Got my hair done by Zoey a couple days ago and she is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Plus my hair turned out AMAZING. I LOVE IT! Definitely recommend getting your hair done by her! :)

Haley was incredible for my deep tissue massage! The spa had to change my time and attendant last second due to scheduling issue, but Haley went above and beyond to fit me in and still create a relaxing experience for me. Her expertise and focus on my problem areas left me feeling like an entirely new person. Highly recommend and will be back

I had a facial women ultimate facial in $95. I think Debbie was very good in applying different products on my face. However i missed the massage component of the facial. There was literally no massage of any product on face, neck, shoulder. She did apply a cream on hands and for 30 seconds she did some massage of scalp. Even though with prolonged same pose stay in bed i felt tightness in neck snd i mentioned it. There was really nothing. I think i had better facials in less pricesOverall my facial skin feel cleaned, so i think 3 star is fair ratingWill i go back for same facial - i doubt that

I had a hair appointment but ended up running late for it--so when I called, they had to cancel because my stylist couldnt stay late (totally understandable and I felt terrible). My two daughters (13 and 8) had hair appointments set for the next day at the same time with Carolyn and Jessica, which we arrived on time for. The hairstylists both did an amazing job on my daughters hair and were just lovely all around. Once my daughters finished, I dont remember how it was brought up but they offered to squeeze me in for my haircut even though they were both booked solid (they needed their breaks and such between clients as well). I am so grateful that they found a way to squeeze me in, and Jessica ended up cutting and styling my hair (Carolyn was originally going to to my style/blowout after the cut by Jessica but she had a client come in so Jessica just ended up doing all of it). As a busy mom of four, I had not had a haircut in close to 3 years and lets just say this was super needed and appreciated! Jessica did a fantastic job and I feel so much lighter now. 💖 I am so glad that we found this wonderful place to frequent now that we live right outside of town here!

I was able to schedule a massage with Shannon and she was great. I highly recommend. I left there so much more relaxed!

Wide array of gift items available for browsing and purchasing while waiting for services. Manicure technician was very pleasant, but the area is kind of cramped. Area for eye-brow waxing was a little stark, and there were stains on bench where I put my purse and the rug.

I had a microdermabrasion facial and had a great experience. The setting for the facial was very relaxing. The staff was courteous and the location was adorable. Some people might not appreciate having to pay to park, but its not that bad. I will be going back.

Zoey did my hair recently and she did such a great job and grave a good blowout. She is so sweet, it was raining and she offered to go out to my truck in the rain to get my hoodie. I highly recommend her!

I loved this place! As a guy, I wasnt really sure what I wanted, just anything better than GreatClips. They worked with me and gave opinions on different lengths of cuts and got me to where I wanted. For a guy though, it is expensive considering how fast my hair grows. I would recommend this if you had to go to a special event and needed a great haircut!

I had a day of pampering and it was wonderful! Kim did my massage and it was probably one of the best ones I’ve ever had! Fiona was thorough for my facial and so sweet! Isabel provided a relaxing pedicure and did a beautiful job. I love this location. It’s cozy, clean and the decor is so cute. Highly recommend!

I have gotten massages at Gallaria and they have been great but this time I got a facial and it wasn’t great. My technician was very nice but she was suffering from major allergies which caused her to cough throughout the facial. This did not create a relaxing environment. Also at the end of my facial, the products she put on my face began to clump and peel off so after I checked out, I immediately washed my face. I will stick to massages from now on.Update: The director of the spa was so great to reach out and make things right. This spa/boutique is very well run and they value customer feedback/satisfaction. I will continue to visit this spa and shop at their super cute boutique.

A wonderful place! I decided for my birthday this year that I would do something a little different. Mostly because everythings canceled because of Corona! However, Ive always wanted to go to the spa... So I decided to check out the galleria spa at Century square since I had a co-worker who had bought his girlfriend a gift card there. She had a wonderful time so I decided to try it out.I was extremely nervous because Ive never been to a spa before and Im already in anxious person. But I was greeted with such enthusiasm and kindness that I definitely felt welcomed. I got a facial first, then a massage, then my nails done. Though afterwards I believe I should have gotten the massage and then facial but I wasnt sure exactly how everything was done. So next time Im definitely going to do the facial last! However, I absolutely loved every moment of it! I was so anxious but everyone was so nice to me. They were so polite and explain things well when I asked. The facial was probably the best part for me because I love skin care. I cant wait to go back and experience that again! The massage was incredible and I was given such great advice about my arm issues. I also didnt realize my shoulder was kind of popped out of place until she fixed it.My nail color Its so bright and vibrant I love it! I love every part of my experience at the galleria spa and Im already planning to go back again! I love spoiling myself for my 29th birthday and I cant wait to go back and experience that again. They definitely treat you like royalty! I highly recommend them. I also think that theyre quite affordable!

Came to Zoey for a haircut and a big chop since my hair was so damaged and absolutely love it! She was so sweet and professional and did such a good job. Will definitely be booking again for my next trim.

