The atmosphere was top-tier, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Kevin, the massage therapist, provided a massage that exceeded all my expectations. His technique, the pressure—everything was spot on. Ive never had a massage quite as good as the one I received tonight. Gorgeous inside. However, they cannot keep massage therapists. I find someone I like and then they don’t work there the next month when I go back. Veronica, the general manager, talks over you and will not let you speak with you have a conversation with her. I canceled my membership and let 10 credits go to nowhere because I don’t want to deal with them anymore.

This place is, ok. I tried their membership and gave it a couple opportunities and it was not in the top list of my massage locations. The staff is all friendly and kind, so that part was nice. I had 2 massages and one of them the technique was great and I just wished there was a bit more pressure. The other one the pressure was much more firm but the technique was not as effective. I gave it a couple tries to make sure but decided it wasnt for me and cancelled my membership. I think this place is OK for a relaxing massage, but if youre after a more therapeutic, almost medical massage, you may want to find a different spot.

My mother-in-law and I treated ourselves to a day at NOW Massage in Colorado Springs, and it was just what we needed. While she enjoyed a relaxing facial, I indulged in a rejuvenating massage. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and my masseuse was a magician with the perfect pressure and the most amazing oils. I left feeling like a brand new woman, refreshed and revitalized.The space felt private and safe, which added to the overall experience. Seriously considering getting a membership because a monthly massage sounds like heaven. Thinking about dragging my husband along for a couples massage too – maybe itll convert him into a massage enthusiast!

My massage therapist was Ty and he was terrific. This was my first time here and the staff were very helpful explaining the process. I got an excellent massage and I would definitely recommend NOW Massage.

I had a friend that came up from NM and treated her to a massage at NOW. To pay 250.00 plus tip here is what I expect, if its an hour long I expect an hour not 45 minutes. I shouldnt have to ask the masseuse 4 times to add more pressure. Also there is no privacy since the walls are made of curtains so you can hear the person next to you. I could have gone to Massage Envy for half the price and got a better massage and privacy. Dlaney

I was apprehensive at first, first time getting a massage like this, but Bella made it easy to feel comfortable to relax and enjoy.The entire experience upon walking in was like a movie!!! The ambiance, the natural sounds, the smell 🥰🥰🥰 i was gifted the massage however once done I signed up for a membership. Cant WAIT to come back ! Thank you Bella!!

Staff are nice, atmosphere is nice. I didnt like the upselling. Also the fact that I got up sold when I was checking in without realizing that I would be charged more. The way the staff member was talking about it I thought she was just changing the type of massage I had chosen since they have their specific names for them. Instead she was adding deep tissue as an extra onto my already selected massage type for an extra charge without actually saying it would cost more and without telling me the new cost even after I agreed to it. I only caught on after she brought up the next item and realized oh, she is trying to add more things on and each is going to cost more. It was deceptive and then even though I paid more for the deep tissue add on, there was nothing deep tissue about the massage so why did I even pay more. The massage itself was relaxing but did not relieve any of the tension I wanted to address(even though I asked for certain areas to be the focus) so now I have to wait until I can afford a massage again to go somewhere else.Pretty place and nice people but overall a real bummer and not worth the price. I could have gone to SunWater Spa for that price and gotten such better quality and privacy.

Place was pretty, clean, and relaxing. Front desk was nice and helpful. For the massage I received, it was definitely not worth the prices they charge. I got a 90 minute and it felt like more than half my massage was the masseuse poking and squeezing me over the top of a sheet. They asked which areas needed attention and then barely worked my shoulders. Wish I had gone somewhere else.

Such an incredible experience! Its a very unique environment and really creates that vibe that transports you away, which is exactly what you want when you get a massage! The attention to detail is amazing and it smells SO.GOOD. in there! All the therapists and staff have always been professional and kind. Ive met the owner and manager too and both are the sweetest people. Love getting to support awesome businesses like The Now.

