Been by 100 times never went in until yesterday. Nice place lots of glass and other options. Nice staff, I was very browsey they were helpful. Id go back if in the area.

Now this is a true emporium! I walked into a smokers paradise for sure with everything you need from pipes and rigs, to wraps and rolls. Tanner took care of all my needs and also informed me that customers could call in advance and your items will be ready when you arrive! This store is low anxiety, clean, and beautiful, and I highly recommend for those with anxiety.

We bought two vapes from this store that had issues. The first one leaks, the second one didn’t turn on or charge. We asked to get it replaced. The manager refused. Do not shop here.

I have been a loyal customer even when Dana ran this place. I was treated so rudly today when I was there getting my cigars by an old man I think he runs it now. That I dont think Ill be back, your not the only place in town. You really need to treat your regulars better.

This place has absolutely everything you are looking for. I most recently purchased a very nice torch and refiller butane. My friends get their stems and detoxers here. They have so much, you just need to go look for yourself. Plus every one who works here is always nice and they know their merchandise.

WOW!!! Thats all I kept saying when I walked in. Ive never seen an adult goody store so huge! It seems like they have everything under the sun. If you are a smoker, toker or dabber, they have everything you need and stuff you didnt know you needed. The sales guy was very friendly and knowledgeable and sold me a great new piece.. Im loving it and happy for the recommendation! If you cant find what youre looking for here they dont make it

Everything was awesome. Have NEVER seen that selection of huge ornate pieces for that cheap. Everyone was friendly, left with a beautiful piece, will be back.

I would have given a 5 star but my first experience was slightly unpleasant when was sold product that was well past expired. They handled the situation very well & although I didn’t return to the store for a refund I would however recommend everyone check them out. Very beautiful shop.

We buy tobacco products at this store. We make our own cigarettes, and the savings is huge. They are consistently well stocked and at better prices than most other places. The service is good even when they are busy.

One of the BEST smoker shop Ive ever been in. Water Pipes, Bongs, Glass SO MANY PRODUCTS!! The customer service is outstanding, proffessional, and employees are always smiling, having a great time I had so many questions and the young women walked me through everything, with a smile on her face. Letting me know that no question was stupid. Even showed me new products to give myself options down the road. Extremely educated staff. I highly recommend stopping at this shop before you go anywhere else. You will never be disappointed and will always leave smiling. Prices are great and a HUGE selection. I wish I could give this place more stars.

Friendly staff, fair pricing, overall good establishment. Just wish they would give you a little more than 24hrs on some of their return policy items. I had a vape leak on the 2nd day I had it, not the first and that was apparently outside of the return window.

Big ups to this shop for having a huge variety you would expect from the word Emporium being in their name. All three of the gentlemen who worked there were quick to assist me with my concerns and purchases as well as being friendly. I want to remind you guys about Milky Way glass and Anime Gear Guru clothing- the glass for variety and the clothing for the righteous jackets. ;)God bless and stay up!

Edit/response: I did look around, i did ask for help and I still have to say this place is trash. I can to a few other places and get better pieces for cheaper. This Place is for tourists and people who live close and dont want to drive. I can also buy pipes for 20$ that are thicker and nicer looking. The response I received is a joke and so is this business. Shoot I can order the pieces you can get here for a quarter of the priceYou can find better pipes and more of a selection in other places. Even gas stations have cheaper and better pipes these days.

I went for dab coils and left with those and an awesome vape mod with extra coils and juice for about $100. Guys are super friendly too. Thats my go-to place for all my smoking accessories. Its worth the drive across town.

Friendly staff, although I did stand around waiting for someone to help me for about 15min. It wasnt busy staff was just chatting and didnt pay that much attention to me waiting... even though they had seen me waiting at a case. Great selection of products, decent prices and staff was friendly, they were quick to help once they came over to see what they could me help with. Overall not a bad experience, Ill be going back.

This place has a huge selection of just about everything. I was pleased to find a style of Raw rolling papers that are usually difficult to come by. They’re the kind that come on a roll sorta like toilet paper. Anyway, it was a nice store and the staff were pretty cool. Prices were hat I expected. Will definitely come back.

If they sell it, they have lots of options for any desire and patience to educate, and recommend, you get the chance to see the product and other answers for the novice to expert. Outstanding service and knowledge only place to go in El Paso county to find any in all related products. The staff is always good for fast, dedicated, customer service and desire to go beyond the just sell everything as fast as possible and get back to the next costumer. Employee information, most smoke shops dont have the product selection, categories, staff available for many different products, styles, and apparatuses, great place for education and window shopping.Keep up the great work and leadership meeting todays needs of a diverse customer base.

