, believe me. Hopefully, even more relaxing variations will be available once progressive-minded individuals OK things at the federal level. Check them out.

I went in the store after my birthday to purchase cigs and a lighter. I purchased these items w a hundred dollar bill. I grabbed the change scanned it quickly and continued on. later went to the gas station to purchase a drink and notice I only had 70 dollars in my wallet. I went to this store the next day and asked for a manager or owner. Was told he wouldn’t be in and he would call. The owner went all day with out calling and I came in today. The associate that gave me my change was rude and kepting telling me there was nothing he could do. Even if the owner could not get a chance to get a look at the cameras he could have gave a courtesy call. I will never patronize this place again. If I don’t hear from the owner today I will be going up there with the police.Update: owner called and was nice and refunded my money.

Be very careful purchasing items your not familiar with, because they will absolutely not refund you for any reason. I was looking for a decarber for flower and they misguided me and recommended me to the wrong product which I purchased and wasted 50$. Befor I left the store, I figured out they sold me a cannabutter infuser instead and refused to refund, even they told me it was a decarber.

Waste of time...Dont bother calling them for prices ... They refuse to give prices over the phone!! Ive never heard of that in my entire life from any store! Pretty unprofessional...I refuse to waste my time to go all the way down there to pay too much money for something I can most likey get somewhere else cheaper!!!! 👎

Last time I walked in with my boyfriend Justin treated my boyfriend very disrespectfully as if he were too good to answer a question about a juice line they had carried. Needless to say we walked straight out empty handed. But this time I send him in to buy an iq2 and he comes out with only the shells he grabbed some change for and tells me again it’s Justin’s fault, he went out of his way to interrupt him while browsing. We will never go here again. It seems that Justin only knows how to treat women for some odd reason. Weird. I literally only tried to show love to the store because Tom and holly love it And I literally just can’t stand this place. Go to planet of the Vapes they have better prices and way better customer service!!

They store their cigarette tubes with the incense I dont know if this is something new theyre trying but I dont like my tubes smelling and tasting like patchouli oil