I had the 80 minute stretch massage with Kalena. Omg it was awesome. That girl knows her muscles and how to stretch them. She also was very attentive to my level of comfort. She helped me to relax so I would get the most benefit from the stretch. Absolutely love her. Ty Kalena🤗

Update June 2024: Three different therapists shorted me time. Started late, ended at the regular time. So I canceled my membership. It’s already pricy to be shorted and asked to make a hefty tip.Past: Felt like I was in Santa Monica. So relaxing!

I thoroughly enjoyed the massages that I received. However, I do have a problem with their billing policies for Memberships when the client indicates that they prefer to pay in cash at time of service. I understand that they need to keep a card on file, but believe they need to clearly state each time the customer pays in cash that they will still be charged on their card, which is what happened to me. Unfortunately, due to this practice, I will be canceling my membership.

Stefan was amazing.Havent had a professional massage in 8 years.I have a physical job and lift a lot.Stefan gave me the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. I was legit drooling through that face hole. Wonderful dark, calm atmosphere.Recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things. Had an 80 minute Stretch Massage with Kat and was very impressed. I’ve been getting massages for years and she definitely ranks in my top 3 fav masseuses. Her attention to detail, particularly in the massage of the hands and feet was exquisite. Honestly tho, I will go back even just for the scalp massage at the end. Super relaxing but also felt as though she truly worked on some of my muscular problem areas.

I had a massage appointment scheduled, but unfortunately, I woke up feeling unwell (fever, coughing fits, shortness of breath, fatigued) and subsequently tested positive for COVID-19. When I called to cancel my 5 pm appointment, I was met with resistance from the manager, Veronica, who, shockingly, suggested I still come in for the massage despite being COVID-positive or else she would charge my card on file for the appointment since it was within 12 hours from the scheduled session. My thing is, I called as soon as they opened (10am) and I tested positive that morning, when the symptoms presented. This raised serious concerns about the safety protocols in place for both their staff and other clients.Veronica and I engaged in a lengthy conversation where she seemed more focused on avoiding financial losses than prioritizing the health and safety of everyone involved. After an argumentative discussion, she agreed not to charge me for the cancellation but she increased my rate for moving forward, and the entire incident left me deeply dissatisfied with the apparent lack of regard for public health and safety. It wouldve been different had I simply forgotten the appointment or something else popped up but she literally could hear me struggling to talk due to the coughing and shortness of breath.I believe its crucial for businesses to prioritize the well-being of their clients and staff, especially during these challenging times. Coming from a family who has lost multiple family members & friends to COVID-19, we take it extremely seriously. Unfortunately, my experience has left me questioning the commitment of The Now to maintaining a safe and responsible environment. Needless to say, I will not be utilizing their services in the future. The massage tables are in one giant room with fabric dividers for privacy. Id hate to be deep breathing, getting my massage, next to someone who tested positive for COVID.I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of their practices to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved. Constructive criticism is essential for growth, and my intention is to hopefully hear of positive changes implemented for the benefit of all clients and staff.

The ambiance and attention to care was a 10/10. I loved the crashing waves sound. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed through my entire experience. From check in, to leaving it was calm, relaxing and enjoyable. It felt like I was on a vacation. Would highly recommend!

I canceled my membership and was assured multiple times it had been done. Ive now been charged two months in a row and my emails to request a refund are ignored. Customer service is horrible.As for the massages, dont waste your money. The turnover is frequent and the massage therapists are not experienced. The spa isnt a spa but a long hallway with beds separated by curtains. This is a cost saving operation, not a spa. Dont waste your money, and DONT put a card on file, theyll continue to charge you even after confirming they wont. I wish I could give it zero stars

I had an 80 minute session with Kat and it was everything I needed and more! She was very receptive to the areas I wanted more focus on because of me hunching over a computer all day! Not to mention the ambiance of this massage boutique is so serene. Once you get back into the journey room you feel like you’re getting a massage on the beach in a private cabana, which is a getaway every Coloradan can appreciate!