Hands down the best smoke shop in town! The owner is amazing, and all of the staff are extremely helpful and nice. I have been going to this smoke shop since 2011 and I have never had a bad experience at all! Their prices are matchless and every product Ive bought is high quality. As a native to the Springs, this head shop is my go-to store. They are definitely the only place I would recommend to both friends and tourists

Great prices, and MOST of the time great customer service, amazing selection.Do NOT count on them being open during their posted business hours. We have gotten there many times BEFORE posted closing time, and store was closed. Very irritating.Business should post ACCURATE business hours so as NOT to WASTE their customers TIME. The staff that work never acknowledge their customers. Every time when I enter they are always talking amongst them selves and act like the customer is a burden. Yes it’s a smoke shop, but be more friendly! Bunch of cheap china glass too. I’ll be finding somewhere else to go from now on. Do yourself the favor and do the same.

Me and my friend bought a coil for a dab pen and a 510 thread battery the battery button broke upon first use we brought the stuff back within an hour of purchase with the receipt and they didn’t do anything for us and we both have spent lots of money here over the years. Never again will we spend our money here.

Be warned! These jokers are selling Glycerin Bongs that dont work or function properly! (Fake glycerin Bongs)!!!! I purchased a Hi Soul Glass bong for $130 from Smoker City Emporium on 6 Jan 2023, took it home only to find out the bong doesnt work because the Glycerin coils in the Hi Soul bongs are too small! I spoke to a manager at Smoker City Emporium and they know that some of their products are manufactured with factory defects and still they continue to sell bad products to their customers! They would not do a refund or exchange! The manager said sorry the product was used! Wait! THE BONG DOESNT WORK!!!! F... Smoker City Emporium! Do not get screwed!

Good selection of products, but I bought a torch there and it was defective. The owner sold it to me and then I brought it back the next day to get an exchange for a new one and he refused citing no refunds or returns for defective products. Stand by your products, it’s only $12 you could have given me a new one from the same box but instead you acted super stingy.

Epic selection and great prices, they just dont back anything they sell. If it breaks, it isnt their problem and they arent going to help/discount a replacement.I got a new vape pen burned out after a few days of very light use, they wouldnt replace or discount or, so I bought another one that broke apart at a weld, clearly a manufacturer issue, and nothing.

Very helpful and friendly staff, even when there was a EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful person in store that was mad because she broke 1 of her glass items after leaving the store. She was mad because they would not replace the item she broke for free even though they offered her a new one at reduced price. I thought the staff handled the situation correctly

We drive an hour to get to the Springs, and this is the only place we shop for cigarettes, glassware and accessories. They really have the best selection, they support local artists, and have great staff. Highly recommended. My adult son is disabled and is always treated with respect and dignity. Just go, you will be glad you did!

Excellent customer service! The staff was very friendly and very patient. Showed me the hookah pipes and was very knowledgeable when I asked the difference between metal and glass pipes. I will definitely visit them again and highly recommend this place for a pleasant experience.

I guess if you come close to closing time they don’t accept cash. I was trying to buy a mod, you’d expect them to not wanna lose a couple hundred bucks. Good way to lose a customer.

This place will come through for you! Id been a few times in the past for odds and ends and walked out a happy customer. But in my time of need today, the staff got me hooked up with a detox mouthwash that worked like a charm. Awesome shop with a ton of great product, and a friendly crew who knows their stuff!! My husband and I have decided this is our one-stop spot for ALL of our smoking needs and wants! We have not come across an item we needed that they didnt have, and most often they always have something better than we originally were hoping to find. The staff is always ready to assist and answer questions, and anytime Joshua is working you are gauranteed dinner & a show because that man knows everything and has a great personality to put the cherry on top of such a great shop. Good selection of products.. regular prices.. no coupon or frequent customer perks. No returns at all, highly recommend inspecting any glass items. Noticed damages or defects that hender item obsolete never to be used.. and you are just out the money.. :(

Shop does not close at 8. I called the store at 7 to ask about product availability. The young guy on the phone told me they had what I was looking for and that they close at 8pm. I drove all the way there after talking to him and telling him I was coming into the store. By 740 when I got there the shop is all closed up with the workers inside hanging out. Don’t waste your time/ money on such a poorly ran business. I also did not like to read about all the racist remarks from the owner on other reviews when I came to google to write my review.