I went there and had my hair done by cricket! She did a great job. It took her 5 hours to do my hair. Im converting my hair to salt and pepper and it was a hard job. She took her time and did great. The girls who work at the galleria are great and nice! My hair was dark brown and Im tired of dying it because of the gray coming in. They also sell really good hair products!

Rebecca was amazing, LOVE HER. I wanted a more edgy haircut but didnt really know what that would look like or how to even begin describing it (I just knew I wanted short hair). I explained that I wanted a low-maitenenance hairstyle and to take into consideration my hair type. She explained the entire process to me, I totally trusted her. REBECCA DELIVERED :) SO HAPPY!! Getting my hair washed was my fave part, the little relaxing head massage made my day. 🦋✨🪐 This was my 5th time getting my hair done there - I will always be coming back no matter what. All the stylists are very talented.

My first massage i got the mom to be one and it was absolutely amazing Natalie was my masseuse and she was so sweet and did such an amazing job everyone was so kind i had a great time definitely coming back!!

Layla gave me the best pedicure ever today. Typically I feel that most estheticians can be too rough on me when getting pedicures and usually I dread getting them because of this. Layla took the time to ask me if I have particular concerns and preferences, she was gentle and made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. She also has a kind and professional demeanor that put me at ease. I’ll be coming back (and not dreading it!) for a pedicure again soon!!

I normally do not schedule pamper me time, but the experience I had was just phenomenal. From my relaxing Massage with Haley to a wonderful pedicure with Caroline. Everything was just perfect for my well needed and deserved day off! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment. Thank you ladies for helping me feel relaxed!

TINA! There are not enough words to describe how happy I left there today! I’ve been so nervous to get my hair done because the last few salons I’ve gone to I left with horrible experiences but TINA is AMAZING!! She listened to all of my concerns and gave me EXACTLY what I was wanting and I’m pretty sure that was the best shampoo I’ve ever had in my life. 15/10 recommend letting Tina fix you up. It’s such a great experience from the moment you walk in the door, all of the ladies are so sweet, and now I feel like a whole new woman. TINA YOU ROCK!

I managed to get an appointment on the same day and I have to say, my hairstylist, Crystal Canada was amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable and advise me on whats best to do and walk me through the whole process. Had a good chat with her too.I am very happy with my hair (she fixed my balayage that has been eff up by stylist in a different salon).The ambience is great all around too. Highly recommended.

Went for a pedicure and haircut. Maira did my pedicure and she was wonderful! Very bubbly and professional! Cricket cut my hair and it turned out fabulous. She gave me pointers on taking care of my hair and was very personable! This was my first time there and my last time anywhere else. Very relaxing atmosphere! My new to go to place! I know very little about both hair and makeup, but obviously wanted something special for my wedding day. Laura Kiszkiel was INCREDIBLE. She did my hair and 4 bridesmaids hair throughout the morning of, and everyone LOVED their hair. One bridesmaid said she usually had to have her hair done 2 or 3 times by someone before she liked it....Laura’s first try, she said it was her favorite hair style she’d had for a formal event.Aside from the hair aspect, it’s clear Laura is passionate about what she does and makes you feel super comfortable while she does her work. She worked with me to find a style that was perfect, and was makeup that made me feel comfortable.And the Brazilian wax was by far the best one I’ve had to date.Would highly recommend any service by Laura Kiszkiel!!

Laura Kiszkiel is amazing! She did my hair and make up for my husbands and Is wedding and it was absolutely perfect!! I loved everything about the up-due and the makeup was incredible. She also did 7 of my bridesmaids hair. Everyone loved her and her work! She is so fun to work with and I am so glad to have had her on the big day. If you just need a haircut or hair and makeup for a big event, I definitely recommend Laura!

When I visited for a shampoo, haircut, and style with Randi, I felt warmly welcomed by everyone I encountered. I also felt super safe, as everyone in the place was wearing masks, and they took my temperature upon my arrival.During my appointment I felt pampered, and Randi took the time to teach me about my hair.After that, I enjoyed a little fun shopping time in the sweet retail area.It felt like a relaxing getaway.I will definitely return!

As soon as I walk in the door and until I leave everyone I interact with are kind, helpful and professional. The salon experience that Crystal Canada provides is excellent. She is brilliant with color and can cut my hair better than anyone I’ve ever seen before... there will be no other after her because I will always go to Galleria Salon to see my Crystal... the best there is!!

Rebecca is AMAZING! She was able to save my hair and turned it from a purple to an beautiful ginger. if you need a hairstylist please go to her! She is so knowledgeable and extremely kind.

After a few scheduling snafus, this team really went above and beyond to take care of me as a client. I left my appointment with Randi with gorgeous hair that looked exactly as I had described at the beginning. The balayage looks natural, and the cut is low maintenance and flattering. Im very impressed with everything.

I went here for their “ultimate European facial” which according to the description includes a short massage for feet, hands and neck. I got the facial and feet massage but did not receive any neck and hand massage and was told to get dressed. Once I was out I asked why I did not get it, and she said because “cleansing your face took long”. If I wanted no massage I would have gotten a European facial for $20 cheaper. And frankly taking care of timing limits is their own responsibility. She told me she has 5 minutes until the next client and can massage my neck, but I was already dressed, and did not want to deal with her any further. She could be transparent and honest with me about not having time before I brought the issue up myself. Do I need to worry about getting the service I paid for? I will not be back here.

