Favorite location!!! I come in about 1x a week and every staff I have dealt with is on top of their knowledge and always welcoming. Steve has helped me plenty of times, its always a pleasure to see him when I walk in. A great employee!!!! 👍

For months 100 ml vape prices were 14.99 now they jump to 17.99. Greed strikes again. Gotta pump those prices right before memorial day.All the old timers you employ barely have any clue about the vape products and everything is Smok and Geek vape related pretty much. Never have any quality coils. Only reason I was bringing in some business was a decent brick and mortar price on juice.

This store on Garfield is horrible. Always out of cartons. Never has either of my 2 fav Brands of cigs and always has little 18 yr old flighty goth girls that dont smoke working, just being kind of condescending Their other store at groesbeck is great though

This was my third time visiting this location. I did have another one that was .7 miles closer to my home; but I went out of the way because of how I was treated previously. Two of those times the manager Gary has assisted me. Each visit has been pleasant! The staff is friendly and educational. Gary went out of his way to help with my many questions. I think the extra kindness they show is worth going literally the extra mile for well almost mile. I will be returning there for all my smoking needs. They have a cigar or tobacco section in the back. And a lot of stuff was on sale even thought the prices were already good. On the side, I just want to say thank you Gary making my day better!

For 3 weeks have been out of stock of Kool cartons and only have 5 to 7 packs on hand to sell.Was told on Monday to come back Thursday when they get their stock in, went in Thursday was told all they had was 6 packs available to sell.

I come here quite often for vapes or batteries. Always a very pleasant atmosphere with fun music and friendly staff. Especially Dena and Raven have been awesome to me. They are so kind and very knowledgeable of the products they have in store. Would recommend 10/10. Thanks for reading my review.

Every employee on every visit to every location of Wild Bill’s are always super friendly and helpful! On this occasion Raven P helped me out 12/11 at 11:03am. She was cheerful and kind which is so very rare in today’s world. I’ll never ever go to another shop for my vape supplies!- Brian B

Best store in the area for all your smoking and chewing needs. Excellent super friendly and helpful customer service. The cigar humidor is in the very back and very well stocked with a huge variety of brands and sizes. 100’s of glass blown pipes in all shapes and sizes for both men and women. Price points are moderate to low. Regular cigarettes, grinders, vaporizers, pens, raw chew, lighters, incense and more. Literally blown away by the inventory carried in this store. Very clean and neatly kept. This is your one stop shop and the only place you need to go to for all your needs be it for yourself, your friends, family, gifts or personal. They have it all!

The staff are really great; really down to earth, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always seem to have some sort of deals going on, and always keep a good stock of their products (vapes and cones, in my case). Definitely recommend you check out this location.

Nothing is more irritating then having to go to multiple locations all because I’m getting things for people with medical issues and can’t believe the house. Reasons why I stick with the location on van dyke.

Gary was so patient and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I was taken care of! He also helped me “sign up” for rewards, in order to get a discount- I was so grateful because I didn’t know about the reward program. Its nice to find a Wild Bill store were the staff has knowledge of cigars. Stocked well and if you need something, they will order it for you. Ask Gary ..knowledgeable, professional and ready to serve.Ive shopped this store many times and will continue to. Some cigars are over priced but prices are about average. Will be back, need I say more.

Only issue ever with this store, which is the only location I now come to is that they don’t stock enough Daze Original Apple in the 30mg! Please order higher amounts! Staff, the best. The best prices!

Friendly, helpful staff and good prices

I sat out front for 20 minutes after opening waiting for someone to open the store before I gave up and went somewhere else. Im actually really disappointed because the last time I was here I had a wonderful experience.

Gary is great! Nice enough to order my juice for me 10 bottles at a time so I can stock up!

I dont typically review anything, but whatever manager helped me January 24, 2020 around 7pm was absolutely a delight. Im very happy with my experience, everyone was nice and helpful. Will be returning even though I dont live in the area and I pass many other shops on my way.

Being a new vape smoker, I was clueless on all of the brands and strengths. Frank and the other young man ( I never got his name) were so helpful! They took the time to explain many products to me. Frank patiently answered all of my questions. Top notch customer service! Ill definitely be back!

Good sized Kratom selection and the blonde girl at the counter gave me a great deal buy 1 get 1 half off on it. Only complaint has to be pulling out of the plaza on Garfield can be tough sometimes. Other than that, it’s a nice store although i’m not sure how they give better deals on glass and Kratom being that it is corporate but I’ll take it!

I was out shopping and needed to pick up stocking stuffers....I heard there was a new store on Garfield and since I was coming from Hall Rd I figured I would check it out. 😞. Very hard to find/see from the road.....not much selection and the girl working there was very uppity and not helpful at all......will not go back. Ill return to my usual store on Crocker much nicer employees.....