Ive been buying cigars and rolling papers there for nearly seven years now because they are extremely affordable. Ive also purchased two bongs and a Bob Marley bowl during that time, as well as basic equipment for smoking wax and shatter, and never had any problems. The staff has always been able to answer any of our questions, and have always been nice. They have a large inventory and you should be able to find something you are looking for. The place is clean and nicely laid out for easy browsing.

Terrible, grabbed the wrong stuff everytime i wanted something. I ended up paying more than planned because incompetence and the issue couldnt be fixed even though I noticed and pointed out the error literally right after the sale when i got the receipt in my hand and pointed out the error. This place has a nice selection but thats all they have going for them. Id recommend the bomb head shop or smokers emporium over this place 100% of the time. Both are cheaper and have gotten me what i ask for everytime

The owners are very friendly and sweet to me. The recently expanded the store and its massive. All he needs to do now is add a little dispensary on the side then customers and patients would literally have to shop here. So smart.

Spent $100s of dollars here and love most of their products.. as with all electronics i understand some are going to fail. I returned one faulty product and when i tried to return the 2nd item the owner tried to get in my face all physical. He cannot understand English and i even offered to buy the product again and he through a fit again getting all puffy and upset. The staff at this store sucks and will take your money. TEST EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Store owner learn ENGLISH.

Conveniently located down the road from a dispensary. Has a huge selection of items needed for however you enjoy smoking. Can be intimidating if you are new with so much variety. Staff was quick with help if needed. Seemed reasonably priced based off of my experiences. Will visit again in the future. Be aware that most roads around this location are under heavy construction and make it difficult to get to or get out of.

A Once Long time customer will not shop there ever again. The service is terrible, always has been but it’s close to my house. They finally got a new guy in and he sold me two bongs. Next time I go in he’s been fired. I found out only bc newer guy waited on me and refused to show me more than three pieces to compare bongs and purchase one because boss fires people for showing more than one piece to a customer. How am I supposed to choose wisely? Is this good customer service? The last bong I got from there leaked as soon as I got it and I’m not allowed to look for defects and choose a good one?! Nah, I’ll find me a new QUALITY glass place and suggest all do the same, too.

I experienced the worse customer service ever today at the smoker emporium. My husband & I are regular customers because they have good deals when you buy bulk. The male working today was on the phone while I was at the counter & he could not multitask. He served two Caucasian people, who came in after me, before serving me. I had to repeat each item of my order 3 times, because he was on the phone. He was rude and then refused to serve me because I said something about his bad customer service because he was on the phone. I called back and asked to speak to the owner & he told me he was the owner. I have never been treated so rudely. If I could give zero stars, I would.

They sell faulty pieces and is why they say all sales are final. They know they sell bad products. The owner will hide in the back just to avoid customers because he knows his products are bad. Please spend money else where.

Very extensive selection from more intricate items to the simplest parts you could need. The guys working there were beyond helpful and went out of their way to make sure we got whatever we needed. A+++.

Huge variety of smoking accessories for pipe tobacco, rolling cigarette tobacco, pre made cigarettes, and of course marijuana. All reasonably priced. Great people that work there. Helpful unless they are busy usually dont even have to ask for a display to be unlocked. Because they already asked. Good location, be even better as they finish the work they are currently doing to Colorado Ave.

The clerk, who was under the influence and looked like he was going to fall over, sold me a battery that didnt fit my device. So I came back a few minutes later with receipt and wanted to get correct battery. Clerk looked dazed and got the owner who said no exchanges no returns. Seriously you dont want to make simple exchange, no he says, read your receipt no exchange. Too many good vape stores around. I will not go here again.

If I could give this place is zero Stars I definitely would online it says that it closes at 8 p.m. this is the second time Ive been at the shop at 7:40 and 7:45 and both times they refused to give me service I dont understand why they wouldnt just change their closing time to 7:40 if thats the time theyre going to close so I wasted a good amount of gas driving way to the other side of town for absolutely nothing and the guy who was locking the door at 7:43 didnt even tell me sorry didnt say anything but they were closed even though the open sign was on and it clearly says that they close at 8 I just dont think a staff that is that lazy and wants to get off early should just simply be honest and say that they close at 7:40 Ive only actually been inside of their one time before they closed in the staff was very rude and not very helpful at all but they are the closest head shop to where I live but now I will no longer be doing business to there again and just a heads up for everybody if you cant make it there by 7:30 dont even bother to go and waste your time and gas

Used to like this place but they have officially lost my business after I came in to buy a replacement titanium nail and was upsold on a quartz banger, which cracked and broke after 3 uses. Have my receipt they know who sold it to me. Told me sorry we dont do returns. Wont tell me the owners name or when he will be in. Theyve got no problem losing my long them business over something they sold me knowing its crap (current workers words) all over a 10 dollar piece that I never wanted to try in the first place but went on his word. Will no longer recommend to friends or come here for any of my purchases.

