Missy is the real deal! The kindest business owner I’ve ever met. Walking in the store, I felt super comfortable and welcomed. Not an annoying/aggressive sales-y environment either.Most vape places in town are filled with people who look and act like they hate their jobs. Can’t be bothered to give advice or talk to people for more than 5 mins.I called her before coming to the store and drove all the way from Fountain. We chatted for about 10 mins as I asked her about the best kind of vape for using 100% VG juice. I had done research on my own via YouTube & Reddit, but kept buying devices that spit in my mouth and was making me sick. Flushed hundreds of dollars down the toilet on crappy products previously.I go to the store and she spends at least another half hour, closer to an hour explaining all the devices to me. She then sets up the vape for me entirely, showing me every last detail and does so kindly and not irritated.I’ve always felt so anxious going into vape stores because the employees are so angry. She is just wonderful. Told me to call or come in with any issues with the product & she will help me anytime. Business owners like this just do not exist anymore. Thank you for your time and patience with what felt like such a tall order. I will be coming back here only! And soon because my spouse already messed up my set up lol. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Vapor Uprising. They have a mind-boggling array of juices and devices. In accordance with current regulations, I added the precise measure of nicotine I specified to the particular flavors I chose, allowing me to work my way down to zero, eventually. This is how I quit smoking those horrible cigars in a comfortable way, allowing me to continue functioning while I did so. They are performing an invaluable public service, with diligence and courtesy!

I just tried an e-leaf mini stick and am VERY impressed! I was buying the stick chargers and Daniel had recommended the e-leaf and I blew him off because I thought he was trying to upsell me. Little did I know that he actually tried to HELP me. I found out that he uses the same one. Dont be a knucklehead like me, just save time and money and listen to an HONEST salesman like Daniel. Great customer service and great company all around

My favorite vape store by a mile!! They always have what I want. Never have I ever gone in, only to hear we dont have that flavor of juice or we stopped carrying those coils - NEVER. They dont pull that crap of we stopped carrying that because it didnt sell when you know damn well that it DID sell, like Vapor Source does. They are also helpful and friendly every time I go in. They have even helped me repair my vaporizer when screws started coming out or when I have dropped it on the floor for the 90th time - problems I couldnt fix at home. They dont try to sell you a vaporizer unless you truly need it. I moved far away, but I still make the 20-minute drive over there , passing probably 5 other vape shops much closer because of their awesomeness. I will never go to another vape shop unless these guys close. Great company!!

They recently knocked out the wall and expanded to the next door space giving them much more room for more merchandise. I loved it before and I love more now. They happen to carry everything that I need Im my particular mod. Its the way they seem to care about quitting smoking tobacco that gets me. I think its cool the way they talk about quitting smoking and sell that book right in the store. Way to go guys.

This vape store is amazing. I have gone here since they opened about a decade ago and am always impressed. The owners, James and Missy are wonderful people. They are kind and caring and have complete knowledge of the vape industry. The store has multiple lines of vape products including; juices, mods, coils, etc. Their employees are great as well. Daniel and Serenity always greet me with a smile and take care of all of my needs. I have never been disappointed here and will give them my business forever! Thank you for all that you do and helping me stay away from cigarettes. I feel so much better after quiting and I no longer smell like an ash tray!

Vapor Uprising kept my clouds up and rising ................* * * * * 5 Stars !Vapour Uprising really helped me out today . i just found out that vape shops are forced to close for now , due to the virus . but , Vapour Uprising is offering delivery within the area . so that you can still be lucky to have your vaping supplies ! i was almost out of liquid and vaping on a burnt coil lol . i was really happy to hear they were offering delivery ! the order process was very simple and easy over the phone call and theyll give you details . delivery was on time and fast 40 minutes . even the delivery driver was friendly . my last thoughts of my Vapour Uprising experience , im thankful that you offered your delivery service during this terrible time . people like you that are out there still working and keeping the world turning are heroes . what made my Vapor Uprising experience even more better is the fact that it was my first experience with them . a great first go round experience and service will for sure go round again . stay safe and thank you !

I had been buying juice online to save money but Id much rather spend a little more to support a local business who works hard to take care of their customers. Great service and very profess

I spent over 40 on a bottle of juice that had to have the nicotine hand mixed in. This is normally my favorite flavor and What I ended up with tastes nothing like it and is terrible. I called and asked for a refund and the best they can do is offer half off another item. So Id be spending more money on another juice I dont want. 40 bucks down the drain. Very Disappointing.

