Studio II Salon and Spa

First off, every single employee is so amazingly sweet. I called and asked questions, they were answered professionally, kindly, and with no hesitation. From the front desk to other hairdressers, everyone in that salon was so insanely sweet. I scheduled an appointment with Susan, and she was the sweetest person ever! For the first time in years, I finally left a hair salon happy. It’s so hard finding someone that can cut my hair correctly and do what I envision. I expressed my concerns with my last haircut; my hair was constantly tangled, constantly matted, my hair was falling out a lot, it wasn’t the length I wanted, etc. I told Susan I wanted to thin my hair and cut a lot of my hair off in hopes of fixing it. Susan listened to what I had to say, but she also informed me and educated me on things I did not know. Susan told me that I didn’t need to thin my hair or cut off an insane amount of length, but that I just needed a better cut. She let me know that if at the end of the haircut I wanted to thin my hair that she still would, but she was right, I just needed a better cut at my ends. My haircut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back and I cannot stop talking about how much I love my hair now. My new favorite place and my new favorite hairdresser!

Honestly tried to tell the lady gale i did not like my nails she fixed one she kept complaining she had another client and to just let her hurry up sit still so she can fix them i did just that and she told me with her own words she liked to get clients sometimes as in actually sabotage her work so you are not happy she cut my finger and then glued it shut and said she was happy i didnt bleed honestly she was a sweet lady but she did a horrible job and was passive aggressive the entire time i paid her the $50 and left. Glad Im moving soon one of worst nail sets Ive had. Noted:i did say i liked them a bit shorter but the shape is just ridiculous to me

Misleading/incorrect information on their website. Their website shows pricing and states they do full leg waxing, arm, back and chest but I received a phone call back on March 7th 2024 and they said currently at this time theyre only doing face waxing.

Studio II is the only salon that I trust with my hair! Their knowledge and skills are unmatched when compared to others. I have been getting my hair done here for years and each of their stylists are all great at their job. I have never had a complaint for them, I ALWAYS love how my hair comes out!Also, you’re in great company during your appointments! These are some of the sweetest people you could meet and they all have taken such good care of me every visit.I cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Their friendly staff and talented employees keep me coming back for more services!

This girl Susan can cut hair. Give her a pic & she will make it happen. The best color ever. Get mine done every 6 weeks. Truly great!!!

Love my girl, Susan! I am so glad I found Susan when I did. She has been cutting/styling hair for years, and it is very apparent. Susan knows everything there is to know about hair dye too. She’s quick, conscientious and gives the best shampoos. Susan is a very attentive listener. This is a super important quality about her, because when I walk out of Studio II, I always feel we have accomplished exactly what I asked for. She makes me feel fabulous! Excellent customer service!!!! I am highly recommending her. My husband is a client of hers too.

I’ve been going to Susan for 10+ years now and every time my hair looks amazing. I usually get it colored once a year and trimmed twice. Great customer service and great products. Overall I recommend to anyone 5 star!

I got married last weekend and my entire bridal party got ready and spent the morning at Studio II and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.The week before the wedding, I came in and got my hair cut and highlighted, shampooed, a conditioning treatment, and of course a facial because I wanted to be glowing for the day! I saw Teresa for all my hair needs, and Rachel for my facial. And I love them both. Teresa is so fun and I always have a blast when I sit in her chair. She knows exactly how to make me feel beautiful and how to make my hair fun while keeping it healthy and strong. I will only ever go to her for my hair because she’s truly amazing!!! Rachael is amazing at facials and always makes me feel beautiful when I leave. She treated me with hydration treatment and my skin felt amazing afterward. She’s so fun to sit with and I was so relaxed (a much needed break from the crazy last minute wedding preparation)!!!I also chose to get ready at Studio II on my wedding day and it was the best decision I made. Teresa had a beautiful table set out for our breakfast, and let us come in at 6am so we wouldn’t be rushing the whole day. I felt so pampered and beautiful the whole time. I received countless compliments on my hair all night, even at 11pm it looked like it had just been done, it held ALL day. All of my girls, my mother, and my mother-in-law left feeling beautiful and confident. I couldn’t say enough positive things about Studio II and the employees. This is a beautiful salon filled with beautiful people. I can’t thank Teresa enough for being a part of my day. She’s the kindest person I’ve met and I was so lucky to have her help me get ready for one of the best days of my life. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting married, getting their hair done, or just wanting to feel beautiful. Absolutely amazing !I have super long hair and was so nervous going in because sometimes a trim can mean different things to some hair stylist. Teresa cared and listened to my concerns and really delivered! She took her time to knowledge me about what she would do, and how she would do it. I felt comfortable and relaxed and I’m so happy with how it turned out! Multiple ladies complimented me on my hair and eye-brows throughout my visit, they made me feel beautiful.I will definitely be returning!