Its alright. But the people complaining about no refunds should really listen to them when you first walk into the store and you know, Maybe look around you and read the signs stating the same thing. They are more than willing to show you whatever product you are about to purchase to look it over and make sure its to your standards. If you didnt do that before buying, That is your own fault. No one wants to return your used peices to their store. period. not to mention its Dhgate glass so you get what you pay for.

At first glance they have alot of cool pipes and accessories. At second glance the have alot of third rate junk. Owner is rude and unwilling to try to make unhappy customers happy. My advice... test everything and deal with the employees not the owner.

Gentleman behind the counter attended others in line after me rather than go get a pipe from glass case. Was extremely rude to many people there. I like the prices and selection and the old guy is really nice...but this younger mans attitude made me leave the store today and Im not coming back.

Worst shop ever. Just was in shop and watched the owner trying to impress two girls and was in line waiting for service to purchase several items when I was told id have to move into another line before being served. Highly recommend finding another shop. There are several other nice shops in the area that have actual sales staff. I live 250 from smoker city and am taking my business elsewhere highly recommend you do the same.

I went in to buy wraps and possibly a pipe or two. The gentleman behind the counter ignored me when I came in. I was looking at a bin of $6 pipes that maybe had a dozen pieces in it. I asked the man to pull out the bin so I could look closer at them. He said which piece? To which I replied Id like to look at a couple of them and asked him to pull them all out. He slammed the cabinet closed and said that he wouldnt sell me one. Ive never been treated so rudely by a person in customer service. I left immediately and wil NOT be returning. Go somewhere else!

They closed early and I knocked on the door but the employee ignored me. I came to spend some money here but after this experience I will gladly take my shopping to any other smoke shop. So go home early and miss out on more costumers cause aint no other place of business turn away business but this place obviously dont need me or any other person shopping there. I wont use this business again. I was sold a faulty product and they refused to exchange it. The manager said that it could be fixed with a screwdriver, however, if you flip it with your finger it comes loose again. They leave a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service.

I mean if you have need for smoking pieces they most likely have what you need. I have never been let down or judged by this place. They have a laid back team willing to answer any of your questions when it comes to any piece they have or even answers to questions on cigarettes. This place is pretty cool once you step inside. A little over whelming at first. Ask for a tour and Im sure you will get one.

I can only speak on what ive purchased from there, which is catridge/pen batteries and their usb chargers. They are junk. The batteries fall apart or just stop working rather quickly (between my friends and i weve purchased around 8 from here, and a round 10 chargers, throughout the last year or so and its consistent). The last two chargers i picked up ($3.00 each) on the very first time using them, the very first time i want to reiterte that, melted in the same place. The inside board heated up and melted the outside. Dangerous! Do not buy!

I went here to buy an item for a friend. I was amazed at all the things they sell! If you use vapes they have everything you need. Flavors, with nicotine and without. Plus much more than I even know about. Still have pipes..many more than before,,cigarettes, and about anything you need. The staff was helpful and I was thankful as there was so much to pick from.

I went here today in order to make my usual puchase. I am from Mississippi with a southern accent. The owner of the store told me that i need to learn how to speak correctly, if not do not come back to his store. I was truly offended by his comment and told him he should respect the different dialects of the world. He then told me to get my black ass out of his store and do not come back. What i am not understanding is that he is from the middle east and english is tremendously broken. But wants to make racist statements like this. I will never go back to any of the establishments with this name. I work hard and do not mind spending my hard earn dollars with people more grateful for your business. Very bad customer service.

Appears they have moved down 3 doors left in the same GOG plaza but to the left. Looks like they expanded the space. Looks like a merge with the dab and vape lounge too. Not a big fan of the smell of vape/hooka though really. To me has kinda flavor of your choice ropy smell like if rope was on low burn of ambers. Nice prices for stuff replacement accessories to fix your prior purchases.