Ive been going here a while and will keep going. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they give great advice/recommendations. I locked my keys in my car and they even helped me out so I didnt have to call a locksmith. Great people. I even broke their coat hanger, and guess what... They told me not to worry about it. Not only is this business one of the most friendly and inviting places of business that I have experienced before but inventory levels, quality of product, cleanliness and integrity they portray, is beyond expectations. I love that they left me with the feeling that no matter who walks into their shop, they appreciate and value that persons patronage. I have visited so many shops in this great state and have never received the attention as I do here. The guy behind the counter owns the location. This makes him incredibly eager to help, and in addition he is extremely knowledgeable. The selection is different from many other stores, and the prices are low. The house juice is very good as well. I get juice all over the city, however I go here if I ever need a question answered or to get premium juice at the best price. I rarely leave reviews, but this is one place that absolutely deserves it.

Much appreciation to these guys for keeping me supplied thru the pandemic!! Their delivery service was awesome, always on time and very convenient!! I live all the way across town but will always make the drive to come see them. Their knowledge and expertise is priceless!! James even fixed my vape pen when I thought it was broken, instead of trying to sell me another one!! Im so glad I found you guys and I wouldnt go anywhere else!! 😊

Have been to vape stores in multiple cities and states. I personally have never experienced the friendly demeanor and product knowledge that James and Missy possess, at any other shop. You get a welcome feeling when you walk through the door and there is never a rush or pressure to buy anything. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great shop. Try it out. They wont disappoint.

Polite enough, but explained the whole vape from the ground up without even asking if I knew anything about vapes... Which I do. So it was kind of redundant, but he treated me as if I knew nothing and had never stepped foot in a vape store before... Which I can appreciate. Education is great. But maybe ask if I need help or have questions instead. Also asked for 6mg juice and watched him cross out the 0mg and write a 6, but didnt realize what he was doing until I got home and took it out of the bag. Sooo did I actually get 6mg? I dunno 🤷🏻‍♀️Other than that it was fine I guess but Im not sure Ill go back.

I used to shop here all the time and they have been really helpful with me buying my new mod. But recently I noticed a change in the solution and they now carry all 0mg nicotine vape solution and add the nicotine separately. For me I have always bought name brand solutions and have always stayed away from store brands. This doesnt make me feel as comfortable anymore buying my solution from this shop. I understand the premixed is more but I dont mind paying for what I am shopping for. If you are looking for premixed solution you may want to look else where.

To say Serenity and Keegan took care of me is an understatement, not only did they do open heart surgery to my mod, they ended up replacing the coil in my tank, and after the wire broke in mine, they even gave me a temporary mod to get me back and vaping again until I get paid to come buy a new one. This shop is out of my way but I make the trip every time I need juice or anything for my mod. Ive been a customer for 2.5 years. The stellar customer service is what keeps me coming back! I usually feel super uncomfortable going into vape stores because I don’t know much about it, but they were super nice & helpful and the guy working showed me exactly how to use it. It was their stores 5th anniversary so they had a bunch of free shirts/beanies we could take. It was definitely a good experience!

I was in today and was told the owner wants to open a 3rd location. Please open one in Pueblo your prices are un beatable business would boom! I bought a mod from another huge and popular store and got no info despite multiple questions about the working of my device. I came to this place and not only were the people there extremely knowledgeable, but they are also willing to educate their customers about what theyre buying and how to care for it. Very friendly and genuine people.

Prices are really good. I started going to this store when she first opened. The owner was very friendly then. Since moving back I started going back she was not quite as friendly the last few times Ive gone, however the staff is nice.

This uses to be my main vape shop for a while ,I havent bought jucie there lately i went in today (sep. 25) to buy juice and battery rewraps. The shop looked great but the guy working front desk was extremely unhelp and made me feel unwelcome and rushed. i ended up buying a juice but no rewraps as i ask for them the guy who was working ignored me and started with another customer. I doubt I will be coming to this store anytime soon.

I use to be a customer at vapor source and then one day I ran out of my regular juice and went to the nearest vape shop and I found my new favorite juice humble butter scotch. What I also found was 2 owners who go out of their way to make sure every customer is happy. I bought the wrong coils and they actually went out of their way and delivered them to my home. They treat each customer like theyre friends and that made a huge impact on me. So I will travel a few miles out of my way just so I can go to the store on fillmore. If you’re looking to up your vape game look no further. As a vaping neophyte I asked for the best device they had. She set me up with the Regis 200 watt. Awesome device! She set it up and gave me a tutorial on all the functions. She had me test it and the 24 mg nicotine bottle that came with it was too strong. So she just gave me a bottle of 0 nicotine to dilute. Unbeatable experience. Will never shop anywhere else for vaping products.

I was very disappointed with them. everything I asked for I was told they were out of stock and it would be there Monday. They are double on their prices. I use the Vapor Source most of the time and I pay $10 for 60 mL of juice and paid$10 for 30 ml of the same juice at Vapor uprising.