Had a great experience here and the massage that Stefan gave me was great! I went in with a migraine and in a lot of pain. Left feeling much better. I will definitely ask for Stefan next time. I also should mention the atmosphere is wonderful!

I gave this place a second chance but it was underwhelming.I was cold the whole massage. It was 20 degrees outside and snowing…. Not sure if they just don’t have bed warmers or if my therapist just didn’t offer it.My therapist never once asked me for feedback. “Is the pressure okay?” “Is the bed warm enough” etc.I also got a one handed massage for most of the 70 minutes.I love a good massage but there are other places in town with a better service for the price.I had the same therapist both visits and maybe she contributed to my underwhelming feeling but overall they had so many missed opportunities & the service was lackluster

Where do I start! I absolutely loved my experience at The Now. I went in for a prenatal massage 2 times before I moved to Tennessee and lets just say I miss THE NOW! Service was 5 stars as each masseuse was sweet and kind and just wanted to know what I was needing out of the massage. I ended up getting a prenatal massage for both my visits. My favorite masseuse was Shamika, she given me the best massage Ive ever had and I have had a few before. Each part of my body was massaged, which is very important to me when getting a massage. I also had an add on which was fresh eyes I loved them so much I had to get more! They are jelly patches for under the eyes that give a cooling and moisturizing effect. Another thing I loved about The Now is they played ocean sounds with dim ambiance so I felt like I was on an island enjoying this massage!Pricing was also great compared to other massage services I have been to. The price for a 50 minute prenatal massage and an add on was about $125 which was great! Each add on is $15 bucks I think so the massage is pretty affordable by itself. I love The Now and would highly recommend coming to get a massage here. I went for another prenatal massage down in Florida at an actual spa and it was not a great experience for me as The Now went above and beyond my expectations.

Pros: clean, love the sound machines, the vibes are just right, and it’s super easy to schedulecons: Unfortunately, I got pink eye. My eye started burning and swelling halfway into the appointment. I figured it was due to being face down and maybe I had just put too much pressure on my eye…but nope went to urgent care the following day and sure enough, pink eye.The massage wasn’t horrible but I did pay for deep tissues and I wouldn’t consider any part of the massage to be deep tissue at all. I really wish the massage had a more methodical approach to it. I did enjoy my time sans the pink eye, but it really is a subpar massage.

This was my first massage in YEARS and my expectations were definitely exceeded. I went in for a 25min massage but Sarah was so good it almost felt like a full hour! I feel like she really helped the tension in my neck that i’ve been holding onto for a long time. This is a great company and facility. I would like to recommend this business undergo trauma release training so that if a male therapist decides to enter the working space, the past experience with the Lead that was in position prior is healed completely and the management not have preconceived notions related to all male genderd individuals. After all, this is a business and not a family.

Booked for my girlfriends first massage; she was nervous, but staff made her feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the experience. Masseuse checked in periodically and worked her problem areas- definitely worth paying a little extra for the deep tissue. Afterwards she said shes never been that relaxed in her life. Always appreciate a LGBTQ friendly business. Will be back for sure

I really wanted to like this place. Both my husband and I did the 80min massage. The massage is very light and not more than just rubbing lotion into your skin. I was debating asking my masseuse to just stop so I could leave early. Also, the prices here are higher than nice spas in the area. Dont waste your time. Go to a different spa and really get a relaxing therapeutic massage.

I’ve never been taxed for a massage.And I had neck pain going in and still had neck pain when I left.It was nothing special and really expensive. And they only had one chair in the whole waiting room that was hard to get in and out of. ..

I am not a huge fan of massage because I usually find it a little uncomfortable, but The Now takes really good care of you and the environment is super comfortable. The staff is clearly chosen very carefully because they are amazing.
