This store will be my new go to. Didn’t personally go inside or visit but opted for delivery. Fast, courteous, communicative. 10/10 will order again!

I order online from another state. Can’t say enough great things about this business! Always prompt with getting things shipped out, no issues with receiving them. I’ve ordered from other places and have received expired or incorrect product who made it a hassle to return. American vape has a super easy website and products are exactly as shown on there. Even sent a coupon after my last order and include candies in my package. They’ve gained a forever customer :)

I’ve been going to American Vape for about a year and a half now and they never disappoint! They have great juice flavors and great prices!The customer service I receive cannot be compared to any other shop in COS! They are so friendly and helpful and if you ever have an issue (which is not common) they fix it immediately!The store is very laid back and welcoming! Not to get off topic but as a plant lover, I can’t help but acknowledge the beautiful plants they have as decor throughout the shop :)

Best Vape store in Colorado Springs. I miss when you were one store. The layout was more comfortable, I seems like you had a bigger and more diverse selection. The juice turn tables were awesome (maybe it just wasn’t out last time) and everything just felt easier to see. Regardless y’all are still the best with an amazing staff, very friendly and knowledgeable, laid back atmosphere. If your looking for a shop try this place you won’t be disappointed!! 👾

Fantastic shop, cool staff, lots of things to experiment with. They strive to please so tell them how they can best help you! Worth a dash into the mall & it boosts your step count for the day. Chapel Hills location is Down Stairs, near Dillards. Intel; vaping was allowed inside, to my surprise.

What a joke! The lady working was clearly trying to steal money, or the entire operation is just a shady rip off. Trying to say that the sales tax on nicotine products is 62%, when a brief google search will show you that that is in fact not the case. This shop is the ONLY PLACE I have ever seen sell twist vape juice in individual bottles, and attempt to charge for the price of two. Any twist juice user knows that their products come in sets of two, on any site or at any shop. Therefore, the girl working was attempting to charge us double the price it would be anywhere else. Her excuse? The lie about taxes stated above. I guess mall rent must be really high, because they are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF with these prices.

I came in to get my first kit of my own that isnt a disposable not really knowing too much about what I wanted and Blake hooked me up with the smok Nord x, dont really have the knowledge to attest to the kit but I will say the store had a lot of kits, juice, and accessories and was clean and not super busy. Mostly I wanted to leave a review because Blake was super sweet and walked me through every step of the process and made it super easy for me. NGL have to take off like .5 stars because its in a mall and right across from this gross patriot apparel store, but might go back anyway to let Blake know if I like the guava lava he recommended.

Friendly staff. I explained a week after I purchased a vape that I finally figured out that it had been leaking out of the charging port for some time. I didn’t expect much being it had been a week but the lady working there made it right. Will definitely do business with them again.

Monika is awesome!! Out of the 3 other shops weve been to on the north end, she was by far the most knowledgeable and most willing to educate and help us. This shop has an ENORMOUS selection of vape gear and flavors and the fact that they carry Grunt Style in a retail store totally tops the cake! The prices are way better than online stores too and the majority of juices are 80/20. This will be our go-to. No more trying out new places, we found our winner!!

I know the risks associated with vaping so I can’t completely blame this store, but I’ve never had any kind of pain or complication and within an hour of purchasing a vape from this store my chest was tightening, throat was in pain, and I could taste how burnt / inauthentic the vape was. When I called the next day they said they couldn’t do anything. Would not say it’s safe to get anything here.

I give them zero stars, I called at 11 AM to place a delivery order, that never gets here until 7 PM. This time that I called, my Internet is being funky, so I want to place an order and I get told by the sales associate to use the online order because he’s “busy with another customer.” Y’all just opened!!! How are you “extremely busy with another customer?” You know you could’ve just put me on hold for a little bit, now you lost my business forever because of your rudeness. Might as well have spit in my face!

This company sent me a used mod, the screws were stripped out and the coils were worn. 2 of the bottles of juice that I received were missing a cap. I would not recommend ordering from this company and will not be giving them anymore of my business.Edit: I meant to say my RDTA was used and had stripped screws, used coils, and the box it came in was for a different tank entirely. The juices I bought were your house juices so it was not another company that left the caps off. I tried calling the company twice on a weekday and didnt get through to anyone so I decided to post a review.

Top notch staff! These guys are always super nice and very helpful when trying to make a decision! Love every one of them! Only place I shop for my vape supplies! They have been the biggest help when I wanted to jump from tanks to a RDA, I have been going here for 2 years! And not ONCE have I had a i left unsatisfied or upset!

