The piece of paper on the door said back in 15 min but I’ve waited 25 min, and I’m assuming they’ve been gone for a while. Their products are good but there’s been a few times where it takes a long time to get my stuff and go. One time there literally wasn’t anyone there, and I didn’t want to steal from them so I waited but eventually I just left the money on the counter and left

I went here for CBD but it was 2 months expired and hard to chew. The staff member was really nice. But the CBD quality bad

I love this shop. I went to the same smoke shop for years until I stopped here on my way somewhere and was greeted by Gavin. This guy knows his stuff inside out when it comes to vapes, flavors, and everything in between. Every time I walk into the shop, he greets me with a big smile and makes me feel like a valued customer. Never going anywhere else!

After some issues getting a defective product (out of the box) replaced with an employee I hadnt seen before, Marvin made things right and got me a working product that I payed for. He has always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I presume he is the manager based off of his professionalism. If he isnt, he should be! Regardless, I highly recommend this store; they know how to run a business.

Great service nice store very clean and lots of flavors too! Also the staff are very helpful and friendly and give the best deals! Theres even a point system so sometimes you can get stuff for a low price which is great! Also also when I was using commercial brand juice I was going through coils SUPER FAST! NOW that I use their brand juices my coils last a heck of a lot longer which in turn saves money!

Brandon helped me out today. Very nice shop, cool guy. They have everything you need in this store. I purchased a couple Partagas cigars based off Brandon’s recommendation, and they are phenomenal! Picked up some wraps, and CBD for my wife. Also, their glass piece selection is huge! They have way more glass compared to other shops in the area.

Best vape shop in town. I like how Janie is complaining about prices when these guys will always beat competitors pricing if you just ask. And honestly I would rather go here then wild bills, tobacco shop no matter the prices because at the vapor shoppe they treat you like family and Brandon delivers the best service ever, all the other shops I was going to would never offer to clean my tank, change coil, set up my new kits, or even offer to help with anything. When you walk into The Vapor Shoppe you’re getting real professional help and honest guys like Brandon who enjoy helping you. I struggle with falling asleep/ staying asleep and I have tried all the sleeping medications out there, came here and Brandon recommended I try CBD and I absolutely love it! Clueless for the most part on vapes. I just know I need to quit regular cigarettes. Popped in here today, and met the manager, Joe. I explained my situation to him and he answered all the questions I had. After the Q&A session, Joe steered me in the right direction for what I wanted. Bought a few items, and pleased with both Joes knowledge and my new vape. Would highly recommend this location and Joe personally for his knowledge on the products they sell.

Id had been to this place a few times, while my family was shopping nearby because I wanted to get into vaping and had a ton of questions. Every time I entered the shoppe the Juice Guy was always busy helping another customer and I was on limited time, so I didnt purchase anything on the those visits. I knew I wanted to return and purchase from this location because The Juice Guys seemed knowledgeable,helpful and very welcoming. I went in one day when I had some free time and The Juice Guy Brandon, welcomed me in and hooked me up. I gave him my budget ,told him what I was intrested in flavor wise he showed me several options and answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up leaving with the Novo SMOK ,some CBD juice and their Michigans Finest salt blend. I have since brought my sister there....she loves their Lemon Cake juice flavor and The Juice Guys as much as I do.

I bought a box of pods here for my orionq and they were defective. They wouldn’t take responsibility for their defective product. Offered me like $2 off a new box of pods.Was very disappointed, Stoped going here for that reason and found out the pods were like $3 cheaper online, along with everything online being cheeper than this store.

I recently made the decision to quit cigarettes, and I was new to the vape market. I heard through a few of my friends to ask for Louis at this location. He started me off with a starter kit , flavors, and an extra battery. He started me off with a high percentage of nicotine, and over time to decrease the amount of percentage of nicotine I was taking in which would eventually lead me to quit cigarettes. Currently I’m at 0% nicotine and been cigarette free for 6 months. Shoutout to Louis.