This place is a joke! The treatment I received when I arrived almost 10 minutes late with a good reason, was inexcusable and unprofessional! Instead of offering to still do my hair, I was told that she already had a haircut coming in. Never asked if I was OK, or what happened to cause me to be late, I got this attitude! Well, sometimes you have to learn the hard way! Dont go here!

I highly recommend this place, I see Teresa and she does a fantastic job doing my hair color and cut. I have a very old fashioned haircut, its layered and feathered and she cuts it perfectly and she also does my eyebrows and they come out great every time. Studio ll Salon and Spa offers many services like Massage, Waxing, Facials and Nails are just a few I can think of off hand, I have not tried anything but color, cut and eyebrow wax but I am so tempted to do the massage because I have heard its wonderful. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed.

A horrible experience for both myself and my mother. My fiancé surprised me with a deep conditioning treatment and facial and my mother with a wax. Spa day for the ladies!! What started out as a fun morning turned into an epic disaster. My hair was badly damaged at another salon in the area and I wanted a deep conditioner to prevent my hair from getting worse. When I attempted to explain my needs and what had happened at another salon the hairdresser proceeded to tell me that I was talking too much and she needed to speak. She told me that my hair wasn’t damaged and that it was dry and brittle because it is gray. She then told me that all the highlights that I had looked wonderful and that my hair looked very healthy meanwhile I have 6 inches or more of hair breaking off split ends and frizzy hair. My hair looks like straw but according to this hairdresser, it’s all in my head. She then proceeded to explain to me that I don’t know anything about my own hair that professionals such as herself know way more about my hair than I would. She then told me that due to the damage she suggested I don’t have my hair styled.. Wait, she just told me a few minutes ago that my hair is very healthy! It became evident after she did style my hair that she didn’t know what she is doing she has no talent for hair. She got snippy with me then said if anyone has fried hair it’s her!! Im the customer! And what is a hairdresser doing with fried hair, if she’s working in a reputable salon? My mother then walked out of the aesthetician’s room with a very red face, wax on her eye lashes and looking very upset. She stated you’re canceling your facial right! I knew immediately that her service must’ve been horrible. my mother rarely complains. I canceled my facial immediately. At closer look I noticed my mother had some of her skin waxed off of her face. What a nightmare! She has hip surgery tomorrow and we were trying to help her feel better. I walked out with a terrible hairstyle and annoyed my mother with a burning face. Epic fail

I 100% recommend Studio II. I absolutely love the hair services I get (high & low lights & haircuts). Helene is a master at her craft. Im always getting compliments about my hair and how beautiful it is. I feel completely comfortable with any health safety concerns. They are exceptionally clean and not only follow all the guidelines but go beyond.

I’ve been going to Nikoleta for over 10 years now and I will never let anyone else touch my hair if I can help it. She does an amazing job every time and when I decided it was time to start dying my greys she helped me find the right color. Tammy has done my nails a few times and she is excellent as well. The entire staff is friendly and professional and the salon is clean.

Rose Lee your review is not accurate at all! GailLynn was patient and kind with you as you did not have one word with her but remained on your phone sitting all different positions except straight, she did her best to accommodate you as you moved constantly making it difficult to give you quality work with fault falling on you! So your review makes no sense and you should remove it for lying never gets you far but deeper into the hole you dig!! Plus how you spoke to the receptionist was uncalled for and childish!

My grandmother and I both go here every three months and we absolutely love the services we receive. There is always a good cup of coffee and the best hair cuts. My grandmother goes for a more short hair style. I however have thick curly hair and I have never had a more perfect hair cut. I also get my Brazilian blow out done by Susan and it is amazing. You must go and you wont be disappointed.

Everyone at the salon is very professional and they listen to you. I see April for my hair, and she is great! She keeps organic hair color in stock for me, and she always does what I ask for my hair. I would highly recommend this salon!

I just had a facial done by Alex and massage by Judy and every minute was amazing! They were both extremely professional and listened to all of my problem areas. Hands down best facial and massage I’ve ever gotten. Thank you ladies! I will be back!

Enza is the best ever! She’s always willing to do something fun with my hair and I always leave loving it! Fair priced and takes her time. Not to mention, everyone else is wonderfully nice too.

Originally I was going to the other nail place in lakeside. I called ahead and when I get there one man was inside and directed me here instead. Im so glad he did! It was an amazing experience. It was my first time getting my nails done and Chen knew exactly how to answer my questions and hold a conversation. My gel nails have lated 2 weeks so far with no breaking or cracking. Its very clean inside with plenty of space for a lot of customers. I would definitely come again.

Poorly trained staff that are rude, thats how best to describe this business, over priced and under delivered in terms of quality kindness and professionalism How they have so many 5* reviews is astonishing. As a professional in the customer experience arena I am staggered a business like this even exists. Look for somewhere better, youll only be disappointed going here.