By far the best vape shop anywhere near the springs. Their house juice flavors have so much taste, definitely the best Ive had. They have so much variety, and they know how to get them right. On top of actually good product, every person Ive talked to has been knowledgeable and clearly cares about giving you what youre looking for. I highly recommend if youre looking for your go-to vape shop.

I have tried to save money by ordering vape supplies online, but by the time you pay shipping and the new recipient signature required fee, its about 30% more expensive than buying locally. Of the few local stores Ive tried, American Vape and E-Cigs is the best. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection. I dont like having to walk through the dead mall to get to them, but once I do, I am always pleased with the service.Nobody goes to shopping malls anymore. Move this store to a nearby shopping center where I can just drive up and walk in!

Their Pikes Peak E-Juice is great. Very friendly staff that have great recommendations. Theyll add nicotine to make it exactly the strength you want which is awesome. The Pikes Peak has a great fruity flavor with a light menthol on ice background taste. Tastes like a premium juice for a fair price.

I advise against this vape store. I bought a starter vape that I admit was not expensive, 30 dollars. Bought it on the 8th and it started having issues shortly after. My husband brought it in and they told him that it was not making correct connections due to the pod not the device and they sold him more pods. Of course it was the device but by the time we were able to determine that the return time frame had passed. When we went it to the store the guy behind the counter just said “yeah well it is a cheap one” . So don’t waste your money here. I have had cheap vapes last longer then a week and half before.

My absolute favorite Vape shop in the Springs area! They have a huge selection of premium e-juice along with fantastic house juice in every flavor one could want. Their selection of hardware is top of the heap as well. The staff are more than happy to answer ANY questions so if you’re new to vaping (getting off of the cancer sticks) I’d suggest coming here as they will explain everything to you. The staff are friendly, fun & just amazing as is the atmosphere. Best experience at a vape shop!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who helped pick a number of flavored juices from their in-house blend choice as well as bought in. Selection includes descriptions of all flavors as well as custom nic amounts per request. Apparel and other items for sale are all good quality and selection, with a heavy support for armed forces and LEO, Firefighters, etc. Highly recommend

I was a bit skeptical about a mall vape store, but I went in to check it out and it was great! The guy at the counter were incredibly helpful and very patient. He helped me choose two great flavours and was kind enough to help me set up my RDA. I will definitely be back to check out their great selection of e-juice!

Nice place to vibe and vape while walking around in the mall. It’s the closest one to my apartment, even tho in a mall it’s not too difficult to find. Also provide a 24-hr policy on disposables, not many places do that.

Every time I go into American vape there always super friendly and helpful. They will work with you to find a juice or device that is great for you and they will answer any question you have. Been going to them for years and basically refuse to go other places cause most other places are either way to pricey or there staff isnt as friendly or helpful.

Good selection from what I saw. I was in there after a smok brand product which they had at a good price. Tried there in house green apple & blue rasberry and I like it so far. Employee that helped me was very nice & helpful. Will definitely shop again!

Ive been going to American Vape & E-Cigs LLC consistently since the beginning of this year and their service is great! They have the best juices of any shop Ive been to and the staff and owner are extremely friendly. Always have the best deals on hardware and juice plus its a great spot to hang out. Stop by for sure!

Honestly, this place have given me the best experience at a vape shop yet! The staff are super laid-back, easy to talk to, and are extremely knowledgeable! And dont even get me started on their selection! Its beyond extensive and the prices are fair/cheaper then a lot of the competitors. They really make this Vape house, a Vape Home!

First time going today... Customer service was blah. No greet when I came in, just had to awkwardly walk around looking at things for someone to say hello. There are a lot of flavors to look at here as far as house juice goes, I felt rushed when choosing even though I made it aware it was my first time coming in. May not be back...

American Vape is by far, in my opinion, the best shop in town. The prices are unbeatable, the house juice tastes like premium brands and the staffs customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them and they have my business as long as I keep vapeing.

I have been coming to American Vape for years now, always good service, tons of options for vapes and vape accessories. I love the atmosphere and the friendly staff who dont take a second to hesitate for your needs or service. Juices are good and so are the products, I wouldnt recommend anywhere else that wasnt American Vape for whatever I need.

American vape is not just your ordinary vape shop! The employees are of the charts with customer service and respect! Everyone in there cares about the clients and will do all they can to make sure everyone leaves happy! I was new to vaping and a lot of shops around town are rude and act as if they dont have time to help those who are new to vaping. Well that all changed the minute I walked into American vape. I was treated with the up most respect and i left there feeling like I had been vaping for years. Bought a a Smok G-150 a week ago from American vape. The vape said no coil.. had an issue with it not working.. After trouble shooting it , still it didnt work... They gladly replaced it for me without any issues..Besides the fact having great flavors this shop went above and beyond to help me..Needless to say ..
