I love this place, great spa to relax in and they accept walkins all day until 9pm. The masseuses are trained and professional. Great place to remedy last minute neck pain!

I went with a friend, we would never return, the experience was unpleasant and the lack of professionalism in the massagers was noticeable, they should not be working there without having any knowledge about therapy or massages, I usually get massages and these girls are not massagers either. The establishment is extremely expensive, they offered us one price and when we arrived the price was completely different and exaggeratedly expensive, the truth is I dont know if that is legal

This is my second review. My first review is below. I had another nice massage, with Liv this time. She did a great job at soothing my back pain. And it was fun talking about video games with her.Just a general bit of info. Once you have a massage here, youll occasionally get a sweet text message from one of the girls asking how youre doing. Theyre doing this out of professionalism. Its a friendly reminder so you dont forget them and come back. I get them as well from time to time.I had a wonderful massage from Vivica today. She was very welcoming and we had a great conversation about dogs.

Overall had a very nice experience. The room I was in could have used some TLC to be more relaxing and comfortable. Had a masseuse named Lainey and she was the bright spot of the visit. Very good at her job and easy to talk to, a happy person. Put her in a higher quality surroundings and that would be a winner.

The professional massage therapists at Tropical Touch certainly have that touch of Je ne sais quoi - that intangible distinctive quality one appreciates so much. All of the ladies have been wonderful...Ana, JoJo and Eva, and I know the others are as well. Highly recommend! Eight thumbs up!

My fiance and I got couple massages in February of 2024. The over all experience was not bad but tell me why one of the girls from the here decided to get my fiance number from there records and message him months later . This is obnoxious and unprofessional . Makes me wonder if shes so desperate that she might show up to our house next!! Lucky for her we moved out of state or I would have went down in person and demanded an explanation for her actions!!

Had an awesome experience coming in for my first time I felt like I was at home I was welcomed in with awesome attitudes but there is one masseuse I wanna give props too and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a perfect experience her name is demi she went above and beyond, very wonderful woman filled with a lot of calming energy our conversation was flowing like water all while being fully relaxed she got every spot that had even the slightest bit of tension and relieved all of it to the point where I was falling asleep all in all I walked out of the place feeling ready for anything.

Definitely had a good first time experience especially a big shout to this girl Demi, for helping relief all my stress away. Definitely will book again with her

I came in for a 1 hour session with Lainey and it was phenomenal. I got the hot stones and they were just right, she is sweet and easy to talk to and made my back and legs feel so much better. I work a demanding blue collar job so it was just what I needed. I will definitely be going back; for sure a 10/10 and I would recommend her to literally anyone.

I’ve been a few times; the staff is amazing - easy to talk to and professional; same day scheduling never an issue which is awesome. Obviously, they leaned hard into marketing the sexuality and intimacy of a massage for some reason. My only issue is the pricing. Significantly cheaper options out there. BUT; If you’re just looking for a relaxing massage with a babe and moneys not a prob this is the place for you lol

First time client experience was great! The staff was friendly and prompt! Loved the atmosphere and Lainey was great! Cant wait to set up monthly sessions and keep improving my back pain! Lainey was great at communicating and easing tension in my upper back! 10/10

Had Zoey work on me. She was an amazing person with a great personality to talk to. She would consistently ask if am doing okay or if its too much pressure while she worked. She has a more softer and gentle touch when she works which is a nice feeling.

If it was possible i would give nikki 100 star rating! She genuinely is the best there is. Her hands do amazing work and don’t even get me started about how spot on her pressure is and too top it off she has the coolest personality and makes sessions with her very enjoyable. NIKKI is the BEST in the game! I would pay 10x more if needed i will be back to see her again!

Staw away this young ladies scamming people. They are only there to get your money. They dontknow basic massage please staw away from them you can go to Chinese massage if you are looking real massage. If not this is your place and they are expensive too without knowledge.

Zoey is the BEST to get a massage from! I constantly have tight muscles and severe back pain and Zoey does such an incredible job working out all of the knots and getting my back to relax again. She’s absolutely gorgeous, very kind, and has great energy. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, she listened to my problem areas and was super attentive, she’s the only person I’ll be getting massages from now! 10/10

I wasn’t aware of this place until today, but I cannot recommend it highly enough! I’ve had plenty of great massages in my life, but Zoey was incredible! My session was the perfect combination of relaxation and therapeutically beneficial. It is so nice that they take walk-ins. I’ll definitely be back, again and again. Thank you Zoey!

