Went in today to buy a new vape, first time coming into the store. The girl working was younger just sitting behind the counter gave half sincere hello. I looked for a couple minutes and she said no one could sit on the couches...not like I was planning to and I asked if she had a certain flavor in stock and she responded with a nope. Gave me no other suggestions just a nope. So I chose a different one and the entire time she never got up or stop what she was doing except to check me out. Im all for small businesss but the lack of engaging customer service is a turn off. She was more worried about her phone then anything else.

When I went over there yesterday to get another vape coil, there was a young girl that gave me the wrong size. I went back there and showed it to her. She kept on saying that she gave me the right one. I even brought my tank to her. She still saying that it was the right one. She wouldnt even exchange it for me. What a poor customer service that she gave me.

Manchester Expressway store next to Walmart is really great. The girls are very sweet. Jessica helps me a lot. She is able to answer all my questions and recommend just what I want.The store’s prices are high on some products, but overall the prices are reasonable, and they carry some really good products.

Ive been to alot of vape shops and this shop is hands down the best! The customer service is uncomparable! Carlos, Maui and Zane are so nice and friendly..the shop itself has couches and TVs to make sure you are comfortable and that you feel welcomed. Their selection of juices is huge! Dragonfruit and Peanutbutter Pie are my faves!! Their selection of mods, tanks, batteries, chargers and miscellaneous accessories is uncompromising. Visit their website and you will find weekly specials on different products..your stop at this vape loft will be awesome!

So happy I walked into this store! I have never had people treat me so well! They were very nice, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about their products! Not only that, they have a GREAT device selection...from systems (which Brooke and Nick educated me on) to mod kits they have available as well and their HUGE juice selection! The store itself was beautiful and clean. Just an overall fantastic atmosphere! Its hard to say what I liked more! The gaming systems, the staff, the music selection, or the products!! So hard to choose. I would definitely give The Vape Loft a 10/10 recommendation for anything related to vaping! Great Store!

This place is one of the best! They have in house juice with tons of great flavors (HIGHLY recommend White Gummy Worm) and offer a variety of products and merchandise. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provide a clean and welcoming environment

What a wonderful experience I had with Brandon and Brice today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The store was very clean and inviting. They were knowledgeable of their products, and very willing to work with a novice like myself. Being a novice Brice took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered up suggestions to make sure that I wasnt wasting my dollars and that meant so much. Brice gave really great instruction and tips. I will definitely be returning.

Ive been to many vape stores in the Phenix city and Columbus area and this one has been my favorite by far. The screens with all the flavors available make searching for the flavor you like or find ones that you might like very easy. The staff is very helpful and are knowledgeable about all the products they have on site.

Love this place easy to talk to staff, friendly environment, and a huge selection of hardware and juice. Loved the help and the setup they helped me to find. Can’t say I’ve been to a better vape shop. Will recommend to everyone I know

Fantastic atmosphere, associates who know their stuff, good mod prices and sales. Good place to relax for a few minutes. The employees even helped me better my coil building as well as helped me learn about my mods a lot better. 10/10

One of the best and cleanest shops Ive been to. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, if youre just starting to vape I highly recommend this shop. They will help you get the best bang for your buck without spending unnecessary money.

Normally place is pretty good, prices a little high, nothing major. After today however, waiting at the counter like 10-15 minutes so the guy running the place could listen to story after story from someone that was just hanging out, and taste the juice the guy brought with him, and not do a single thing to assist me. Dont really have plans to return.

Convenient location, good products, one of the only places that carries the juice I love, and even friendlier staff. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for being awesome.

These folks are absolute life savers!!! I didnt realize I was out of vape juice until late in the day and wasnt going to make it to the store in time. I called ahead and the folks running the counter were happy to wait a few extra minutes for me just so that I could purchase a bottle. HIGHLY recommended!

So Im more casual when it comes to vaping (I like the flavors and it keeps me from eating all the time) but the staff here was quick to jump when I walked in. Friendly environment, fast answers and a very large selection. They even cleaned my stuff while I was browsing which was pretty cool imo. Military friendly as well! Keep the good work guys!

Literally the best vape shop Ive been to. I travel alot for work and I always compare every shop to the The Vape Loft.The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and the selection is beyond. The owners are very involved and listen to what customers are into.The best of the best.

Trying to quit smoking or just need to pick up vape supplies Columbus , I’ve got a shop you need to visit. Stop by vape loft on Manchester expressway ask for Nick and Brooke. These two individuals were incredible and provided the most superb customer service. They are very knowledgeable on everything vape related. Stop by and see them Columbus you won’t be disappointed.

Nick is the man, if your in need of ANYTHING vape related , this is the spot. I was in Columbus for business when i dropped my vape . Not only did Nick fix my mod, but he hooked me up with a great deal on a tank , coils, batteries an juice. I will always take my business to them when in Columbus. Plus they are open late. AWESOME...

So nice! I went in for batteries and they helped me figure out i actually needed a charger bc my mod was not charging the batteries. The even charged mine for a bit to make sure and talked to me the whole time. Very good xp.

Just wanted to share an experience I had with this company over some JUUL pods -Well I’m disappointed. I had shared a better review earlier but had to come back and revise it. I have now received TWO four packs of juul mango pods from here, and both packs, all 4 pods in each pack had leaking issues. I stated to question if it was my juul that was the issue, but used my girlfriend’s mint juul pod that was brand new out of her pack and had absolutely no issues.....extremely disappointed especially since these mango packs cost $33!!!!

I had a great experience and recieved excellent customer service from Danny. He was very friendly , very helpful and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated the quality of service provided. I would highly recommend.

I’m a first time Vape user and I had to go to three different stores before I found this hidden gem they had everything thousands of different types of Vape’s and juices and lots of different Colors and designs of vapes like the iridescent/Crome ones that no other shop had and at a great price with my student discount

My gf’s vape got serviced, I scooped up some tasty juices at a great deal... and she loved it! I’m totally knowedged now, and I know what I’m getting her next time around.

Great, knowledgeable employees which is rare for a vape shop. They always have a solid selection of hardware and juice.

So I read Will Comptons review and had to counter with the fact they dont package the products. The products are sealed on purchase, sealed by the manufacturer. If you are ignorant enough to think they are tampering with products or understand how sales work dont bother reviewing.
