I wanted to take a moment to give kudos about this location. I always have had great service from the employees at this location (and have spent a lot of money here as I have been a “regular” for about 9-10 years). I apologize that I don’t remember everyone’s name that should get recognition, but Bennett, Drew and Jacelynn are stand outs. They are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I ended up going to the Gahanna store as this location appears to be temporarily close.

One of the best vape shops ive been to was looking for a new vape shop and came in last month sad to see its closed now.

I really like this shop...the only complaint I have is the last 2 times the new employees working couldnt find me in the system when I have been going here over a year. I didnt get my points the first time but I was happy they gave me 10% off my order since I was spending quite a bit. The second time I told them please put me back in the system...so we will see what happens next time🤔 Other than that I enjoy the products

I frequent this location and their staff is very knowledgeable. However, their warranty/return policy sucks for the cost of the products they provide and they charge money to test the oils before you buy(this might be a regulation thing and is not factored into my rating, just seems unnecessary imo rather than adding to purchase).

The level of experience, knowledge and helpfulness in this shop is off the charts! Any question you have, they can answer. Working on a new setup? Odds are they have the part you need and can teach you how to use it best. Their juice selection is top notch to boot. Plenty of low, middle, and high quality juices in all kinds of flavors to fit any budget or palette.Cant go wrong here. Now I just need to wait for the Vanillas to be back in stock!

Five stars all across the board the prices are correct. the employees are super nice and very knowledgeable about the products. I mean their services cannot be beat at all. They are for the people

This store has always been my favorite vape shop. They always answered all my questions, made sure I knew what I needed to know, and helped me in any way they could. The atmosphere was welcoming and light-hearted. I havent been vaping recently, but decided to get a new mod and tank today. When I went in, the store was not what I had experienced previously. The employee was not helpful in any way. I had several questions which just seemed to bore him. He didnt even try to assist me or answer any of them. Somehow, trying to put my old mod back together, I burned my hand and that just seemed to irritate him. He didnt even ask if I was okay. I hate to say it, but this store let me down. As I was leaving another employee came out, he seemed happy to be there and enthusiastic. I feel if he had helped me from the beginning, I would not have a bad thing to say.

Very knowledgeable staff. They even offer classes on building coils. Prices are great, some even better than online. My son loved playing the PS3 while I browsed and tried new flavors. Amazing selection of juices and gear for a brick and mortar store. With these prices and selection no need to go online, especially since you cant get the nice staff online.Dont even have to say I will be going back, on my way out the door now!

I work in the area and every time I go in I get great service and great suggestions for new flavors. They have a wide variety of different brands and great prices. the GM helped me out on getting some vape fluid today. he had great input and I left happy!!!

I went into AltSmok and the service was very pleasant. Nick serviced me and he was very tenacious. He made sure all of my needs were fulfilled, he was very pleasant from the beginning of the encounter to the end. I make sure I ask for Nick each time for service because the first experience I had was so great. He would make a great general manager and I think that he would be great advancing in this company. He is a great asset to the company. He is always very polite and always makes sure I leave with what I am looking for. I am very satisfied with the service that Nick has provided me. I refer all of my friends to AltSmok. Heavenly atmosphere!

The shop had a large variety of juices, but the staff didnt seem to be interested in allowing me to sample anything.When I finally said I wanted to try a new flavor before I bought it, I was offered a sample. Unfortunately, the coil on the tester was burnt, and the MOD barely worked.While the staff was nice enough, overall I got the hurry up and buy something vibe.I probably wont return.

This is a very clean, sleek establishment. If youre looking for reliable information about vaping, technology, or modifications to your existing vaporizer system- check this place out. If you want a quick and easy new setup, check this place out. Transactions are smooth and reasonable, and theyre adequately staffed with knowledgeable employees. Management is often present, and extremely personable. The quality of the products is unmatched. Comes highly recommended in my book.

