Tibet Massage

After several days of unrelenting back pain, I booked a last minute massage at Tibet Massage. What a great experience! Allison was friendly and prompt. When I told her specifically where the pain was, she went to work with stretching and deep tissue methods that really reduced the pain very quickly, without the torture that often seems to come with deep tissue. She made me feel very comfortable, was professional, and truly gifted at her craft. Well done Allison!

Tibet has been my favorite massage clinic for a couple years now. Allison and her staff are professionals and they always do a great job. I visited recently due to a lot of overall pain and stiffness and had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Bettie. She has a background in medical massage, and her technique was very therapeutic. I left feeling great!

Allison (I think that was her name) was wonderful! I didnt get a massage, but my husband did due to some should and neck pain he has been having. She brought me into the room afterwards and showed me how to help loosen his muscles in that area because they were extremely tight. Definitely will be going back!

Ive had back surgery and systemic shoulder and neck issues, and Alison did such a great job today that I went from what was going to be a 1 hour massage to a 2 hour one. It was worth every penny, and Ill be back. The best massage Ive ever had, hands down!

Let me start out by saying I have had over 50 professional massages throughout my life and none come close to the most incredible deep tissue massage I received today from Alison. My lower back has been aching for days from just good old fashioned hard work and by the time I left, literally felt like a new man. Very professional, very clean establishment, and most definitely will be going on a regular basis. Highly recommend !!!!

Very unique experience. You will love this place! Alison is very attentive. Worked all knots and muscle tightness out and gave pointers on things to try at home to alleviate muscle and neck pain. This is a way different massage than most. Clean and reasonably priced for the wonderful service you receive. I called and got appt very same day!

Im so happy I finally got to check this place out. Alisons personality is very down to earth and makes it easy to relax. You can tell she really cares about the well being of her clients. The massage technique was great. I have to say I am a bit picky when it comes to massages and frequently find myself checking out different places (upscale hotel spas, well rated small business spas, & chain massage spas) because I cant seem to find someone who can get the knots out and at the same time relax my sore muscles with slower & stronger broad strokes. I can already tell my body is going to feel better for more than just the day. Not to mention I feel super relaxed. Definitely coming back sooner than later & would highly recommend!! Mostly I’m just happy I don’t have to drive all the way to Atlanta to get a good massage :)

I went to Tibet and met Allison. She was so kind and an absolute professional! She not only gave me an amazing massage and helped me with my pain in my neck and shoulders, she took the time to teach me methods to prevent the pain. She is wonderful and I will be going back.

I had Allison today for a 90 minute massage and I must say it was the best massage I have ever had. I have been to resorts and Sundays Day Spa in town, and nothing compares! She included the hot stones, reflexology, acupressure types in my massage. I have never felt better. I highly recommend Allison here at Tibet Massage.

Alison gives an amazing deep tissue massage. She is very attentive to any problem areas and gives them the perfect amount of attention. Could not recommend enough. I will definitely be booking again soon.

I was able to make a last minute 645pm massage. It was wonderful.Clean, Beautiful location. Next To Dr Pariss office. I felt safe and not sure what oil she uses but my skin felt wonderful. She is very strong yet she didnt kill me. Military discounts !

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Alison’s technique was outstanding! I was in town for a tennis tournament, needed some sore muscles worked on and decided to phone her up for a session based on the on line reviews. She can tell where you’re knotted up by running her hands over your body. Give her a call. You won’t be disappointed.

So I called to ask if they had any availability for today. I was told they do from the moment I called (1:40pm) until 3pm. Then I was asked when I wanted to come in. So I said 2pm. They dont have a website so I asked about pricing and if they had a 30 min massage. I was told no we dont have a 30 min massage you need to go somewhere else and she hung the phone up in my face. She didnt try to tell me about ANYTHING they offer. She just told me to go somewhere else. So thats EXACTLY what I will do with my money. Take it somewhere that has customer service and cares about gaining new customers. Because I work in a hospital amd I have been known to give business to massage places who make me feel welcomed and do a great service. You can BET I wont recommend this place.

Ive had many massage from all over the world, but this massage was definitely the best. I was in town for my moms surgery and wanted to go get a quick massage, so I didnt expect to get such a personalized massage. She used several massage techniques from traditional Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, etc - all based on what I specifically need. She focused on my problem areas, but didnt neglect he non-problem areas. I cant say rave enough on how AMAZING this massage was. Even the massage table was perfect - not your standard table - much longer and wider with the head cut out in the table verses the extension at the top (she offered the standard table too).This massage experience was so great that I would consider driving down to Columbus from Atlanta just to get a massage from Tibet Massage. Thanks so much Allison!!

This place gives a legit massage. I’ve been there twice. Today I had a massage from Addison. She was excellent. The perfect amount of pressure, stretching, light touch. I left super relaxed and highly recommend this place. Prices are good as well. Very clean. Excellent!

Ive had at least 3 emergency instances where I have had severe back pain. Tibet Massage took me in as a late afternoon walkin & the service was amazing! I highly recommend their services. They definitely know what they are doing & how to target those problem areas while giving relief that lasts!

Went as a walk in. Allison did an ok job. Wasn’t the best. Kept leaving the room and leaving door open. Burned my foot with the hot towel. Also mentioned they get tipped like restaurants so was I going to tip. I said yea sure $15 and I gave her $100 bill and came back saying she didn’t have change so just to tip her $10 but gave me a $20 back so later realized she kept $20 as tip. The massage was $60. So basically I paid $80. I didn’t mind so much the amount but the fact she played me saying she kept $10. Will not return. Also the room had spider web n spiders on the corner. The oil she used smelled bad like herbs or something. Very disappointed.

Horrible, waste of money and not worth the tip she begged for after. No understanding of the muscles, she complained about being tired, very heavy breathing and got up and left the room 6 times for the door/phone/towels. I was excited after reading the reviews but very disappointed after paying $100 for deep tissue sports massage and only getting oiled up. I am a massage therapist and this place does not deserve the high reviews. Still looking for a real massage?

Ive had shoulder issues for years. I have been to chiropractors and many massage therapists. By far, Allison is the best. She works with attention and precision.

I had a muscle spasm that was not relieved with muscle relaxers, PE, or rest. It had my back swollen, kinda like a baby Egor. One day, I got the idea to get a massage and ended up calling Tibet! And OMG, the spasm that had bothered me for 2 months, that all of my children and husband tried to remedy, was gone after this massage! She identified the problem area instantly and that area hasnt spasmed since! I HIGHLY recommend this place! Its not one of the big places you may be accustomed to, but it was clean and quaint. Extremely reasonably priced.

Great staff and a very enjoyable, relaxing experience. Accommodated two last minute appointment requests. Cindy was incredibly sweet and pleasant, and extremely attentive down to all the little details to ensure I was as comfortable as possible! I highly recommend!
