Just left not even 15 minutes ago but I wanted to leave a nice review. I think it was the owner who checked me out today but he was very kind. Hopefully going to be quitting the vape but if I go back on bad habits I’m coming here again for sure!

A bit pricier than other shops I go to. They do have a nice selection. Parking is out back. Its a house turned into a business with the backyard paved over as a parking lot. Guy inside was very cool.

Mark is a sweetheart. He knows his product and wont bs you on any questions you may have about mods or juice or anything about vape supplies you may need. I love going in and buying from him, because hes got quite a selection, hes not ridiculous on pricing at all, and if youre not sure what you may be looking for by name, but ask him for recommendations, hes really good with offering some suggestions that will not only fit the budget, but will also appeal to the pallet.

Hey Ive been vaping for around 7 years now been to every vapor shop within 30 miles of me and its quite a lot almost everyone in Columbus Ive been to this small very large selection of things CBD yes pipes and things yes All vapor things disposvolkswagen the owner is the guy that works the place hes been there since Ive been going there and just helpful friendly guy prices are I mean surprisingly they havent went up even though the economy everything else is one of he keeps his stuff the same hes friendly his prices are great and his products are great Hi highly recommend this place I will give it a 6 star 10 stars if I could.

Mark was knowledgeable and the store is clean beautiful. I dropped my vape the other day. The place I got from was trying to make me buy a brand new tank. And Mark had a replacement for me for less than $10. You now have a new and loyal customer! I will be bringing my friends!

The guy running it was nice. I just stopped by to grab a pack of coils, it was a quick experience and any questions I had were answered. It would be beneficial to call ahead to check if they have what you need if youre reading this during pandemic times, since no one is allowed in.P.S.YES, they are practicing COVID safety a little more extremely than other places. You will not be able to come inside, which I knew because I called ahead to check if they had what I needed. I fully appreciate this store modifying their practices in order to stay open and providing a plethora of amazing products and helpful knowledge during the pandemic. We have all had an experience where the product we need is needed immediately and we simply cannot wait for orders to be shipped out so the curbside pickup is extremely helpful and still adheres to social distancing protocol.

I just moved to the area about a month ago. Needed to find coils and fluid well this place is only about a mile from where I live. Store is very clean and organized. Great selection of fluids as well as devices. From first time user All the way up to the build your own coils setups. The guy running the place is super cool and honest. Will be back in the future for sure. Yeah parking is a little cramped but I don’t come here to hang out in the parking lot lol.

In my 53 yrs I have never been treated so poorly in a business.I spend money on a product that owner does not have time to explain how it works and when I return to get help you cuss at us tell us to get the f out.then you lock me in the store and draw a gun on a disabled woman and when I beg you to let me out that I have a heart condition you say. GOOD.well no we will never be back and ill tell all what you did that was so uncalled for.after 30 years in retail as a manager I personally can say you went to a whole new level of poor customer service.smh

Everyone has a bad day. I understand. I just thought i would check and see if everything was up to date on google since I was there to buy a coil anyways. He was really short, so I just apologized for asking and left. Not to mention when I was in my car trying to turn on the gps to get where I was going he came outside. I honestly just wish I never went here. It just made my day worse. I wish I never spent my money here. I get it, everyone has a bad day sometimes but you don’t put it out on some random person. 2 stars because it was still a well kept place, but -3 because my experience was terrible, and one coil costs $8.00. I usually get a pack for 10. There are also quality products here as well. Hopefully, you’re experience is better than mine.

Ordered a bottle of 6 mg jelly donut the other day set my wife to pick it up. After going through half the bottle and realizing they were going through it very quickly I noticed that the bottle was 3 mg. So we called the gentleman and he said that he remembered that I order the 6 mg and then made up some story about how my wife said she wanted to cut down and she asked for the 3 mg which never happened because neither of us use 3 mg. I was trying to come up with some sort of solution maybe a discount on the bottle that we actually ordered since we’ve already gone through half of the other bottle. He got very rude with my wife on the phone and then hung up on us. I will never use this service ever again Because you don’t treat your customers like that especially when the mistake is yours. It just blows my mind how rude the owner was when he admitted the mistake was his.

I frequent a few vape shops around town but as far as price, this is the best. Ive been coming here for 3 years and the company has done nothing but grow. The variety of juice is second to none and the owner definitely knows what hes talking about. You can go in and find something you like and try something new every time you go in. Definitely take the time to go in to this shop, you will not regret it.

I just recieved great service from here. I got the battery I needed with great price, and I was assisted well with replacing the glass on my tank. This is my first vape and Im very happy to call this my vape shop. The inside is very nice, cool, and there are so many juices to pick from.

My husband and I went in here yesterday with an old school vape that we were missing parts to and had little hope for it. We left with a working vape and new juices - within 30 minutes we brought another old school vape and got that one up and going too. Well equipped and super knowledgeable staff. Went there because it was the closest vape shop to where I was at the time. I am very glad I did. I went there for juice and ended up staying 2 hours for the stories. The owner Mark is a quality dude that is familiar with everything vape. I will definitely patronize the place in the future.

I arrive today at the store, go to the back door a gentleman with a white beard said were closed then he tells me we are practicing social distancing , but you look inside the store no ones in side, very odd. Then he ask how can I help you, Im looking for Gelato . He tells me he never heard of it. Wow rather disappointing. No where on the website it says we are practicing social distancing. I will not be going back to this place or would recommend it to anyone.

Ive been here multiple times and Ive never once had a bad experience. Guy that runs the store knows what hes talking about and always gets me what Im looking for.

The owner is very aware of the store, unlike a lot of vape shops where it was pretty obvious they opened one because it sounded cool. He understood just about anything we could ask him and he knew his stock by heart. Its very nice to see a change in vape shops from the usual give me your cash and get out

After patronizing this shop for a few years, he sold me a faulty tank. It leaked. I went to exchange the tank and he told me that either it wasnt connected properly or the vents werent open. Even having done these things it leaked profusely the next day. I called and he refused to provide a working tank and hung up abruptly telling me he didnt know what to tell me. I will never purchase anything from this shop again. Vaporfi is just up the street . His oil is more expensive than other shops.

This place is FANTASTIC! The owner is such a sweetie and for a newbie like me into the vape world I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. He was so nice and patient with me, also found me the perfect items that I needed! ALSO! I mean, the store has an adorable 14 year old pupperz named Bear, and he is THE CUTEST!!! I mean anyone who is that sweet to help a uncultured swine like me and loves an old pupperz as much as this gentleman does cant be a bad guy. I will only be buying my stuff from here from now on.

My friend and I went in today and had the worst experience. There was only an older gentleman working and he did not help us at all. We had several questions which were not answered and he did not help us find flavors. We even explained we were new to vaping and we were still not offered much help. I will definitely NOT be returning to this store.

Disappointed in pricing....I pay less than half of their price when I shop at the Vapor Station..then even worse, I send my boyfriend in to pick up something ( willing to pay extra for the emergency ) and the owner sells him the item for 33% more than the already over-priced item that I had purchased a week before. I will honestly never go back, he has ripped me off on three separate occasions now for coils and vape juice charging me different prices he oversold me a vape pen buy $50 when I confronted them he called me a piece of s*** and told me to never come back to his vape shop again he calls his shop a brick-and-mortar so you can overcharge you and rip you off And he has generic Vape stuff I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy
