Mike was super helpful and answered all my questions about some odd behavior with my mod. Turned out it was a knockoff and he recommended a new mod to buy and got me a great deal on it. Will be coming back here for the mixed in house juices all the time.

Have spent over a 1000 dollars in their shoppe but the last two mods i have purchased from them have been unsealed (claiming they had just opened them for display purposes) and broke down within weeks and then get rude with me. POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. THEYVE LOST MY BUSINESS!!

Was told on sat nov 17th that the fuchai wild fox coils were out of stock please return following tuesday. Also note i bought this unit here as well. Returned friday nov 23rd and was told yet again no stock they now are on back order but you can drive to 16 and gratiot and buy some... umm no maybe you guys should have sent some inventory over to the store which was out not tell the customer you inconvienced once already to go drive there. The house oils arent competitivly priced Wild bills oils are much better priced specially if you go on wednesdays. Ill just order these coil packs direct and take my business else where. Waste of time... and staff failed twice to handle customer service properly.

They make the e-liquid right in front of you, of course they offer other brands but their juice is the freshest, with a round 65 or more house brand juices, they also have herbal and cannabis extract vapes. High quality. Good choice of mods and tanks as well. They sell it all, even glass for the people who would rather combust than vape, but they care more about the products they wont ruin your lungs more.
