What part of this is positive? Where I was charged too much for juice? I stood and waited for someone to help me? When I finally got someones help they told me they were out of what I needed.The prices for the juice werent posted and I thought they would be the same as last time but I was wrong. I sat in front of the juice waiting for someone to come and help me. Finally I walked to the register and was helped. The person helping me didnt seem to know that much about coils and told me they were out. There were two other employees that went into the back and I went to them and asked can you help me. Alex found what I needed 😁. YaY and was a very pleasant young man 😎. After all that I forgot to ask the price of the juice and it has gone up by $4. I might have gotten a different bottle of juice.Would I be back..... Not 🚫. Sorry Wild Bills Ill be going elsewhere.

I was in the shop last week looking for a particular item and was lucky enough to speak to a manager, Taylor. I explained what I needed and though the shop was out of my product at the time, Taylor took my name and number stating that she would place an order and set aside the product for me once it was received. True to her word, I just got the call and now have my product. Excellent customer service; friendly, helpful and amazing follow-through. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers. I want to add an update to my previous experience, Kendrada (I believe is the name) was so very helpful to me the other day when I was in there. She is kind, friendly and all-around a pleasure. Thank you.

Ever since new management arrived, it has become hit and miss that they have my brand of cigarettes available by the carton. I have been buying them there by the carton for about 5 years now. I spend roughly 450 a month there If they wish to lose my business that will be their choice. I purchase Misty Menthol 120s. The employees are great! I am disappointed in management. A faithful patron.

Chick had an attitude, and her uneducated coworker didnt know that old dollar bills looked the same and said it was counterfeited, yet I was able to use those same bills at Krogers. Last time Im stopping at this wild bills.

Absolutely love going to pick up my tobacco and supplies here. Andrew is AMAZING! Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. I drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way just for that reason....

I liked this shop until the manager did not enforce the mask mandate, I am immune compromised and go to this shop for my cbd mainly. The manager put on mask to help me but did not enforce the mask mandate and the other employee and customer were unmasked, so I had to leave, the employee spoke down to me and the customer on her way to her vehicle was very rude. The manager said he was NOT aware of mask mandate though it is written on the door. I guess my business is not needed at this location.The mgr does not have the confidence to enforce his company’s mask policy. (My opinion) if you are immune compromised you may want to try a different location. 🥴

Very knowledgeable associates, super friendly, polite and can get you in and out with what you need. . Make sure when you stop in to say hi to scott and sam they are always there working hard and pushing product!!

Very well run store. The two guys that work there are generous and helps you find what your looking for. Wild bills is a store I go to for many if my smoking wants and they are up holding the integrity of the companys name. If your looking for a great cigar shop I say come to this one.

Never had a problem with the place or the people who worked there until today. I purchased a vaporizer 17 days ago, and yesterday a small piece that surrounds the charging port came out. I brought it in and was informed that the charging port was for “emergencies only”. And that there is a charging base for this particular smoker. I didn’t understand why this was not stated to me when I purchased this item because I would have bought the base or chose another vaporizer. So today was 3 days past the 14 day return policy, and due to the fact I was not told about the whole base charging and the port being for emergencies only , considering that this is the first I’ve ever heard of this situation in the 4 years I’ve been using these vaporizers I feel that something should have been done. Nearly 70$ for the item, and was essentially told I was sol. I will not shop there ever again, I can’t imagine it would be difficult for the company to return the item to the manufacturer, however I am just out 70$. Thanks again WB!

They have an awesome pipe tobacco and cigar shop, with some reallyAmazing deals. The proprietor is a very friendly guy, who is very knowledgable about his wares and a great guy to chat with. I moved an hour away, but still swing by once in awhile because the deals cant come close anywhere else.

The reason WBT didnt receive a 5 star rating is price. The only time I get any price break is on Wednesdays. WBT is clean & the staff are very helpful & courteous. The selection is pretty good as well.

Friendly employees is about all they have. For about the past year everytime I go in they dont have what I need from a certain Breeze to butane to glass cleaner. I am let down every time that things are out of stock.

Was up there to grab a couple coils n got home to find it leaking so i called up there cuz coils are really hard also to get out when i change them i took it up and had the guy look at it to see if it was the tank or the coil ended up being the seal on the coil. They took care of me like always and got me back to blowin them clouds lol thanks again you guys care about ur customers. wish more places treated us the way you guys do. Ill be returning soo. To hit the badass juice selection in the value bins currently lol some of my faves in there. Thanks again - nick

The ONLY smokers store that allows infants, babies, and children inside the store. 2:46 pm, Saturday, May, 12, 2018. Woman brings in baby on the hip, looks at oils and vapes. She is not told that babies are not allowed in the store.