Update: Now that points expire in 30 days, not only are you penalizing those who stock up, you have removed 1 of 2 reasons why I shop here. I just paid $10 more than expecting, and after all these years, Im finding a new vape store. Little things matter or you are just like everyone else! Disappointing.Friendly & helpful staff. Stopped here on my way thru town. My current vape was leaking and awful. I was lucky enough to meet Bennett. He couldnt have been more helpful, kind and attentive. Got all of my issues sorted out and was back on my way cross country. There is a great selection of both mods,accessories and juices with knowledgeable staff. If youre close by,make this your spot! The location is very easy to access with on-street parking. The staff are very knowledgeable and will do their best to solve any vaping issues you might have. The store itself is extremely clean and tidy and presents a very professional atmosphere. Prices are fairly competitive and they have a wide selection from very inexpensive to flashy and higher-priced. I highly recommend this shop!

I have been going to this location for about a year now and I have to say they have my EXCLUSIVE business. Every time I have come in here I have been met with friendly and welcoming service. The manager has given me and my roommates great recommendations and deals. Great Store, I purchase all my hardware and Juice here. I have not bought a pack of cigs since May of 2013.There staff is very helpful and informative and always willing to help out with a build or picking up some new hardware.They have an array of very premium juices and you can even sample them before purchasing! Very helpful to someone new to the experience. I enjoy being able to shop for these items without being subjected to the soul-sucking wastelands that are head-shops. As with most hipster hobbies theres a neo-legalism manifesting itself by way of joyfully relayed instructions on how to care for/use a vaporizer, but its useful all the same. Records appear to be kept meticulously which appeals to me since I enjoy discounts in exchange for my loyalty. I recommend them.

Went in with my friend so that she could get new coils for her vape, the person behind the counter Jacob was very helpful with everything. He was able to tell us exactly what my friends vape needed and gave a lot of helpful advice as well as recommending quality juices to try. Very patient and knowledgeable, even went so far as to help us install the new coils and give advice on how to make them last longer! Super chill experience overall. Would recommend going here especially if youre not super knowledgeable on vapes because theyll explain a lot to you and youll leave with good information and products :)

I have been happy with their product. The only problem I have had is with my batteries occasionally not charging. Is there any way they could give me a new one. Ive tried charging it with two different chargers so I know that it is the battery. Will they replace it for me?

Stopped in from Dayton. If I lived closer this would be my go-to shop.First time here and had great service, great juice. Very serious and smart on all things vape from high end to starter kits. Sat and talked to Ken about different patinas for mods, Nick and jobey about juice and boxes, they even helped me get a compatable coil for my tankDefinitely recommend going if in the area.

Hours are a little wonky sometimes, but they have my fave juice & theyre the only store that carries it, in ALL of Columbus. Point system gets an occasional $10 off so thats cool, and my fave brand Smok devices are on sale occasionally too. If it wasnt for waiting outside for someone to open the store some days long after the open time posted on the door, I woulda gave it 5 stars.

I usually come in the morning pretty early... Jobo almost always helps me. I recently ran into trouble with my unit and it was switched out in seconds, literally. Jobo is so cool and there’s no shade in his game, really friendly and concerned about your needs as opposed to a big sale. Highly recomend!

This shop is great, they are extremely knowledgeable and fill you in on everything you need to know when purchasing an eCig or vaporizer. Had a great experience there and plan on returning. Also, it appears that the address is right on Google maps but the location is wrong, it shows the shop as south of the short north area, its actually north, essentially across from OReillys auto parts.BR

The employees were extremely helpful in helping me with picking a new pod setup. The girl that helped me had the same issues I was having with my previous setup, (purchased from a different shop) and helped me find the one that wouldn’t give me the same issues.

I went in yesterday for a pen. I’m a first timer and I loved the vibe in the shop. I’m so happy with my pen and my vape juice. I’ve already had people ask me where I got everything. I’ll be sending everyone who asks to the shop and I’ll be back every time!

Great atmosphere. I cant recall the name of the person who helped me out but the customer service was great. When I say there is a ton of e-liquids to choose from I mean a TON. This is where I will be going for the rest of my E-Liquid and vape needs. Making another visit soon.

This was my first visit to AltSmoke and certainly will not be my last. I have been a smoker for close to a decade now and am really looking forward to making the switch. Not only because its more cost-effective, more importantly its healthier.

Got what I needed. The employees are clearly just college kids with little interest in their job and just want to hang out and vape all day. But really, what can you expect from a vape store on campus. In the end I got what I wanted and needed. Theyve got a great selection and pretty fair prices.

