Codi does an amazing job and I wish it was cheaper so I could see her more often!!I did try and see someone else there on a promo day and it might’ve been the worst massage I ever had but thankfully I paid less for it.

Today I called with some severe back pain, and the receptionist was able to get me in the same day. I got in with Lori today, and wow she saved my whole life! I will be making regular visits back to this place!

Courtney was AMAZING! I have had massages done many times and by many providers in the past 20 years, and this was by far the best massage I have received. Courtney not only communicates well about what to expect, she was also very skilled with increasing or decreasing pressure when needed. She also has a great personality and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable from the start. I look forward to booking another appointment with her.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. The front desk staff is always warm, the space is clean and calm, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today I had my first session with Samantha and am compelled to write this review. She is AH-MAZING! Within 10 minutes, I felt like I was with an old friend. The massage was therapeutic, so we discussed problem areas, stressors and activities. Sam reviewed my previous visits and asked questions to tailor the session. Her conversation was easy and she was attentive. It was incredibly refreshing to experience a therapist able to feel the areas of tension, address and alleviate them, and explain why it was happening. Her pressures were firm and effective, but not overwhelming. She is smart, witty and genuinely cares about fixing the problems. I have been to many massage therapists, chains, etc over the years.Thrive is by far the best and most consistent care and service I have encountered. I highly recommend Thrive, any of their therapists, but especially Samantha!

I went here last Sunday after getting back from a very long week of traveling. They seemed to be the only massage place in Columbus with an opening! I saw Lori and SHE WAS AMAZING! I’ve never had a massage before, she made me feel comfortable and I left feeling so much better, relaxed and renewed! I will definitely be coming back and bringing my friends here too! Angelita is an outstanding message therapist although I am new to this experience (only two messages by her and only one previous message). I feel that she knows the process very well and did a good job with me.

After suffering with back and neck pain I scheduled a 60 min massage with Natalie. She was very kind, personal and professional. I could feel she really cared for my personal needs and did an AMAZING job at putting me at ease. I feel 1000x better after leaving and would highly recommend Natalie to everyone!!

Codi is amazing! She does a thorough consultation before the massage, she checks to make sure the amount of pressure shes using is comfortable, and she checks again throughout the massage. I would recommend her to anyone!

The place was beautiful and the staff was nice but the lymphatic massage was horrible. And for as bad as it was, it was extremely over-priced. I’ve had dozens of lymphatic massages, all light touch, but this one was just not good. It felt like a toddler rolling their fingers in small circles all over my mid-section. She wasn’t free flowing or moving fluid towards my lymph nodes. They may do other massages better but this is not the place for a good, or even average, lymphatic massage.

Just hady first massage with Em. Oh my goodness, heavenly. I will be back! So accommodating, you forget youre in Columbus, and not in a luxury spa in Bali ❤️

I went in for a Lymphatic massage because I recently had surgery. I have had quite a few lymphatic massages before even one during my recovery for my surgery. This lymphatic massage that I got was nothing like the others I have asked friends about the type of lymphatic massage that I’ve got and they have never heard of such a style I paid $130 for 90mins.My massage therapist was very nice and professional however, I don’t believe that the lymphatic massage that she gave me was correct. she did tell me prior to starting the massage that her style is different however if I would’ve known that her style was gonna be that way, I would’ve never went and I would’ve never paid $130.

One of the best spa treatments Ive ever had anywhere. Ive been to all the chains, salons and independents in the area over the past three years. This was by far the best. I got a 90 minute full body and 30 minute infared pain management sauna. I would do it every week if I could. The spa was spotless, relaxing and sound proof. The massage was phenomenal. If I had one complaint it was that their POS credit card machine is not set up as a medical service but rather N/A therefore you cant use your flexible spending debit. If it was, Id be there every week. So happy I tried just one more after I had given up... :-)

New to area, noticed it driving. Best decision I’ve made is calling to schedule appointment! This place is so calming, relaxing and so nice inside! Loved the infrared sauna and our massages were awesome!!! Staff was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable! We will definitely return. We cannot wait to become members of Thrive!

I am from out of town and found this place on the internet. I have bad neck and shoulder issues from clenching my teeth and was in so much pain. When I called the person on the phone was so friendly and informative. I booked and was able to get in when I requested. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk (one of the owners) was nothing short of the friendliest person Ive ever met. She was welcoming and so happy I was there. Codi was my massage therapist and I cannot begin to tell you how AMAZING she is. I wish I lived closer! I will be coming back next time Im in town! Thank you Thrive Massage & Wellness!

Great time! Went for couples massages. They were great! Natalie was amazing. My hubs had Codey he said she was great as well! We also enjoyed the sauna beforehand and it was great! Highly recommend!!!