Went with my mom and got eyelash and eyebrow tinting and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind and gentle, and Layla (who helped us) was very professional, skilled and detailed! They also have the best and cutest boutique that u can shop thru while ur waiting. This place is worth the money and worth the wait!

My fiancé and I had a one hour Swedish couples massage at the Century Square location and it was AMAZING! We were greeted by the sweetest girls at the front desk, and our masseuses, Haley and Rachel, were so kind and thoughtful throughout the massage. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone!

Generally a very good salon and spa. Service is prompt and friendly. I was satisfied with their services until my last visit. I wish I would have believed other reviews that employees are not wearing masks.The website and signs say face coverings are required. The website and person who answered their phone made it seem they are taking COVID seriously. Some employees are not wearing masks or social distancing. It was not a relaxing experience for me because of these things.

I had a great experience here. I got a swedish massage and I highly recommend Shannon, who was so kind and absolutely amazing. When she noticed that I had a stuffed nose, she even sprayed some eucalyptus for me to clear it up. I felt comfortable, happy, and relaxed here.

Got a facial treatment from Leila, she was amazing! Really gentle and sweet. I felt like I was in really good hands, and my face looked great the next day. The setting felt very relaxing. I highly recommend The Galleria, and Leila in particular.

I am updating my review. In all fairness, I expected stricter rules to be followed due to confusing Gallerias protocol with another salons. Their protocol was very exact. However, Gallerias leaves mask wearing as a personal choice. I realize as a business owner it can be very difficult to decide what course of action needs to take place. Theres conflicting information circulating, I however, defer to an abundance of caution to be safe. Others may not agree. Having been a patron for years and years, I was just very shocked that what I would hope was in place I personally did not experience when I was there. Maybe it had in the past. Their services in the past has always been excellent. Thats why I have been going back year after year.

This was my first time getting a massage and my first time at Galleria. Gayle was a 10/10, she was such a gem and explained the entire process throughly. She really made me feel comfortable, I will definitely be coming back!

All services were fantastic. The pedicure was exceptional with Carolyn. The facial was exceptional with Mrs. McDougal. And Ms. Colunga did really superb with my shellac nails! Will be back.

My husband and I are always treated very well over here. Everyone is amazing! We have had haircuts, pedicures, manicures, eyebrow waxing and the retail products are topnotch. Always a pleasure to visit.

Laura Kiszkiel is FANTASTIC!! I’ve been getting blonde balayage for a few years now by various stylists, and Laura gave me the full balayage I’ve always envisioned and wanted. To achieve this, she helped me understand all the terminology and various options, asking me questions to narrow down what I wanted. She also is clearly passionate about her job and cares about knowing her clients. Salon as a whole is also beautiful and clean, a fun atmosphere. HIGHLY recommend!!

Never again. Multiple issues: (1) Showed up to appt, and stylist had quit/moved away weeks prior. No one had informed me, and neither location coild accommodate me. (2) Called to cancel an appt. 23.5 hours in advance due to being ill. Was told I had to pay 1/2 of my service due to late cancellation (ie not 24 hours). I asked that they discuss with manager. Was then told I would not be charged, but reprimanded to not let it happen again. (3) Next appt, I paid for parking. I was told that I should not have paid; that they validate; that they sent out instructions 2 days prior along with appt. confirmation. I told them I never received any instructions. Their response, well we send it out to everyone. After my appt. I received an email survey where I explained the issue above. I received a followup email offering 10% off next service, but again was told that they did send me parking information. Absolutely loved this spa! The massage and facial I received were so great and relaxing and the boutique portion of the salon was a shoppers dream! I wish every spa had this set up, style and appeal!

Love there massages but a little disappointed my appointment was canceled 2 hours before my appointment time with no availability to get in at either locations for the same day. Especially considering y’all keep a card on file if I cancel.

I always go here to get my hair cut by Crystal and she is FANTASTIC! Today I went in to get my eyebrows waxed by Trachell and it was the best eyebrow wax I ever had.

Terrible customer service policy. Wont exchange a gift. If you have no control over when the gift was given to you, you should be able to exchange it. Especially if the item is still on the floor. Very disappointed. Wont come here again.

Just get my hair done there. Never bought anything as they cater to younger people although they do have nice things.

They don’t refund purchases (when returning an item,) they only allow exchanges or store credit. Meaning if you spend money at their store, it’s guaranteed to stay in their store. It’s grimy and it’s something you’d expect at a thrift store, not a Boutique.

I had a deep tissue massage with Gail. She was amazing it was the best massage experience I’ve had!

I went 2 weeks ago to this salon because I saw very nice works on Instagram but my experience was not pleasant because after they did the evaluation of my hair they told me that if they could do the work and it was not so, leaving my hair stained with two tones and the worst thing was not that the worst thing is that they didnt solve me at the time but I had to wait 4 days to return for a solution. I sent an email asking for a refund of what I had paid since the work was horrible and they agreed to refund me and this is the date that I still have not received the refund.