I went today, 9/10 at 3:15, for the first time and Zoey checked me in and explained everything to me. She said she was very new and her goal was to take perfect care of me. She worried about was it enough pressure or too much pressure. My husband and I had a couples massage here and the girls did a great job. We had Izzy and Zoey. It was relaxing and much needed. They focused on spots that were tight and made sure we were comfortable. The conversations were great and I felt like I could connect with Zoey very well. The place is clean and comfortable. It’s also decorated very nice and aesthetically pleasing. If we’re ever back in Columbus we will definitely come back!

Today I stopped into Tropical Touch and I have to say wow! I saw Victoria today and she is amazing, stunning, professional and has the right touch to leave you completely relaxed and relieved from stress and anxiety… as do all the ladies here. To say this place is great doesn’t do it justice and it is hard not to stop in more often. Each girl is great but Victoria is my girl 👏🏻. She is amazing at her job and she takes her work very seriously. Every minute you’re in there you are tended to, the rooms are clean and presented well. I have to say that this could be the best spot in Columbus and by that reasoning these girls may be the best in the state. Anyway I just thought I had to leave a review after such an awesome experience I will be coming back very shortly!!! 🤍

I received a 90 Minute Tropical Massage Friday and Saturday evening one from Vic and one from Zoey. Both ladies were a pleasure to meet and get to know. They were absolutely stunning and massaged the right trigger points that relieved me of a lot of stress. Zoey has such an amazing personality as well as a masseuse! 20/10 recommend Tropical Touch! If I am ever near Columbus I will be stopping back in every time I am in the area.

I had a 4-hand, hour long massage, with Mia and Ava. The whole thing set me back $360. The massage started off with the ladies discussing what kind of music to play and going back and forth on their Alexa to decide on a station (meditation, relaxation, eh who knows). They gave up on that and just went with it. Ava was chatty whilst Mia mostly went about her business. They were both attractive ladies in their own way. Mia worked one leg for awhile, while Ava massaged my back. Ava and I engaged in friendly banter and eventually the girls switched positions. The touch was generally light. We discussed interests from music, to podcasts, to pets. When they were finished they took a warm towel and wiped me down. It was a pleasant experience overall.I considered a 5 star review because I did enjoy it. It just felt like something was missing.

I was met at the desk by a beautiful young woman, Honey, and was assisted with choosing a treatment. She escorted me to a nice, relaxing room. I chose the bikini massage, and was glad I did. This had to be the best massage I could ever imagine, by a stunning lady. Very nice conversation, professional massage. I would recommend her highly.

Had the most relaxing massage from a licensed masseuse. The staff was friendly, place was very clean, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. Ava was wonderful and also very pretty lady that knew her job, willing to answer any questions and was interested to me as a person and what was helping me to fell better. I called and booked a couples massage and informed them over the phone that I was 12 weeks pregnant. The woman on the phone was enthusiastic and said that wasn’t a problem. Well, my husband and I arrive at the location and sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes. After ringing the bell 2-3 times, someone finally comes out and said I can’t get a massage because I’m pregnant. I don’t know why they didn’t tell me this over the phone, but I’m highly upset as my husband and I already had gotten a babysitter for the day and now our day is ruined.

I’ve had the chance to get a massage at both locations and just WOW. The women working are all stunning and so sweet! It was like a massage and a low key therapy session in one! 😂❤️ i will be back!

Disinterested staff, bad attitude, and that’s just the customer service. The actual masseurs appeared to lack any basic training and only did 40 mins of a 1 hour massage. One to miss. Only the back, she took 35 mins and 5 mins on the front. she said that, it was her mistake.! At this point, Im not super impressed with their service or attitude, i hate it enough to give one star. Maybe it was because i was used to female thai masseuses, but this was the absolute worst massage I have ever received, by a long shot. I was expecting my foot massage since she said it was full body massage, finally she said time up. Worst service received ever and I didn’t expect this..

Same place different location. Everyone can rub oil on ones body . Paid for 1 hr $120 but only got about 36 minutes of rubbing. For $90 more they will wear a swimsuit. This is really a joke .

There is no doubt, some beautiful girls, and young, unfortunately they do not know anything about massage, they simply touch you and do not really know what they are doing, rather if you are looking for a massage, relaxation, go somewhere else, here you pay only for youth and beauty , less solve your relaxation problems

Mm I didnt like it, I asked with Vivica and another girl came in, its just the massage, dont get excited if you want something else, in my opinion Vivica is very sweet but I dont recommend it