Excellent smoke shop. The covered windows give an impression of a small, dingy shop, but there is a very large selection and the store is very neat, organized, and easy to browse. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Rude. Cheap. No returns on factory defaults. Could care less about costomers. Covid breeding ground with employees and costomers not wearing masks or following guidlines. Many better and nicer places to shop. This place gives Colorado a bad taste for the area.

Good pipes. However I bought a vape product from them and it worked in the store. Brought it home to charge it, wont charge, wont work, and they dont care. That doesnt scream great service to me.

Thus company refuses to give refunds for or to even accept faulty merchandise back or offer a discount on a future purchase to replace said faulty merchandise. And I was a very loyal customer. Smoker City Emporium will not receive one further cent from this very dissatisfied and disappointed former customer. Get it together, guys.

Mostly rude and not customer focused. On more than one occasion and with more than one particular person, they have been short- No greeting, no eye contact - In fact kinda feels like youre bothering them when you ask for help 😳 Its uncomfortable to be in there sometimes....Theres one female employee (blond) shes been there for awhile, shes the worst one of the bunch. Never smiles, she acts as if the patrons of the store have some nasty incurable disease and if she gets too close shell catch it! On more than a couple of occasions they help a customer who came in after I did. How rude! And then they act as if you did something to them instead of the other way around! 😟

Not bad pricing but customer service seems to be on the backend here. If youre looking for some cheap glass for smoking this is the place. If youre looking for outstanding customer service on top of that go elsewhere.

Recently went in and bought a rig & torch. (Btw I spend over $50 a week in backwoods there) withen a week the torch broke, but hey it happens right? Bought another one no complaints. Then that same week the nail shattered. Went in to get another rig, explained the story & stated all I simply wanted was 5-10 dollars off. Not for free but just somethin off since the stuff ha been faulty. Couldnt even budge a lil. Cheap ol bastard rather lose money & customers than be a compassionate sales man. Douche.

Yes the younger men working there are very very rude. One actually swore at me. I actually filed a report with BBB in Colorado Springs; in addition I filed a complaint asking for an apology. The more people who make these rude men known the less business they will have. They dont deserve good customers.

Cheaper prices for lower quality but thats what they advertise so Im happy knowing I got what I paid for. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the staff in here are judgmental and can be quite rude!

I really like going to the Emporium, here in Manitou Springs, because of the variety of items and supplies sold.Aside from just carrying the essential Tobacco Products, like Rolling machines and Cigarette Tubes.. they also have a wide array of different Pipes, Bongs, SteamRollers, Hookahs. You name it, you can probably find it here. They also have a small Incense area, near the front of the store, with all kinds of scents.I would recommend the Nag Champa Brand of Incense Sticks, as they are the cheapest and finest you can buy, and another scent called Fresh Rain. (it.is.wonderful.)They also do bulk deals for bundles up to 10-30-100 sticks, as well as allowing you to Mix and Match, if youre looking to try a variety of the scents.Normally I stop by to grab some Butane Canisters, which is pretty cheap if you buy the Power Brand of Butane. I think I pay about $3 a canister, and it can last me months. (Now THATS a swindle my dude)ONE LAST THING: if you are looking for a really tasty Blunt Wrap, I HIGHLY recommend the Zig Zag Dragonberry Flavored Cones. They are by far the best that I have tasted and smoked, and Im very picky when I comes to Blunt flavors.Hopefully this will help you decide if this is the right shop for you to check out.And even if you just plan on window shopping, its always nice to just walk around and check out all the different merchandise, with some good tunes in the background.Happy Rolling Mates!

I work in a shop across the street from Smokers Emporium and was given the wrong pack of cigarettes, I was treated very rudely when I attempted to exchange them for the correct pack. I was told it was illegal, which when looked up, is a complete fabrication. I was then retold that lie by the owner who hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and outright dishonest.

The road construction work being performed between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, definitely has good long term benefits. The consternation of randomly blocked business access drives has made it difficult to sometimes impossible to shop a SMOKER CITY EMPORIUM. Despite the challenges of arriving. The owners and associates are WORTH THE TROUBLE of driving there! They have extensive knowledge of the several thousand items within their inventory. I appreciate the honesty and I am never oversold or upsold to the next highest items price. Since 2013 , I have been recommending many of our own (Organica Herb and Tea) customers to visit SMOKER CITY EMPORIUM and many have thanked me. This is certainly the best smoke shop Ive shopped.
