I went for a Thai massage and walk. Sue did an awesome job. I work construction and needed some full body work to help heal some muscle strains. Gladly go again. Very zen and walked out feeling great and not sore my muscles felt relaxed and taken care of. 🥰💜💙

I have been several times and absolutely love it! Very different than a western massage but in good ways. Lots of stretching and active moving of the muscles to get to problem areas. I love the hot stones use after the muscles have been loosened up. And the hot towels after the back work is complete to help wipe off all the massage oil. I always recommend this place to everyone!

I last visited positive energy a couple months ago. I left Columbus to Green Bay,WI to join the trucking industry.There is no place like home when it comes to massage spas! Wonderful experience! Every major body part was massaged and my massage therapist, Lisa, knew exactly where my body needed work somehow. She even took the time to stretch out my arms, legs, and back after the massage- it was truly wonderful, and exactly what I needed.Its also a really beautiful and relaxing space.I will 100% go back.

I just had an outstanding massage by Sue. She started by asking if I had any areas i wanted her to focus on, as well as desired pressure. Then she checked back with me occasionally to make sure she was on the right track. Importantly, while focusing on by back and shoulders as I had requested, she very nicely blended in the rest of my body as well. I walked out of this very clean establishment feeling whole again! Sue gets my five stars!

I’ve been to so many different massage studios in Columbus and nobody is as creative and intuitive as this place. They hit areas of my body that I legit have never been massaged before. 10/10!

I was in a lot of pain, and this was the only place I could get into right away. I called ahead was told to come on in. I was great by Lisa and taken back to the private room. The place had low lighting, relaxing music , and was well cleaned. I explained my pain and she went to work. She checked to make sure the pressure was OK and checked on my a couple times throughout the massage. I prefer hard pressure to really breakdown the knots and get relief. Lisa did an excellent job and took great care of my in my time of need.The prices are fair and there are some different options like Hot Stone Treatment. Id never done the Hot Stones before, but Lisa recommended for my pain. She checked that the heat of the stones was ok and not too hot for my skin. Then, she used them, along with the oil, to message my back. Shed then leave them in key places once theyve come down in temp enough to sit in place, then shed grab another set of stones.I felt better when I left, but it turned out that my pain was neck and spine related. I still ended up needing to go to a chiropractor, but the massage definitely offered me some temporary relief and relaxed me.They also offer a loyalty card for a discount after so many hours of total massage time. Booked for mother’s day for my mum and she said it was the best experience of her life, she’s never felt so relaxed, muscle knots really worked out and, she’s ready to work a massage into the monthly budget! We’ll be back again and again!

What an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic experience. I decided to try a massage here on a whim because theyre in my neighborhood and open on Sunday evenings. The women who were working were so sweet, and my massage therapist frequently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I walked out feeling pleasantly like gelatinous goo. I will definitely be making this a part of my routine.

Today I stopped in hoping to find availability without an appointment and was lucky to show up at a perfect time. Very clean, and professional business. It was without a doubt the best massage Ive ever had. It was strong, thorough, relaxing and the therapist (Su) was so polite and she made me comfortable and checked in with me frequently to make sure I liked the pressure she was using. I can tell she has many years of experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit.Also I cant believe some of the reviews in here. Some people just like to complain or have unreachable expectations. This place is awesome.

Today was my first time ever going to massage place and let me tell you! First the atmosphere was amazing and perfectly peaceful and calming for relaxation. Second very professional. Sue walked me through all the steps and made sure to ask if pressure was too much or if the hot rocks were too hot.Third there were specific spots that I mentioned I was having issues with and Sue made sure to pin point them for me. Four, once all done I felt amazing not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually!!!! Definitely going t back regularly!!!!

First time customer. The studio is clean and decorated nicely. The staff is also friendly. The massage was great and she did a good job of checking in with me during the session. My favorite part about this place are the prices. They are very fair compared to most places I researched. Just a note they have a $5 charge if you use a card.

I have been to this studio many times. It is a very nice and relaxing place. Jenny (owner) has helped me a lot with my old injury areas. I was just there again this week, and she put me through some stretches that really helped. Jenny is very knowledgeable and very good with her treatments. I highly recommend her!

We went for a 2 hour, couple massage. The wife enjoyed her experience, I had a lack luster massage.Positives - the place was cleanNegatives- price is not what it seems. Credit card prices are more expensive than cash. Having said that it is every hour is $5.00 more so a 2 hr massage for 2 people is $20.00 more.THEN THEY ASK FOR A BIGGER TIP ??? FOR WHAT??we did have to wait 10 min for our appointment time extra (no big deal).My massage started off ok with what I thought was a muscle warm up. I did say medium to hard pressure. It never got past a rub.EMPLOYEE CELL PHONES RANG DURING THE MASSAGE IN THE ROOM.THE MASSAGE WAS NOT STELLERYOU UPCHARGED ME $15.00I BELIEVE HALF THE TIME MY MASSAGE WAS ONE HANDED WHILE SHE WAS TEXTING.NOT GOING BACK

Terrible experience, the lady that messaged me acted nice but didn’t even want to touch my skin she put a towel over my back and was trying to message me thru the towel to wipe off my skin which was very irritating to my skin she didn’t think I would catch on but I did. She applied no pressure whatsoever I basically over paid for a light skin rub. Also they had a fake coupon posted online for 5 off I tried to use it the lady had to call the manager and told me to write a positive review to use it. I attempted to post a review to use the coupon after they checked it was posted I gave her the money and asked for my change back and she BEGGED me to keep the 5 dollars off I was supposed to receive back for her tip. Absolute WORST message experience of my life PLEASE avoid this shady smelly place!

Great massage and service I only noticed my husband massage was constantly interrupted by the masseuse because she was answering the door as other customers came in and talking to other staff and answering questions attempting to help the day to day operations flow. And I understand, but if you don’t have enough staff to handle day to day services without interrupting the customers section then attempting to accommodate us may not be the answer. I want to go back just a little Leary of interruptions.

Very professional and has helped me alot with my back and hip pain I have had. Wish I would have gotten the lady that gave me mine last time inwas there. Her knee trick on my back helped out alot. Will recommend this place to anyone that needs a very good and relaxing massage. Looking forward to my next visit.

For years your Chinese and Asian massage parlors have scammed us Americans in every way possible. This will come to a stop as laws will be passed in congress regulating your businesses. Its finally over. The more you try the more of the divide will grow for your businesses. Expect jail time.

They don’t pay attention to the time and how to time massage. Didn’t finished massage. Left side got properly massage, the rest barely. I would recommend better time management to make the massage a uniform one

This place came off like it was so professional. I was so mad at the service I received. The lady didn’t understand medium pressure because she used her knees in my back that caused more damage. She stopped my service over four times to answer her cell phone, then over charged me during my cash out and didn’t seem to understand me telling her the price was not correct. I will never use them again