The only reason this did not get a 5 star rating was due to Adam. I live downtown and today purchased my first vaping product from Walgreens. Much to my dismay, the tank was leaking something terrible. Disappointed I decided to look for a vaping store and found Altsmoke. Although, it was about 15 minutes from my home I decided to stop in to seek some assistance.I arrived about 15 minutes before closing time and the manager was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable and helped me out by even setting my product up.Adam, you should be careful not to offend others you do not know, one day you might come across the wrong customer who has nothing to lose. Fortunately, that customer was not me!! Being in an Ignorant state of mind is such a lousy way to spend your one little life:-)

Love this place. The people that work here make this vape shop better than the others. They are more than willing to help with any issues you have even if its something they did not sell to you. They have the best E-Juice ever which is Ruthless EZ-Duz it on ice (My personal opinion). Great lounge area and good vibes.

Loved this store, Gabby was really helpful both on the phone and when we got there with alot of questions. The entire staff was really helpful too. We had family that started vaping and my husband Kelly decided after years of smoking to start vaping also. We hadnt planned on getting a starter kit since his family had given him what he needed to get started, but we had issues with some of the parts and even though they hadnt purchased it at AltSmoke the crew there were trying their best to help us. After talking to Gabby and another really nice person that worked there, we decided to get a starter kit for him, they were even nice enough to show him the steps to getting started and answer any questions we also had. I really like this shop it has a large selection of quality name branded Ejuice’s 30+ brands 100+flavorsHas a nice selection of mods and tanks and staff is very informative and will take the time to help you with purchase or information on thingsMy go to every since I got an ego kit many many years and mods ago!!!!

The staff here is cool, and they always have a great selection. Was able to get a great mod and tank for around $100, and the fluids they carry are always good.

I bought a Vap for 140.00 dollars and it went out on me after 1 month and went bk but I didnt get my money back I had to buy another Vap that cost me 84.00 dollars they told me the retailer had stop selling my first Vap and that I could not get any kind of monetary refund or anything toward my new Vap this is wrong if you knew the company had stop selling these vaps why would you still sell me one for 140 dollars this is messed up I work hard for my money and Im out of 140 dollars I will never go bk to this place again and I will post this on social media so none of my friends wont get there money taken either people work to hard for there money to get it taken like that I will never go there again

Stopped in to buy my first vape kit but unfortunately it was not in stock. The staff still took the time to provide me with info and what options were best in my price range. They even told me a vape shop to go to that had my kit in stock instead of trying to convince me to buy a kit out of my price range. Will be doing a lot more business with this place.

Used to have friendly welcoming staff. Has turned into a cold abyss of sadness and the flavors all had the same tinge of either mold or burnt cotton. Top notch vapor is where you wanna go for quality, value, and true love for the vaype naysh.

I have been thinking and thinking about this product. I decided that I was going to go check this place out and from the time that I walked in I felt like I was at a buddies house. the staff was very kind, patient, courteous. they answered all my questions, took the time to explain everything about what I was buying and sat down with me to make sure that I knew everything about the e-cig. Did a lot of research before I visited AltSmoke last weekend but was basically new to vaping.Got a ton of information and was able to try all the liquids I had researched and was interested in. After I picked a few out I was given a few recommendations by Justin. He knows what is up, I left with a ton of liquid and a shiny new VTR. Super good experience, chat with Justin he will defiantly help you out.

I cant rave enough about this place. After smoking a pack a day for almost a decade, thanks to their products, Im now 8 months cigarette free. Helpful staff that takes its time guiding you through your options, be it for devices, oils, whatever. My go-to electronic cig provider.

Really friendly staff! I had a vape that was no longer working? Typically I dont vape but I had marijuana and I wanted to try it out. I couldnt vape the weed there of course but I did get a new pin! The vape worked as intended just not for me! Cute Lil intimate shop however! Cute!😉👌

So I bought a 20 dollar smok and it completely stopped working after 4 weeks. I changed coils and everything nothing. And when i spoke to someone they told me it was a knock off and Im so disappointed I really am because I thought this would be a place that would get my business