I wanted to try the infrared sauna based on some of the health benefits I read about. I stated on the phone that this would be my first time and got an appointment the same day. After I completed the necessary paperwork, I was taken straight to the changing room and to the sauna. No review of my health, expectations of the sauna, nothing. I’m in good health so I went ahead. After I checked out, again, no inquiry about what my goals were, offer of packages to return or suggestions of pairing the sauna with let’s say massages and essential oils. Just two people folding sheets at the front desk-very unprofessional. It was an oddly sterile experience for a spa and I have visited all over the world. This was my first grocery store type transaction. From a business perspective I would at least expect at an ask for repeat business. From a health and wellness perspective I was expecting information on how Thrive would help me. They didn’t do either.

Sydney was AMAZING. Ive had a lot of massages in my life but she really listened to my needs and delivered a service that left me feeling amazing. I went in with a migraine and left without one. Definitely returning!

My goodness, this place is such a gem. First, the staff are so very knowledgeable and concerned for any physical conditions so that they may adjust the massage to have it be an enjoyable experience. Serene. They do not hurry you along, give you less than the timed session like many chain type places are notoriously practicing. The timed session begins when you are on the table and the therapist starts the massage. Ive been here multiple times, never had the post-massage soreness that so many other places ended up giving me. Ask questions, they want to help you make the best decisions for you - no pressure. Their collective customer care and experience is felt with each encounter, youll be in such good hands.

Gina is absolutely fantastic! This was my first full-body Reiki experience. Gina absolutely is in TUNE and tuned me up! I highly recommend a Reiki session with GINA. Your life will be so improved!!

My massage with Em was just what I needed! She did a fantastic job catering the massage to my individual needs, and worked a couple months worth of knots out!

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Thrive yesterday as a part of their Unwind and Rewind promotion. The woman who checked us in and showed us around had great energy and made a great experience even better. The infrared treatment was relaxing and facilities were very clean; we will absolutely be back!

First time going to THRIVE will definitely be back. This was the best massage I have ever had, hands down. The staff and atomosphere is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I had Samantha as my masuse, she was incredible. Recommend this place for massages best in Columbus!

Thus so far Ive only done the infrared sauna, but it was really relaxing! The whole place is really clean and calm. Im looking forward to going for the sauna again, and at some point dragging my boyfriend along with me!

Be careful when scheduling online, the system allows you to schedule when the business is not open and if you prepaid and have to cancel (even 72 hours in advance) your money isn’t returned to you for 10 business days.

I just had a free trial infrared sauna session here. Although I was sceptical about the detox stuff they were talking about and dont believe all the toxin pseudoscience, the overall experience was excellent. It felt like what a day on the beach would be like with no glare and no possibility of sunburn. The state of mental relaxation and comfort it put me in is wonderful and I would recommend this especially to someone suffering from anxiety or exhaustion.

This was my first massage experience. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and friendly. As any first time massage client I was uneasy and nervous about the experience, but Luke and Natalie did an amazing job.

Codi B was AMAZING. This was my 1st massage and it was WAY better than my first mani/pedi. I will definitely be back. The extras...sugar scrub and aromatherapy were worth it.

Absolutely wonderful. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the massage therapists are AMAZING.. so much so that I bought a membership. It’s small and provides a more intensive experience. 10 stars!

Samantha did such a great job. Excellent natural ability to find where attention needed and provide much needed help. I really appreciated my time at Thrive. if you are in need of stress relief and relaxation I would highly recommend a visit to Thrive.

One of the best decisions I’ve made was to see an LMT and Codi has got to be one of a kind. Prior to the appt. I was experiencing pain in the right shoulder blade and mid back and not only did she help with relief in those areas but found multiple other areas that needed work. It’s been a little over 24hrs since my session and I can honestly say that the relief is real. The pain in my shoulder is nearly gone and hasn’t returned, even after a day of moving. Codi is truly gifted at what she does.

Where do I begin? Everyone here was so curtious and professional. I can easily say this was the best massage I have ever had! Dan is the man! I got up from the massage and my back literally felt weightless. My only regret was not coming in sooner!

Highly recommend the massage therapists at this business! Absolutely cured my knee and shoulder pain. All are fantastic here, Samantha is a healer if you need deep tissue.

This place is AMAZING!!!!!! I have had back pain for months and asa I left I was pain free.....not to mention asa I walked in the door they knew my name and wished me a happy birthday. Cody (sorry if I misspelled it) was so sweet and it amazed me how she got all the knots out of my back being as tiny as she is. Keep it up guys Ill be back. Today I had a 90 minute massage with Natalie and this session was so amazing..She was very welcoming,warm and kind..She checked in with me through out the session on the pressure of the massage and the temperature on the bed at the end of the service she offered me a bottle of water the service was class A. if you are on the fence about booking with Thrive please just do it...

I really have enjoyed the last couple visits there. I have had a couple different people but they both did very well. The cost is high that I’m not to happy about but I would for sure recommend having a massage done there.

Every time I leave, I feel 1000% awesome (yes, one thousand percent!) They are very friendly and laid back, the services really promote relaxation and holistic well-being. Im so glad to have heard about this place.Go now!
